Game Zero

Tonight three of my neighbors and I started the preliminaries to a D&D game. Game zero. Neighbor 1 is playing as a variant human monk, Neighbor 2 is playing as a moon elf druid, Neighbor 3 is the DM. I am playing as a bronze Dragonborn storm sorcerer with a sailor background and a childhood spent among humans. (I may or may not sneak in references to Goncharov if I can. We shall see.)

Command HQ for the game is the Worlds' End Inn from the Sandman series. That's all I know for now. Film at eleven! (So to speak.)

Reworked the monk class sort of concept a little bit (which I might make a separate post to ramble about)! But this was really fun to design and I hope you all enjoy them too! 💖

I like doing these sort of fake screenshots of our campaign and these are my faves so far! The first two are from 2022 and the other two from last year so some of these are a bit older already.

Someone should write the BG3 characters in Thedas though. Not so they can fight, just for fun. There are 11 fics in the crossover tag, which is a good start.

Shadowheart and Astarion are reeling at their sudden plummeting social capital, Lae'zel lands in rural Ferelden and gets mistaken for a darkspawn 6 times in an hour, Karlach and Will both get mistaken for demons and/or abominations, Gale has had to break out of the Gallows and is now wandering the Kirkwall sewers in search of healing...

Halsin wanders around in the Korcari Wilds, kills some slavers, cuddles a halla, makes friends with a bunch of Chasind and hooks up with a woman—who might be an aasimar?—who can turn into a dragon. He's very sad about the Blight but he is, on average, having a grand time.

Slowly working on this one, it's still an intimidating task (does that sound familiar to other artists? I dunno where to begin with this one lol, so I just slowly refine parts of the sketch and gather references) I'm still very excited about this idea and promised myself to finish it this year at least. Not a fan of ppl when they try to push the idea that "oh Will was never jealous he's too good for such a worldly emotion!!!" ... have u SEEN s3 my god that boy was suffering hardcore seeing mike n el together + laughed n egged lucas on when he was making fun of them lol. he's a teenage boy who's been in love w the dude (mike) evr since he was a kid i think he deserves to feel a little jealous guys
