The Green family dynamics are so interesting because like, Viserys is the father but due to his decay he seems more like the grandfather, whereas Otto is the Grandsire but seems to fill out the role of a father more, not only to his daughter but also her children, so he and his daughter are a mother/father unit but in some situations Alicent is treated like a sibling to her children (by Otto) and then you have the obvious Helaena/Aegon happening (siblings who are also husband/wife and mother/father to their children), but at the same time it seems like Aemond is the one trying to be the family's protector and attempting to step up as patriarch, with some of the scenes between him and Alicent giving off the vibes of equals rather than Mother and Son (like when they discuss Aemond finding Aegon) and his relationship with Aegon seeming like he's the big brother and not the other way around, in this essay I will-

Also RTD: oh and also this other Doctor (who is played by a vocally left-wing Scottish man who's very supportive to his trans kid and is generally an LGBT+ ally) is going to demonstrate that sometimes mentally ill people need to rest rather than being constantly told that working is the cure for everything. Panel 3 Hettie Cutburn (who has old Hollywood style text announcing "surprise Hettie Cutburn!" next to her) says "Darius! Of course! Took some digging but I found them eventually. Tell the boy I say 'hi!'". Panel four- she hands documents labeled "classified" to Darius. Later, Hunter (post timeskip) walks through a door in Darius' home, saying "hey Darius, hey Eber, I'm ba-". Next panel- Darius, Willow, and Eberwolf on the couch. Hunter says "...willow?", She replies "hey hunter!", he asks "what are you guys doing?

Darius says "oh nothing...except looking at pictures of you as a baby!" Holding up the documents from earlier. We see two pictures of a younger hunter framed like panels- the first is of hunter as a baby/toddler aged hunter freshly sprouted out of the ground with a blanket around him, covered in dirt, while the second one shows a young scout Hunter covered in bandages receiving his sprig plushie. Darius' narration reads "courtesy of Hettie Cutburn- she found the only surviving copy of your early life medical records and gave them to me". Willow says "aww, you were so cute!". The final panel shows Hunter looking embarrassed/stunned as Willow takes a photo of the documents, and Darius says "I'm considering it an early father's day present- so, thank you, Hunter". End ID]

Green and white martians can't become life partners. They're two different categories of martians (average martians vs cosmic martian). Since Mars itself creates white martians, there isn't an inherit need for white martians to have to procreate or have romantic relationships. A few white martians do make romantic connections with each other though.

Okay, so. I saw this outfit and immediately thought of Plume.

Then I was reading these lines:

Yeah, this reads differently with a clearer picture of Laterano, and let me just say, It doesn't paint a good picture of Laterano's cultural norms.

The first time I read these files nothing really stuck out to me. It's an insular religious country and she was in the military. Things being regimented and ritualized is to be expected, and so is a general lack of awareness of other cultures. Sure, Plume didn't have a life outside of work, but that's not a particularly rare trait for a person to have.

What I missed the first time, was the references to an "aloof aristocracy", and the general framing of the traits being described not as Plume's but as a Laterano Guard's.

Why learn about the outside world if you're already living in paradise? What other pursuits could be more worthy of your time than defending it?

What I missed the first time, is that Plume is surprised that finding herself surrounded by foreign cultures is "not so bad."
