can you do headcanons about yandere klaus mikaelson vs yandere Elijah Mikaelson
Yandere Klaus Mickelson vs Yandere Elijah Michaelson
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They are just to stubborn to give up, once they found out that they both have feelings for you it became a competition to see who knows you more or who loves you more and when that doesn't work klaus turns it into a game on who can win you over and let's just say Rebecca is wining jk.
Elijah will try and win you over with his mind "so I guess I'll give you my homework"
Klaus uses his use for power
"Yeah I don't date people have greed for power"
They were sad about your answers were you seriously not into any of them then they decided they had to share you if they wanted to keep you.
After they kidnapped you and locked you up it went down hill, both of them had different ways they wanted you to follow and different plans to have for dates and they were getting more and more fed up with each other.
Klaus was the first one to snap and threatened Elijah with the stake and that made Elijah do something 10 × worse he took you for himself and fled.
Klaus was mad very mad he started killing people where ever he looked till he found a trail, Elijah kept you in a cabin by the lake and he was worse now threatening to kill you if you didn't listen and isn't afraid to kill people that stood in his way.
When klaus found you all hell breaks loose and in the end klaus wins except losing half his sanity looking for you and the rules and punishments get worse from there because if his brother was willing to do this what is the rest of the world willing to do

I dreamt that I was me (20 yo polandcel*) but also I was Valentine Ambrose (scion of very well-respected and ludicrously rich English family in a period that seemed... 1870s-1930s maybe, except I was also a feudal landlord but I collected rent not from peasants but fellow rich people)
so I was at home (this being my parents flat in Warsaw. not my palatial estate in Oxfordshire. because I was of the Oxfordshire Ambroses) and I got attacked by an evil robot alien i hate it when that happens -_- he was made of. let me find a photo. he was made of these
Tumblr media
so I killed him of course. but I knew that the magnets would come together again and he would come back stronger and kill me. this is when Graves appeared. I did not know this person but he was like please could you give me breakfast... and I was like I will give you breakfast but first you must make sure the evil robot does not come back.
so look. in the room next to this (IE my bedroom. because the whole action took place in my brother's bedroom. which is next to mine) you will find so many suitcases. take three. then, you have to detach alllll the magnetic sticks and balls from each other. and put them in suitcases. it is important to divide them because they will fuse back together. and if the whole body fuses back together that would be bad. but now only 1/3 of the body can fuse so there will be no whole body to kill me. and then you need to drown the suitcases in three separate lakes.
Graves (his surname was Graves) was like okay... and I was like great :) I'll be in the kitchen I'll pop in to check on you. and I did just as he filled up all the suitcases with the divided magnetic parts of the evil robot. so I walk into the room and I say no no no what are you doing... you chose the nicest suitcases the prettiest ones I cannot allow you to drown my yellow suitcase... or the blue flowery one which, despite being broken, has sentimental value... sorry you need to start again! only then will you get breakfast.
but all the 1/3 of the body had fused already so Graves had to pick them all apart again and transfer them to different suitcases (the uglier ones, which I could stand to part with). then he had to find the three nearest lakes and drown the suitcases. and then I was like okay Graves you have proved yourself... not only can you have breakfast, you can also become my butler sidekick and do all the boring work after I kill evil robot aliens. this was the beginning of a beautiful friendship/employer relationship tinged with homoeroticism (I was a man so it was homoerotic).
so at some point I was collecting rents from the other rich people of England. this also included me saying what their names were. one was the father of a girl I was friends with in primary school kind of. back in the day when I was like 6 she convinced me he was in Metallica (I cannot stress enough he was not I was gullible). anyway. I renamed him Michaelson.
also my father was there and I was like ah of course. my venerable father, Mr Ambrose. and he was like what are you talking about daughter. my name is [his name] and I am NOT one of the richest men in england. and I was like shhhh you are in this dream and I'm a man (called Valentine Ambrose).
so after I am done collecting rent I am hanging out with my friends. they are all bright young things my age but also my family friend, Millicent Lovelace. she is an elderly lady who was a friend of my grandmother's or SMTH she's like an aunt figure to me. but I start to worry she has dementia now because she's like um who are you. and I'm like I'm valentine from Oxfordshire remember? little Val you held me on your lap when I was six... and she's like I don't know any Oxfordshire Ambroses...
and at first I'm like oh no my aunt figure has dementia. but then all my friends are like who are you... and I'm like I'm valentine!!! Valentine Ambrose of the Oxfordshire Ambroses... and they're like we've never heard of you OR your family. I look at newspapers and I am in NONE of them despite being famous... I look in history chronicles and no mention of my famous family... I don't exist and no-one in my family has ever existed...
I think this is a metaphor for the foretold death of the English aristocracy in the 1940s etc which never happened these bitches still own all the land. this dream was a panegyric preached over an empty coffin 🚬🚬
*can you tell I'm obsessed with phrasing things like this. everything is pilled or celled sorry.

♫ for texas man!
[ask me things!]
♫ send a fic and i’ll make a 3-5 song playlist for you for texas man
The playlist for this fic is truly a single song (thank you, Shania), but here are all the songs I reference :
Texas Man — The Chicks (aka the reason this fic exists. This came up on shuffle many, many moons ago and things devolved from there)
From This Moment On — Shania Twain (the song I listened to on repeat to finish the damn thing. I don't explicitly name it, but it's the song Jake and Tatum dance to)
Can't Help Falling In Love — Kina Grannis, Kacey Musgraves, Ingrid Michaelson, and/or Lake Street Dive (technically, it's an instrumental cover, but there are so many good covers!)
Kiss Me — Sixpence None the Richer (it felt right)
Bonus:
All My Exes Live in Texas — George Strait
Hometown Glory — Adele
American Teenager — Ethel Cain
If You Love Her — Forest Blakk
Slow Dancing — Aly & AJ
What If I Love You — Gatlin

7 Best Tips for Climbing Mount Kenya
Climbing Mount Kenya is a thrilling adventure that promises stunning landscapes, diverse wildlife, and an unforgettable journey to the summit of Africa’s second-highest peak. Whether you’re an experienced climber or a novice looking for a challenge, these seven tips will help you prepare for an epic ascent.
1. Choose the Right Route
Mount Kenya offers several routes to the summit, each with its own unique challenges and scenic rewards:
- Sirimon Route: The most popular route, known for its gradual ascent and beautiful scenery.
- Naro Moru Route:The shortest and steepest route, popular with those looking for a quick ascent.
- Chogoria Route:The most scenic route, passing through stunning landscapes including the Gorges Valley and Lake Michaelson.
Selecting the right route for your experience level and interests is crucial for a successful climb.
Tumblr media
 2. Train and Prepare Physically
Mount Kenya’s high altitude and challenging terrain require a good level of fitness. Prepare by:
- Cardio Workouts: Running, cycling, and swimming can help build your endurance.
- Strength Training: Focus on your legs, core, and upper body to handle the demanding climb.
- Hiking Practice: Get used to long hikes with a loaded backpack to simulate the climb.
Building your stamina and strength will enhance your climbing experience and reduce the risk of injury.
Tumblr media
 3. Acclimatize Properly
Acclimatization is key to avoiding altitude sickness and ensuring a safe climb. Here’s how to do it:
- Take Your Time:Don’t rush the ascent. Spend extra days acclimatizing at higher altitudes.
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to help your body adjust to the altitude.
- Listen to Your Body:If you feel symptoms of altitude sickness (headache, nausea, dizziness), take it seriously and descend if necessary.
Proper acclimatization can make the difference between reaching the summit and having to turn back.
 4. Pack the Essentials
Packing the right gear is essential for a comfortable and successful climb. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Clothing: Layered clothing to manage changing temperatures, including a warm jacket, thermal layers, and waterproof gear.
- Footwear: Sturdy, comfortable hiking boots with good ankle support.
- Sleeping Gear: A warm sleeping bag rated for cold temperatures.
- Other Essentials: Headlamp, trekking poles, sunscreen, hat, gloves, and a first aid kit.
Make sure you have everything you need to stay safe and comfortable in the mountain’s variable conditions.
Tumblr media
5. Hire a Guide or Join a Tour
While it’s possible to climb Mount Kenya independently, hiring a local guide or joining a tour group is highly recommended. Guides provide:
- Expert Knowledge: Local guides know the terrain and can enhance your experience with insights about the flora, fauna, and history of the area.
- Safety: Guides are trained to handle emergencies and can help you navigate challenging sections of the climb.
- Logistics:Tour operators often handle permits, accommodation, and meals, making the trip smoother and more enjoyable.
A guide can greatly enhance your safety and overall experience.
6. Respect the Environment
Mount Kenya is a UNESCO World Heritage site with unique ecosystems. Help preserve its beauty by:
- Following Leave No Trace Principles: Pack out all trash and minimize your impact on the environment.
- Sticking to Trails: Avoid creating new paths that can lead to erosion and habitat destruction.
- Respecting Wildlife: Keep a safe distance from animals and do not disturb their natural behavior.
Being a responsible climber ensures that Mount Kenya remains pristine for future generations.
7. Enjoy the Journey
While reaching the summit is a fantastic achievement, don’t forget to enjoy the journey:
- Take Photos: Capture the stunning landscapes, unique vegetation, and memorable moments.
- Soak in the Views:Take breaks to appreciate the beauty around you, from the lush forests to the rugged peaks.
- Connect with Fellow Climbers: Share stories and experiences with your climbing companions.
The climb is as much about the journey as it is about reaching the summit. Take time to savor every moment.

Time for your Rock Report
Hollywood Vampires have announced they will be releasing their first live album, Live In Rio, on multiple formats on June 2nd via earMusic. The band, featuring rocker Alice Cooper, actor Johnny Depp, Aerosmith's Joe Perry, and producer and songwriter Tommy Henriksen, also shared a video for "I Got A Line On You" while announcing the album. The performance was recorded in 2015 in front of more than 100,000 fans, just weeks after the band's self-titled debut album was released. During the performance, the band played several cover songs, including the Who's "My Generation," the Rolling Stones' "Brown Sugar" and Plastic Ono Band's "Cold Turkey." Halestorm frontwoman Lzzy Hale joined for a rendition of Led Zeppelin's "Whole Lotta Love." Cooper's classics "School's Out" and "Billion Dollar Babies" were also on the set list.
Talking Heads have announced they will re-release their 1984 concert film Stop Making Sense in theaters in a newly restored 4K version. Along with the announcement, the band released a fun teaser video that shows David Byrne going to the dry cleaners to retrieve his famous oversized grey suit. A24, which has acquired the film's worldwide rights, will release the movie in theaters later this year to coincide with its 40th anniversary. A deluxe edition of the Stop Making Sense soundtrack will be out as well on vinyl and digital formats. Stop Making Sense, directed by the late Jonathan Demme, was filmed over three nights at Hollywood's Pantages Theater in December 1983 when the band performed in support of their fifth album, Speaking in Tongues.
Patti Smith covered The Beatles' "She's Leaving Home" at a Paul McCartney tribute concert at New York's Carnegie Hall on Wednesday, March 15th. The show, which raised money for music education programs, featured an all-star lineup including Graham Nash, Wings guitarist Denny Laine, Bettye LaVette, Nancy Wilson, Lyle Lovett, Bruce Hornsby, Shovels & Rope, Lake Street Dive, Natalie Merchant, Allison Russell, Ingrid Michaelson, and Christopher Cross. They were all backed by a house band led by Rolling Stones touring drummer Steve Jordan and Fab Faux bassist Will Lee. Although Smith wasn't part of the official lineup for the evening, she joined to deliver a stunning rendition of "She's Leaving Home." It was her first time performing the 1967 Beatles classic.
