Cauliflower rice! 27 cals per cup, and super filling! I dont usually eat it by itself, I like to mix it with some protein or veggies!

Rice cakes bc you know the drill, 35 cals each yum yum, I usually pair plain rice cakes with greek yogurt and a few of these stevia-sweetened dark chocolate chips!

Diet Arizona Green Tea! Tbh just any diet drinks, but this ones a personal fan fav! 0 cals, as all drinks should be <3

Shirataki noodles! Tons of fiber, only 5 cals, and filling! Make sure to look up a good way to prep them! I usually boil and stir fry them before eating them!

Boiled eggs! 78 cals each, but still super good for you <3

Teas, teas, and more teas! Theres a tea for everything from metabolism speeding to sleep aid, drink some tea!

Greek Yogurt! This isn't a revelation I've figured out by myself ofc but still! 100 cals per cup, and super healthy! Plus its a great substitute in a lot of cooking!!!!

Canaloupe! 19 calories for a WHOLE wedge! A whole medium sized canaloupe is 180 cals!

Pickles! 7 cals each and suuuuper yummy imo <3 cucumbers are also a major safe food of mine I have them almost every day for a snack!

Soup!!!!! Tomato soup has around 80-100 cals for a whole bowl and its so yummy imo!!!!

Casabella peppers! (yall know those little peppers at in-n-out?) 10 cals each, literally any peppers are my favs, but my friends love to go to in-n-out together with me and I always love getting a diet coke and some casabellas to munch on <3

Chicken! Just in general! 120 for a whole chicken breast is the best thing ever <3

Almond milk! I've always been lactose sensitive so I've never genuinely had regular milk, plus almond milk is 30 cals per cup and full of calcium which is super important for hair and nails!

Miso Soup! My dad's made this stuff for me since I was a wee little kid, its just one of my favorite foods, period! When i found out it was only 50 cals per cup I was absolutely THRILLED

Healthy Choice power bowl microwaved meals. Oh my goodness absolute godsend! 170 for a whole DINNER!!!! Super filling, high protein, literally just put it in the microwave and bam omgggg its so nice to have these when I need them <3

Strawberries, Watermelon, blueberries! Oh my! <3

Low cal versions of my favorite meals! I've been experimenting with a bunch of low calorie recipes of different stuff and they've all been great! If you like cooking, it can be a great way to keep busy and keep with your goals! My favs so far are low cal pancakes, low cal tortilla wraps, low cal margarita pizza, etc!

A bit about the song:

I will forever stand by the fact that Hannibal is a hopeless romantic (but i think all of us know that like... the whole human tree boquet, all the flowers being carefully picked? Hanni killing the judge for Will? giving himself up to the police so will always knows where he is? um? do i need to say more) - that why I even have this song in my playlist, as the protagonist seems like a hopeless and very persistent romantic themselves (and any depeche mode song tbh)

The protagonist feels like the person they're crushing on has to and will love them back - They feel like they have all the time in the world, they aren't planning on stopping liking them or trying to charm them, and are willing to be patient and wait for the day that their interest does like them back. Quite tenacious. The protagonist seems to be quite spiritual and a hopeless romantic, believing the two are meant to be together as it's written by the universe in the stars and pre-planned by God himself. The last line can be quite dark and desperate, considering that the protagonist says this is unavoidable and their crush should accept it. Overall the protagonist seems to be quite obsessed (totally not another reason as to why i chose the song...).

This feels like Hannibal so so much - no matter how many times Will seemed disinterested (Will stop fucking lying) or even tried to literally kill him, this bitch ain't giving up. He's really taking his time, never giving up on the idea of Will and him becoming closer, he doesn't want to give up. Will is the only person that seems to understand him, a person Hannibal sees himself in and he can also understand Will; He doesn't want that to go to waste. He made his goal to make Will his and he will achieve it; If he wants something, he will find a way to get it. It's pretty easy for him to do so, considering his vast knowledge of human psychology. He can understand people without them even saying a word about their emotions and he can influence others easily, it's an quite advantage to him(Will doesn't find him interesting? ok bet, he'll make him VERRRRYY interested:3).

And also to my surprise, Hannibal seems to be quite spiritual, even comparing himself to God or "playing God": "Killing must feel good to god too, he does it all the time. And are we not created in his image?". He enjoys the power and control it brings him, retaking what God took awy from him. He decides who lives and who dies at his hands. He is in control of his life and any person that appears in his life, it's like he writes the course of his and others lives - That's what happened with Will; Hannibal, the "God" that he is, has decided that they are soulmates and are meant to be in each other's lives forever - be it a delusion or correct, they are always coming back to each other, mainly due to Hannibal's actions. As I said, he will find a way.

Maybe they are sure of the fact that their interest likes them back, but the protagonist doesn't want it confirmed because they feel like they fully understand their interest telepathically, which they find more romantic. Could also tie to another Depeche Mode song, "Enjoy the Silence" - one of the interpretations for this song from a romantic perspective being that the protagonist wants to indulge in silent moments with his lover, not wanting to worry about words and just enjoy their lover's presence - for this song, the protagonist might also find words harmful and prefer silences.

For Hannibal, I feel like it's more the second one. One thing about hannigram, they can read and understand each other without speaking about it, well most of the time. Direct words don't seem to really do it for them, it doesn't feel as intimate as whatever gay shit they got goin on apparently. like really these bitches suck at communicating, they really don't wanna hear it or say it cuz rejection or they will get a boner and explode and cry and be vulnerable, the worst thing on this planet (i hear that "do u wanna be my big sweaty guardian alpha boyfriend WHAAAAAT WHO SAID THATWHOSAIDTHAT" sound as i type this)

The protagonist really won't take the rejection and even though they assumes or wants to believe that their interest likes him back, since it isn't confirmed, they're afraid that it isn't true and are in denial, still trying to remind themselves that the two are made for each other and that their interest can't be happy without them, simply because it's no good(mainly for the protagonist).

He saw how he can be, he saw the adrenaline rushing through Will's veins turn into satisfaction, a genuine, though involuntary reaction - Hell, Will even confirmed it. He knows that Will felt understood by him and that's Hannibal's driving force, unlike the protagonist, for whom this is most likely just about his delusions and hopefulness(unless the protagonist interests is a sweaty anxious dog lover empath idk that he connects with at a spiritual level idk). Through the show it just becomes clearer and clearer that Will cannot be his genuine self with anyone else other than Hannibal. Will knows that, tries to ignore it, Hannibal knows it and isn't giving up, Bedelia knows it and is fed up with their shit. EVERYONE knows it (and everyone knows how destructive it is).

The two together are absolute menaces to society, but Will being away from Hannibal also makes everything worse. The longer Will doesn't accept that Hannibal understands him and accepts him, and he feels the same way about Hannibal, the longer he runs away, the worse it gets. He isn't happy, although he pretends to be. He built a carefully crafted, perfect family where he's a good father, caring for a widowed mother, living in the woods peacefully with their lovely hoard of dogs and are incredibly happy. But is Will happy? He thought he would be. He knew it isn't socially acceptable nor good to embrace that dark side, he has seen the effects of people who accept it. It isn't good, he shouldn't do it, he shouldn't succumb to his dark nature. Perhaps getting a stereotypically ideal family will help him feel normal and ignore it. Yeah, that will make him feel good and satisfy his need to care and nurture and feel like a white knight saving the day. It will definitely make him happy. Fake it till you make it. But is it really worth it when you have to put on a mask in front of your wife, someone you choose to marry and devote your life to, who fully trusts you and expects the same from you? How mocking it feels, when she's this open and sincere whilst you're lying to her every second about who you are. In the end she doesn't care for you, she cares for the person suit you carefully tailored out for her. But this is who you're supposed to be right? You designed this, it's genuine, no? It's just a heavily mediated version of who you are. Well, clearly not, since you see the ex that ruined ur life (tried to make u accept who u are) and immediately fold and leave ur wife lol

In the end, it's not good for Will, it's not good for Hannibal, no good for the rest of the people who gotta play fucking matchmakers and third wheel them as they flirt, this repression does nobody any good.

The protagonist is waiting, although getting impatient. They keep having hope that finally their interest will like them back, see that they are made for each other. They aren't giving up and seem to be so obsessed that they will continue to choose their interest over anyone else and be patient with them. They're hoping that their crush just needs some enlightenment and will suddenly love the narrator back after "opening their eyes". The worlds colliding are support to represent their minds and the tide, the inevitable and strong feelings the protagonist feels - it's like the protagonist already felt the tide, the emotions, powerful and sudden, hitting him, and is now waiting for their interest to be hit by the same tide.

Well, Hannibal does wait patiently. In the comfort of the psych ward Alana takes care off for him, having all the privileges, all the comforts he needs. He has enough patience to last the 3 years without breaking any rules. But ultimately, after Will said goodbye, he has left Will the option to come back and "run into his open arms". Hannibal giving himself up to the FBI was to make sure that Will can come back to him, if he changes his mind. He kept his arms open, expecting Will to come back. He knew he just has to let Will decide if he wants to do so for himself.

Will knew it was dangerous, he wanted to keep away from his as far as possible, be blind. He was well aware that Hannibal would be like a tide, powerful and merciless, he would swallow him whole once he gave in, which is why it took him so long. Like literally Jack had to come and fucking intervene and force Will back into the goddamn field like. fgfjoigfdigjjew

The only way that they would ever be back together was if their worlds, their minds, collided, and they did. Before, Will's and Hannibal's worlds were about to collide before Will hesitated and Hannibal didn't appreciate it. Jack and everyone encouraging Will, pushing him into the trap, made Will's and Hannibal's worlds collide. There was no coming back to who Will wanted to be after reconnecting with Hannibal - their worlds have merged and the damage done is way too severe now as his eyes opened, and he finally accepted his demise, letting the tide swallow him whole (just like that tide when they fell off the cliff💯).

in conclusion hannibal is pathetic and whipped, the dick is just too good

i do pole classes 1-2 times a week and that gets you fuckin STRONG bc you’re literally doing bodyweight stuff against gravity. i’ve been doing it for just over 3 years now and i’m never gonna be great at it (i’m not naturally gifted at sports/dance stuff in the slightest) but it’s p much transformed my relationship to my body which was extremely bad before. when i started i had zero upper body or core strength and now I just started training for handsprings, which feels. insane.

i also do strength training 3-4 times a week on top of pole, for the last year or so i’ve just been using dumbbells (usually medium weight like 5kg or so) but i recently rejoined the gym so i’m excited to do more on the machines and maybeeee take a powerlifting class or two at some point??

sO I played this game when I was like 8-9-10 y/o. I met the saga through The Lost Frontier lmao but my English was very bad so I couldn't play much of the game and sent my dad to change it. iirc, the game he came back with was Jak X, if not then I got it another time I went to the store and said "surprise me".

since I had tried googling about TLF to help me pass the game, I got familiarized with the rest of the games as well. I had a (very) vague idea of the story through amvs and fanmade content. so then I got to play the game, the story was much shorter cuz it was only one game, and the playing mechanics were basically Mario kart (which I had played a lot previously) so I had a way easier time understanding things. I guess that made me closer to this game in particular. Also I asked the store for the main trilogy but they could never get them.

Plus I actually replayed it a dozen times cause of the fucking save file corruption bug, it was years of frustration cause I could never reach the end of the game without losing my progress. I eventually got a second memory card and tried again, this time with a strategy of cloning the save on each card. But by that time I had already watched the cutscenes on YouTube cause I genuinely thought I could never do it on my own. Still, getting to finish the game was like a life goal being achieved

NOW since I was a small kid I haTED Mizo's crew with a passion cause they were evil bad guys and that was all I could see. I had a special hate spot for Razer and UR-86. And the fact that I couldn't beat the game felt like they were winning against me and I was failing to save Jak's team from the poison. But then puberty hit and I admitted to myself that I had a crush on Razer LMAO and I became Mizo's crew #1 fanboy. Before I realized I was thinking of backstories, headcanons, ships, self inserting myself on the team or as their rival who ends up warming up to them

I got to play the other games when I was 15 (it was around this time that I got to beat Jak x too) and that made me appreciate X even more because they really didn't need to go THAT HARD yet they did!!! and I'm so glad!!!! It gave us more time with Jak + a different side to him, a lot of depth in world building, character development for Keira (I had very protective parents so I feel her) AND THEY FINALLY KISSED OMG TOOK YOU BOTH DUMMIES LONG ENOUGH + that plot wist with GT and then the Rayn one at the very end holy shit

IT'S JUST SUCH A MASTERPIECE SORRY THIS IS SO LONG

now a lil on my love for the baddies: we get literally zero stuff from them except for Mizo's daddy issues and Razer's sassyness so this part is mostly me going full delulu. Most of my attention at first was on Razer obviously and I always love/hated him, I feel like I wouldn't stand him but God he's so cool. Then one day I randomly started adoring Shiv?? I just thought he'd be such a chill guy and started picturing us as besties??? Edge I feel would be Shiv's kinda close friend, we see them together most of the time they have in X after all. And then Cutter's the most reserved one, I picture him being actually really sweet but you Have To Get There.

it wasn’t supposed to be like this. I mean college and all. Ever since I was in middle school I knew what my college experience was supposed to be. 1. go to the Ohio state university 2. Marry a football player and 3. Become a supermodel (which was unrealistic and not going to happen) but that’s besides the point. Those were my goals and I was going to do anything to get there. However life had other plans for me. I applied early decision to Ohio planning to get in and live my life from there, but I got straight out rejected. Not even differed or anything just rejected. So then I went out looking for other schools and ended up applying to my last decision: The University of Michigan. I know it’s a great school and all but to me, it wasn’t anything like Ohio (not to mention they are literally rivals). But anyways I ended up going there and that’s where my story begins. Now I was always a football girl. My boyfriend in high school was a football player and of course I thought it was the hottest sport. omgggg you shouldn't have..........you really shouldn't have because now im going to go off on a small tangent about how stampede's narrative made knives a more sympathetic character in regards to his relationship with vash. in the manga knives is antagonistic to a fault. i think his one redeeming quality is that he loves his brother, but even that is disregarded again and again for his own selfish goals. yes he loves his brother but he loves his version of eden even more. a world without humans. and to achieve this goal he repeatedly violates vash and tries to send him to the brink of mental collapse in multiple ways all to abandon his ideals, and in the manga he enjoys doing it. there's very clearly a sadistic enjoyment he derives from torturing vash, all in the hopes that he'll return to his side. vash is so traumatized from the events of july where knives forcibly activated his angel arm that he has selective amnesia and forgets about it. in the anime nobody in the city dies, but in the manga everyone was killed including vash's friends, a lot of the ppl that took care of him and the children he played with. and during fifth moon? when the whole thing happens again except for the exception where we see knives literally bloodily tearing his way out a plant's womb a few seconds prior? he enjoys it!!!! absolute maniac.

but in the anime, you can clearly see from his knives' facial features that he doesn't enjoy anything he's doing to vash. there's no maniacal glee or pleasure on his face. there's such a good scene in stampede where conrad says smt along the lines of in the end it all boils down to vash's love for humanity versus a brother's love and that's such a good reinterpretive way of putting it. i was so shook. bc in the end that's rlly what it all is. even when the two are fighting you can tell by all of the dialogue that knives is so desperate to be understood by him, desperate for vash to know that it's for the two of them, and then the betrayal on his face when he realizes vash understands that and still chooses humans. and the scene where vash and knives are falling from space rlly solidified it for me. knives' last words to vash are literally 'us' or 'a paradise...for us'
