You're definitely right about me being absolutely unsupervised as kid on the internet 💀 bro I was THERE when wretched Scary maze and 2girls1cup thing was making it's rounds oof, 'twas a wild childhood. I vividly remember getting a JTK jumpscare thrown at me in the YT comment section at some point :,) but honestly... the Proxies man,,, core memory unlocked, I read so many creepypasta mansion x reader's on quotev it ain't even funny. THE QUIZZES TOO OMFG.

On another note, it's interesting how nowadays the JTK origin story creepypasta is universally agreed upon to be rlly bad and they talk about how it had bad grammar. The thing is, when I was at the very beginning of my CP phase, I didn't know shit about English, the only thing I had at hand were the translations of the most famous Pasta's and the translators rlly didn't fuck around when it came to grammar and localisation. I honestly think that if the translations hadn't been THAT good, I wouldn't have liked Jeff or the Pastas as much as I did, like these damned translations dragged me into the creepypasta fandom with no mercy. What also didn't help was the Yassification of every pasta in the form of fanart 😔 although some of them were still scary (I once saw a fanart of JTK, with the OG scary image face, smacked on top of an unreasonably well drawn feminine body in a skimpy bikini 💀💀). Honestly though, think I had crush on most Human-leaning creepypastas at some point. Not LJ though, lil me had a Clownphobia and this guy used to scare me shitless 🥲 good times, good times. The funniest thing about crushing on Hoodie and Masky for me though, was that I did not watch Marble Hornets until recently. My view on their personality was solely shaped by the fanfics I read on them agh :,)

Holy shit the edgy AMVs though- I was OBSESSED with them. They really shaped my music taste (linkin park & Melanie Marrinez my beloved <3) I still have some of them (the videos) in a playlist actually. Want a taste of what I was hyperfixating on when I was younger? lol

Also kinda funny how I'm stumped when I have to write essays at school but I can casually drop 200+ words whenever I send an ask too you, like I'm writing a long letter to a friend in ye olden times (Victor would be proud 😔✊)

I'm soooo glad I've found someone else who also played quotev quizzes and read those fics 😭 the quizzes were always fun, but it was always one of four. The seven minutes in heaven ;) , Which creepypasta is ur bf?, 24 hours with this character, and what does this character think about you?

For most of these quizzes, they were also made my pre teens/teenagers, so the answers were always hella obvious and the characters were hella fanon 💀

I think I was on the internet when the scary maze thing was still a thing, but not as popular? Idk I didn't really care about it. But omg I didn't know what 2 girls and one cup was, and EVERYBODY was freaking out about it.

I looked all over YouTube until I could get a video more than 10 seconds long, and omfg I couldn't believe what my 11 year old eyes saw 💀💀💀 I didn't think it was real because NO WAY THEY WERE DOING THAT NASTY SHIT FR RIGHT???

You know, there was always this one song and this one 'JTK tribute' video that I loved watching. It was just those picture slideshow videos, but it had the Super Crazy Psycho Love by Simon Curtis or something.

There was this one specific photo of Jeff with no shirt on. He had abs and was in a pool of blood.

... I was obessed with it. I loved it. I NEEDED IT.

I wasn't even into Jeff though? Like, my mans were LJ and Toby! Maybe Eyeless Jack or the painter guy every now and then, but those two were my favorites.

I too need to watch marble Hornets. In my pasta phase, I didnt really know them, but I just went along with it. Fanon hoodie was shy and nice, while fanon Masky was mature and calm.

Out of the two, I liked Hoodie more than Masky.

I think it's because I used to tick most of the time when I was younger because my anxiety was so severe, and he was really friendly and loud about everything (I still tick, but not nearly as much thank god. That shit hurt fr)

I also heard they're still uploading? Just little snippets and short videos. It still sounds cool though.

After seeing that post about untaught racism in british history and talking to Ana about world history I have come to the realisation of just how shit and lacking our lessons were so here is a rough guide of what everyone I know was taught in history pre-GCSEs in vaguely chronological order cus my memories not that good

ANCIENT EGYPTIANS, then ANCIENT GREEKS and then ANCIENT ROMANS who invaded england to expand the roman empire

the original settlers were the CELTS who were pushed out by the ROMANS who were pushed out by the VIKINGS who were pushed out by the SAXONS leading to the ANGLO SAXONS and the name angloland who were then pushed out by the NORMANS whooo

Brought WILLIAM THE CONQUEOR englands first king after winning the BATTLE OF HASTINGS (we all have the date 1066 imprinted in our heads everything else is irrelevant) and started the DOOMSDAY BOOK

Then everythings kinda irrelevant for a while theres the DARK AGES and the first bought of bubonic plague called BLACK DEATH

Then nothing again until the WAR OF THE ROSES which was won by HENRY 7TH whom we nothing else about except that he was HENRY 8TH’s dad whos claim to fame is having six wives and introducing divorce after changing the religion of england the point in the six wives being that he wanted a son who ended up being super sickly was on the throne young and died young I couldnt tell you which of the KING EDWARD’s he was. then was the nine day queen LADY JANE GREY who was eds cousin chosen because she shared the same religious views as henry rather than mary. BLOODY MARY then had jane killed changed the countrys religion back and thats the extent of what I know. Next was ELIZABETH 1ST who changed the religion back again (no i dont know which is which one of the christianity branches) and is generally remarked upon for never marrying.

All that happened during the RENAISSANCE you know that period of ENLIGHTENMENT and the FRENCH REVOLUTION? Yeah none of that gets mentioned because england

Then another bought of bubonic plague this time referred to as the GREAT PLAGUE this is the one where they BANNED CATS AND DOGS thus increasing rat populations, BURNED TAR in the streets and PLAGUE DOCTORS which didnt end until the GREAT FIRE OF LONDON

Of course at some point there was the spanish inquisition and Napoleon but thats not england so it doesnt get taught I mean we dont even get taught about wales or ireland and the only mention of scotland is that there were a lot of battles so you can understand why world history gets ignored.

Then everything becomes irrelevant again until the VICTORIAN ERA in which you learn that QUEEN VIC was the longest reigning monarchy and about the INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION a brief nod to SLAVERY but mainly focusing on the few figures who attempted to abolish it and of course the BRITISH EMPIRE but we dont discus of course how exactly one comes about owning the majoprity of countries did they lose their rights in a bet? doesn’t matter because information would surely demonise england so we dont talk about it. and hey WORK HOUSES were also a thing

And of course FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE was around and doing stuff. And there was that all thing with the ROUNDHEADS and CAVALIERS that happened at some point again hella vague

Then nothing matters until WORLD WAR 1 skipping over the fact that really britain had no need to get involved the whole thing was super convoluted. Then we ignore the ROARING TWENTIES and oh look WORLD WAR 2 lets ignore the fact that germany got the idea of concentration camps from britain and instead talk about how horrific the NAZIS were and how shocking it was that anyone could treat a fellow human being like that *cough cough*

Then a brief brush over the following decades the FIFTIES in which the focus of SEGREGATION is all on america completely ignoring any and all racial issues in the uk. then onto the SIXTIES moon landing then SEVENTIES. But what about the cold war with america and russia? Who cares wasn’t england. And the international tensions over nuclear war? Not england. What about the assassination of president kennedy? We don’t learn about our own political leader aside from a brief nod to churchil and thatcher so nope.

And then its present day minus a decade or four but whos counting

So that completes our very shitty guide to English history lessons through the years

I don’t think I’ve cried this much during a D&D session

For context --- We have been playing on and off for several years and had only recently reached level 5 (mostly during school breaks and such). My character (half-elf Druid) had a thing for an NPC (Elf Ranger; hella cliche) that tagged along with the group. There were several small moments really made it feel real, like catching each other when they fell and just overall looking out for one another and fighting one another. There was a moment where they just stopped to awkwardly look into the other's eyes and that was the moment the shipped sailed for everyone.

Flash forward to more recently ---

We are fighting a monstrous fiend that was summoned through a portal by cultist in the city we recently arrived in. NPC had been kidnapped by said cultist and earlier on our wizard (my Druid has a big character thing about respecting and protecting elders) had died/not died cause it was in the Shadowfell. We managed to bring him back and meet the man who was accidentally involved in killing the Wizard's wife. Wizard needed a break from this shit (understandable) and the other guy joins up for a bit cause our barbarian caught WereBear and he is a WereFox due to the people in power testing shit they shouldn't be messing with. So we go to the city to figure out what the hell is going on. The dude who has joined up is a bard. We are all level 5, including him, and his health rolls are absolute shit. He has always had a big thing about keeping his rolls so he just goes with it (20 HP).

Now, Druid is trying to keep her village from dying and she knows it is caused by something with these cultists and the Shadowfell. She has lost the Wizard and her parents (they went missing apparently during the earlier arc). She is not doing well mentally. During the current fight with the monstrous fiend, the bard gets badly injured (two hits and he is at 1 HP). She isn’t really close to him so she dashes over to hopefully heal him in her next turn. Next turn is the Monstrous Fiend. Fiend blast her and the bard. Bard instant dies. Cannot even heal that. Mental state is not looking good for Druid or player. More shit goes down with the WereBear. He transforms and has no control over it. He sees everything as a threat. My druid heals our paladin back up and he blasts the Fiend to death. Whooo. Now, as everyone is weary over the WereBear, my Druid attempts to calm him. It is working, but cannot fully get through to him. He slashes her after the paladin scares him a little. Druid goes down. Paladin immediately retaliates and knocks out the WereBear. We have another player who tried to run (No-face/ Face stealer). She uses my healers kit and saves the Druid. Our Paladin healing words her and she is back on her feet. Everything has gone to shit. The Face Stealer (FS) binds the WereBear before he wakes up. WereBear breaks his binding and the FS holds person him. Druid stands up against this yelling no more. Paladin has passed out at this point for sucking up all the sins of the Fiend. FS walks out, annoyed and not wanting to stay for what happens. WereBear transforms back Druid and barbarian have a reunited moment. Right afterward, a clank of a rock comes from the hole the fiend was summoned from. Druid goes to check it out. Deep inside she sees the NPC join with everyone else who was kidnapped from the city. HAPPY DAY. She spider climbs down to him followed by the Barbarian who has now learned how to control the transformation. Once she gets to the NPC, he just looks around for the other players and asked where his animal companion is. The animal companion (barn owl) was on the bard who died (he got incinerated). This broke my heart in so many ways. Everyone had completely forgotten. about the companion and our DM tried so hard to separate him from the party for this arch. It hurts so much. But at the same time, this is what makes for a good story. But damn it hurts.

Come rant with me about Endgame

So.......... I saw Endgame yesterday and I have some opinions, feelings and thoughts... Also a story about me being an idiot after trying to get home from the cinema but I’ll leave that for a bit later. Anyone who wants to talk about Endgame feel free to hit me up about it ‘cause I got nobody to talk about it with rn.

I’ll talk about the characters a bit more and afterwards, I’ll talk about plot stuff.

So... Thor

I have seen people complaining about what they did to him in this movie. I personally did not expect them to take this route with him but I wouldn’t really say it was completely out of character for him. He lost a lot. And there is no real threat, nothing to really protect for him anymore apart from his people who he feels like he failed. He feels like he failed everyone and at everything and I can understand that feeling veeeery well. And it was nice seeing them actually stick to his new figure and not giving him a stupid montage how he got fit again. No! He was worthy no matter what because it’s what's inside that matters. His hair, beard and glowing eyes 10/10 Kinda sad and mad there was no talking about Loki though... Felt like he should have brought him up somewhere in there. I’m super excited for him to join the Guardians. It’s gonna be a riiide.

Now we can move on to Natasha and Clint

Let me just tell you... The second they started talking about having teams and going for the stones I was like “But Vormir? Who the fuck is going to go to VoRmIr to get the fucking soul stone?! WHOOO?!!!!” and I kind of expected it to be Natasha and Clint. And I kind of expected Natasha to be the one who sacrifices herself because Clint has a family + after seeing what she did for those 5 years it made sense for her character to be the one who sacrifices herself. I did not cry at this death I guess because I suspected it but I was VERY sad. I’m a little disappointed that they didn’t do something similar for Natasha as they did for.... y’know... our boi. I guess the reason I didn’t actually cry could be that when she was lying down there I think she was in the exact same position as Gamora and there has been talk about it that it could mean something (you can watch the SuperCarlinBrothers Endgame review they talk about it a bit) but when I saw her there... It looked just weird man. Like logically she probably would not fall and be in the same position AS Gamora and I got the picture of Gamora just lying down there literally burned in my memory since I’ve seen it like billion times over the past year. The CGI on it was just... It looked weird okay? Otherwise, I was super happy about seeing Clint again. I missed him as much as I will miss Natasha. She did good and she will forever be remembered ❤️ 🧡 💛

Ant-Man a.k.a. my boy Scott Lang

He peaked in this movie. Truly. I had such a good time watching him do stupid shit, be funny but also serious. He’s just always so much fun. Loved him a lot. I was a little confused when Cassie was all grown up I thought it was her mom who was at the door first but then Scott was like “Cassie?” and I was like “OH SHIIIIIIT THAT’S THE KIIIID!”

Bruce... honey...

Don’t have much to say about my boy Bruce. Cool seeing professor Hulk. I really liked the scene where they were trying to figure out time travel. I could relate to him just not knowing what he was doing but doing it anyways ‘cause... same. Also, thank you for doing the snap. Good job.

America’s ass Steve Rogers, Cap, whatever you want to call him

Soooooo... I’ve seen theories of his ending actually like.. before this movie came out. I’ve discussed him time traveling to be with Peggy with my cousin and we both agreed it would have been the best ending and that we would really want it for him. BUT when we discussed it we hit this big thing that would kind of not make sense for his character. BUCKY! He would never leave him be tortured for years and years on if he knew Bucky was alive and that he could actually do something about it. He would want to do something about HYDRA in S.H.I.E.L.D. as well! It’s not like him to just stand around and do nothing. He said it himself that he could not possibly do that. Like many people on the internet, I’m just... Not happy about this thing. Also, did they talk about it beforehand? Did Steve offer Bucky to go with him? Did Bucky say no? If they explain it in the future (they better) I hope that they mention Steve going for Bucky who was still being tortured WHEN he was with Peggy in the past. I hope that we will get Bucky’s and Steve’s talk after he finished talking to Sam. We could potentially get all these answers in the Falcon & Winter Soldier Disney+ show. I hope we do because if we don’t I’m gonna be hella mad. I wanted to shed some more good tears about Steve and Bucky but they didn’t talk... I’m not bitter. Trust me. Not. At. All. (they could have maaaybe cut the scene of them talking because: time) Steve picking up Mjölnir was some good shit. I knew it was him the moment that hammer moved a bit. I got the flashbacks to Age of Ultron and I was like “Is he gonna..... Is it.... It’s..... YEEEAAAAHHHH!!!! IT’S FUCKING CAP!!!” That was truly some good shit we got right there. Also, I was kind of bitter that Steve and Tony never really talked over Civil War. Hail Hydra scene? Perfection. YeAh I know- scene? Perfection. That is America’s ass scene? Perfection. Overall Steve had some great scenes. I just missed the Bucky in them. No real reuniting between them either... I just don’t know man. I wanted more from that. Bucky played a huge part in all three CA movies (one was literally named after him say what) and we didn’t get... anything.

Nebula and Rocket

I was very pleasantly surprised by both of these characters. I hope they’re gonna be a bit closer now that they spent 5 years with each other. Everybody say thank you Mr. Rocket for actually following the plan and getting the stupid fucking stone we needed. Nebula kind of fucked up everything even though it wasn’t her fault. But when she literally killed her old self? I felt that. That was powerful shit. Also loved her and Tony a lot. She’s a great addition to the Guardians.

Gamora

Sweet summer child. Obviously, they set up a plot for Guardians 3 with Quill trying to find her at the end of Endgame.

Carol Damnvers Danvers, Cap Marvel, my lesbian hero

Underused. But I get why. She is truly OP. Her haircut? Thank you Marvel gods? Her meeting Peter? I’ve never related more to Peter in my life because I too would be crawling in dirt and curled up on the ground if I got to meet this queen. AND THEN THE SCENE? THE SCENE WHERE ALL THE MARVEL WOMEN FUCKING STAND UP AND GO AGAINST THANOS?! I felt that. It was really funny seeing Peter get surrounded by all of them. He is protected by the lesbian queens. Also her fucking up Thanos? Good shit. Little sad her and Fury got zero scenes in there.

Wanda motherfucking Maximoff

Another OP women. Loved her to pieces. Seeing her almost rip Thanos apart was truly inspiring. Fucking legend. Get that revenge for your toaster girl.

Falcon

I don’t have much to say about him because there was not much of Sam in Endgame. Loved the “On your left” thing. Great call back to WS. But I wanted to tell you guys something that happened in the cinema that I saw coming. There was this group of boys around 17-19 years old sitting right behind me and when Cap was giving Sam the shield and basically making him the next Captain America.. I think ya’ll know where this is going. These fucking dudes had the audacity to scoff and out loud talk about it like “A black dude is gonna be Captain America? The fuck?” I was trying not to sob in my seat because EMOTIONS and I felt the fucking rage that went through my veins at that moment. I can’t believe people still do this shit. Why, why, why the fuck do you think that it’s not okay? I wish I could go back to that moment and just throw my water bottle in their faces. Assholes. It really ruined the moment for me and I’ll never forget the fucking disgust I felt when I heard that coming out of their mouths. Really wish I told them something but the state I was at... I was just not in the shape for calling them out on their bullshit.

Um.... I feel like it’s time we address the elephant in the room. THEM.

Dad Tony was really fucking me up good in this movie I gotta tell you. The I lost the kid scene? Good shit. (In our subtitles they translated it to “I lost Peter” which was like.... Ummmmm.... kill me nooooow) The I love you 3 000? Good shit. The shit scene? Good shit. The bedtime story? Wish we got some Peter in there but still. Good shit. Any scene with Morgan Stark in it? Good shit. I just need her and Peter bonding in some future movie and I’m satisfied. Anthony Edward Stark really is that bitch, isn’t he? He made time travel happen in like 4 hours.... We love a true legend man. I wish we could have seen him talking to aunt May (that is if she didn’t die in the snap we still don’t know). I just kind of hoped that we could have seen him getting over losing Peter and stuff... even though he never really got over it. I’ve also seen people blaming Peter for Tony’s death??? Umm? How? He did not jump out of that fucking picture and tell Tony to save him. He did not force Tony to care about him. Tony just did because he has a serious issue with adopting sad ki-I just don’t understand how anybody could blame Peter for his death. Tony decided totally by himself. Seeing him go off on the team when he came back from space was... just wow. I felt that. I was genuinely scared of him for a bit. Also how skinny he looked? :) That shit hurted. All of his dialog? Gold. Actual gold. There isn’t a scene in which he did not excel. The talk between him and his dad? That shit hurted. When Peter came on the screen... Man I was WAITING when all the guys from Titan started showing up I was at the edge of my seat like “whereishewhereishewhereishewhereishe” and then when he fucking jumped in there the music got all epic and when he took off the mask he looked so fucking adorable and happy and the hair and ghdakskguarieogs- That was truly the first time I cried in that movie. That is what he does to me. And WE GOT THE HUG FOLKS! Him rambling and being all OwwwO and Tony just looking at him. Cried like a crazy person. I’ve waited for that a long time. And then Peter jumping around and protecting the gauntlet and meeting everyone and Carol and... I just can’t even. He was perfect. It was perfect. But then it happened... The moment Strange gave Tony THE look I knew shit was going down for real. I was crying like a little baby. Seeing Thanos fade away was very satisfactory but right after that seeing Tony just... do THAT. And by THAT I mean fucking DIE. Yeah... Rhodey was the first one at his side and he just kind of pet his head... But then fucking Peter got to him and I- that was truly painful as all hell. Seeing him cry and break down because that’s his father figure, that’s his mentor, that’s his Tony. And now he’s just.... gone. Go watch the Far From Home trailer that’s a lot of fun now :--)))) Pepper telling him that he can rest I- think I never cried more in my entire cinema experiences. When the reactor turned off it was over. I was trying so hard to not sob and be loud in my seat but I actually have no clue if I was loud or not because I was that deep in. Didn’t bring any tissues. That was a mistake I am never making again. The funeral was beautiful. The cheeseburger scene. Great. I actually had a burger yesterday and... It’s the first time I cried over a fucking burger. I still can’t believe it happened. My brain is still not comprehending it. I just can’t believe... I was SO convinced that Cap was the one who’s dying and I was SO convinced that they could not just get rid of Tony. But they did... They did that. It’s the end of an era. Truly. And Morgan is going to grow up without a father now :---))) just end me.. This is fucking hell. I’ve never cried this much in a cinema. Fuck Endgame.

Okay so now I wanna talk about some plot stuff

The time travel I don’t fucking get

Okay but can somebody explain to me how the time travel works? Maybe after I watch it a few times I’ll understand it better. I have some kind of idea how it probably works but I’m still veeery confused. They made such a big deal about returning the stones back to the realities they borrowed them from. Okay. But how did they return them back in the way they were before? The reality stone aka Aether was in Jane Foster, right? Tony, Thor or someone must have figured out a way how to put it in its stone version but can you put it back in Jane Foster then? So that nothing changes? Can you? Or do you have to? How much do we have to follow the rules of how things have been when we return them? Can it be given back in the stone form? Same thing goes for the space stone. It was in the Tesseract. How did they put it back in the Tesseract? Did they have to? How. Does. This. Work? And what about the soul stone? We know that Red Skull is the protector of it on Vormir but he is not the one who put the soul stone in there. So who did? And can they put it back? How did Steve put it back? He couldn’t have just given it to Red Skull right? Then Red motherfucking Skull would have the stone and it would fuck up some other reality. Just like when Loki took the Tesseract. I just don’t exactly understand this. Also if we made a huge deal out of the stones what about Mjölnir?? When Thor took it right before the dark elves attacked? Don’t they have to give it back as well? I get that he took it so that we could see Cap with Mjölnir but.... ???? I don’t remember if Steve had it with him when he was returning the stones he might have but he also had it when he was old sitting on that bench. He could have given it back just like the stones and maybe call it to himself when he needed it (which would probably confuse Thor a bit). I suppose Thor could still call it back when Steve had it in the past but that would mean there were two Mjölnir hammers at one point right? Because Steve went back to Peggy and at that point, Thor still had his hammer because Hella did not destroy it yet AND the thicc dummy Thor hasn’t taken it yet either. So what if he called two hammers? Wouldn’t that be just really weird? Also what happens with that reality where Thanos is dead? It’s 2014 Thanos. I would think they have to put him back as well so that the whole snap can still happen. I’m just super confused with EVERYTHING about this. But the thing that is the weirdest to me personally is old Steve??? Like... Did he time travel from his own reality back to ours with the shield and Mjölnir? Because he couldn’t have been in OUR reality right? The things they do when they travel to the past do not affect the present. No butterfly effect right? Which means Steve couldn’t have lived in OUR reality with Peggy because in our reality Peggy had her own husband, children, and life. So he must have traveled from our reality to the one where Peggy did not have a family yet and then when he wanted to go back to Sam and Bucky he must have traveled from that reality where he was with Peggy back to ours or this doesn’t make any sense. So why did we not see him in the time traveling suit? That must mean in some other reality we have Peggy’s and Steve’s kids but not in ours. So does that mean there are two Steve’s in some other reality? Because Steve is still stuck in that iceberg. IDK man I’m super confused how all of this worked. The stones, the hammer, and Steve.

I hope I made at least some sense in this. I highly recommend you to watch the SuperCarlinBrothers review they talk about some of the stuff I talked about here. If any of you who actually read this whole thing (wow kudos to you) want to chat about it you can message me or something IDK. I have no one to talk about this movie with rn so if you’re in the same situation you can definitely hit me up if you have some opinions, theories, and emotions.

Also the little story I promised.

I went to see Endgame on Thursday and I had to take a train that was leaving around 9:53PM to get back home. There is this park that I have to walk through to get to the road that leads to the train station. It’s basically like at least a 20-minute walk from the cinema to that train station. So I got lost.... in the park. It was dark as fuck in there. I was in a city I barely know, heartbroken over THAT movie and I had to catch the train. In the middle of all of that my mom called me and I was like barely holding back tears because THAT movie, I’m also lost in a dark motherfucking park in a city I don’t know, somebody is laughing loud as fuck in there and the train is leaving in like 15 minutes. My mom later told me that I sounded weird like I was crying or something (which I almost was) I was panicking as FUCK. I eventually made my way out of that park but I did not catch the train. I even RAN to catch it. Still didn’t make it. Had to take a bus to get home. It was a disaster. I also sat outside of my apartment just looking at the dark sky around 11PM and cried my eyes out because TONY. So that was a stressful journey home.

In the end... The movie destroyed me. I’m not sure I am completely satisfied with everything that went down and how it went down but I still think they did a very good job with it. I will forever miss Tony Stark and Natasha Romanoff. It will never be the same without them. Thank you for everything.

1. What would you get arrested for on the Ark? Probably for punching a guard or something, tbh. Maybe starting underground resistance (yikes)

2. Would you take off your wristband when you landed on the ground? Maybe.

3. What would the necklace Finn would make for you look like? (Clarke: deer/Raven: a raven duh..) Probably a fist or some sort of cool resist sign.

4. If you could resurrect any MINOR character who would it be? WELLS JAHA DESERVED BETTER. (close second would be Anya) (close third would be Ilian)

5. Create a squad of 5 characters to go on missions with. Who are they? Bellamy, Clarke, Raven, Monty, Miller.

6. Minty or Briller? Mintyyyyyy all da way. Briller just never did anything for me.

7. What would your name be in Trigedasleng? (example: Octavia=Okteivia…just make it up!) Jessei, Jessai, i have no idea.

8. Thoughts on Finn? I’ll be honest, I was blind when I first started watching and thought Finn was a good guy...until Raven showed up and was like WTF ....and then he massacred a bunch of people. Then I looked back and realized how manipulative he was with Clarke, and what a shitty person he was in general.

9. Be honest. How willing would you have been to take the chip without knowing all the horrible things it does? I don’t think I would have. It wouldn’t really appeal to me. I could see myself giving in if someone I loved was threatened (like Clarke with Abby, I would’ve folded like a lawn chair)

10. What character do you relate to most & What character do you like the least not including the obvious ones like Pike, etc… I relate to Clarke and Raven the most. I’m bossy and serious like Clarke, but also sassy and passionate like Raven. The character I like the least was (don’t bring out the pitchforks) L/xa. To me, from day 1, she was too bland of a character. It’s like she was always putting on this brave facade that I just never bought into. But I truly love ADC and she’s awesome. I just didn’t believe all of L/xa’s dumb philosophies and thought she wasn’t a good leader. Also, Octavia was on my most hated from the moment she laid her hands on her brother (i will never be over that. bitter 2kforever)

11. Describe your delinquent outfit. (Would you wear something like Murphy’s jacket with the spikey red shoulder patch or have a trademark like Jasper’s goggles? Be creative, yet practical) I probably would have had a patchy black leather jacket, gray t shirt that read Space Sucks, combat boots, black ripped up jeans, and the jacket would’ve had RESIST stitched onto the back in big letters (or maybe a patch). I like to think I would’ve been a total badass but who knows.

12. Favorite type of mutant animal? I don’t think we saw many besides two-headed deer, pauna, and maybe some panthers? Oh, wait! Glowing butterflies, those were cool.

13. What would your job be on the Ark? Oooooh, I don’t know. Sounds weird, but I would’ve liked to work in the archives/library, making sure all the history was preserved (sounds like a Bellamy thing, I know). But tbh, I probably would be jailed for starting a resistance as a side gig.

14. Would you have willingly pumped Ontari’s heart if Abby asked? I’m squeamish, but I would’ve done it to save Clarke (and everyone else in turn).

15. If Lexa wasn’t Heda, then who would make the best commander? Hmm, good question. Well I loved Anya and think she could’ve. I think Luna might’ve if she’d given up her weird ways and NOT BEEN TOTALLY RUINED in s4. ALSO LINCOLN (RIP IM NOT OVER IT). If all 3 could’ve led as like a council, that’d be fire.

16. If you were a grounder, then where would you live and who would be your mentor? Oh god, I don’t know the tribes. Maybe Trishanakru (sp?) just cause Ilian’s such a hottie and it would’ve been cool to be friends.

17. How would you act if you ate the hallucinogenic nuts like Jasper and Monty? I’d probably dare everyone to go jump off a waterfall with me (but like a small one)

18. How would you have dealt with Charlotte’s crime? A more John Murphy approach or Bellamy Blake? Uggggghhhh, this is hard. Listen, neither method worked. Charlotte wouldn’t have survived on her own and Murphy’s dumb. Maybe like a jail or something they could’ve kept her in? Idk, there’s too many things that went wrong with all that.

19. Who should be the Chancellor, if anyone? Anyone at all? Crap, I don’t think there should just be one, it’s too much power. I like the idea of council/committee with the mains like Bellamy, Clarke, Kane, Abby, uhh idk who else.

20. Mount Weather had a lot of modern commodities. (example: Maya’s Ipod) What is the one thing you would snatch while there? Headphones to escape all the drama, probably. Maybe some good hiking gear because goddammit how do they all travel through all these jungles/woods?

21. Do you think you’d have caught the virus spread through camp or would you have been immune like Octavia? I would’ve caught it probs.

22. What would your grounder tattoos look like? Hairstyle? War paint? I’d have just cool geo shape tattoos probably. I’d wear a high pony because how do the girls deal with humidity/sweat wearing it down???? My hair is hella thick, so no thanks. War paint would probably just be a few lines on my cheeks, maybe diagonals.

23. Favorite quote? I CAN’T JUST CHOOSE ONE. OH GOD MY HEART LITERALLY HURTS AT ALL THE ONES I LOVE. (this deserves its own post tbh)

24. Can you forgive Murphy for his actions? How about Bellamy? Murphy’s a real pain in my side. Full offense, I hate that we move on so easily from a white boy’s VERY SIGNIFICANT MISTAKES, yet poor POC Bellamy has to keep suffering from the repercussions. Like Murphy LITERALLY permanently damaged Raven’s body yet they’re cool now? Idk, I hold grudges, and I don’t think I’d be able to let it go. Kudos to Raven, ig. Though I won’t hesitate to admit that Bellamy has royally fucked up too, from the radio to the army (which happened in a season I hate altogether). It just seems like we forgive Murphy much easier than Bellamy and it kills me. Whooo, sorry for that.

25. If one of the characters was in the Hunger Games, who would have the best shot at winning? Hmm, I was gonna say Bellamy but he’s a real softie. Clarke is sneaky and sometimes heartless, so maybe her. BUT ACTUALLY Octavia would because she’s absolutely bat-shit crazy.

26. Least favorite ship? Favorite ship? NOT INCLUDING CLEXA OR BELLARKE Aww crap. I didn’t like Flarke. Fave ship (that never happened) was Ice Mechanic, like imagine the chemistry/hotness. Ugh, still upset about this. Fave canon would be Kabby, I guess? They’re great, but it’s weird to think Kane had Abby tortured. Idk (Y’all know I’m ride or die Bellarke). I was conflicted for a long time about Linctavia because I loved them but when you boil it down, he was way older than her and it seemed kinda Stockholm Syndrome-y? Plus, she turns psycho and he would’ve hated it. IDK ALL SHIPS ARE PROBLEMATIC DAMMIT.

27. A song that should be included in the next season, like when Radioactive was? If there had to be another guest star like Shawn Mendes on the show, who would you want to make a cameo? Lindsay said Home II by Dotan and I 100% agree because that song is amazing and would work so well for S5. Oooh, cameos! Um CAN YOU IMAGINE IF STEPHEN KING JUST SHOWED UP OUT OF THE BLUE? Like I would die. Or Kass Morgan, the original creator!

28. What would you do if you were stuck in the bunker with Murphy for all that time? Honestly, I’d probably be very annoyed and want to be far away from him. BUT if we did warm up to each other, I think we’d bond over cooking (if there was any food).

29.Opinion on Emori? Roan? Both badasses. Kinda indifferent on them actually. Like I don’t love or hate them.

30. Would you want to be an extra that is killed off in a brutal way? Yeah, sure. It’d be cool if it was memorable, poignant, and really related to/impacted the storyline. High hopes, amirite?

31. A character you’d like to learn more about and get flashbacks of? Raven, I think. All her flashbacks were related to Finn and I hated it. WHO WAS SHE BESIDES FINN’S GIRLFRIEND? Show us her mess of a mom, how her love for science started, how she became a mechanic! God, there’s so much we don’t know.

32. A character you’d bang? BELLAMY FUCKING BLAKE, ladies and gents.

If you made it through all this, bless your soul! BUT THIS WAS SO MUCH FUN!! I loved having to really think about the hypotheticals and what I’d do if I was in this world/show. Thoughts about a post I want to discuss but not necessarily interact with directly; mostly introspection, IDK why I'm even doing this but here we are. (Wow this got hella long.)

Separation of Church and State has always been taught to me (White Southern Christian, conservative upbringing) as there is no single state-mandated religion; I guess in the context of the United States, it's been passed down from our (glorified tbh, but not unimportant) British colonial heritage as other Christian sects (Puritans and Catholics, notably) finding a place to settle where it wasn't "join our religion or we kill you." The irony being that's exactly the philosophy they brought with them to the Americas, at least in spirit, because it derives directly from "if you don't join our religion you're going to hell, might as well expedite the process and cleanse our society of your plague-bearing presence." And that's been the driving force behind Christianity in every place it's become dominant, because of people using Christianity as a weapon in order to stay in power (the Crusades and every other European Catholic purge come especially to mind, not to mention the historic treatment of Native Americans and African slaves in America).

The point of the post that I think a few people were missing is that in the Western world, and especially America since that's the country we're mainly worried about as citizens right now, yeah, Christianity, as the dominant religion, has historically been used as a beatin' stick, particularly in the hands of white folks looking to justify their inhuman treatment of others (or, perhaps more commonly these days, in the hands of white folks looking to absolve themselves of the guilt of "clearly Christians who don't understand their own religion did all those awful things, not us, we didn't do it, our hands are clean"). And that's the prevalent fear when politicians talk about getting Christian values back in the law books, because Christian values, to those groups "Christians" have marginalized and brutalized over the two hundred-odd years our country has officially been around as well as the many years of colonial rule before that, mean liberty and justice for all...so long as you fit into our mold, because otherwise, you are unfit to live here and either conform to our idea of a good lawful person or get out.

It isn't about necessarily not letting your religion shape your political views, because of course it's going to. It's unrealistic to expect something so formative an influence in many people's lives as religion to not affect our morals, and to want the laws of our land to protect those morals. It's about recognizing that your religion, American Christianity, is not just your walking stick, but a club, and it must be consciously wielded in ways to not beat others down. Which means letting it form the way you walk but understanding that forcing others to walk to its beat is not only stupid, it's unfair. You can't force someone to live a life according to a set of rules they don't believe in. To put it this way: a Christian won't observe Jewish holidays and customs because a Christian doesn't believe in them. Now reverse the logic: a Jew won't observe Christian holidays and customs because a Jew doesn't believe in them. Except, wait, let's remember: Christianity is the dominant religion. We get out of work for Christian holidays. We have weekends structured around the Christian Sabbath. "In God we trust" is printed on our currency because our Founding Fathers were Christian. "One nation under God" refers to the Christian god. The very structure of our country is built on Christian ideology.

And, okay, let's break Christianity down to its roots sans the eponymous figure at its center: being a good person, uplifting others, serving others, following the laws of the land so far as they're good and correct (render unto Caeser what it Caeser's, but when Hitler starts hunting Jews, let them into your homes/countries/communities because it's the right thing to do). These are not purely Christian values, they're human values. They're fairly universal; if I'm mistaken let me know, but I can't think of a religion where "go and kill and ostracize and maim and brutalize" is part of the actual written doctrine. And they're not even purely religions beliefs, either. There's a quote floating around somewhere that boils down to "if you want to know what true service looks like, look at an atheist who does things not because they believe in a higher power, but because they believe in kindness." As a highly religious person myself, I understand totally dedicating the good fruits of your life to the God you love, and wanting to consecrate everything in your power to Him. But while the laws of our particular land are in our hands, they aren't purely ours. And in my opinion, any benevolent God(s) values kindness and consideration over bombastic shows of "faith". (Faith without works is dead. Faith has nothing to do with political laws. Morality does, and laws can help regulate morality, but morality is a law unto itself and is not as nuanced as people like to make it out to be.)

In conclusion: it takes absolutely ZERO effort to say to yourself "I believe X, but others don't, and forcing them to live X is a violation of the free will I hold so dear, therefore, I'll take that into consideration when looking at what I'm voting for." You may believe that God made man and woman and that man and woman are meant to form families and procreate and replenish the earth and no other, and that's how you choose to live. You don't get to decide how other people live. You don't get to. That's against everything our country stands for, and everything your Christian religion SHOULD stand for. Our Lord was lifted on a cross because He taught what was not the dominant religion of the time. He was not afforded the freedom to live as He taught. That's not the case for us today. It costs us nothing to allow transgender folks to use the bathrooms they identify as. It costs us nothing to allow people of all sexualities to marry. It does not cost us our religious freedom--the right we have to practice our religion with no legal harrassment--to let others do the same.

(And as a member of what I'd call what was a marginalized Christian sect for most of its history, this is a subject I take seriously. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints were hunted from state to state until we settled Utah. There was a Mormon Extermination Order in effect in Missouri until the 70s. Our prophet and our brethren and sisters were murdered in cold blood while mobs laughed, when the Mormon religion didn't threaten the oppressors in any way. I cherish my right to practice my religion without legal or social ramification, and I especially cherish my free agency. I value people's right to choose for themselves the lives they live more than I value expecting people to conform to my lifestyle.)

Anyway. Religion. Laws. Whooo.
