You felt completely awful; your head was throbbing, your throat was sore from coughing and your nose was stuffy. You hated being sick as much as the next person, but for some reason, Jonathan made it seem like it was the best thing in the world. "Hey darling. How are you feeling today?" You sniffle and look over at your boyfriend. "I feel like garbage. Complete and utter garbage." He chuckled and walked over to you with a ginger tea. "Drink this. It'll help with the cough." You put the mug to your lips, but stopped and sneezed. You groaned and grabbed a tissue, wiping your nose with it.

He gave you a small smile and planted a kiss on your forehead, causing you to swat his face away. "No! You are not getting this sickness too!" He chuckled. "As much as I would agree with you as I have a thing for cleanliness, I really don't mind getting sick if it means you'll get better." You couldn't tell if you were blushing or not because you were already naturally burning thanks to your high fever. "Now, do you need me to get a bucket?" You shook your head. "My stomach isn't bad, but I don't need one now." He nodded. "Still feel weak?" You coughed with a nod and took a sip of your tea, flinching at the pain of the hot tea.

"I probably should've warned you about it." You glared at him, causing him to laugh. "I'm sorry, darling. Forgive me?" Before you could say anything, you let out a few sneezes and groaned again. "Whyyyyy?" He shook his head with a smile on his face. "Want me to make you another soup or do you want to try something heavier?" You shake your head. "A soup is fine, Jon. Thank you." He nodded and planted a few kisses on your face. "Nooooo!" He laughed again and walked towards your door. "I'll take maybe 10 or 15 minutes to get the soup ready. Get some rest and I'll get your medicine. Do you want painkillers too?" You gave him a weak shrug. "Maybe the soup for now, please? Thank you my love."

I think some of the guilt at times stems from not being able to share love for so many others. I try. I don't always succeed. Someone even told me that I had favoritism in my October reading rec list and I shared works from almost 50 writers.

It does admittedly start out pretty brutal(?), since the first major part has a lot of “survival of the fittest” as mc must not only adjust to their truly tiny fish body but also survive all the predators hunting them. I know how disheartening and frustrating it can be when they’re in the favoritism stage. You feel like no matter what you do you’ll never be good enough and it can make you feel like you’re failing as a parent but having a supportive partner helps a lot too. We went through it with Danica and I had a few times when I broke down over it to Chris and he always reassured me that I was a good mom and that Dani did love me and that she would always need me. Just be there for Ro right now sweetie and remind her of those same things-Mama

And try doing what I did when we went through it with Danica. Involve Ro in the activities that you do with Elodie. It’ll help a lot-Chris

Another good question, H! For me, infatuation can be tamed. When I'm infatuated with someone I'm thinking about them a bunch, but then there's lulls of boredom. (Not to mention I don't get bothered when the subject of it all and I don't interact frequently) Infatuations come and go rather quickly, usually they go away as soon as the dynamic of the relationship in question begins to calm.

Obsession is a burning hot flame that can't be contained. My obsession is all I can think about. Everything I do, I do for them. Everything I do is so that they'll look at me. So that they'll want me. I'm not sure if it's just me, but I'll even get physical symptoms if I go too long without them. (Headaches, fatigue, dizziness, brain fog, ect.) It's like riding a never-ending high when I'm with them.

First, don't do anything non-consensual. It's not right to the other person. I'm a believer in healthy relationships!

With that said, they form on their own. For me, that constant attention, affirmation, and kindness just sparks something in me, and if it grows than it grows!
