curly: he's the best!! well, not the best in general but the best captain (i assume at least)!!! He's always super like, motivational and kind to us all and its honestly really helpful when you're having a bad day!! And I like his accent, no idea where its from, somewhere British but dunno which- Oh and I like teaching him the "gen z lingo" even if he doesn't really get it, like that time if he asked me if anya thinks I'm sigma- (mod: true story)

swansea: okay so, swansea is super strict and stuff but, dude, he's like the BEST teacher ever!! i feel like I've learnt more from him then i have in any random tutor session, even if i still mess up a lot.. Sometimes it's a little awkward, if he's angry at me or whatever but he never lets me actually stay upset over anything!! he secretly cares a lot, i know it!

anya: ANYA!!!! she's like, my bestest friend, im not even talking just on the tulpar, like out of all the people I've known ever she's the one i feel the most, uh, normal with? like myself? eh, dunno how to word it but she's so awesome!!! she still tells me off when i do something stupid and get myself hurt, but it usually ends in us joking and laughing together :D And she loves seeing my drawings!! jimmy: Jimmy's kindaaaa confusing? he's quite quiet, and I know cap gets along with him quite well but he doesn't really talk a lot to anyone besides him.. I don't think he's that bad tho! I mean, if he talked more and we got along then im sure I'd be able to be his friend!! Some people are just a little shy!!

Aww Katya! I love her so much so thank you for asking and getting my brain juices flowing! Hehe

Katya is as smart-assed as her father when she’s comfortable around you. As soon as she feels like she can let her guard down around you she quickly becomes the most sarcastic one out of the bunch! She’s also very opinionated like her mother, you will know if she doesn’t like you. (Although that’s rare, because she’s genuinely a pretty laid back person.)

She gave a kid a black eye at the age of eight, which greatly alarmed Clint who was fully prepared to give her a stern talking to. His rehearsed I’m disappointed in you talk however flew right out the window upon the news that the kid with the black eye was also the ring leader of a group of bullies. A group of bullies that were harassing Katya’s new friend Daisy, a deaf child. Once the principal told him that, Clint shrugged his shoulders and told the principal, “Actually I think my daughter is the one who deserves the apology for having to do your job for you! And I deserve an apology for you wasting my gas, Principal Townsend!”

Katya later asked him, after a pit stop for some ice cream, why some kids were mean to those who couldn’t defend themselves.

“Sometimes it’s because at home they can’t defend themselves so they take it out on other people. They think it makes them feel better.”

“But that’s stupid, daddy.”

“Yeah, it is stupid ain’t it? If you promise not to tell mommy, do you wanna do something fun with daddy tonight?”

Later that night on a secret spy mission with daddy Katya learned that the bully, little Kevin Granger, couldn’t defend himself at home. She also believed that her daddy was a hero for real that night and that there were far scarier monsters than aliens in New York. Mommy was NOT happy with daddy when they got home.

Katya almost caused an international incident when she went on a ski trip to Finland. Having grown up around little influences of Russia via her mother’s heritage Katya was insanely curious about her maternal country. Natasha, however forbade her from ever visiting, and discouraged her at every turn to learn more out of fear that someone or perhaps the Russian state might kidnap her for testing or training. Katya was after all the daughter of a Widow. So, when Katya and her friends have some free time, Katya ever so carefully persuades her friends into a quick in and out trip next door. “Come on! They won’t even find out! I just want to see it! Please!!”

They make it in just fine and are visiting St, Petersburg Square when she gets the FaceTime call from her mother. It all goes to shit shortly after that. Katya tries to hide her surroundings with the help of all of her friends hoodies dumped over her head, but the call quality is shit and all Natasha sees is Katya’s slightly alarmed face with what looks like a black bag over her head. Then Natasha hears Russian voices in the background and the call cuts out. (Russian police had started to approach them to question what they are doing and spooked Katya. She jolts and her phone flies out of her hand and skids right into a rainwater drainage grate!!)

Tony stark nearly kicks off WW3 (Russia had restricted their air space, because of course they would!) Clint severely injuries eight police officers and one train conductor. And Nat, well…Nat slaps her daughter across the face for the first and only time in her life. It was intense and a very fraught time for the Barton-Romanoff family. It’s after this entire mortifying fiasco that Katya learns what exactly her fearless mother fears the most in the world. Ultimately it brings Katya closer to understanding her mother on a very deep level.

Katya didn’t start officially dating until her junior year of high school. Can you guess why? Starts with a C and ends with a T. She’s a daddy’s girl alright! She loves her father so so much. Not more than her mother or anything but she just understands Clint better. Clint is also a girls dad too, which such a combination does not for vivacious blossoming romance make! She tried of course, but after Clint met her date to the middle school dance by sharpening his knifes on the porch, Katya realized she had to play things a little differently than her peers. This of course doesn’t mean that she didn’t come home at three in the morning a little high or drunk with hickies on her neck once or twice. Her mom, of fucking course, was waiting for her on her bed.

“Sit, before you wake up your father. We need to talk.” “Are you going to tell dad?” “Only if you don’t tell me the truth, are you going to lie, Katya?”

She really hates it when her mom uses mind tricks on her, because damn it they work. After that Katya stops sneaking out. She brings her boyfriend over for breakfast two weeks later. Clint’s cordial on the surface, but obviously doesn’t really like him.

“He’s got a tongue ring Nat!? Do you know who has tongue rings these days! Bad boys! Boys who think no means yes and—“ “Do you trust our daughter, Clint?” “Of course I fucking trust her, it’s him I don’t trust! Look at him! He smells like weed!” “Trust her, Clint.” A sigh. “I just miss my little girl. When did she grow up so fast?” “All things grow old, honey, even you.” “Yeah?You still like this old man?” “Play nice tonight and I’ll prove it.”

Katya would later erase this conversation from her memory, and sleep with her headphones in. Eww. Parents. Are. So. Fricken. Gross.

Eventually, Katya and her high school boyfriend drift apart. She is now dating a young med student at Princeton. She’s planning on bringing him home in the fall.

Truth or Dare? (Levi x Reader)

A night off in the Survey Corps was well earned after a week of expeditions and hardcore training. The cadets all sat by their table while superiors sat next to them. Y/n and Levi sat next to each other while they both chatted about the day when they heard Connie yell. “Let’s play a game, guys!”

“Ugh, Connie. “I Spy” is literally the worst game invented. I hope whoever did got eaten by a Titan.” Eren says while he sighs. “No, no. Not I Spy. Let’s play truth or dare! Our superiors can join in too!” He motions to the adult table and Mike chuckles along with Erwin. “I see no harm in that. Do you guys?” Erwin asks and Levi scoffs. “Tch. I’m not playing.” He says and Y/n bumps his knee with hers. “Well, I’m going to. We all need a nice game to play anyway. Hange! Let’s join!”

“Oh hell yes!” Hange yells and takes Y/n’s hand to get up. Levi watched his woman go with the scientist. Shooting down his tea, he got up and followed. Everyone sat in a circle and Levi sat behind Y/n on a chair. “Ok. So how we played back at home was if you get Truth, you must speak the truth because if you don’t, you get penalized. I can’t remember what the penalty was but it’s the same for dare.”

“Maybe everyone else gets to decide what’s the penalty.” Mikasa softly says but Connie hears it. “That’s perfect! Alright. So whoever doesn’t do their truth or dare, the person to their left will pick the penalty. Let’s begin!”

Connie took a bottle and placed it in the center of the circle and spun it. The first was Jean. “Jean! Truth or dare?” Connie asks and Jean sighs. “Truth. I don’t want to fall prey to whatever stupid dare you’d make me do.” Connie chuckles. “That’s fine. Now you have to speak the truth. How long have you had a crush on Mikasa?” Jean’s face turned into a bright red blush and averted everyone’s gaze while they began to laugh. “C’mon. Answer.” Sasha says, taking a bite of her potato. Jean puts his hands over his eyes and mumbles under his breath. “Can’t hear you, Jeanbo!”

“Ever since I met her! Now can we please move on?!” Jean yells and uncovers his eyes glaring at Connie. His blush was still very prominent and he spared a quick glance at Mikasa to see her angry face but instead got a blush.

Throughout the turns, everyone did stupid and silly things, confessed to certain crushes and everyone had a great laugh. Even the Commander fell prey to a dare and he had to dance for 15 seconds. “The commander got some moves!” Sasha says and everyone cheers for him. “Ah~. Thank you.”

It was Jean’s turn to spin and when he twirled the bottle, it landed on Eren. “Ohoho. Jaeger. Truth or dare, titan boy?” Jean asks and Eren furrows his eyebrows. “Dare.” He says and everyone “oohs”. “You sure? You’re not gonna chicken out are you?”

“I’m not you, Kirsten. Just give me a dare.” Eren says and Jean thinks. A bright idea popped in his head and his smiled turned devilish. “Alright, Eren. I dare you to give Captain Y/n a kiss.” The air turned silent and Eren’s face turned red. Damn him. Jean knew damn well Eren had a crush on his superior and this wasn’t going to help him at all.

Y/n’s eyes widened but then she chuckled. Eren on the other hand wasn’t so pleased. “Gonna back out, Eren? You know what happens.” Connie says and Eren shakes his head. “No. I’m not a wuss.” So turning and facing Y/n, he avoids her eyes. “May I, Captain Y/n?” He asks and Y/n chuckles at her sweet boy. “On my cheek.” She says and he nods.

As quick as lightning, Eren’s lips placed a quick kiss on Y/n’s cheek and everyone cheered. Eren smiled and looked behind him to see Captain Levi glaring at him. That wasn’t good. That’s that look he saw in court before he got beaten to a pulp.

“C-Captain Levi?” Eren stutters out and Levi gets up from his chair. “You better start running, boy.” Levi says and Eren’s eyes widen. “OH SHIT!” Eren yells and sprints out of the circle while Levi chased him. Y/n was laughing up a storm with Hange and so did the others. A few moments passed and Levi came back holding Eren by the back of his collar. “Say it.” Levi said sternly.

“Sorry, Captain Y/n.” Eren apologizes and Y/n chuckles. “It’s fine! Levi, put the poor baby down.” Y/n says and Levi drops Eren on the floor.

Later that night in their bed, Y/n laid on Levi’s chest as she listened to his heartbeat. “You really are a jealous man, aren’t you Levi?” She says and Levi scoffs. “Excuse you, you’re mine and not anybody else’s. Stupid kids and their dares.” Levi mumbles and Y/n giggles then lifts her head up to kiss Levi.

“Exactly. They’re kids. If you didn’t scar Eren at court you definitely did now.” Y/n exclaims and lays her chin on his chest. “You know I love you, right? And only you.” She asks and he nods. “I know. And I you.” He lays a kiss on her forehead and they both drifted off to sleep.

In the boys rooms, Eren was holding a cloth of ice to his cheek as Jean and Connie laughed. “I can’t believe you kissed Captain Y/n. In front of Captain nonetheless.” Connie says and Eren furrows his eyebrows. “So what if it was in front of him?” Eren asks, thinking it was because he kissed a superior officer. Jean and Connie stop and look at him. “You don’t know?” Armin steps in and gives more ice to Eren. “Why is it so important that Captain Levi was there, Armin?” Eren asks. “I thought you knew. Captain Levi and Y/n are together. They have been since the previous expedition.”

“They’re WHAT?!”

An Interesting Arrangement Chapter 6

Cyli approached the safe house, the HQ of the Neo Resistance. It wasn’t anything remarkable, but that was probably for the best. It was simply an abandoned warehouse, well perhaps not abandoned in the sense that they were using it.

She went up to the huge metal door, and rapped on it. “Password”, came a voice she would know anywhere.

“It’s me, Cyli.”

“No password, no entry.”

”Spiral!”

“No password, no entry.”

“Please don’t make me say it…” “No password no entry!”

“Ugh fine… Betrayus is a ****.”

"Correcta-mundo!"

The door slid open, and there was the tall red Pac Worlder who had a priceless shit eating grin on his face. “You know I hate that kind of language, man.”

“Yep!”

Cyli entered the building, the door being shut and locked behind her. Everyone else was already there, gathered around a round table. The Neo Resistance only had 10 members, but that wasn’t likely to change anytime soon. Recruitment was difficult to put it lightly- people were too afraid to rebel which was understandable yet frustrating. 

She took her seat at the table, and it was time for the meeting to begin now that everyone was gathered. The leader stood. They had founded the group, and it was easy to see why. They were a large and tough Pac Worlder, and her name was Radia. Radia Cumference. Yes, Cumference. 

From what everyone knew, she had originally served as Betrayus’ second in command during the war, but defected after she stopped being in denial about the monster Betrayus had become (she had been blinded by love for her childhood friend, apparently). It was also known that she had managed to avoid being executed, due to being impossible for Betrayus’ forces to catch and had been in hiding ever since. She had become somewhat of an urban legend, with Pacopolis youth spreading stories about how she might be still alive or how they had seen her and such. 

Radia cleared her throat, and went over to the white board that was stationed a few feet away from the table. “So as we all know”, she began, “getting new members is tough, especially since we’re sworn to secrecy and people are too scared. BUT! That ends tonight. Our numbers may be few, but so was the case with the original Resistance.”

“But they lost”, said one of the members.

“QUIET! Be that as it may, they never gave up and kept fighting to the bitter end. It was a close fight too, so who says we can’t put up a good fight as well?!”

“But-”

“I SAID QUIET! Do you want freedom or not?!”

“I do.”

“Then shut yer yap and listen. I have an idea, but it won't take just some average Pac Worlder to do it. No- I need someone tough and tenacious, someone who’s good at keeping a secret. What’s this plan you may ask? Hehe, here goes. I need one of you to enlist in that bastard’s army and act as a spy.”

Everyone around the table gasped, one of them nearly fainting. “Oh don’t give me that. This little operation just might be the key to taking him down! Now can I have a volunteer?!”

One person raised their hand- just one. Radia sighed, her expression softening. “Look kid, I know your heart’s in the right place but-”

“Please”, said Cyli, “I can do it!”

“You’re a tough cookie, but also so young. It’d be a shame to put a kid through this. I probably shouldn’t have even let you join…”

“But-”

“No buts except yours back in your place! My word is final. Now, would anyone else like to volunteer?”

No one raised their hand, they all just looked at each other awkwardly. Radia groaned. “Look at you all. I’ve gone across Pacopolis looking for the finest fellas with fighting spirit, and I got a buncha weenies! Meeting’s over. If anyone changes their mind, I’m all ears.”

Well, that was that. Cyli was angry, but knew better than to argue with someone like Radia. She simply decided to head back to the Maze High dorms, feeling foolish for having so boldly offered her services when she already knew deep down she’d be rejected. 

She made it back, and climbed back up the rope and shut the window behind her. Good, it didn’t seem like anyone had noticed she was gone. She plopped down on her bed, groaning. 

Before she knew it, in spite of her rushing thoughts, she had managed to fall asleep with no idea of just exactly what was to come the next day…

just a lil “if ash lived” headcanon that i need to unload somewhere bc i've been holding it in for a long time

- set within the manga ‘verse

- takes place when ash and eiji are in their early 30s... so around the mid 1990s?

- i don’t get the weird animanga trope where older = longer hair, so they’re gonna look the same... maybe with slightly shorter hair bc they get regular haircuts now 

- (note: i've always interpreted long-haired eiji as symbolic of the fact that he couldn't move on from ash’s death)

- ash and eiji will continue living in the states, idk if still in NYC or somewhere else. they’ll move around a lot though.

- ash will mostly remain underground as he had to fake his death after lao’s stab, but he does it in a "hiding in plain sight" kind of way. only a handful of people know he’s still alive.  

- ash spends most of his time on the computer, mostly coding, hacking, being a nerd, among other fun stuff.

- he also takes on “jobs” anonymously, and occasionally from max (who’s still into investigative journalism) when he needs info that can only be obtained through Dubious Means.

- i also like to think that ash's a bit of a hacker robin hood lol. but he isn’t doing it purely out of the goodness of his heart, as part of it is a subconscious need to atone for his “sins” and cleanse the gnawing and persistent feeling of shame that gets amplified when he’s around eiji.

- also whatever he’s up to these days would ofc still be Highly Dangerous and Illegal, but it keeps him busy and would sate the part of him that’s still hungry for adrenaline without him having to engage in stuff like active bloodshed or substance abuse. basically that’s how i imagine he’d try to cope with life the only way he knows.

- eiji continues to do photography and other part time gigs bc he does not like the idea of mooching off ash forever, and he slowly makes a name for himself.

- ash and eiji live together but they are NOT together in a romantic sense... not yet >:)

- therefore eiji will probably date other people in the meantime, which gets a little troublesome bc it's not like he can bring them home to where his secret Very Important Friend is secretly hiding.

- ash will maybe have one-night stands every now and then. or not. idk. this isn’t a very important detail.

- anyway there will be lots of clueless but mutual pining :)

- ash especially, is of the opinion that they should start living separately bc someone will eventually track him down, maybe someone who has a past or present grudge on him. combined with his current activities, it’s only a matter of time before eiji would unwittingly get dragged into his problems again.

- eiji is v adamantly against that plan bc he's sorta developed a debilitating sense of paranoia that ash might just get killed somewhere while he’s not looking. not that ash isn’t paranoid either, but his insecurities often tip the scale over to “eiji is safer away from me” than “with me”.

- basically they’re doing their whole “stay. no, leave. no, stay” dance all over again, but like, dragged out over MANY YEARS.

- you thought eiji’s letter would’ve cleared up any crossed wires? 

- HELL NO

- like yea, there was probably a beautiful honeymoon period of about a year or two after they reunited, before their respective trauma and issues started creeping in and fucking things up again.

- esp on ash’s end, i think he’d engage in a lot of self-sabotage. and eiji is only human, he has his own limits and baggage too.

- there will be a government conspiracy plotline but on a smaller scale compared to canon that i am unfortunately not knowledgeable enough to worldbuild on, but it will probably have something to do with cybercrime/cyberterrorism/stuff like that bc it needs to tie in with ash's hacking shenanigans.

- i've heard that sing ends up becoming some sorta political big shot in yasha? idk, i haven't read it myself, but since china’s rising status was mentioned in GoL i imagine the plot should relate to that somehow.

- therefore sing would also get to be in this story! 

- i guess this means yut-lung would come into the picture at some point as well, and it would be a good opportunity for a redemption arc but i haven’t given it much of a thought bc i’m indifferent to his character orz SORRY.

- look i can’t do plot, but i am basically envisioning a political thriller with a side of slow burn romance (wait, you mean like a rehash of canon?)

- i’m thinking max is the one who kicks off the story by bringing something fishy to ash, and they just end up uncovering more and more and MORE stuff as they keep going.

- so for like 80% of the story, ash and eiji will be separated bc ash will be busy spying or infiltrating something... and being at the center of Plot Things, while max and eiji will be more on the outside dealing with the journalist side of things. i’m fond of max-ash interactions but i’m also REALLY CURIOUS about max-eiji’s dynamic :D

- meanwhile sing will be like, half in and half out i imagine. he's versatile like that lol

- ...i did NOT mean that in a dirty way

- anyway, this will provide ash and eiji ample space to work out their issues separately, as i think living in close quarters for so many years has actually been aggravating them. ofc those issues don’t get 100% resolved by the end, but some time apart from each other to cool off and spend with other people should provide a bit of perspective.

- i want ash to make some NEW FRIENDS (!!!) that are on the same wavelength as him bc there’s only so much that he can tell eiji and i’m sure he gets rather lonely, so there will be OCs that he will meet in the middle of Plot Things.

- ash will get trapped at some point. preferably with sing so they can have a much needed heart-to-heart talk. they’ll have a lot to hash out, ranging from the events in BF, shorter’s and lao’s death, all the way to ash’s love life. 

- btw i like the idea of eiji and sing being close drinking buddies who confide in one another but ash is kinda, justalittle, not very happy about that LOL 

- i mean, it's not like eiji can confide in ash when ash is the topic at hand, ya get me? as for sing, he’s similar to ash in the sense that they live dangerous lives, so i imagine he just finds it nice to be able to hang out with someone mundane like eiji every now and then.

- not to say that ash and sing aren’t talking to each other at all, but i think they’d have a bit of a rift between them. sing probably does feel some resentment, both at ash for killing lao AND at himself bc he knows deep down that given a choice, he would’ve saved ash over his own brother. ash can sense that tortured vibe, so eiji’s like their middle man. AND THAT’S WHY THEY NEED A HEART-TO-HEART TALK

- (SIDE NOTE: i want akira to have a role in this too. i actually have a separate headcanon that happens prior to this story... kinda like an alternate GoL? 

akira goes to the states to visit eiji, but ash is also there, yeah? akira and ash start out sorta prickly with each other bc ash is all weird and standoffish and always cooped up in his room. she probably mistook him as a jobless model mooching off eiji at first since 1) eiji and ibe have never spoken about him back in japan (cuz he’s supposed to be dead), 2) why would eiji be living with some random hot guy? unless they met during one of his photography gigs? right??? 

and then she ends up witnessing them in the middle of a tiff, which makes her not like ash even more bc HOW DARE HE YELL AT POOR OKUMURA-SAN??? UNGRATEFUL JERK!!!

but over the course of her visit, she snoops around learns a bit about their history and gathers hints as to why their r’ship is kinda strained. also ash and akira somehow end up bonding (reluctantly) over their emotional insecurities and part on a friendly rivalry to win over eiji’s affections (which eiji is completely oblivious to. also akira may have been 100% serious but ash was just jokingly playing along with her (OR WAS HE???)). anyway long story short, ash teaches akira some cool tech/IT stuff along the way so that leads to her gaining an interest in the field. 

she won’t be able to do much in this story, but a minor role would be cool :)

- (SIDE NOTE #2: i ALSO want cain to feature in this, but bc canon provided very little bg info on him it’s hard for me to figure out where he’d fit. but i suppose that’s precisely why it would be great to include him, since i can just make up my own backstory! lol. for now, i think he should be connected to one of the new OCs to make him more central to the plot. or heck, he can be involved himself! ...yeah, i’m just salty about how cain was treated more like a convenient plot device compared to the other major side characters. we barely know anything about him even though he was one of ash’s most trusted allies. #caindeservedbetter2k20)

- anyway, back to the main story. ash (and his new "friends") barely escape where they’re held hostage. ash would be rusty with combat now as he’s spent the past few years doing only stealth work and being rather sedentary. 

- so there’ll be lotsa old man!ash jokes like them poking fun at him whenever he complains about his back hehe

- when they finally emerge outside they find themselves in the middle of nowhere! they then hijack a passing pickup truck and do a roadtrip back to civilisation. ROAD TRIP FTW

- at this point, quite some time has already passed and ash even has a fuzzy beard and mane and all. he’s standing at the back of the truck with a small smile on his face and the wind blowing in his hair, thinking GONNA GO BACK AND SEE EIJI, MISS HIM LOADS, HELL YEA 

- (bonus: this song and this scene is the catalyst for this entire headcanon btw)

(drew this about a year ago. i was trying to imitate the manga’s art style... and the ash i had in my mind was a little different. i’m too lazy to redraw, but he’s fuzzier now okay! MORE FUZZ! like an actual freakin LION!)

- meanwhile, eiji and max will get into some deep shit around this point? 

- eiji in the pic above was me imagining that the Bad Guys had tossed some damning evidence (eg. severed body part?) on the ground like “ash’s dead/ash’s in a lot of danger now so hand over all the info u have”

- and eiji and max are like. SHOOKETH

- this would be the 3rd time ash has “died” after all, and as they say... 3rd time's the charm...

- eiji almost gives in, but then max spits in their face like fuck no and then... yeah. they get beat up and taken away or something lol

- EDIT: hmm... what if the Bad Guy is someone IN the government, and he uses his power to get eiji and max arrested for aiding and abetting a wanted fugitive (ash). and then ash has to rescue them... JAILBREAK STYLE

- also it might be cool to introduce ash's mom somewhere in this story... maybe SHE'S the villain! mwahaha *drama intensifies*

- anyways they will get saved by ash and gang bc that’s just the way things go, BUT! only on the condition they already made it out at least 80% of the way bc GODDAMN IT👏LET👏EIJI👏BE👏BADASS👏FOR👏ONCE👏 

- (that is, after he overcomes the initial shock of ash possibly being dead again... again...... again............)

- there will ofc be moments of “oh my god, you’re okay” "i thought i lost you...!"

- something like this, because one can never have enough cheesy reunion scenes

- this will eventually lead to REVELATIONS (of the romantic kind, yes) 

- buuuut they will never say "i love you" directly to each other bc ash is too emotionally constipated and eiji is too japanese. it's okay, they will communicate it through heated stares 👀

- i would love for there to be a scene where they have to be separated again for Plot Reasons and ash sorta hesitantly goes all "...will you wait for me?" as a direct parallel to canon!eiji's "i'll be waiting" and it’s like,

- FINALLY! 

- FINALLY!!!!!!!!!! ash has finally allowed himself to ask for this, to let himself want it! 

- and eiji would be like OF COURSE I WILL YOU BIG DUMMY, ALWAYS AND FOREVER

- but i think it'd be hilarious if eiji pops up while ash's in the middle of the final showdown and ash's like WTF I TOLD YOU TO WAIT FOR ME and eiji's like I WAS WORRIED OKAY YOU WERE TAKING SO LONG

- idk how this is supposed to end...

- oh wait! since the plot is government-related, maybe Someone will be able to pull strings to wipe out ash’s criminal record (past and present) and give him a brand new 100% legal identity, as thanks for his efforts? or maybe ash (or sing) just does it himself somewhere along the way LOL. anyway, he’ll be able to start over with a fresh clean slate and finally work on recovery FOR REAL NOW. yes this is a happy ending AND it didn’t require him to go to japan /flips off canon

3) Hehe, it really did work out for the best for Blue. Makes perfect sense to give Platinum the LuckyShipping confession MVP award now. Her little chat with Red was probably the best scene in this chapter for me.

Nice to see a fluffy chapter before the action kicks in again. Poor Yellow, though - she's going to be suffering for a bit...though it would be nice to see if/how Yellow gets over it. And I wonder what the "calling" thing is about. I suspect her target is a Mimikyu, but is this more Moon's instinct saying that a potential new team member is nearby or maybe there's some psychic stuff going on here?

12) Hey again, hope your New Years went well! Glad to see an update to this story. Regarding the latest chapter, I'm pretty mixed - but not in a bad way.

The first half was pretty enjoyable to read. Honestly, Red does seem like he's become the person to think things over a bit before diving in from what I saw in FRLG and him asking Platinum what was up with Blue was enjoyable. Red also deciding to take the leap and press the issue to not prolong Blue's suffering was pretty fun to read too. I half expected Blue to go on a rant about why she likes Red to him, she seems like the kind of person to justify everything (since you've shown her thoughts and rationale about why she "musn't" let Red she likes him in earlier chapters) but I guess it wasn't needed or maybe she'll do it when she's a bit calmer. I'd like to see Red react to him unknowingly saving her back in Chapter 1. Also, I've said it before - I used to like Red and Yellow, but this kinda does cement why I like Red and Blue - I kinda got a kick out of Yellow spying on the two of them, felt somewhat ironic.

I might be the only one but I kinda just gloss over the Sun and Moon parts of the story. I still read them, but I just feel more invested in the older Dex Holders' adventures since they're more emotional and I'm way more attached to those guys.

Regardless of my personal bias, great chapter. Looking forward to more as always.

Red is reckless when it comes to like... battling and combat. But outside of that, he’s not stupidly reckless. And hopefully, given how old he is in Legacy, he would’ve mellowed even more. And so he is now considerate. Huzzah! Blue will go on a ramble and talk about her fears later on once things have settled. Right now, she would be quite exhausted, actually. And then she and Red can have that discussion that was in Destiny, but in Legacy with updated interactions and no doomsday on the horizon. Getting a kick out of Yellow getting heartbroken, huh? Hahaha. ... More to come later.

Eh, it’s not that surprising. After all, statistically, the newest Dex Holders are generally ignored by the readers. Black and White in SA, X and Y in early Destiny, and now Sun and Moon in early (still) Legacy. Now, Sun and Moon aren’t that new anymore, so they’re not being as ignored, but they’re still the newest (since we don’t know sh*t about Sword and Shield yet), so... yeah.

1) Coming back to this chapter after knowing what Red's up to makes their job occupations work very, very well together. Blue provides the advanced technology, Red carries out the "fieldwork". Both manage to work unique occupations during the day and still spend a wholesome time together when they're back home. Loving their dynamic!

Oddly, the Covert Ops series, whose idea I scrapped, has come back in a very weird fashion. Instead of Blue doing the fieldwork (or Rakutsu), she’s just providing the tech to Red. Interesting.

SO she’s a forest gnome arcane trickster rogue named vanya vassily vigorfinger, and she gives a different fake name every time you ask. she’s like, a 20 year old gnome so she’s YOUNG. her whole deal is she was arrested at 18 for stealing from the head of her city, and then escaped prison 2 years later and has been on the run since. because of that, she vowed to not do high profile heists like that, but goes town to town running from bounty hunters and pulling small stunts like card scams and general pickpocketing. she’s 3 feet tall and has WILD red hair and big green eyes. she’s like a little off the shits and is just happily livin life. she’s full of wonder and loves to have fun

•  Through out his young years he was raised by two females, his grandmother and his mother. 

•  He was always taught to be respectful to everyone, especially females, so yeah he grew up as a feminist basically. 

•  Salem was born in  Toronto, Canada before his grandmother decided that the  family should move to south korea.

• He had a very close relationship with his grandmother, they would eat cookies and creme together, watch anime. and play bat-mitten.

His grandmother always spoiled him no matter  while his mother was always hard on him maybe it had to do with the fact he reminded her of his father.

•  The boy never really had a male figure in his life so all he pretty much knew was being emotional and having manners, of course. He would always get bullied in school for being ‘gay’ because of his attachment to the male staffs at the school but really he was seeking a father figure from him, but it wouldn’t last or satisfy him enough. • School really was just a shitty experience, just a bunch of nobodies trying to make themselves feel like somebodies by putting others down. Salem wish he could really say he wasn’t bothered by it all but he would be lying. 

•  It was the age of thirteen when he was diagnosed with IED. One of the reasons why he couldn’t really have friends like that because even just play fighting could quickly escalate. 

•  He even would hurt himself like punch the wall till his knuckles gets bruised up or he would hit himself in the head. 

•  Since he knew of his disorder and felt like he was freak he just gave up on everything and went down towards a bad path. Started robbing, vandalizing, and fighting. 

• He received a probation officer.

• Honestly, this hurt his grandmother and she was just getting older and getting stressed. 

•  He had to to pick up his act or he would be sent to jail and his mother didn’t care at all, like literally her reaction to his behavior was she knew it was coming as if she experienced it before and she did with her ex husband.  

• Salem never knew nothing of his father but it was now that his mother decided to tell him about his father. She felt as if she had a weight of her shoulder, although she treated her son poorly she couldn’t help feel guilty and the reason was because of the man she once loved. 

• This was no excuse though, no mom should ever treat her child the way she did and the her confession wasn’t after his grandmother passed away. 

• All this was hard to take in for salem. He ran off and decided to look for his father for almost a couple of years and when he got a lead he decided to join a gang as a spy to find his father and to help out the police department with a case. It was gonna be a win and win situation so salem thought  why the hell not ?

hard knocks is amazing!! it’s legit so cool i haven’t watched the night manager (super super busy) but the whole secret agent vibes are immaculate ✨✨ and i don’t usually like the sassy/bratty archetype for reader inserts characters as i am a: coward who would cry if degraded but it’s still really cool and sweet and sexy and just ✨✨✨✨ amazing!!! sorry i’m not very articulate, i’m back at articulating my thoughts but yes!! hard knocks is amazing, i love you for writing it!! :D!!

I enjoy playing sports I’m on a sports team at my school or somewhere else I’m in an orchestra or choir at my school or somewhere else (past tense ;_;) I have learned a new song in the past week (playing or listening? If it’s listening then that’s me all day errday) I work out at least once a week I’ve gone for runs at least once a week in the warmer months I have drawn something in the past month  I enjoy writing (Creative Writing major woot woot~) Fandoms are my #1 passion (Joker Game? Whassat?? Never head of em) I do or have done martial arts (kickboxing, kendo, capoeira....huh)
