“J-Tech, get all your TV things caught up!“ (New OC + AU introduction)

Man, it has been a WHILE since I’ve posted any genuine content of OCs I have! Even better, I’ve got an AU to show you all too! Let’s get into it so I can start yapping-

New OC: J-Bug ---X

This is J-Bug, the kind and upbeat mascot of the TV equipment store J-Tech! Which...isn’t a real store. It’s a store I made up for my final graded project in Civics class.

Anyways, J-Bug is a robot ladybug programmed to represent J-Tech and be a sales guide for its customers! The built in TV screen on his chest can display what they want it to (e.g.: prices for certain products) simply by pressing a button on the remote built into his right arm. His wings are functional, so you might see him flying around every now and then.

Those color stripes on his left arm, by the way? Those were supposed to be coaxial cables plugged in, but due to complications the idea was scrapped.

Now that you know about J-Bug, let’s discuss the AU!

AU: Eyes Of The New Light ---X

Okay, let’s imagine something.

When it comes to store mascots, they aren’t so popular anymore. Just about any store or non-food product company that has one has either closed down or become irrelevant. Something tells me they weren’t always treated the best either...

Now, these mascots, once happy in their prime thinking nothing bad could possibly happen, are left clinging to the barren remains of what they once had, or to roam the streets trying any and everything to get by. One or two of them might even have considered ending it all because they don’t even know what purpose they serve anymore!

Right as it seemed all was hopeless for our dear mascots, a new store opened.

J-Tech.

And with the opening of this store came a new mascot: J-Bug. He was upbeat, kind, and always wanted to help.

That stood especially true when he found out about what had happened to the other mascots. He couldn’t just leave them to rot the way their companies did!

So what would he do?

He’d save them from the despair they’ve drowned in. That’s what.

His robotic heart beat with determination and the belief he could get them out of this. Hope emitted from the TV in his chest with the usual calm hum. His eyes shined brightly, knowing he could do this. He was the light that would save him. They just had to trust him.

Plus, there’s enough space in his store, and the employees and owner are caring. They wouldn’t mind a few others.

(oh yeah, i got some slight inspiration from some of @spiritguru-sloppypears’s posts, so credits to them! Their art style is silly, I like it!)

I shall tell you the story, it all started when haruka yk had his trauma and may or may not had killed some animals and a person. One day kotoko came down from the sky and said “haruka, dont do this or i will beat you up” then fuuta in his real form, a fuutaball, came and said “dont do this, you dont wanna end up like me” then all of a suddon mahiru came saying “listen to them, i didnt and i had my shoes stolen” and as haruka looked down at the grass a leaf turned around and there was the face of amane saying “dont do it, its not worth it” and as he looked up he saw the sun, looking at him and he saw the face of muu the butterfly blinding his eyes. From that day on haruka gained powers and went around bringing animals back to life and they were able to own mcdonalds.
