So, I know there are fanons out there involving sizing up all the clones to be xxxtra large versions of Jango, and I was in a conversation about that yesterday, and there are some very serious points to be made, which I'm not going into here. Because I am also an engineer with a background in contracting and immediately, my mind went to a very silly place instead.

If a product feature isn't contractually required for a project and you decide to commit to adding it in on your own, you're doing bonus labor for the customer on your own dime. This is not a good habit. If the customer is willing to pay all this money for regular sized jangos, you don't spend your own resources to size him up. The alternative.... is that Dooku asked for Jango, but bigger. There's contract language somewhere in there that says 'average trooper height SHALL be at least 1.2 standard jango units.'
