Gonna be slowly working on my blog for the next few days. The last week has been emotional. It started with my birbie, Smokie (a 20+ year old cockatiel) not feeling well. He wasn't eating ( I made sure though he was hydrated), he was mouth breathing (which is kinda scary for a birb) and just really sleepy. and he didn't want to stay in his cage. but that was a few days ago and things have been getting better in regards to his health. He is eating and drinking, he is trying to perch again. He is slowly moving around in his cage again. But still sleeping in his favorite spot on the back of the couch. And I have been getting on and off again sleep. I am feeling like I want to write for the first time in about a week.

A little spoiler of what I got going on for the next chapter of An Ice Toa But Human rewrite (cut is there for those who don't wanna read it if spoilers)

The silence in the air was heavy as they processed how confused Mata Nui was at his own powers.

"Well it seems to be going better for you than me with this shadow stuff." Sapphira said breaking the silence, leaning a bit as the others stared at her.

However, the leaning was unsteady even for a teenage prima ballerina causing Sapphira to fall with a squeal and flailing arms trying to regain her balance to no avail.

But instead of hitting the ground Sapphira's body disappeared in almost a cloud of black smoke and merged into the shadows.

"SAPPHIRA!" "KID?!" "WHAT THE PLUDE?!" "OKAY THAT'S NOT NORMAL!"

The five were shocked and scared to a various degree along with various worries (from Ackar, Kiina and Mata Nui), more shocked than scared (from Gresh), and vice versa (from Berix) which wasn't exactly helping the situation.

A shadowy figure sat up rubbing their head as plumes of dark shadow left their person similar to how steam would leave boiling waters surface into the cool air. One eye cracked open showing it was a dark violet purple in color. "Owww, that actually hurt like a bitch." Sapphira's voice came from the figure.

"Sapphira?!" The five asked in sync. "Yeah that's my name, don't wear it out, what's-" The said bluette cut herself off noticing her form change making her scream bloody murder.

"OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD! WHAT THE FUCK HAPPENED TO ME?!" Sapphira panicked, gripping at her whispy shadow head.

“Daddy! Daddy!” Toji jolted a bit in shock as his defensive instincts kicked in and he spun around to locate the source of the voice but his slight alert faded away. He figured he knew exactly who it was but that didn’t mean he wasn’t going to let his guard down just incase

Dropping to his knees instantly, he unfolded his arms so you could run to him properly

“Dadddddyy! Don’t leave me!” You sobbed weakly with tight balling fists, clinging onto his skin-tight midnight training shirt to pull him closer to you in his warm big bear hug. You didn’t want your father go out to work at all, you wanted him to stay in the house and play with him

Toji smiled gently as he pats down your hair in soft strokes before he used the sweetest tone he could manage. “Oh, my little crybaby”

You pouted puffily at your father’s nickname, tugging on his top needy and desperate to be with your beloved father at all means. “Stay with me, Daddy! Please, Daddy!” You begged for Toji to obey your cute, high-pitched voiced commands but he simply shook his head in refusal

“Daddy can’t stay, precious. Daddy must make money for you, your Mommy, Miki and Gumi” Toji explained gently whilst he used the adorable nicknames you made for your older siblings, picking you up from your waist and rising to his feet

You have been like this, the second you could open your very own eyes. Ever since you were born, you were Toji’s precious daddy’s little girl and before you could even walk, you followed him around as being a total of 5 feet from him for too long would end up killing you. You love him so much that you can’t stand Toji going away from your bedroom after tucking you into bed for too long

“Daddy! Please! No!” You cry heavily, cuddling against Toji in hopes your clingy loveliness would make him reconsider the choice he had no choice on. He truly did want to stay with all three of his children and play with his younger daughter but he just can’t

the annoying thing is we don't have an approximate age for edmure, nor any age for cat when minisa died (in childbirth with a last, stillborn son, not edmure). i've seen fanart depicting him as anywhere from a toddler to a younger teen/tween when catelyn and lysa were teenagers. but i feel pretty confident in my estimation of ~7/8yrs age difference between eldest sister and baby brother, and not just bc of symmetry with the next generation. my reasoning is thus:

we all assume catelyn had some grooming as an heiress, rather than it just being a nominal status in early childhood. how much training can one really give a 3 or 4yo, y'know? we know rickon never had any manly lord lessons from ned since he was still so young when they parted. if she was closer to 7 or 8 when edmure came along, that leaves more realistic time for education, and a sizable number of years with only daughters for hoster to try to accustom himself to lack of a son and make do accordingly. even only 1 or 2 years of rulership lessons would still matter when minisa's death left hoster more dependent on her as not just hostess but later a trusted confidant of a sort until she got married.

ned thinks of edmure as "the boy" in his pov when hearing of the mountain's first attacks in the riverlands. we know ned's not great with keeping up with ageing from his earlier comments about tommen, and he surely hasn't seen edmure in many years, but this tells me that when they did meet at riverrun, edmure was not that close in age to himself, catelyn, and lysa. (i think it's less likely to see someone as frozen in childhood if they're anywhere near your age cohort.) ned could still be wrong about edmure's age thinking he couldn't possibly be at least 25 and any green knight younger than that was still a boy or youth, but that miscalculation makes more sense to me if he was around ~26 rather than a fellow thirtysomething or a guy pushing thirty.

we also know that edmure acted as brandon's squire in his duel with littlefinger, which i read as more someone playacting at some squirely practice when not yet consideed old enough to be anyone's assigned squire, with the informal nature of the duel which meant lightly-armored littlefinger having no squire of his own, and brandon having an actual squire who likely could have been present. so that lines up with a ~10yo edmure to 15yo littlefinger, 16yo lysa, 18yo catelyn, and 20yo brandon. (this is admittedly the most subjective point and i wouldn't consider it strong evidence if not consistent with the rest.)

catelyn doubted her memories of her mother, including her appearence, which in this world strangely devoid of portraits, still makes me think she was quite young when they lost her. so, yeah, not a large gap between edmure's birth and minisa's death in her next childbirth. if catelyn was 8/9 or even 10 when her mother died and she became de facto lady of riverrun, that could line up with the lannister twins losing their mother at 7 and not having strong memories of joanna.

idt catelyn really did think of riverrun as her birthright when her brief time as conscious heiress was a small fraction of her life, with at least 6yrs knowing she'd move away to be lady (consort) of winterfell instead and the rest of her life living out that responsibility as northern wife and mother. but it must still sting to be used to such a position of importance in her earlier time in riverrun and have no real authority when she returned to live there again as an adult, especially when edmure still seemed to act (to her) like the baby of the family not entirely matured into the authority he held all for himself. there's a part in her time in renly's camp when she thought robb was years younger but still knew what he was doing more than the southern king and his knights of summer playing at war. i'd imagine a simaliar feeling whenever edmure annoyed her. that's another difference between robb and edmure, that robb was a dutiful eldest sibling like his mother, formerly catelyn's baby but never anyone's baby brother. while edmure, even if he was (my by headcanon) a few years older than renly and unlike renly was meant to be a male heir from birth, was still a youngest child of 3 like renly.

ok still not able to draw turts rn but i am gettin a bit of th fixation back so heres some rise headcanons;

donnie is average at best at video games but will play them for hours (the purple game was designed for him so im gonna say that it was specifically designed so he could beat it) meanwhile leo is cracked at games but will get distracted and switch between like 8 games within half an hour

mikey will often serve food for his brothers at different stages during the cooking process to accommodate their sensory issues and allergies, raph and him are usually the only ones who eat the "fully completed" recipe

raph hates cooked vegetables and thinks all vegetables should be crunchy as god intended. he has also eaten an entire watermelon in one bite before (with great difficulty)

leo and donnie convinced mikey that freddy fazbear was real when they were little but splinter made them apologize after mikey had a nightmare abt him appearing in the sewers and cried to raph abt it. donnie initially refused to apologize because "thats stupid the water down here would mess up his circuits" but mikey cried again and he felt rlly bad abt it

leo got into medicine because of april, one time when they were kids playing in the sewers she fell and scraped her knee and since she was like idk 6 and 6yr olds are stupid she started wailing and was like "the poopy water down here is gonna infect my cut and then theyre gonna cut my leg off and i wont be able to see you guys EVER AGAIN" nd leos like. WHAT!!!! just wholeheartedly believes her and donnies in the corner trying not to throw up. she was fine she just went home and washed it and got a bandaid but th turts were so scared bc she was like a day or two late to their usual playdate nd they thought she died. leo asked for "healing books" on his next birthday

mikey saw ppl getting duct taped to the wall online nd thought it was so cool he asked raph to do it but they had to have him face against the wall to not harm his shell and halfway thru he was like "this suck actually let me out" nd raph was like "no lol" nd left him up there for a while

leo fully believes quicksand is a common problem he will have to face

they would film their own "youtube videos" as kids bc they wanted to join in on the whole youtuber craze but didnt post them anywhere for obvious reasons. april had a great time showing them to jr post-movie despite all their embarrassment

they tried the ice bucket challenge on mikey and he almost went into brumation

donnie thought spongebob was real as a little kid and was super mad at splinter for like a day when he told him it wasnt

mikey will climb on top of raphs tail and have him drag him along (alligator tail raph real) raph will sometimes swish his tail and mikey has to hold on for dear life

Birthday Pick-up

Just a little drabble.

As a favor to your friend, Maria, you said you'd swing by a birthday party to pick up Frank, Jr. Her and Frank Sr were stuck at some pre-school interview for Lisa & couldn't get away in time. What the hell is a pre-school interview?? Whatever. You aren't really fond of children, having none of your own, you weren't used to the high energy they had. You can't imagine having any of your own. You're surprised you manage to take care of yourself, let alone a child. However, you have to admit, Little Frankie...oooh, that kid is the sweetest. He's your guy for life.

You pull up to the park and already you can hear music, laughter & yelling of the kids. There's gotta be like 20+ nuggets running around. Go over, grab the kid, get out. That's the plan. You spot Frankie under one of the tents and you make your way over to him. As you get nearer, you realize he's arguing with a little girl, which you are guessing is the birthday girl since she's got on a pink fluffy dress and a tiara.

"Give it back. It's my ball." Frankie see's you approaching & gives you a sad smile. "C'mon, I gotta go."

"But, I'm the birthday girl." Ew, you already dislike this kid. Is it wrong to not like a 6yr old?

"Hey, Frankie. Your mom sent me to get you, you ready?" You rake your fingers through his sweaty little boy hair, bushing it off his forehead.

Quietly, "I need my ball."  You look at the girl & she angles the ball away from you both. Frankie could have easily taken the ball away from her, but you know its been drummed into his head since getting a little sister, "Be gentle. She's smaller than you. You need to be nice."

Turning to the little girl, "Does that belong to you? Is it yours?" She stares at you with a frown.

"She didn't even ask if she could play with it."

You turn back to the little girl, "I asked you a question. Answer me."

Ignoring you, she turns to Frankie and demands/asks, "Can I play with the ball?!"

Being the sweetheart that he is, "You can play with it for 5 minutes." She gives you a sassy sneer & starts throwing the ball up in the air.

What is wrong with you?? You now want to fight a 6yr old. You wink at Frankie, "You know what, we got something cooler to do. She can keep the stupid ball." You start picking up streamers from the ground & you start in on a silly dance routine. Waving it around like pom poms and Frankie is laughing at you so hard.

The little girl throws the ball at Frankie, snatches away your streamers & runs away. "Ha! Ha! Now she's playing with rubbish." You scoop up Frankie's backpack & take his hand. "Trashy girl."

"Did you just call the birthday girl, Trashy?"

"Uncle Billy!!" Frankie launches himself at Bill Russo & he scoops him up. Billy is Frank, Sr's best friend from his time in the Marines. He's absolutely gorgeous but with a playboy reputation which makes you keep him at arms length. When there's family get-togethers, weekend bbqs, holidays...you always run into Billy there and he is always charming and flirty with you. You keep telling yourself that its just in his nature.

Your cheeks flame pink, but you whisper, "She's an asshole."  Billy barks out a loud laugh. "What are you doing here? I need to find..."

"I already let them know we got him. Frank or Maria let them know one of us were coming. I was on a call when Frank called asking me to pick his guy up. I wanted to be sure, someone was able to get him."

"Yea, Maria called me."

Jostling Frankie in his arm while smirking at you, "So what was going on back there? I'm glad I didn't miss that dance." Can the earth open up & swallow you whole??

"Tara wouldn't give me my ball back, so Aunt Y/N tricked her! It was great."

Billy brushes back a strand of hair behind your ear, "Yea, your Aunt Y/N is pretty great."

just some life shit. I know I don't vent here too often but I don't have any other outlet. read or scroll idfc

I'm not sure if I'm ready.

That means a lot of things, but specifically, I'm not sure if I'm ready to leave my home state.

My partner (aka my "boyf" on here) and I currently rent an apartment in the city I moved to for college. I like it here. I wouldn't say really love, but it's a good sized city and I've lived here since 2019. I haven't even reached a year with it but I love my job here too. It's exactly what I wanna do for at least the next five years. It's stable, decent benefits, pay, flexibility. I get to travel too, which is important for me to do before I even think about having kids.

I've been renting/living in apartments for going on four or five years now, including school. I feel done with apartment complexes and have strongly felt that next year I would consider renting a house in the same area or close to it. It's familiar. I like it here. I haven't had a familiar, stable place in a forever due to abusive homes (plural).

He has started to tell me how he wants to move out of state and has softly but vehemently said that if we're gonna rent a house, we're moving out of state.

I have not told this to his face yet, but I think that's the stupidest, most impulsive fucking thing ever.

Like yeah, I have that dream too. I've considered moving to other places in the Midwest, but I've also considered settling down in my home state.

But for it to be A YEAR away!? No. Absolutely not. I want to stay at my job for at least five years. At least. I want to get married here. I want to make sure my brother and mom and grandparents are okay before I even seriously consider moving out of state.

I'm terrified to have this conversation. We've been together 6yrs in a few weeks and I have seen myself with him in my future forever now, but if renting a house means moving out of state just for that alone, I..... I seriously do not know what would be next for us. Or me.

I get the dream. I have it too. But when it comes to major fucking life decisions, I HAVE to plan. I HAVE to consider every possible fucking factor that is going into the decision. I might be impulsive on some things, but this is definitely not one of them unlike him.

I feel like I'm too grown up. Like I'm supposed to be/be acting like a 35 year old professional with everything figured out and every step planned and every though has to be rational and for the future and all this other fucking bullshit. But then the other part of me says that I'm 22, I'm literally learning everything and I'm just starting out. It's okay to not know. It's okay to still have fun. Go be a young adult in her early 20s.

It's so incredibly exhausting having these two parts of me constantly warring. I hate it. I hate it I hate it I fucking hate it.

I just.... I don't know what to say or do. I'm not moving until I, or we, consider children. Until then, I'm staying at my job and in my state. I just am tired of apartment living, man. I just wanna rent my own house, even if I can't buy anything right now.

I'm just so tired.

The warm sun was beating down on your concord countryside home. You and Chris  have been living in your home for 10 years now and through those 10 years you both gave life to 5 kids. You loved living away from people. Being famous was very hard and you and Chris definitely wanted to be somewhat far from people. So here you were in your garden planting and fixing things up. 

You heard giggling in the distance as your kids tackled Chris to the ground. While your 4 older kids were playing around your youngest son August stayed by your side pointing at all the flowers, and mumbling sweet little things. He wasn’t a fan of rough playing and he was a huge mamas boy which you love.

“I plant.” August walked over to you lightly taking the shovel from you. He mumbled a ‘tank you’ before he started to make a mess in the soil. You watched him with a smile; he really liked helping you and when he managed to get a big hole he turned to you smiling big. “I did it.” 

You chuckled nodding. “Yes you did. Ok,” you turned to you picking up a flower that was beside you. “Lets put this flower in there.” 

August quickly took the flower from you placing it in the hole. You helped him bury the flower until it looked like the rest of your flowers in your garden. When you were all done august got up and clapped his dirty hands together. “We did it.” you smiled, standing up. “Yes.” August began to jump up and down laughing sweetly. Chris who was now walking towards you both out of breath saw August jumping and smiled.

“What are you two doing?” you and august turned to see chris. August happily ran over to his daddy wrapping his little arms around his legs. Chris chuckled, picking him up. He walked over to you, kissing you quickly then pulling away. “

“I see the kids let you escape.” you looked over his shoulder to see your kids playing on the tree with a swing. Chris exhaled softly “yeah. I think I’m getting too old. They’re crazy.” you grinned at his words, “you are not old right August? Say daddy’s not old.”

August looked at you with a frown on his face. He had no idea what you had just said because he was too busy looking at his brothers and sisters playing. “Daddy… old.”

Chris sicucked his breath at his son's words. “Ouch.” you chuckled telling august that’s not what you said. A few minutes later you heard you kids calling you and chris. You turned to see them running towards you both. “Mommy, daddy lets watch the sunset together.” your eldest Oliver said, taking your hand. You looked out at the mountains seeing the sun falling behind them. “Alright, lets watch the sunset.” You all walked back to the huge oak tree, sitting in front of it to watch the sunset. You all were silent but it was nice watching the sun disappear behind the mountains.

After about 15 minutes the sun was gone and it was dark. You all got up and made your ways inside. You went straight to the kitchen to start dinner. Ivy and August stayed with you in the kitchen drawing at the table while Chris, Oliver, River, and Rosie went to watch a movie in the entertainment room. While you cooked you talked with Ivy about her friends at school and talked to August who was very happy.It didn't take long for you to finish dinner when you were babies were talking to you.

You called the rest of them in so you all can eat. After every kid was seated and had their food you and chris did the same.

“Daddy do you have to go to work anytime soon?” river asked as he stuffed his mouth with broccoli. Chris shook his head no, “nope I’m going to be home for the next few months. So That gives you all time to climb all over me.”

All of the kids cheered at the thought of climbing all over their daddy. Chris exhaled, shaking his head, “I’m old so you got to be gentle you little monkeys.” He took a bite of his food letting someone else talk.

“Daddy you’re not old.” Rosie said. “You’re young like us.” 

Chris smiled at Rosie’s words. “You’re very sweet.” Rosie buried her face in her hands as she started to get shy. You laughed because she was so much like you.

After dinner you got all the kids in their pjs and got their teeth all cleaned before they raced to yours and Chris's bed to watch a movie before bed. You went to check on Chris who was making sure Dodger was situated for the night.

When he heard your footsteps he turned and looked at you. “Hi honey.” you said, wrapping your arms around his waist. Chris smiled, “hi beautiful.” he kissed you passionately like he always did when the kids were nowhere to be seen.

“I miss your lips all day.” Chris mumbled against your lips. You chuckled lazily, “I miss your lips too.” Chris smiled softly before kissing you again. You both stayed like for a minute or so before pulling away. “We should go before the kids get suspicious. Chris nodded in agreement. 

You both walked into your master bedroom hand in hand. When you both entered you saw all your kids out and the TV still playing. It was so cute, too cute that you had to take a picture of it because there was no guarantee you’ll get another moment like this.

“They’re so cute.” Chris whispered to you. You nodded, snapping a few pictures. After a few more pictures you and Chris brushed your teeth before wiggling your ways in bed through the pile of kids. After gets comfortable you close your eyes to the warmth of your kids. Chris wasn’t far behind you. He fell asleep with a smile and River in his arms.

Colson's sitting at the kitchen table. Benny's still out with Casie, knowing to text before he heads back. Ashleigh is upstairs while Slim, Baze and Rook are gathered with him in the kitchen.

"So you think she fucked him?" Slim asks Colson. He likes Luna but she's always felt dangerous to him.

"No." Colson says shaking his head. He lights a joint. Inhaling deeply, he sighs out a giant cloud of smoke. "I think maybe she has feelings for him. She's been acting weird ever since she ran into him. And made it a point to tell me about him as soon as we were alone. Luna don't offer up shit." He sighs again as he exhales.

"Who is he?" Slim asks directly. Colson has talked to him about Luna and Justin. He heard her scream six years and did the math when Colson shouted about an undercover year.

"I don't know, Man." Colson tries to shake him off.

"Yeah, you do. Because I do. She cheated on her boyfriend with that dude, didn't she? That's why you're so pissed." Slim connecting the dots easily.

"I'M her fucking boyfriend." Colson snaps at him. Puffing on the joint.

"Chill, Mann." Slim says throwing his hands up.

"You know how to answer your question, Kells... " Rook speaks up. "Find out who stopped seeing who. If she broke it off you're in the clear. If it was him.... Maybe not. But, I don't think Luna's like that." Rook still defending her.

"She is like that. She fucked a dude for a year. Her other dude ever find out?" Slim turns to Colson, who's finishing up the joint.

"C'mon Slim... " Baze interjects. "Ain't one of us in here about to get Holy and act like we ain't never ran no long game with out getting caught." Baze states. "Besides, didn't he put her through some shit for a long time? So what if she fucked around with ONE dude. She rode with hers till his end." Baze has his own opinion of Luna. He likes that she doesn't take Kells shit but has never seemed to waver from him since the night of his birthday party.

Colson finally speaks, Baze's words sitting in his head.

And it's a guilt I carry heavily." She tells him, showing her own vulnerabilities. "You don't like that I can keep a secret, but what you don't understand, is that I'm not keeping any from you. "So you would've lied about the picture?" He asks, feeling an irritation grow as he passes it back to her.

"No." She puffs on the joint. "But I could've side stepped it, told you he was an old friend who simply has a crush on me. All of which are true. But, I didn't. I gave you the details when it popped up in our life, BEFORE it went public, because I promised to NOT side step you and as I've told you before, I'm not going to vomit my life but as it flows, I'm going to give it to you." She pulls on the joint again before passing it back

Hearing her every word. He waits before asking "How did you and Tommy end?" He's hitting it now.

Luna grabs the bottle of whiskey. She has a tendency to look for a substance before exposing her truth.

"He told me he loved me and I knew that was unfair because I'd never leave Justin." She looks down with a sadness. Colson isn't sure if it's for Justin or Tommy.

"Did you love him?" Colson asks quietly as he hands her back the joint.

"Yes." She states. Looking him in the eye. She can't help but close hers as she inhales. Slowly exhaling, she opens them as she continues "But, I made a commitment to Justin and I would've traveled to the depths of hell with him. We've talked about this. How we're both loyal to a fault, and that it's a blessing and a curse. Tommy happened two years before Justin killed himself. With no one before or after him. I would've stayed with Justin forever. No matter what it cost me." Hitting it again, she passes it.

Colson's heart breaks for her. He'll never be able to understand how someone could be so careless with Luna.

"Do you love him more than me?" He asks before hitting the joint.

"Who?" Unsure of if they're talking about Tommy or Justin.

"Tommy." He says exhaling.

Luna closes her eyes again, thinking of her words. "There will always be a crazy connection between Tommy and I, but...." She climbs into Colson's lap. He's happy to have her back on top of him. "You have to think, I didn't go looking for him once Justin passed. At all. Thursday was the first time I seen him in almost 6yrs. I swear." Taking the joint, she pulls through the last few hits before putting it out.

So I know this is a very long post. As many of my posts are. But this one especially.

I didn't want to share everything, but once I started I couldn't stop. I feel too weak to share this on any other social media site, but I needed to get my story out there. So here it goes...

When I was 4yrs old. Some family members would tickle, hug, kiss me. I didn't like it. I didn't want to be touched as it made me uncomfortable. My mother told me that this was what families do, as long as no one was hurting me I shouldn't try to stop it or get away.

When I was 6yrs old a 16yr old male relative was left to babysit me for an hour or two. I walked in on him watching porn. He asked me if he could show me a trick, proceeded to masturbate in front of me. When he heard my parents pull into the driveway, he said, "Don't tell anyone about this or I will hurt you." Up until that moment, I had no idea what was really happening. But I was scared of him after that.

When I was 9yrs old, I was playing with some neighbor kids in their backyard. Most of my friends had left, I was about to as well. When I turned to leave a 13yr old boy locked the gate and wouldn't let me through. He asked the other boy if he should strip me. He stood as though he was ready to pounce on me. When I was 13yrs old I went to a convention with my church's youth group. A friend had brought one of his classmates. This classmate had made remarks and catcalled me before, but I ignored him. He got tired of being ignored. My friends were headed to the lobby, but he blocked me and we ended up alone in the hotel hallway. He pushed me into a corner, stood on my feet, one hand around my throat, and shoved his other hand down my pants. I could feel his breath on my face. I couldn't scream with his hand holding my throat. Once again the blood rushed through my ears. He said, "I think you would like this, I could do more--" a door opened down the hallway and he took off running. I crumpled into a heap and tried to breath. No one came out, but I felt lucky. I ran back to my hotel room and cried for the rest of the night in the bathroom. The next morning I told my aunt & uncle, my youth pastors, that he cornered me in the hallway and held me to the wall. I didn't tell them that he had gone any further than that or what he said. My uncle pinned him to a tree, asked him how he liked feeling helpless. Two of my friends figured out what was going on, and later on beat the shit out of the guy. This was the first time I ever felt that justice was served.

When I was 18yrs old I moved out of my parents house. I had a boyfriend who would come over a lot. I hadn't had sex with a man yet. One day I realized he had somehow convinced our landlady to let him sign the lease and got a key. A couple days later he came in and he was very drunk, he told me he was tired of waiting. He tied me up, shoved himself into my mouth. I threw up, he kept going. He shoved himself inside of me, tore me, I bled for weeks. He laughed. He cut me off from my friends and family. He monitored my cellphone use and contact with anyone. He was careful to keep any bruises on places where people couldn't see. We worked together, he watched me at work. He would lock me in the house when he had plans. I tried to lock myself in the bathroom, he broke down the door. He raped me regularly. Beat me regularly, tortured me. I had a roommate, she knew what was happening. I asked her to help me. She wouldn't. I finally got free of him. But he took the car and emptied my bank account. I couldn't pay rent. The landlady locked me out. I slept wherever I could. I cleaned up in the work bathroom sink.

While I was homeless, a coworker found out. He offered me a place to sleep. It was in the middle of winter, I was cold and hungry. I accepted. We got to his house, he gave me a glass of water, I felt strange. He said, "you didn't think I would let you stay here for free, did you?" The memory is foggy, but I remember the dirty mattress. Cigarette butts covered the floor. His brother was there. That was when I realized I knew who they were...they were the boys who considered stripping me when I was 9. He was fired from work that week for failing a drug test.

Christmas before my 20th birthday. I was back home on my first winter break of college. My best friend of 5yrs. He was one of the most important people in my life. I hadn't seen him in a couple years. We met up. He knew about everything that had happened. We were at the beach at night. He forced himself on me. I said no and I begged him to stop. He said, "We both know you've wanted this for a long time...just stop fighting it." He continued. After he finished, he didn't say anything on the way back to his place. When he got out of the car he said, "Sorry...I think I fucked up." I nodded. We haven't spoken again since.

These are just the worst of the things I have experienced. I've been attacked and escaped since these events took place. And I've been verbally harassed many times. I have grown stronger. Verbally, I can talk about a lot of these things with people, but I still have a lot of healing to do. Abuse happens too often. Women are objectified and ignored too often. By men and even other women. These things do happen to men as well. Never teach your children that it's okay to let people touch you even though they're uncomfortable. Take every survivor's story seriously.

the mattress 3 seconds too long, and i turned into chucky, i snapped, i had absolutely no fear, i didn’t wanna run out of a door, blood pooled all over the floor, it was always my blood, seeing your reflection in your own pool of blood as you cry for help night after night as you lay to try to get comfy to sleep which you can’t becuase you’re bruised all over, does something to someone, something snaps, like how a virgin’s skin does when a scumbag pops their cherry, i became chucky, i had developed tactical defense, and didn’t keep stabbing one of them, i sliced one of them down crying, then hid and waited for the next and sliced him, and i waited many hours in the house, not leaving, not picking up the phone yet, waiting for the other to arrive, in the dark i came at him, where he had no time to react, i climbed and took the bulbs out, and easily made my way to get him too before he saw the scene int he bedroom, i sliced away his achilles as i jutted out behind a couch, those long hours before he came and met his demise, i’d played, like a child with toys, but i played with my knife, a memento i still have, a murder weapon of the most grotesque, i stabbed at every part of their skin, i even kept one of them alive, and took out each of his eyes andn let him squirm around, something inside me took over, and it was GOOD as much as it had been horrible, it must’ve been something put there by god and vengence, and i finally called my mom and we talked on the phone, booking had listened in, her friends, i explained but they were confused, i told them they were still in the house with me and they can come over,i couldn’t talk properly, i hadn’t really known what i’d done, it was like i was possessed, i blubbered crying on the phone just hearing her voice, she was the first one to the scene, there were other cops that came later, which contradicted a way out for me that she would have to face, her son, which the world woudln’t wanna face, and instituionalize me for, those cops got fired for something she had to fenagle, it was her son, or them, you’re forgetting that i was a murderer, although 6, doesn’t matter, all the murderers were stilll in the house, but they were all dead, and cut to pieces, and it took my mom probaby 10 full minutes to unclench my hand around my knife, and dthat was only because i allowed it, because we came to a truce where she’d let me keep it, it was a part of me now, it saved me, it helped me, it was my friend, yes i wrote a novel predating dexter called boathopper where its science fiction, but the myth of a dexter trained as an assassin, trained by seals, educated by scholars, there are good sects in this world when you’re facing incredible circumstnces, as well as bad sects like terrorists or satanists, and they caught wind and found my mom as she had sought something like them too, onlhy a few people know about this, after the rotc, i went to the air force for a few months, then leaped to the seals and i’ve been putting away badguys, and hopping back to the states for my character andn presence ever since, i’m a honed tactician, i’m beyond liam neeson, i’m a good person, i have compassion for everyone, but i have a screw loose, and i need love, and i’ll never find it, i’m calmed now and ptsd of wartime endevours you just get used to, compared to childhood traumas, i’m retired, vocalization I've gone to health clinic from a floating rib and I paid $300 to be told that I need to get tylenol LOL My relatives and friend went through some misdiagnose, multiple exams and charges. Some friends go through such a bull5hit time - one friend was charged $500 to borrow a blanket in the waiting room at a health care clinic and all she had to do was make a call and complain to cancel the full amount. We were baffled So.. they get paid $500 for lending a blanket? They take the $500 away if we complain? It's like complaining at a restaurant LOL!!! I maybe ignorant, but it makes me so upset to see people without insurance having such a hard time affording health care.
