im really curious about the czech dogs but the video you linked is blocked on my area and all articles and videos arent really summing up my questions. do you have any information? are they just bred with eachother or more geramn shepherds or do they consistantly seek out the female wolves or was that just the history?

The breed was created in the 1950s by breeding approximately 40 working line German Shepherd Dogs with 4 Carpathian wolves: Argo, Brita, Lejdy, and Sarik. The breed wasn't officially named until after several generations of the hybrid offspring were bred to one another from different lineages. They have very little wolf in them today and and are a UKC registered dog breed. Because of the stigma of the term 'wolfdog,' breeders and enthusiasts are actively pushing for people to colloquially call them Czechoslovakian Vlcak or CSV over Czechoslovakian wolfdog to prevent confusion. They're no longer actively adding wolves into the gene pool and vlcaks are bred with other vlcaks :>
