for those who didn’t know, arwen was supposed to be in the battle of helm’s deep! :) however, this didn’t make it to the final cut, so they decided to just edit her out. but! they didn’t/forgot to edit her out of the retreat scene (you can tell who she is from her quiver, she’s the first one up the stairs).

anyway, if i were in battle with my man and we’re retreating up a set of stairs, and he STOPS to ASSIST another ELF up the STAIRS who ISN’T ME…!?!? i would’ve crashed out so badly that helm’s deep would’ve thought it was another orc attack!!!11!1
