I researched photographers who use mirrors in their works:

1. Guillaume Amat (1980-present)

He is a French photographer.

He is dedicated to long-term projects which produce photographic narratives.

2 . Laura Zalenga ( 1990-present)

She is a conceptual portrait photographer from Germany.

"Don’t look at me, just feel my soul" is the motto behind her work.

She travels over the world – always searching for magical places and special light.

3. Brooke Shaden (1987 - present)

American photographer Brooke Shaden through her images creates windows into a world of fantasy and mystery.

She explores the darkness and light in people and questions what it means to be alive.

As a self-portrait artist, she photographs herself and becomes the characters of dreams inspired by a childhood of intense imagination and fear.

Conclusion:

I feel mirrors really disrupt our ways of seeing things, sometimes reality and fantasy. This inspired me to work with disrupting ways of seeing things.
