♠︎ i went to WACKEN and went to many concerts/venues throughout the years. i even went to see some of my favorite bands.

♠︎ i would go dumpster diving back in hs and find cool stuff like vinyl records, earphones, money etc.

♠︎ quorthon ( YES THAT QUORTHON ) gifted my sister and i plushies and scandinavian artifacts before his passing. 🥹

♠︎ fenriz sent me a care package when i first entered college, full of norwegian snacks and even a picture of him and his wife.

♠︎ this guy dm’d me a song he made for me and then sent me a video lighting himself on fire… ( true story. )

♠︎ my mom would always rant about swedes. ( i love swedes. 💖 )

♠︎ i used to own a horse named layne and won multiple awards showing her. currently (as of now), she has passed.

♠︎ for my 17th birthday, i went to the museum and played in the rain. so comforting. <333 for my 18th, i went to norway and serlerthas. my cart didn’t make it through sadly… #rippennifer

♠︎ i graduated high school early with a 4.7 gpa. ( yes this is possible… weighted gpa is a thing . )

Since were on the topic of outfits what would motley wear to met gala or prom if they did finish high school

I LOVE THIS QUESTION!! thank you so much for this anon i love rambling about things like this<333 ok, while i know someone already did a whole post about mötley crüe met gala outfits, i’ll just tell you what i ACTUALLY think they’d wear (because at the end of the day they’re men and men aren’t really creative when it comes to the whole fashion thing), but first: Prom Looks!

vince would probably wear something simple, because we’ve all seen him wear basic ass shit a lot…NOT THAT THATS A BAD THING!

something like this would probably be a vince prom look (we all know how much he likes white too) i think he’d wear a pink bow with his white suit to make it pop, but that’s all i can see him wear (also i don’t have the photo but i’m pretty sure he wore white to his wedding too, as did tommy)

now nikki would wear something slightly extra (and gay), he likes standing out, even if it means the other guys at prom will make fun of him for it

something gay and punk coded if you will, his date will most likely hate it too, but they won’t say anything thankfully (the shoes in this photo are awful i think he’d wear basic black docs or something).

tommy would either wear something cooler, nice and clean, or the trashiest things he could find…

he’d wear this if he really wanted to impress the parents of the person he’s taking. he’d take the whole prom thing real seriously. it’s either that or something like the second pic…the jacket with a dress shirt and pants underneath ofc!

mick ofc, would only go in a signature black tux

something like this, maybe he’d wear the pink bow if his date insisted, but other than that, he’s going completely normal, slightly boring basic black tux (you can pry the colour black out of his cold dead hands he’s not giving it up) (also…is that layne staley?? istg it looks like him too…)

the met gala looks will have to be saved for another post seeing as though big tumblr has a photo limit (BOOOO) i’ll be right back!

11. a song that you never get tired of

sorry for putting bury me in black again but it fits <3 this one’s kinda tough bc i tend to go through phases of only listening to one album/artist/genre and then don’t come back to them for a while but the one band that’s always stuck with me is mcr, and bury me in black is the one song of theirs i am ALWAYS in the mood for.

one hundred years by the cure! when i think 80s i think goth and the cure is one of my favorite classic goth bands <3 the whole pornography album is sooo good but i especially love one hundred years

28. a song by an artist with a voice that you love

man in the box by alice in chains!! tbh it’s been a while since i’ve found an artist with a really distinct voice, but one that will always stand out to me is layne staley’s. it has this really nasal, jagged sound that i really like and contrasts well with jerry cantrell’s voice. i pretty much exclusively listen to aic music from before staley died so when i saw them live it felt SO different, not that i have anything against william duvall but staley just has an incredibly unique sound that i absolutely adore
