the fnaf movie really was a win for bisexuals. we got:
-sad pathetic wet cat short king who's actually a single mother
-evil dilf who's canonically gross and stinky and calls himself daddy
-perfect angel woman who has never done anything wrong in her entire life fighting through the horrors™
-matpat

The interpretation of Rise Raph as a 'perfect responsible soft boy uwu' is so BORING I'm sorry, Raph is a rowdy adrenaline junkie with anxiety and I won't take this slander any longer
Raph secretly kept an enemy soldier in their actual literal house as a sparring partner. Raph glued his brothers together and dragged them out to fight crime. Raph once asked Leo to punch him in the face to prove he 'takes damage like a boss.' Raph tried to lift a school bus, twice. Raph offered to help his favorite wrestler beat his little brother up. When Leo suggests evacuating Bullhop, Raph says no bc the best defense is a good offense babey. Raph's idea of a 'friendly chat' with April's upstairs neighbor is to put on a black ski mask and go stand menacingly at their door. It takes Raph 10 episodes to conclude that they should MAYBE start training. Raph's plan to get a potentially priceless (and potentially FRAGILE) museum artifact is to punch a car in the middle of a busy street and also cut it in half with his brother still inside.
Raph's never met a problem he wouldn't try to punch in the face and does not know the meaning of the words 'excessive force.' He roughhouses with his bros and drags them out to fight villains and thinks any plan that doesn't involve an all-out brawl is boring and lame. He'll do anything to protect his family from harm and be a hero, but also he eats wet salami off the floor and once single-handedly destroyed a library.
I just adore how, at his core, Rise Raph is such a classic Raph—impulsive and stubborn and caring and passionate. He is a very sweet, strong, honorable guy who has a very powerful sense of personal responsibility... and he is also the exact kind of jock who throws you in the pool at a party without checking if you have your phone in your pocket first.

I don't care that deadpool and wolverine isn't the next citizen kane because it isn't trying to be. deadpool and wolverine is a movie that is purely wholeheartedly and unabashedly 100% fanservice that literally only got made because hugh jackman thought "I really want to see these two interact" and ryan reynolds said aw hell yes. the plot is secondary; if you go into the movie focusing on story beats and plot holes and camera angles you're not going to enjoy it very much - this was a movie made purely by fans for fans (and i love that hugh jackman and ryan reynolds clearly had as much fun making it as people did watching it!). in an mcu where every show and movie and plotline has to be tied up in some ridiculously epic "saving the world" grand scheme with stakes that they keep trying to make higher and higher each time it is so REFRESHING to see a movie that doesn't bother with all that. deadpool and wolverine came here to HAVE FUN. i'm so glad this movie got made

People talk a lot about how Movie Ambrosius would hate Comic Ambrosius if they ever met but not enough attention is given to the fact that I don't think Boldheart would be much of a fan of Blackheart either like. Boldheart has very "heroism" values and is not very morally gray (he's actually really similar to comic Ambrosius the more I think about it). He would understand some of it but for the most part would not be even a little okay with half the shit Blackheart pulled.
Boldheart:
"what do you mean you had no choice but to become a villain?? You weren't accused of a crime?? They just fired you, you had other marketable skills and nobody was even trying to blow you up and murder you!!! What the fuck is your excuse??? You were pissed off?????"
"what do you MEAN YOU POISONED THE CROPS!???"
"What do you MEAN you BASHED HIS HEAD IN AT THE BAR??? I felt bad because I yelled at him and didn't say I love you back!!!"
Bonus:
Movie Nimona (sweating nervously after hearing about how Comic Nimona terrorized a whole city killing countless innocent people and nearly tore Ambrosius to shreds): "haha that's sick dude"

I just have to sing my praises for Shadow's VA in prime rq I think Ian hanlin does such a fantastic job as shadow I am just. consistently amazed. I think some previous iterations lean a little too hard into the growl but Ian hanlin brings a modernization to the character that I think works really well. Still very clearly Shadow but sounds more natural imo. Genuinely wonderful would love to hear him as shadow in other productions
