Well meet Ruby Rose the Wild Mustang from Eagle Reserve for wild horses from Nevada round up January 2020. We were in love with her the moment we saw the photos for her adoption from BLM July 1, 2021. She was located in mid FL so we did not get to meet her in person as we adopted her. She is now the reason for me starting this blog today. She is the craziest adventure I have ever been apart of and I feel its time to share this store as it plays out. I hope that our store will help new Wild Mustang adopters to maybe learn from our mistakes and wins. This is the store of the great escape. It will take me a few post to bring you up to date on this store so follow her store with us.

How it started

Small town, Ontario Canada, girl raised in poverty with one parent. Yup that;s me, the oldest of 4, 2 sisters and a brother from another father. 

Parents divorced when I was only 4, leaving mom with 2 babies and another one on the way...

I became a big sister quickly and at a young age helping mom to take care of my sisters. 

She barely worked at all and we were raised on such wonderful things as Kraft Dinner and Mock chicken.... To this day I can’t stand the sight or smell of either lol  I often have to because my grandchildren still eat that crap. lol

Despite not having any kind of support system, I did well in school and I actually enjoyed it.  I never really applied myself but in the end I graduated high school with a B- Average.. Not bad for not trying and just getting by day to day

I regret not applying myself and doing much better, but from it I learned I loved French (will always wish we had French Immersion back then) and Accounting. I swore after high school I would pursue a career in Accounting.... Never did :(
