“Hello guys.” Ellie starts her stream like she always does with a sardonic almost scary ‘hello guys.’

“I’m sure you’ve all noticed something.” She makes a gesture to the empty bed behind her. Her streaming set up is just in front of your guys bed, making you a little anxious at times, but most of the time Ellie covers her camera with a top hat she got from a flea market once.

Since it’s in front of her bed she’s become accustomed to you sat behind her, reading, doing work, watching tv. And as had her viewers. Most of the time your outta view but people catch glimpses and it TAKES over her chat.

As the stream goes on, Roblox of course and Ellie trying her absolute- and failing insanely- not to scream on the idea you might be asleep. The timer eventually hits zero and she pulls up her Instagram and a food delivery website.

“A let’s check,… saltines and ginger ale? I’m sure you have good intentions but I love my girlfriend… pastina? Let’s put that on the maybe… the fuck are bilberries? I don’t even know where I’d get that….. Gasping, gasping… samgyetang?- I hope I’m pronouncing that right..”

She quickly places the order- almost forgetting to blur her card details- and leans back.

“Am I wife material or what??” She boots up Roblox again and begins playing till around half an hour later the door bell rings.

“YOU THINK YOUR BETTER AT THE MY LITTLE PONY OBBY THAN RAINBOW DASH? DASH IS IN MY NAME FAG- the food! I’ll be right back be good chat.” She BOLTS outta there.

“I’m back- and BEFORE YOU ASK. I did tip my driver don’t even. Ok let’s go to my kitchen. Come with me- hey chubling-“ she’s coos to an admittedly very large rescues cat whose name is actually Deborah, quickly turning the camera around to show chat. “No don’t look at my feet you didn’t see that.”

After a brief struggle with her camera she props it up. “Welcome to the kitchen. Here’s the wife’s food we’ve got the soup, extra kimchi, and some pickled radish. Which I fucking love so I kinda hope she doesn’t eat. Daddy loves picked goods… I dunno if I should plate it or…” she stands hands on hips for a second looking kinda lost. “No I don’t wanna do those dishes. Well just put it on a tray.”

Gently cracking the door open, interrupting your half asleep half watching that random cartoon you put on. “Hey baby.. you hungry?”

“Mm.” The sore throat feels like if you speak you’ll actually crumple over and die on the spot so little moans and groans are the standard as of late.

“Here sit up a little.” She places the tray on your lap and gently touches the back of her hand to your sweaty forehead. “Oh baby.. here eat something.”

Gently lifting the spoon to your lips you take a drag and nod. “Mmm.”

“Good?”

“Mmhm.”

“Yipppeeee. Ok I gotta get back to stream text me if you need anything ok? I love you don’t die in here like a sickly Victorian child.”

The nice thing about yours and Ellie’s relationship is either your soul connected on a larger scale or you’ve spent enough time together that she can read your face as an “I might.” Tenderly she presses a kiss to the back of your hand- you’ve barred her from any kisses that might spread your plague. And she slips away from the dark room like a sexy little, strange little, thing.

After that encounter she picks her camera back up and gives the camera a thumbs up. “Great success.” She’s says like borat which no one else thinks is funny except her.

The best and worse thing about Ellie is her unwavering ability to just talk to people. Holding her camera down- cuz being a streamer is embarrassing enough she’s not gonna film some poor pharmacist- she walks to the counter.

• A gumball machine. He bought it purely because he didn't know these things could be bought. He followed Genesis to one of those whimsical upscale furniture stores when he was redecorating, spotted the gumball machine, and made his choice without asking how much is cost.

• Yoga gear, enough to open his own studio. In his defense, he does practice yoga, but there was a point in the beginning where he got wayy too into it and started buying everything he saw. It was a mistake, because all he uses is one (1) yoga mat. At least Angeal knows who to go to in case he ever needs 62 yoga balls.

• A mini trampoline. Again, he didn't know they existed before he saw one.

• A coffee table that doubles as a mini pool table when the glass top comes off. Again, he saw it at the store, went "ooh!" and then made Genesis and Angeal lug it back to his place. (he was too busy carrying the light up wall-sword-holder contraption he got for Masamune)

• A giant scented candle the size of a barrel. He likes scented candles, but hates how fast they run out, so to combat this he bought "that monstrosity" (Genesis' words, not his). It smells like eucalyptus. The smoke detector picked it up one time at 1AM and they had to evacuate the residence floor. Angeal confiscated it.

• A humidifier shaped like a cat that lights up and purrs. It's impractical, it doesn't work properly, and is an eye sore according to Genesis. Sephiroth only bought it because "that's not something you see every day."

• A plasma lamp, a lava lamp, a night sky projector, light-up LED lights, a lamp that's a skull with a lightbulb in its mouth. If it lights up in any different or interesting way shape or form, odds are Sephiroth has it.

• House slippers shaped like two chocobos that heat up. Zack talked him into buying them, but he never wears it on account of feeling ridiculous whenever he does. He wears them when he's alone but that's besides the point.

• A giant weighted stuffed chocobo he got from Genesis as a gag gift. Sephiroth doesn't see the gag. If he drapes the chocobo over himself it simulates human contact.

• Waffle iron, popcorn machine, hot chocolate maker, donut iron, things he buys and claims he'll use, but never does because he barely ever cooks. The only times he eats home cooked meals are when Angeal cooks for them, and it will be a cold day in hell before Hewley is caught making an omelet with a machine.

• Sephiroth once followed Angeal to the flea market in the slums, where he proceeded to thrift an entire collection of mugs shaped like realistic skulls. "Aren't these a novelty? I think I'll name each of them."

• A comically huge beanbag chair that makes him look (and feel) small when he's nestled into it.

• In conclusion, this is the result of growing up isolated in a lab without autonomy, and then gaining adult money and personal space.

Can You Take Your Appliances?  “A seller is not obligated to include appliances in the sale of their home, though it is often expected, especially in markets like NYC,” says agent Maria Kourepenos of Coldwell Banker Warburg. “If a seller prefers not to include them, it’s important they discuss this with their real estate agent, who can provide guidance based on buyer expectations in their particular market.” Maybe you’ve become attached to your gas stove, or the fridge you bought happens to match the microwave and dishwasher you recently invested in. Whatever the case, you might wish you could take your appliances with you to your new home. The good news is you can absolutely do that. You’ll just need to check all the boxes.  “First things first, I always recommend consulting with your realtor about local norms. They are the experts regarding buyer expectations, and whether or not to leave your appliances falls into that category,” says Margaret Osborne, realtor at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Central. Osborne says these trends have shifted over the years. “In my direct market, it’s been common for sellers to leave all kitchen appliances but take their washer and dryer. This is especially helpful if the home you’re moving into doesn’t have any appliances. Keeping your current washer and dryer then saves you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars.  “Homeowners can evaluate the cost of replacing an appliance versus moving with the current appliance by checking what the appliance costs now,” Lindsay says. “For example, if a homeowner purchased a washer and dryer set for $5,000 two years ago, and it would cost another $3,000 to move that set to another location, then it may not be worth it if they can get a new set in their new location for $6,000.” Cons If you’re moving into a home that already has appliances, you’ll need to remove them and properly dispose of them before installing yours. This can be a hassle.  “In most cases, the cons of keeping appliances outweigh the pros. “While some may consider selling them independently, the time, effort, and hassle often don’t justify the potential profit.”— MARIA KOUREPENOS Additionally, moving these bulky items is not free. While we often envision a ‘best-case scenario,’ don’t forget to factor in storage costs if you can’t transition directly between homes.” Keep in mind that washing machines, dryers, and dishwashers all require special plumbing and venting. Refrigerators and other large appliances also require the proper electrical hookup. In short, you shouldn’t install these items without proper knowledge.  Finally, choosing to take your appliances with you could be a drawback for your home’s buyer. If keeping your appliances jeopardizes the sale of your home in any way, you may want to reconsider your decision in favor of the bigger picture. This is especially true if your home is damaged in the process of having these bulky items moved.  “Large appliances can be difficult to move and can easily damage floors and walls,” Hussey says. “Any damage to the home before the closing is the seller’s responsibility. If damage does occur during the move, before the closing, it could be the seller’s responsibility to repair or mitigate any damage done.” Exceptions Still, feel like you want to keep your microwave? There are of course exceptions that will far outweigh the challenges you might face moving that appliance.  “The exception might be if there is sentimental value attached to an appliance, such as an antique oven or a family heirloom refrigerator,” says Kourepenos. “In those cases, sellers can either move the appliance elsewhere or offer buyers a credit toward a replacement while making it clear that the item is not included in the sale.” How to Decide As you decide whether to take your current appliances with you, consider the following four factors:  1. Price You could save money by moving your current appliances, but keep in mind that, while you might not have to buy new appliances, you will have to pay someone to move and hook up your current ones.  “The cost of moving appliances includes not only transportation but also potential fees for disconnecting, reconnecting, and possibly adapting appliances to fit the new home,” Raney says. “These costs can add up quickly and may not be worth the expense, especially if the appliances are older or not compatible with the new home’s setup.”Raney had a client who took their washer and dryer and spent a lot of money to move it. Once in the new home, the movers went to install the new washing machine and did not know how to shut the water off, causing a leak.  “Movers will try to be helpful, but most are not trained in appliance installation,” Raney cautions. 2. Condition Consider how long your current appliances will last and compare them to the ones you might inherit with a new home purchase or buy if you go with a new one.  “Homeowners should weigh the age, value, and condition of their appliances against the cost and effort of moving them,” Raney says. “If appliances are nearing the end of their life span, it may be more cost-effective to sell or leave them behind and invest in new ones that better suit the new home.” 3. Negotiating Power Many home buyers like to see that their new home comes with good, working appliances. If you remove yours, you could lower the quality of the deal potential buyers are expecting.  “We recommend selling listings turnkey with all appliances included. Sometimes a seller is very attached to an item such as their washer and dryer and requests to take them,” Raney says. “That should not turn off a buyer in the end or affect the overall desirability of the home. However, if a seller excludes expensive luxury items like a beautiful freestanding wine fridge that fits perfectly in a built in bar, making it turnkey and desirable, that may give a buyer pause.” 4. Moving the Appliances Whether you do it yourself or hire a crew, moving appliances is added work that can cost money and time. You’ll also want to make sure your current appliances will fit in their new space.  “Moving large appliances can be challenging due to their size, weight, and the need for professional disconnection and reconnection,” Raney says. “It’s important to ensure that the new home can accommodate the appliances in terms of space, utility hookups, and compatibility.
