Cultural Shock and Trauma PART 2

Before I start diving into the part 2 of cultural shock and Trauma, I would like to say I am the original creator of this blog and all of these poems, memos, monologues, and quotes. IF I mention or use any other artist, I will sincerely give them credit, As of right now I have not and these are all my own, lil crespin a sensitive poet.

Anyways, So cultural shock and trauma, like I mention in part 2. Its like a canyon that's carved so deep into the body mind and soul. I truly believe we all have this one way or another. Unfortunately mine, the Trauma and cultural shock is carved deeply. I wonder why and how I am here. Out of my own situation and suicidal thoughts. I believe some sort of miracle is keeping me alive and sane. Anyways like I said about trauma, its a feeling that lingers in the background and lingers right in-front of you. To explain I feel dishearten and lonely, like how water Is eager to flow into any kind of shape, The scars and pain shaped like a canyon or river onto my body mind and soul, only this time with no water. Water Is what keeps all things alive here in my monolouge and to put into perspective. like an analogy, I am comparing how water is my sanity and peace of mind, but I am also stating that I have no water. So I am in turmoil with my own cultural shock and trauma. Comparing how a canyon thats carves the earth so deep. The emptiness feeling is scary but trauma and cultural shock has this side where I myself and maybe others realized that Its also eagerness to know why and spend a lot of time trying to fix it, Causing a more of a Traumatic effect. Knowing that it's an issues that can never go away. like depression and anxiety. most of the time trauma and cultural shock being so eager to trying to fix it, it makes it can or cannot make it worse. when I am writing, alone and outside of home. I say this to compare how eager I am to fill in that void like water. I know I am repeating the analogy of canyon and waterless river a lot because it really does fit the description of trauma and cultural shock very well. I feel naturally motivated and pushed to fix the trauma and like how water flows into a river, except this time there's no WATER. I notice I, family, friends and coworkers. Day by day this double edge sword really does more harm than good. The eager that hurts, Sadly enough the countless times I am trying to forget about this scar of mine it is a sad effort, only because its permanitly there. like the disturb feeling I get when I realized I am trying to heal my trauma. Even in attempting to heal it, it is still a heart breaking cultural shock feeling. This feeling I believe comes from how shocking and impactful life can be. The ultimatum that I believe, is that Truama and cultural shock can really blind side us. So to my dearest readers who have read this much. I lil crespin sincerely hope this monologue helped you or sort of peace of mind. This extra note is to remind you help and peace of mind can be found through any kind of positive treatment. what helped me the most is my love and passion for poetry, music and the arts. I consider this part 2 a heartfelt poem. Poetically explaining the worries of trauma, through abstract meaningful analogies. Thank you once again. Take care love lil crespin.

My FAQ that isn’t a FAQ

Hey babe💞so I have no clue how to make a FAQ page so I’m going to do this instead and hope for the best lol. Here is information regarding my readings and services I offer. Here, I will also layout some general guidelines for asks and the information I require that you provide to give you information as accurate and personal as possible :)

Edit: The natal chart prices are going to be changing because getting multiple done during my day has become difficult for me to do. Also for the amount of work and time I'm putting into them, I think it's unfair to myself to be charging so little considering I am also putting in time to do persona chart readings for free. I hope you understand, and thank you for the continued support. 💖

Chart Readings

Natal Chart Readings: $27

·         These are the highest priced because they are quite lengthy and I spend about two hours to about a hour and a half on each of them. I read the signs, the houses, planetary positions, the aspects, degrees, elemental dominance and anything else that I feel is important to mention. It is usually 1000+ words. This is because of the information I cover and the fact that I try to also teach you guys as I’m going so you are able to come up with your own inner analysis as well and not just taking what I say as 100% fact. I will email it to you personally.

·         You can request that I interpret asteroids as well, you will just have to tell me which ones.

Draconic Chart Readings: $15

·         These usually aren’t as lengthy as the natal readings but I still put in the same amount of effort. The information isn’t going to be regarded as a natal chart so the interpretation is more focused on evolution and how to incorporate the energies into your life and live more authentically. I hope that makes sense, I think they are really insightful. I still interpret the signs, houses and aspects (but if you’re familiar with draconic charts, then you know that only the signs change position). I will also include draconic to natal overlays. I’ll explain why this is important in the chart reading.

Synastry Chart Readings: $10

·       In this reading, I offer information about the tightest aspects between the two charts (1-4 degrees normally, but it depends on the planets involved), the house overlays, elemental dominance and anything else that jumps out to me—I think I’ll put in some asteroids as well such as: Juno, Eros, Psyche, Valentine, Amor, Alma etc., just to see if there’s any tight aspects and such. I think it makes the reading so much more interesting and can give info about soul connections.

·         Alright real quick, on a moral level—do not ask me to interpret a chart between you and someone who is already taken or with someone else to see about your chances. If you are going to do that, then just don’t tell me that bit.

Composite Chart Reading: $10

·         Again, these aren’t too popular for me but I do offer them because I’ve read quite a few. This will cover the chart in terms of a relationship dynamic—the chart is not active unless the two people are active in each other’s lives. Does that make sense? Just keep that in mind because it will determine how accurate the chart is for you. Also keep in mind, the chart can be amazing, but the synastry must be taken into account as well.

·         If you want me to interpret asteroids, you will have to tell me which ones.

Solar/Lunar Return Chart Reading: $10

General Inquires

·         I pretty much answer anything, but I ask that you be specific and/or offer accurate information.

·         I have probably only ever received one rude comment in my 6 years running this blog and I am so thankful for that—let’s keep it that way. Be kind and mindful when speaking to others! And remember, it’s never that serious, just relax and enjoy. This is a safe community and we are here to interact and enjoy ourselves.

·         For natal chart related questions, keep the amount of questions to 3 at a time please. I will offer as much information as I can but don’t overload on me haha.

·         For natal chart related questions, if you’re asking about planets or angles—put the degrees!!!!! This will help me so much because it will be more accurate for you and I can determine aspects if there are any.

·         Persona charts are read for free! My blog is based on persona charts so I do not charge for these--but it is preferred if you ask me in the ask box because then I can explain it to you and my blog personally which helps everybody learn and understand better. So far I haven’t had issues with this so thanks guys.

* I must request that you guys try and ask that I read persona charts for the planets only unless you have an asteroid prominent in your chart and would like more insight on the persona chart.

Tarot and Oracle Readings:

$5 - One deck, 3 card

$10 - Anything beyond 3 cards, and more than one deck

·         For tarot, be specific PLEASE. Also, try to not ask questions that are mentally heavy topics for you, like regarding the best path to take with someone who cheated on you…babe, leave or hit the block button.

·         You can ask about anything besides that, such as: love, career, chakras, family, friends, school, shadow self qualities, how to bring more joy into your life, guidance for the month, how to get closer to your purpose, what do you need more or less of in your life etc.

·         So essentially, the only thing I really ask is that you make any tarot or oracle questions about YOU. They can involve someone else but just remember, you are the most important person in your life so make sure your questions are geared for your highest good and interest.

Pets & Plants

Curious about pet friendly plants? Well then this list is for you.

Like so many of you, I have pets in my household. We have two chameleons(caged), one dog, and three cats. Our dog is not interested in them at all. One cat is mostly outdoor but the two younger ones are only indoor cats. The older one doesn’t seem to have any interest in the plants but my younger ones definitely do! Oh god! The amount of times I’ve had to get them away from certain plants is crazy.

For the most part, they have seemed to learn that certain plants may make them have upset tummies. One of my cats decided to chew on my philodendron selloum when I wasn’t looking and threw up a bit. He did learn his lesson though. They seemed to have learned through this. Kinda good kinda bad cause although they have learned their lesson, my plants were ruined in the process. Thankfully, they no longer rampage through my plants.

For the most part, my floor plants are trees and ferns. Thankfully they don’t climb the trees but they do nibble the ferns. I also want to note that most non-toxic or mildly toxic plants may still give your pets upset tummy if they decide to eat them. It just won’t be severe enough for a doctor visit. None of my pets have chewed my plants enough to warrant a trip to the vet yet. I’ve been very fortunate thus far.

The above photos were taken while I was trying to model my planters. It did not go well once the kittens caught on to what I was doing. No kitties and plants were harmed during this photo shoot.😸

Ways to deal with anxiety and depression

So I've been getting a lot of questions lately about how I deal with anxiety and depression because all of it has to be done without medication as they make me sick so I'm planning on writing about what I do but also what I recommend others do and what I've tried and failed with just for a learning curve to anyone who needs it ..... ok here we go first one it's abit different but in my closet I have an actual sitting corner piled with blankets and snacks when everything gets to much I hide there and I just try my best to breathe and remember nothing lasts not even the bad .... so my advice is whatever comforts you on those really bad days take it and make a safe space for yourself where no one will bug you
