That’s an interesting question; I could see it go both ways, to be honest. Supporting her because she herself has always followed her heart or telling her she should go because she never went and she has regrets. 

But, something we should take into consideration as well is if Marion had not die, would Amy have been so heavily involved with her work or had she decided to do something else instead and maybe some “horsewhispering” on the side? 

I believe that part of the reason why she became Miracle Girl is because it just “kind of happened”. She’s a natural, for sure, but when Spartan came to Heartland and no one else could work with him because Marion was gone, Amy stepped up, and then it just started escalating from there. I don’t remember if they ever mentioned that she was planning to follow her mother’s footsteps even if she had not died.

Larkkit (Mountainclan) is the youngest at less than a moon old, and Horsewhisper (Caveclan) is the oldest, being at least 16 years old!

I have drawn Horsewhisper seperatly already because he's a medicine cat but I still need to draw Larkkit (tho he is in the alliances for Mountainclan)

Starclan place: STAR FALLS

A mountain with a dead, lightning struck tree on top of it. Behind the waterfall seemingly dripping from the tree is the cave where Medicine cats share with Starclan.

Gathering place: GATHERING ROCK

A large rock with a singular birch tree on top of it. Cats sit on the small ledges in the rock, while leaders sit around the tree. The moonlight on the lake in front of it tells whether Starclan agrees or not. The lake being stormy is a terrible omen. 

SNOWCLAN (light blue)

Founder: Snowstar

Leader: Silverstar

Deputy: Oatfoot

Medicine cats: Frosttail and Robinsong

Snowclan lives in a dense, foggy forest with dense undergrowth. Little light gets through the trees so prey runs free nearly all day. The forest is cut into multiple areas by shallow, rocky streams which house fish- Snowclan’s prefered prey. 

Their camp is in an abandoned castle near the Star Falls. Less trees make this area perfect to gather the clan, and the ruins provide shelter during the worst weather. 

Where the forest ends, Snowclan posseses a large field which stretches to the Gathering Rock. Though most Snowclan warriors are more profiecient in fishing, those who prefer prey with legs can hunt freely. It also contains essential herbs for medicine cats of all clans.

FLOWERCLAN (purple)

Founder: Flower Between Frosted Pebbles

Leader: Mothstar

Deputy: Ashtail

Medicine cats: Bellapool and Timberpaw

Flowerclan lives in the hills, growing abundant with flowers. These grow tall and hide the warriors during their hunts, but make prey harder to find. Due to this, Flowerclan also owns a small forest on the most southern stretch of territory. Flowerclan’s prefered prey are mice- one of the only animals who live in the vast stretches of flowers.

Their camp is a dip between a couple of hills, surrounded by bushes. The dens are decorated with flowers- often picked by apprentices and kits. The camp gathering place is pretty barren due to the excessive walking on the few flowers that grow there. Instead of that, the warriors of Flowerclan decorate the walls of camp with it. Lowering the stealth, but increasing the aesthetics.

Flowerclan largely borders the lake around the Gathering Rock, but can’t use it for anything. To reach the Rock, they need to cross Snowclan territory. Luckily, Snowclan has made a friendly alliance with Flowerclan.

MOUNTAINCLAN (red)

Founder: Spring Where Cloud is Born

Leader: Pinestar

Deputy: Rattail

Medicine cats: Speckleboulder and Bluepaw

Mountainclan is a new clan born out of the remnants of Springclan. While part of Springclan became rogues and loners, the rest ignored Starclan’s omens and started Mountainclan. Mountainclan territory surrounds a lake, which is occasionally used for fishing. Though not really forest-y, there are quite a few pine trees growing on the territory. A lot of herbs grow in the non-forest areas, but Mountainclan’s deputy, Rattail, isn’t planning to share anything his clan might need. 

Mountainclan camp is between some rocks next to their lake. This area is barren and can be dangerous, because snakes and other dangerous animals can hide. The Hill territories experience a lot of bad weather, so the rocks are still the safest place to make camp. 

Mountainclan mostly eats rabbits that enjoy the grassy hills, but sometimes deer carcasses are also found and eaten. On both sides of the territory they push their borders and are always trying to expand. 

TREECLAN (green)

Founder: Tree where Lightning Strikes

Leader: Stoatstar

Deputy: Willowpelt

Medicine cats: Kestrelfeather and Pebblepaw

Treeclan is one of the most unique clans in both the Lake and Hill territories. Their territories is full of hills and large rocks, some high enough to kill a cat that falls off. But this clan isn’t afraid of heights. While most of the territory is covered in thin forest on rocky hills, the so called Sky Reaching Forest is a large areas with extremely dense forest, consisting of trees taller than most other clans would consider safe. Treeclan cats, however, with their sleek yet muscular build, love these trees, and prefer to live in them. 

Their camp is made in this Sky Reaching Forest. Where a lot of large trees meet, Treeclan cats weave and claw dens into the trees. The nursery is lowest, and slowly the dens get higher up as the rank is more important, though the medicine cat den is in a dip between all the trees, on the floor. Though unsafest, it’s best for the cats, since broken limbs aren’t rare in this clan.

Treeclan cats love tree-prey. Squirrels and small birds are prefered and easiest to find. The less dense forest areas don’t house many prey, but older Treeclan cats believe its perfect to teach their apprentices the dangers of heights on the tall, jutting rocks there. 

CAVECLAN (orange)

Founder: Cave That Echoes Voices

Leader: Lionstar

Deputy: Shorttail

Medicine cats: Horsewhisper, Poppymask and Storkpaw

Caveclan territory seems empty and barren- but most life goes on underground. The territory is full of tunnels, dug by many generations. Above ground just isn’t as safe, they believe. And it’s true; Caveclan territory doesn’t have any shelter. A few rocks, and maybe some sparse bushes, but actual forest isn’t found anywhere. 

A large ravine splits open the territory. Though not too deep, the crack that reaches the daylight isn’t large, making the camp mostly dark, but also the safest. No birds can get in, no badgers, no foxes. The dens are worn away ditches from where a stream used to be. 

Due to the barren territory, Caveclan doesn’t have much choice of prey. Large birds are the most common prey, making this clan the closest to their ancestors of the Tribe of Rushing Water. Bats are sometimes found in the tunnels and caves, but are way less common than hawks and eagles. Barely any herbs grow here, so Caveclan is very dependent on other clans.
