before I go to bed, I just want to take a second to remind everyone that while yes, trans women are the main targets of most terf rhetoric, trans men/trans masc people also face a very specific form of bigotry and violence from them that I often see go understated or completely undiscussed.

In the eyes of the average terf, I, a grown adult trans man, am really just a “helpless little girl” who has been “groomed by the patriarchy” into “hating my womanhood” or some other bullshit. Either that, or I’m some kind of “traitor to her kin” who is supposedly “abandoning my sisters” in an attempt to gain some form of privilege.

Terfs treat people like me with just as much hatred and vitriol as anyone else who isn’t their ideal “man-hating cis girl who is meek and helpless against the big bad evil men”

This is not meant to demean the harm trans fem people face from these groups. Just a reminder that acting like terfs are a trans fem only issue ignores the true scope of their hatred.

if there's one thing this last episode has affirmed for me about Alastor it's that he FUCKING HATES being reminded that he's not the most powerful creature in hell.

Like, he hates being ignored by Carmilla when she says she doesn't care why he was gone

He hates Lucifer ON SIGHT

He threatens to KILL Husk when he dares to mention that Alastor is working for someone more powerful than him

and now this.

Alastor freaking out because he almost died. Something almost killed him. He can fucking die. There is something more powerful than him out there. And it's not something he can ignore or brush off because it almost killed him.

Alastor hates the reminder that he's not as powerful as he tells people he is. He isn't indestructible, he isn't invincible. And he fucking hates that.

FYI I just came across a thread on twitter which says that an author shared on google docs an explicit story with a friend for beta reading and google removed the file due to violation of TOS (apparently it has been updated where you are not allowed to share anything with sexual content). Not sure if it’s just this instance or if it’s going to become a widespread thing but if you guys write in google docs MAKE BACK UPS!!
