Shouting. You could never get away from it. Even in the safety of your own room. Even buried deep in the corner of your closet, hands tightly pressed to your ears. Every inch of you body was shaking, anxiety rushing through every possible vein in your body. You can take this right now, you need to leave.

Carefully crawling out of your window, you could still hear the arguments from your parents. Each word was another pang in your heart as you tried to formulate thoughts. Where could you go? How far would you have to go to get away from this?

Only one person was on your mind. Eddie. Your boyfriend loved you more than anything, and you knew that he would help. Being with him seemed to melt all of your anxiety away, just with a single touch or word from his mouth. You needed him to fix this.

Thankfully his place wasn't that far of a walk, and you had it memorized. The tears clouding your vision wasn't helping, and the heavy breathing was definitely an inconvenience. You were already anxious, and now you were alone in the middle of the night and no body knew where you were?

You began to pick up the pace, running like the wind as tears cascaded down your cheeks as your thoughts got the best of you, and the worst of you. You raced towards Eddie's trailer frantically, eventually getting to the doorstep. You carefully knocked on the door, your hands shaking. You then rested them on your knees, panting.

Eddie opened the door, about to lean against the doorway before his eyes widened. “Hon, what are you doin' here so late? You should be in bed, wh-” he said as you looked up at him, seeing all the tears on your face. And that's when he leapt into action.

He gently took your face in his hands and wiped the tears, giving you a gentle kiss on the forehead. “Can I carry you to my bedroom? You look like you're about to pass out baby, I don't need you dying on me,” he chuckled softly, trying to lighten the mood.

After a shake-y nod from you, Eddie carefully picked you up bridal style and carried you to his bed. He laid you down, wiping the new tears that were forming and cascading down your soft cheeks. “Wanna tell me what's going on, or do you wanna cuddle? Let me do what's best for you and get you calmed down a little bit,” he said in a gentle tone, almost whispering into your ear as he pressed a gentle kiss to your temple.

You looked into his eyes and sniffed softly. “Jus' arguing and stuff, got a l-little scared, j-just needed you ...” you mumbled softly as you shuffled closer. Yes, you were super hot from running, but you didn't care. You needed his arms around you.

Eddie knew what he had to do, carefully wrapping his arms around you and pulling you closer. “I've got you now, okay? And nothing's gonna hurt you while I'm here. Mhm, you better believe it,” he said, giving you an exaggerated kiss on the forehead.

A soft giggle left your lips as you looked up at him with a smile. “There's that beautiful smile I love so much, you want more kisses? It looks like you love 'em.”

“I do, I do! I love them,” you said happily, gently kissing his cheek. You were obviously in a better mood, although you weren't entirely calm. You were better than you were, though. And Eddie was over the moon.

Eddie let out a dramatic gasp as you kissed his cheek, a soft chuckle escaping his lips. “Well, I love yours too. We got so much in common! Maybe that's why we make such a good couple?” he joked softly, pressing a few more kisses over your face as he held you tight.

You nodded, gently nuzzling your head into his chest as you enjoyed his comfort. “I love you so much,” you said, muffled by the soft cloth of his shirt.

His hands carefully ran across your back, a gentle smile on his face as he realized that you were better. You were safe in his arms, both of you knew that. And he would protect you with everything he could. Eddie loved you, and you knew that for a fact. He would never let you forget that. “I love you too, honey.”

He continued to run gentle circles into your back as he heard soft snores escape your lips. He moved his hand to feel your forehead and arm temperature before deciding you had cooled down enough. Carefully pulling the soft blanket over the two of you, Eddie pressed a gentle kiss to your temple. “Get some rest, you deserve it. Goodnight, babydoll.”

i watched bls from the past 8 years in the span of half a year, i have OPINIONS but i'll stick to the premise

wrote for hours then checked the tag and realised im gonna have to keep it simple so this is the dry version of a full on essay lol

What has been the BL that took you by surprise this year?

Secret Crush on You was so unique i just kept laughing at the insane sexual chemistry combined with the "what if he doesn't like me"; daisy, touch and som were everything to me; i watched it cause of positive reviews tho, wasn't there while it was airing

i got to experience Big Dragon Season 1 though - went into it intending to enjoy it after 3eps were out but i got really attached to mangkorn, yai and their relationship; wasn't interested in the nsfw scenes, just yai's big brown eyes

What has been the BL that you felt a bit disappointed with this year?

The Eclipse - truth is i initially loved it, definitely had fun with the later eps too but took issue with the pacing (some things time was spent on vs quick wrap up); plus the trailer vibe was quite different -not inherently bad, just smth that disappointed me a bit; i acknowledge the show was definitely not made for me though 📏

What has been your favorite BL this year?

KinnPorsche - i enjoyed it immensely while it was running - now im annoyed with it; the acting was great, the chemistry was undeniable, the plot was exciting, had me gripping my chair

So I'm pretty sure his "travel companion" that he keeps mentioning is our twin

Does that mean our twin has gone to the exact same places as we've been going?? Dainsleif seemed to be familiar with all the locations we visited in Mondstadt but I suppose that could've been from an even earlier journey

And the possibility that the Abyss is trying to mislead us bc we hadn't encountered any abyss mages since Dvalin 🤔🤔🤔 what do they want??? We know (kinda) that our twin is watching our progress and that they're the prince/princess of the Abyss so like are they trying to keep us from getting in the way of their plans so as not to accidentally hurt us? Though something tells me we're gonna get tangled up in it one way or the other lmao

Dainsleif said that his goal is to oppose the Abyss so perhaps he's got his own secret plans to try to stop our twin (as is also supported by what he said at the end of the mortal travails video about proving ourselves worthy of stopping "her"/Lumine probably)

Also turns out I'd been pronouncing his name wrong the whole time lmao I had been saying dains-leaf instead of dains-lif

He asks for 500 mora and (this is probably just a coincidence but considering Zhongli tips Xiangling 888 mora I’m sus). The number 250  [二百五] or ( èr bǎi wǔ) means “idiot”. 

If someone calls you 250, they can say (nǐ shì wǔ bǎi) or “You are [250]”. But if you give someone 500, this can be taken as saying two people are stupid (250 + 250 = 500). I mean, that’s probably not how it works but I think it’s funny to imagine Dainsleif being too polite to call us stupid.

I know right? When I saw the leak for it and seeing it confirmed in patch notes, I was so confused. Wha-Why are you here so early? I wasn’t expecting you for another 5 years at least. I’m happy to see you and your beautiful model in game but at the same time I was so worried that we were going to get crumbs of interactions. Same thing with Guizhong in Zhongli’s story quest. Genshin please...finish your stories (that’s fucking hilarious coming from me considering I still have a part 2 to Childe that I need to write), but I’m honestly just happy that he’s in the game. You know, I was talking about the archons a bit with @maagdalen and, I may have been misunderstanding or reading the wrong message, but they brought up the idea that what if the archons’ personality is based on their regions country's? So for example, Venti’s personality adopts the German mentality because Mondstadt was modelled after Germany? Obviously, I have no idea if that’s true because I’m not from or am German but in the context of Liyue and Zhongli. I can definitely see some sort of connection. 

But some food for thought:

But yess, @svnflowery​ said the same thing. That Dainsleif was Lumine’s “guide” the same way Paimon is our guide. I actually think that’s an interesting idea. That Lumine has gone to the exact same places as we’ve been through. It actually makes me wonder (since we can play as both her and Aether), that Lumine went through the same story line as Aether. She met Venti, Zhongli, everything that’s happening right now. She’s already been through, then when she reached the Khaenri’ah chapter she failed. So she decided to spin the clock back and change destiny. I mean, this is me spit balling and I don’t think this happened but it’s something to think about. 

You know funny enough, hasn’t Venti been asleep for a while? Either way, he doesn’t really strike me as the type that truly wants to be an Archon. He says in his voicelines as well that “that’s a problem for Mondstadt to deal with”. So it would be easier for the Abyss Order to mess some things up. While Zhongli has been alive for 6000 years and I highly doubt Abyss Order can do anything to him haha. If we’re going on that “Lumine has already been through this journey” she could be trying to re-make or lead us on the same path. 

I wouldn’t be surprised if Dainsleif was our guide, then when Lumine spun the clock back and aligned herself with the abyss, that’s when they split. That could be a reason why he’s trying to oppose the abyss order but really I think it’s because the Abyss Order’s goal is to basically set the world on fire (or something like that). I always pronounce character names wrong and I don’t understand why people make such a big deal out of it. You know who I’m talking about, my pronunciation isn’t completely shit to the point you don’t know. So why do you keep yelling at me??

Also. The most important part of his quest was it was “Aether’s version” of the “We will be reunited” trailer. 

It even showed the crushed dandelion flower and the ruin guard footprints. IT’S OUR SISTER.

I love Dainslief’s english voice but I hate Xiao’s en voice. What a dilemma. I usually play in chinese but wow does Dainslief sound old. Jp is slightly better but I hear grandpa vibes. Korean isn’t bad and I actually don’t mind korean xiao so korean we shall go. It’s weird. I like Dainsleif english voices, Xiao chinese voice, paimon korean voice haha. Jp is usually just good all around but I have preferences. But tyty for telling me your thoughts! I’d love to hear about the Xiao quest that just dropped. Beautiful boy

dot: Love her, her story breaks my heart, her story hit me really hard on the aspect of doing things for yourself, being your own support system because your parents are sick or not around, and that made me instantly feel for her. i also loved how she was written, she wasn’t volatile, she didn’t explode because thats not who she was, she was tired of living through hell day after day and finally gwtting this one chance to go to hawaii and do something fun and it fucked her over. her scene of giving the lighter to rachel made so much sense like she has done EVERYTHING she can and the world keeps shitting on her. (would have liked to see a bit more of her and shelby)

fatin: so when i saw the trailer i was instantly like “who dis” and wow did they fucking serve up a god damn six course meal with her. she just wants to be a kid, she wants to have fun and party and get a B on a test without thinking how her parents are going to react. she’s every student who was told they were gifted and then their parents hounded them to keep up with their gift even if they didn’t want to. i did want to strangle her dad tho like he turned it on his daughter instead of taking responsibility fuck that. her and leah’s relationship was something i wasn’t expecting but really fell in love with. her being an anchor while leah was suffering from so much. leah: i’ll be honest i thought she was a whiny bitch at first, i didnt like her, her story was meh, a usual girl falls in love with boy, boy breaks her heart, girl cant cope. i wasn’t super interested in her until that turning point with fatin going missing and the deep realization that her heart is gonna be broken but she cant let that be a block for the rest of her life. she’s gonna need more help to get through it but she’s taking baby steps and we love to see that. (more of her and fatin please!!)

martha: IF ANYONE TOUCHES HER ILL FUCKING KILL THEM, i’m very worried because like she wasn’t in the “present” timeline (im assuming the interviews are present) and they were talking about her parents possibly suing. please dont hurt my baby. Her entire arc was baffling, i said it in the tags of one post that the comparison of sexual assault to hunter vs prey was a beautiful comparison i just think the ending was a bit too much. but i could write an essay on that alone. her and shelby being friends was so heart warming like they were making plans to hang out omg. PLEASE DONT HURT MY BABY. (im serious please dont hurt her)

nora: DIDNT TRUST HER FROM THE START, it was her initial line when leah asked if anyone remembered how they got there that pulled me in. she was conscious for the whole thing, no one remembered going to shore they just were there but suddenly nora was conscious and she pulled rachel to the shore??? mmmm dont buy it. her story with rachel was so deep and compelling that i was expecting more of that not her falling for a guy and the breakup. that shit made her betrayal hit different it didnt make me pissed at her it made me sad for her, gretchen completely manipulated nora’s grief into a tool to get her to agree to this. that shit hurted.

rachel: man that entire story of an athelete peaking was so well done, because its not a story often told with athletes its usually they broke something and it made them no longer able to compete or something or they get a big comeback but rarely is it, “hey you’ve done the best you can”. and i’ve seen what that can do to people, young girls especially. it hurts and its painful and you would do everything to hold onto that. it made me wanna wrap rachel in a warm hug and give her a cookie. (would like to see her get more friendly with the others, am very interested in finding out if in “present” time she knows nora was in on it and if she’ll choose her sister vs her friends)

shelby: i was honestly expecting a more violently homophobic back story. her story floored me though, im so upset at how she lashed out at becca but i know it must eat at her every day, how could it not? i really do hope she becomes more confident in who she is and who she wants to be with, i really dont wanna see her regress but i know it might happen. i know for a fact if i was in the situation and someone was as optimistic as she was i would knock em out so props to the other girls (THE SCENE where she keeps asking to “see her” i was so hoping she meant toni and they were gonna get this reunion kiss but when she said leah that made it even more intriguing)

toni: i cannot state how much i love toni and how much i related to her in the sense of just wanting to yell and scream and break shit when you’re angry, i’ve gotten to a much better place but man i knew that energy so well once upon a time. her story with regan kinda fucked me up, that type of heartbreak hurts. but seeing that and then seeing toni be so calm with shelby because they’re already in such a shit scenario and toni knows shelby has to go at her own pace FUCK THAT MADE MY HEART MELT (i need the entire piss throwing story because like... how? just how?)

my favs are toni, shelby, fatin and martha. i love all of the girls but they’re the ones im deeply invested in. i noticed a bit ago that this is shockingly one of the only shows where i love every single character. like all of them are so interesting snd complex and that just speaks to the team behind the show, like fucking kudos to them they deserve some awards.

Because Carina herself wouldnt have shown her shit if she didnt want SPOILERS OUT!! DUHH! And Im ranting because Im sick of the headgames with this show..it ridiculous..no wonder why people in this fandom are dropping like flies.

And Im sick and tired of the back and forth between M/M and M/A. Im sick of the headgames with the showrunner as well! One day its " Oh its Maria..shes his light" and whatever else is spewed. And the next its " Ohh Michael and Alex there journey is from darkness to light" and whatever other bullshit is spewed. Cause in reality its all Bullshit to keep Malex fans and Miluca fans to keep watching and fighting. If you ever cared to look at the ratings for season 1 they were abysmal. Only the first 2 episodes got over a million viewers. Which is horrible..but in full disclosure Theres only 1 CW show that has really any kind of following ( and hint hint its not Supernatural..That shows ratings are going down faster then a hooker on payday). Believe me I did the research. I dont understand why they are putting it after a tanking show if they want more viewers ( No disrespect to Supernatural, my daughter and husband love this show). But I digress..

The show runners know where there bread is buttered on this show and it is with MALEX fans. It even overshadows the Liz/Max shippers and Definitely over shadows Michael and Maria. Hell Vlamis and Tyler realized it pretty quickly..Vlamis made a sold out Merch line because of it. And they are the captains of this ship because they see the potential of how big it can be. Hell even the CW pr team figured it out! Thats why in the trailer we saw Malex and no Miluca?? Its not rocket science to figure this out!

So why now are the showrunners literally shitting on the LGBTQ+ community by taking away the only couple that represent that population on that show?? Then placating the community with "ooh Alex gets a new love interest" and the obscure and downright awkward " oh someone who Identified as straight in the beginning of the season will not be at the end". What a FUCKING FARCE! Like really?? As a community are we that desperate or obtuse?? Did nobody roll there eyes at this bullshit? Or am I the only one? We have a perfectly "cosmic" gay ship in front of us! Yes with baggage..no denying that..but thats the drama of TV I get it.

The reason is because the showrunners have no plans to make Malex anymore. There I said it and I SAW IT FIRSTHAND! In 2x01 Michael told Alex straight up they "were done" it was pretty cut and dry and lasted all of 2 mins...good to know Malex fans get two mins of heartbreak..that should tell you something. While Michael and Maria had 3 scenes..maybe more together. Granted they were not together at the end of 2x01 but According to Heather they will be trying to " ignite the spark between them" for the entire season. And that they're love is " exciting and blah blah blah".. No one gives a shit. Least of all me. But you can clearly see thats where its headed.

Also in season 1 there were some big hints too that I myself overlooked but they were glaring but subtle like the Max/Cam love scene intertwined with the Michael/Alex scene and the song playing in the background..that was telling... You dont see Max and Cam together. Or 1x12 prison scene " Cant love me" playing in the background and the words Michael spit at Alex..I dont think they were complete lies. Michael felt them on some lvl. And Alex's own words " Sometimes the world ends with a wimper, Guerin".. Those were all meant for Malex shippers as well.

And what about this "see if we can " be friends" or " we didn't even know each other" bullshit! I hate those lines..Like really?? Michael moved back to Roswell when he was 11..which meant that they went to school and living in a small town grew up together. At least for 7 or so yrs. They must have knew each other just for the simple fact of the Liz/Max dynamic..I grew up in many a small town i know this dynamic well. EVERYONE LITERALLY KNOWS EVERYONE! Maybe they didn't really hook up till the end of senior year. But they knew each other and I can almost bet that Alex admired Michael's protectiveness and Michael admired Alex's strength. And they also must have known about each others abusive pasts to a point..logic dictates that. And relationships have been built and survived on less.And if the showrunners wanted to make them " friends" for a time I could even tolerate it..tolerate being the operative word.

But no Michael's gonna "light the spark" with Maria..because in reality thats what the showrunners want. They dont give a shit about Malex working through their shit like logic adults would. And that's fine It just frustrates me that I was sold a lie..and every Malex shipper was too. Wake up fellow shippers and see it too. Or dont..Lies are comfortable like a warm blanket on a cold night. Everyone has some delusion they cling to..much like hope.

My last frustration with the ending of this ship will be that it is laid solely at Alex's feet. "He kept walking away", " He abandoned Michael for 10 yrs", "He left him behind", "I love him, I probably always will..but hes tied to all these horrible memories in my life. All the things his family did to mine. Coming back to him always feels like a crash landing" or the newest and deepest when Alex was giving him the file from Caulfield " Manes men did this to her".. Its always going to be Alex's fault. I wonder if Tyler knew the full extent of the way Alex was gonna be shit on. I dont think Tyler being openly queer himself would be ok with that kind of representation of the Gay community. Its pretty jarring... Honestly I can almost guarantee they probably " promised" him a more normal gay relationship with this new " character" Forrest. Whatever the case may be its still bullshit. Michael seems to hold no responsibility to it.

And Michael will still get the girl and be in his hetero relationship with Maria..because Im asking the question..is he really bi? Evidence in the show doesn't specifically back that up. The only man we see him with is Alex..I havent heard or seen him with other men. Even Michael himself said "Its just him..screws me up".. So maybe "Pan" is a better description?

So RIP Malex! It was good while it lasted.."cosmic" even..but the showrunners killed you off before you even got the opportunity to take flight! ( This is a rant about the showrunners and writers for the fake promise of Malex. I seriously have no issue with Maria or the actress per se...and if the showrunners wanted M/M they should have just started in Season 1 with them).

     so, it all started back in like early 2019 when my friend showed me a trailer for the cgi movie. i was honestly like “holy shit this is the best cgi i’ve ever seen!!” i looked into it and found a source with an info drop that the miyazaki lupin film was on netflix. i watched it with a few friends but i didn’t get into it immediately and i kinda put it off for a while because i had so many other things on my plate.. 

     later in the kny rpc when all the new chapters were making me uncomfortably sad ( for reasons i will not mention bc spoilers but im sure those who are caught up know ) and i was kinda already in an uncomfortable place health wise, i really wanted a pick-me-up and the trailer, again, popped up on my twitter timeline, so i decided to kinda start stickin my nose in the comics and finally started watching part 4 ( im a sucker for older comics and crazy styles, and since lupin was made in the 60′s, it really drew me in !! ).

     from then on, i literally fell in love with jigen as a character because his design was so unique and fascinating to me.. even though his personality is so far off from the characters i usually choose to write, i was so attached to his design that i caved and decided to give it a try ( in all honesty, i was originally gonna pick up zenigata because his character design also spoke to me a whole bunch, i love his eyelashes/// plus hes a lot more like the muses i typically write.. but in the end i was way more fascinated w jigen as a character, design and story wise !! ).. 

     everything said and done, the series really made me smile.. it was lighthearted, goofy, playful, and lots of fun, with interesting characters who aren’t always good people ( since theyre criminals ofc! ), and mischievous plots!! it was everything i really needed at the time!!

aoyama is definitely the oldest muse on my roster!! and by far the most nostalgic for me!! i wrote him back in 2017 and its where i met a lot of the friends i know today!! i decided to bring him back for the sake of interacting mostly with said friends. i also acknowledge the things hori has done and by no means agree or condone any of it.. there have been a lot of toxic elements in bnha for as long as it has been around, and frankly im surprised it only recently has been called out so hard. that being said, aoyama means a lot to me, and im basically now writing him as if he were my own character ( not like i wasnt already because that man ignores my son and never does him justice )///

pearl i picked up back in 2019 because i replayed platinum and it had been a few years since i wrote on tumblr, so i kinda missed the rpc scene.

as for literally ALL the rest of my muses, i picked them up because my friends snaked their asses into my goddamn discord, said “ HEY WATCH THIS, THIS CHARACTER IS YOUR TYPE” and it was over for me.

OK everyone who DOSEN’T WANT SPOILERS.. DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER. I’m about to talk about the plot for episode one so again, if YOU DONT WANT SPOILERS.. DO NOT READ ANY FURTHER. I will be tagging all SPOILERS under the tag “ ST3SPOILERS” so you can blacklist them if you dont want to see anything and want to wait. So here we go....

The episode starts off in a lab in Russia. They are using that big laser thing you see in the trailer and are trying to open up a gate obviously to the upside down. But the scientists are unsucessful. That terminator guy is there and kills one of the scientists. The next thing we see is mike and eleven.. MAKING OUT in Els room! And its really lighthearted and adorable. Mike starts singing to her and they are so giggily and cute and hopper is SO annoyed. Hopper catches them making out and el closes the door with her mind and then he walks in on them reading magazines and Mike thinks it’s hilarious! The hopper and mike scenes are SO FUNNY! You guys are gonna laugh so much. Then mike leaves and calls El on the radio and she says that she wishes she was still with him its SO CUTE! Mike then meets the rest of the gang at starcourt and they tease him about el and he says that he was spending quality time with his girlfriend. Mike is literally so in love with her haha. So the kids rush to scoops ahoy and steve sneaks them through the back to see day of the dead. Robin and steve have a really cute and funny dynamic. Robin teases steve a lot. I ship them already lol. People are gonna like robin i already know haha. So the power goes out at the mall and the movie cuts out. Will still feels the mind flayers presence or something and mike asks if hes ok. Of course he says yes but hes not. The power goes back on and they continue watching the movie. The next thing you see is nancy IN BED with jonathan. They are late to their jobs at the hawkins post. Nancy is an assistant to all these misogynistic men who joke about women and I feel really bad for her. One thing i like to mention is that i never shipped jancy and wasnt a fan of their characters but this season i am liking them A LOT. Dustins on his way home from camp know where and no body is answering him on his radio. Then he gets home where the party surprises him we have already seen this in the first trailer. So whole max is helping lucas clean his eyes out, dustin is showing mike,el,and dustin his inventions from camp. Mike and el are SUPER cute in this scene. El has her head on mikes shoulder. Mike and el arent really interested. Will is. Then dustin reveals he met a girl at camp her name is suzie and shes his gf and that he wants to see if he can get in contact with her with that tall radio thing they all raise up in the trailer. So they all head up to the top of the hill. Lucas and max are teasing each other through the epiode. They are so funny. I love their relationship so much. Mileven is intense and lumax is more of a joking around and cute relationship. Halfway up the hill, mike and el are whipering to each other and acting all cute and el tells the party that she has to get back to the cabin and dustin is like BUT YOUR CURFEW ISN’T EVEN TILL LATER!? Eleven is so precious this season. Shes still quiet but interacts with the party and talks a lot more! So her and mike take off and FROLIC.. yes i said Frolic.. they frolic and skip through the fields.. i almost lost my shit it was so cute. So hopper goes to joyce for advice on mike and el and its so funny. Hopper is so in love with joyce but joyce isnt ready for them to be together because she still isnt over bob. Joyce tells hopper to sit down with mike and el and have a heart to heart.. so hopper goes back to the cabin where mike and el are kissing AGAIN and tries to talk to them. Hopper locks mike in his car with him and says if he is gonna date his daughter then he needs to respect his boundries. Mike is like YOU ARE CRAZY! And hopper is like.. u havent seen crazy you little shit! I think the mike and hopper scenes are my favorite. The last thing i wanna mention is that cery early in episode you see billy and karen who obviously have a thing for each other its so gross. Bilky says he wants to give her a “swimming” lesson and to meet him somewhere. Karen gets dressed up and TAKES OFF HER WEDDING RING. And is trying to decide if she should meet billy when she goes downstairs and sees holly

Sleeping in the lazy boy with ted. Its really gross. And sad. Then we see billy driving to meet karen and something hots his car. He swerves and crashes. He gets out and something obviously not from this world drags him into the abandoned warehouse. Then the episode ends. So thats pretty much the whole episode.. some other things i wanted to add are.. people are losing jobs because of the mall, magnets are falling, steve cant pick up girls anymore and his kids always visit him,will fells left out because everyone is in a relationship except him and wants to play d&d,and theres rats that blow up.

So i will be trying to answer everyones dms and questions but until then i hope this is enough to hold u over till next week. My experience at the premiere was amazing and i loved every second of it. I think this season is going to be the best one yet. rhys gets hacked by maliwan not only bc they want a merger, but also because he has info on the vaults/giant space laser, forces zer0 to be maliwan branded now since atlas is joining maliwan, zer0 finds out rhys is not willingly joining maliwan and is instead under maliwan control and tries to forcibly take the key away from him, we stop zer0 and save rhys from both the assassin and maliwan control

so for 1 there’s a few possibilities:

1. zer0 is a robo/cyborg and got hacked by maliwan (i personally don’t like this one bc i don’t want to know what zer0 actually is. it is a ~m y s t e r y~)

2. zer0 got paid more money to eliminate rhys and is doing so

3. zer0 decided killing their boss would be the ultimate challenge and thus decided to try it out... by joining maliwan

4. they’re faking rhys’s death and/or zer0 is infiltrating maliwan

5. zer0 got the brainwashed/their bodysuit got hacked (i would be interested to see if the monomolecular edge tech caused them to get captured or smth. i mean if there’s a tracker on it, then zer0′s decepti0n wouldn’t exactly work cuz they turn invisible... but they’d still be seen)

6. rhys got the brainwashed/hacked and zer0 is attacking him to get the eridian thingie/key/relic/whatever back

personally i’m curious how they’d play off 1-3 given Zer0 and Rhys are both shown on sanc-iii and zer0 even has crew challenges

im saying idk if the crimson raiders would appreciate zer0 attacking/trying to kill an ally without very good reason.

which is why i’d imagine 4-6 are the more reasonable answers?

also given the explosion of Promethea (what we’re assuming is Promethea) is green and also the laser we see maliwan controlling is purple, i wonder if that’s some brainwashing juice instead of... other stuff. cuz like.

this is elpis’s giant space laser. very radiant and like... ribbon-y? and has all that blue stuff and orbs and mm.

THIS is Promethea’s very solid and has circles and just. looks straight up like a death laser.

and yeah again it could be modified by that human-looking (?) tech around it to be like a brainwashing b e a m or something

or just more precise. that too.

and honestly idk if this could destroy a planet like how we see the planet (that we are assuming is promethea bc of the asteroid belt) in the sanc-iii article

it’s a solid ‘yeah that’s more likely than my theory’. might take a lot of time tho. or maybe those energy rings power it up or deal more damage when they hit the planet...

oh also given Tina literally says “WE blowing up this whole mother humpa”

and the reason im questioning the human-looking tech around it is because

typhon and leda 100% noticed something here. i guess if it was altered by humans after typhon and leda found it then that would make sense?

we’ve also got this from the tree guy, so i don’t know for certain.

(2. that’s actually not our zer0)

i love these ones

1. that’s 0ne (zer0′s assassin’s assassin from the son of crawmerax dlc)

2. maliwan made a/hired a copy of zer0 and it’s easy to copy their voice/way of speech bc of the modulator (that’s just a fake implanted into atlas to steal all their secrets)

and all of these have the idea that the real zer0 shows up to save rhys at the end of this scene (explaining the blue light)

i personally disagree on that being zer0′s sword. tbh it looks more like a maliwan weapon or a laser or smth to me. that said it could be a weird effect because they’re in decepti0n or smth.

most of these theories have the idea that the real zer0 is either off with Fiona or Lorelei or just off on their own and only show up later. i wouldn’t even be surprised, given their line at the end of Tales. you know the one where they diss rhys like “i was talking to her” lol

so i don’t really have much to add to these. personally i believe that’s our zer0 up there, but i wouldn’t be shocked if something happened with the monomolecular edge that allowed maliwan to create a copy of zer0. or brainwash/control them. whichever. 

i do like the reintegration of 0ne into the story, that’d be a hilarious call-back, but i worry it’d be too obscure (a side quest in a headhunter dlc) for the majority of players. we’ll see

it’s weird if brainwashing or mind controlling thru the maliwan tech is the case bc the monomolecular edge isn’t present on their maliwan sword. or their future sanc-iii sword (but that part DOES make sense bc why would they keep that).

i love her to bits but i don’t trust her because i mean... she worked alongside Nisha and Wilhelm and Alistair dislikes her. there’s like a 50-50 shot she’ll become evil

i would not be surprised if this is a boss fight (door looks frozen over on the left there) but also i would not be surprised if she’s helping us fight off waves of enemies given it looks like we’re in the jakobs manor

her attack does make the camera wiggle a bit, usually that happens if the attack injures the player viewing it (with the hud off) cuz it will give a stagger effect

so take that with a grain of salt. also we don’t see aurelia on sanc-iii when hammerlock and wainwright are both there in the group shot in the launch trailer

you can see a huge Tink with Eridium growing out of his head and what look to be Eridium horns. And he's being elementally charged from an Eridian floor tile (in one of those temples, probably the Pandoran one but it could be Athenas, I guess). Kind of like how Bloodwing (also bigger) becomes elementally charged by Jack using element-throwers to change her element. i know it's a cultist tink because on his right shoulder (our left) he has those glow-y pink/purple tubes that are on the CoV guns and other cultists (like goliaths). and while i'm not sure if this is solely Eridian stuff (since they're in a temple) or because of the twins, it's definitely something that should be talked about. 

wait no yeah i did talk about this because of the athenas post. i just remembered lol

uhhh whoops. double dipping i guess lol sorry

still not sure if this is Pandora or Athenas. kind leaning towards Pandora atm

i like how this guy is able to make a cryo wall thing

he goes to smash it but we don’t get to see what happens cuz it cuts to another rampager

dishing out corrosive/radiation (??) attacks while someone shoots it with a fire weapon

also something i haven’t noted is that his roar seems to be activating something here, like a spiral light of dooooom. also more blue sparkles. maybe summoning an assist? or a debuff/attack aoe. 

there is also this weird light near its legs that moves with the camera and sorta reminds me of the weird real-life face talky siren thing. you know the one

very curious as to what this is cause i haven’t seen it in any other scene with a rampager in it. maybe some sort of connection to the spiral/whirlwind thing it’s making?
