Idk I just have this au where the roman kids are in a military child soldier camp(I know they already are) but more dystopian or like undercover government kinda like the marvel red room

Maybe the all have handlers and different locations

Ex: Lupa and her pack raised Jason, so they are like one part of this big facility and are mainly in charge of taking care of the younger kids that are bought in around Jason's age like when he was 2 and trained from young to asssinate people or get info

Circe Island could be a facility to train young girls like Reyna

Amazons is a another facility only for girls

Juno is like in charge of everything

Also this is only romans, dont know if I'll add greeks but I just feel like they need some love

You all don't believe how I lost my sanity while drawing that. It is my most detailed work and the longest I ever took to draw. Over 12 hours.

Anyways...

Barbara is the sun goddess, bringing light into the world. Walter it the moon god and brings darkness over the world. Two individuals that are considered too different to get along, however, unbeknown to yearn for each other.

Their outfits are inspired by Gods in all kinds of mythology and obviously my own touch. Both wear a headband-like crown with a moon/sun. They are obviously themed in their colors, however, their eyes are supposed to represent each other. Walter’s eyes grow in a bright yellow while hers show a soft blue. (Obviously it is from canon, tho I thought it was a nice addition to make)

I can't say much about the AU beside the fact that I LOVE IT. My writing explains the World building much better...sooo

Rewatching a few Succession eps for Reasons and I just know the ways they grew up talking about their sibling unit was so different. Like I feel it in my bones that Roman has always said that he had two older brothers and a sister, and I feel that Kendall said he had a little brother and a little sister and oh, yeah, another brother, but he had a different mom, that Shiv just said she had brothers and maybe one got off easy because he didn't have to deal with Caroline, without every clarifying they were all older, and that Connor would forever just say he had three kid siblings.

XANDER, LEGATE TO SANDMAN, HAS ENTERED THE CHAT!!

Originally, in terms of design, he had an Aladdin look going on (poofy dream dust pants and matching dream dust vest, tits out and everything bc he was NOT wearing a shirt) and wavy hair but I wasn't happy with the hair and felt like the shirtless vest thing was a lil insensitive??? I cannot explain aside from that

Anyway, last last weekend I learnt that my mom is a HUGE Jurassic Park fan and she was watching one of the animated series for it called "chaos theory"

And the main character's hair. I saw it and went THAT'S XANDER'S HAIR!

Deffs has the shaved sides and DEFFS puts lil star designs and such in it every so often!!

Unlike Sandy, Xander does NOT sleep unless he ingests something meant to keep you awake

Then he is GONE

He dislikes shoes and is usually barefoot, espesh since he works with sand and NOBODY likes sand in their shoes

When he does wear shoes they are usually slides! Is partial to a good pair of berks

OUTFIT WISE he likes to be COZY and nothing is cozier to him than parachute pants (complete with dream dust!) and whooshy pirate shirts

He is a pacifist! Tries to avoid violence

He and Dite and Jacqueline tend to be paired up a lot on Legate missions/Legendary Errands and he always tries peace first and if that doesn't work he sighs, steps back, and lets Jacqueline and Dite go for it

Does try to put as many people as POSSIBLE to sleep before Dite and Jacqueline can attack

Takes a lot after his Renny as opposed to his Dad (Sandman)

He and Myles experiment with magic and tech a lot. Lots of explosions (Myles is clumsy and magic and tech mixing can be explosive at times)

As you can SEE. I got METALLIC MARKERS this past week! That's why this scrimble took a hot minute, I had to go colour hunting for Xander's fit. BUT! I FOUND SOME GOLD-ISH MARKERS! AND SOME METALLIC BLUES! So I had a lil fun experimenting on Jacqueline's dress and Dite's fibulae 🤭🤭🤭 And if the camera photo is anything to go by, it would appear that I got some sparkly metallic marker on various parts of Dite that weren't MEANT to be metallic. Ah well, c'est la vie!

I'm very happy with this scrimble. I'm just happy Xander looks good AND has had an art debut! Whee! He's so fun :)

the thing is. yeah kendall feels like his whole life now is worth nothing. the one thing he was always meant to do, since he was seven years old he now cannot do. he will never get to do it. so he might as well die, right? he might as well end it all but the thing is life is never that kind nor generous. so i think kendall will try and fail. and he’ll try again and again but the world will keep its grip on him and eventually he’ll just stop trying. and yeah maybe he’ll never be a whole person (we’re nothing) maybe he’ll take logan’s advice and collect sports cars or write a book or start a new company but either way he’ll be forced to start anew. kendall logan roy died it’s just kendall now. and this outcome in itself is generous in a way because circumstances out of his control have kind of forced him to hold some accountability for his own life finally instead of counting on broken promises his father made him at 7 years old. he’s actually being forced to Be instead of just living up to someone else’s name. and he actually has people around him who still undoubtedly care. he’s sick and horrible and twisted but he is still ultimately lovable. he is still a human being weeping on the dirty ground even though he has spent so long trying not to be. even though he recanted the very thing that made him Real. the world will simply not relinquish its hold on him! tragic but somewhat hopeful in a way
