“Do you love me?”

Silas frowned, brows drawing down even as he stayed where he was; down on one knee, ring held towards her.

Clearly, it wasn’t the response he’d been looking for.

“Is? What-?”

“Do you love me?” Isera repeated, hating herself for the words but needing to voice them, “Here and now, in this life, do you love me?”

“You really think I’d be asking you this if I didn’t?” the blonde man demanded, expression bewildered, “Issi, what in Thedas is going on?”

“I’m just…” the redhead paused, took a deep breath, “I just worry. That you’re… following our past lives, out of duty rather then want.”

Silas’ frown deepened, though he remained knelt, clearly unwavering in his course, “Why?”

“I don’t know. I just worry.” Isera tried to stay calm, meeting his eyes hesitantly, “I don’t want you to feel obligated, Si. I want you to be free to… to do whatever you want. Be with whoever you want, even… even if that person isn’t me.”

“Well, then you’re overthinking things again, Is,” the former prince chuckled softly, shaking his head, “You’re the one I want, here and now, in this life. Of course I love you, you dork. I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t.”

“You’re sure?”

“Positive.” Silas winced then, shifting slightly, “Now answer the damn question properly, please, my legs are going numb.”

That made her laugh, dropping to her knees in front of him and holding her left hand out, “Yes, Si, I’ll marry you. Stubborn man.”

“Only half as stubborn as you are, Is.” Silas smirked, slipping the ring on her finger and then pulling her against him, “Thank the Maker.”

Because I am a loser and @soddingcloudgazer is an awesome artist, and because @tia-luna and I needed more art of our precious dorks, I got yet another commission from Ida and I am just squealing right now.

Endgame, these two dorks end up together - it’s very much the childhood best friends to eventual lovers scenario, and I do mean it when I say eventual. They take a very long time to figure it out - I’m talking a good 3/4 or so of Journeys before it happens, not kidding - and then they’re a pair of adorable dorks.

Sims Shenanigans Part 6 - Adhlea Goes Adventuring...

...gets a minor makeover (clothes wise), and gets super excited over Issi’s belly. Like... she was so excited to be an Aunt it was so cute.

Adhlea is also the resident cook because the one time Silas tried he promptly set both the stove and himself on fire. And Issi’s preggers so she gets out of it for the time being. Gotta love the sims...
