Seeing you all thrive makes me want to soar along with you.

"31st Alternate Universe" is an upcoming non-idol AU series filled with fluff and angsts for the members of TBZ. Below are the fic ideas for each member. Let me know in my ask box of you want a tag for one of them!

Lee Sangyeon: It was another day in the year of 2085. When your barista coworker crush Sangyeon was framed to diffuse a deadly gas in the train you took to go home, nobody was alive as the train stopped at Station 11. Yet, surveillance camera showed a girl and Sangyeon leaving the train.

Bae Jacob: A comet was approaching. People were panicking here and there, performing their own chaos. So did Jacob by trying to find a safe bunker or anywhere to survive with you. Jacob found the train to the last bunker 15 minutes prior to the predicted time of impact… but it only lets 1 more person to go in.

Lee Hyunjae: When Eric said he will sit in Chair 16 in Chemistry, he knew you were about to come early to pull it before he gets to sit. And when you did, you realized it was a set up. "Lemme guess, you're trying to get onto my pants, so some friend set you up to pull my chair?" It's the way, you said "not exactly" with a tomato face that made him think you could be different.

Kim Younghoon: You didn't like small dogs, but when a poodle with a tagged collar named Bori slept in front of your gate cold and lost, you took her in and let her sleep with you. After missing posters were spread around the neighborhood, you thought the poodle was ready to go home. Not until she barked to her own owner, Younghoon, and bit him. He then suggested to visit Bori everyday to your house until Bori goes home, but now that she did, why did Younghoon felt like he was more at home with you than Bori was?

Lee Juyeon: You and Juyeon had to make a couple dance project. In your head, you asked the leader of your crew to set him up with you. In his head, the moment you choreographed suggestive moves, confirmed your feelings for him since he usually could tell when a girl had a crush on him. However, something about the way you tried to earn his trust and love was different. None of the girls who liked him even knew he loved dancing. It scared him a little… but excited him enough that he stayed to know more.

Moon Kevin: Kevin loved being an artist. What he hates is not being able to be one for a living. One day, you came up to him in front of an ice cream truck. You told him you know his works and you recognize the meaning. On the other hand, Kevin was too stunned to remember to ask for your phone number. As soon as her got a chance to exhibit his art, he submitted his artworks so that only you can get the hints.

Ji Changmin: Sci-Fi AU where humans are no longer the dominant species anymore. As clans of humans hide in futuristic domes that disguises as gigantic rocks, humans who reached adult age have to prove their worth by searching for food. You were just doing so by trying to find spices and animals. What you didn't know is you took another clan's food by mistake. . and the only one from that clan who would help you escape was a guy named Changmin.

Choi Chanhee: Both of your parents are enemies. Your mother is a scientist who ditched her family for a theory, his mother is a mathemathician who is distant with her own family for her math theory to prove your mom's invalid. As you go to the same school, both of you gain each of your mother's loves in exchange that you both fight in an uneccesary academic battle. One day, you both realize that you didn't want any of this, and the only way to heal your wounds is to love each other.

Ju Haknyeon: Haknyeon and you were childhood friends, but Haknyeon befriended people who peer-pressured him into not treating girls right, and sadly it included you. One day, you cried at the way he treated you, but Haknyeon didn't know why hurting you hurt him more than it should.

Kim Sunwoo: You didn't know the spinning vision you see every day is a symptom of a life-threatening disease. So when there was a mail from the hospital to your house, Sunwoo opened it first and put it in the trash. That's how 15 minutes later, he got down on one knee.

Sohn Eric: Eric was frustrated when he felt like he wasn't talented enough to make you, his crush, impressed. But what he didn't know is that you listen to a soundcloud account with @/youngjae_sohn as their username.

All will be released before July (Not a promise, just in case I can't keep it)

Day 12 of Falloutober!

You may ask “hey how does this correlate to rust in the slightest??” And LEMME TELL YOU

This is scene in @shitty-fallout-art’s fic “Rusted Shut” on Ao3, which is part of their HorrorOut au!! Literally the best fic series I’ve ever read and I’m not even kidding. I started reading it before I even had an Ao3 account and I would manually check every two weeks if there was an upload, and whenever there was I would drop whatever I was doing to read it.

It’s a psychological horror following Shaun as he makes his way through the wasteland to try to save humanity, while humanity basically asks "are you sure about that?" The Institute wipes out all food sources in the commonwealth (possibly further) to “reset the wasteland,” and so the inhabitants turn to good old fashioned cannibalism to survive >:)

The way Shaun’s reactions and emotions and his existential horror and his undying hope in humanity despite not even being human and the way it's written is just!!! I’ve used the word phenomenal several times describing it. I showed it to my little sister who isn’t even into fo4 and she read all 160k words in a weekend cuz it's just SO GOOD. Literally inspired some of my own writing style cuz the way it's just so immersive and DELECTABLE. I could absolutely go on about it but if you wanna see all my thoughts about the whole thing all you have to do is check out the comments on the fics because oh boy I have many thoughts abt it.

My name's Gabe/Bop and i just an artist who's trying to survive by drawing silly things. And here are the cast members - Orpheus, the "First" Glitchy Red A. I the star in my Twt but i don't know since he has been slowly forgotten by the majority but some still remembered this menace bastard.

Up next are the Strangled Red brother! - Anomaly (Steven) and Brian (Mike) these two will take in a Universe where Steven didn't found Missingo but rather some sort of parasite that were rumour to have an ability to bring something/someone once dead. Of course that work but at a cost cause look at Steven. Brian on the other hand, leave his comfy home away from his brother then take his job as an Pkmn Ranger, he just don't want to see Pkmn getting hurt (and also an excuses of him not touching the PC ever again)

Currently these two are just fresh off from Re-design department so more of their drawing will be show in the future! Up next are prolly the most drawn character. Silver (Beryl)

I see people on other platforms talking about cohost going down and I generally see the same few complaints being trotted out over and over as the reasons why it failed and was doomed to fail from the start. "It kept logging me out", "there was no app", "my timeline was always dead", "I got so little engagement", "I had to wait how long before I could post??". It's the stuff people have complained about with the platform forever, and while I think these complaints are generally a bit silly, they do arrive at what's probably the real reason we're all mourning the impending death of eggbug without realizing it.

A big part of what made cohost so different from other social media platforms is that it was the only platform where you had to actually want to be there. Every other platform is basically designed to hold you at gunpoint and force your attention and engagement 24/7. The gun in this situation being mostly fomo - everything is happening so rapidly, there's so much to keep track of, what if you miss something? what if it's something really big and you don't tweet about it within the first 5 minutes of it happening? what if you miss the next Main Character? there's a new one every day and they're forgotten as quickly as they arrive, but a month from now someone's gonna bring it up as a joke and you won't get it and you'll look lame and cringe! you don't want to look Lame and also Cringe, do you?

cohost never felt that way. If you were there, it was because you genuinely wanted to be. The site was designed to ensure that, even. You had to wait about a week after you made an account to ensure you weren't a spam bot before you could post at all. Once you could post, there was no algorithm. None. Nothing was fed into your feed that wasn't directly posted to a tag you follow or a person you follow. If you wanted to see something outside of that, you'd have to do the legwork browsing tags yourself. For budgetary reasons, there was never an app, so you had to either learn to set up a shortcut icon on your phone or else open it manually in a browser. It also logged you out every 30 days as a privacy and security measure. You had to want to jump through all these hoops to use cohost.

And what did you get for doing the effort? Peace. A social media environment that didn't feel like you were constantly stood in the center of Time Square with all the noise and marquees and heckling voices focused directly at you at all times. It didn't try to be a news site, or an advertising platform. No algorithm meant you only got what you actively chose to see, and nothing more. You could say in your head "lemme check cohost real quick", and you could be up-to-date on your timeline in under 5 minutes. It was a place you would willingly go to check in on friends or look at cool art or play around with html like it was 2004 again, not get sucked into for hours doom scrolling. Because there was no algorithm, no push for engagement, no numbers that publicly went up, no one was competing for attention or clout. No one I ever met on cohost was immediately antagonistic, or rude, or trying to dunk someone. People were chill, FRIENDLY even, in a way I have never seen on twitter or tumblr even back in "the good ol days". The adversarial, cliquey, petty nonsense we all expect from social media was almost entirely absent. It was peaceful, quiet. It was the only social media platform I've used to not give me anxiety, or a migraine.

So of course it fell apart. We live in a world where things require money to simply exist, and cohost was designed basically not to make any by virtue of having virtues. It refused to advertise, sell user data in any way, open a weird shop where you can put microscopic pngs next to your name, or force people's worst impulses in order to keep them on the site for as long as possible. It ran off merch purchases and cohost plus, which was meant to give you premium features but never got the chance to do much more than upping your file size limit on uploads. It was essentially a $5 a month donation. It wasn't enough, clearly.

So now it's going, but I don't really think saying it "failed" is right. If anything, it's made it clear what a failure the rest of the social media ecosystem is. Usually when a platform is dying, or looks to be dying (in the case of twitter, or tumblr post 2018), people immediately make plans to jump ship to a new one. But upon hearing that cohost was shutting down, my reaction, as well as that of a pretty large portion of the user base, was that we'd rather spend time on other things. Cohost was so different an atmosphere it seems to have had a healing property on people who used it. It wasn't perfect, moderation was spotty at times due to the limited staff, people had their blind spots and biases they sometimes struggled to work through. But it was better than what we've grown to expect. It made you realize how tiring the rest of the internet has become, and that you don't need to deal with it. You can better spend that time, doing things you enjoy with people you enjoy. Maybe even outside, if you can muster it. You might even meet some cool people out there, wearing cool patches, eulogizing a cool little website, with a funny lil bug shaped like an egg.

Lemme tell you that I found you in Twitter back in March 2023. I love your threads and you gave me a lot of motivation for applying law of assumption. I wanna share my whole journey with you ❤️ so it's gonna be Hella long. So it's fine if you ignore my ask.

A little back story:-

My journey of getting my dream life started back in 2021 when I discovered subliminals accidentally. I got really addicted to subliminals and was listening subliminals constantly for everything. Day and night I was with my headphones playing it one by one. But I didn't get any results.

From subliminals, I came to know about law of attraction. After that I started scripting, pillow method, praying etc.

From law of attraction I came to know about law of assumption. After that I joined Tumblr, when it was the era of AFFIRMING & PERSISTING. But I couldn't make myself to affirm no matter how much I tried.

Then I fell in the void state obsession which really made me squeeze my self like hell. I couldn't enter. And finally gave up.

Then I joined Twitter and found many state accounts. Like you, scarlet, Dior, I AM, cedar, rem etc and from 2023 I started reading all threads, even others states girlies threads and trust me I learned a lot. Imagination being the true reality, 3D being just a reflection, we are manifestating from birth even if it's good or bad, you are not your body but CONSCIOUSNESS etc. After that I even read the source by Edward Art and Neville Goddard's Power of awareness.

I got lot of motivation and started applying. But I always fall out of state. I don't know where I am going wrong. Like I literally want to change my life COMPLETELY. Appearance, parents job, my house, friends, my life everything. But the sad thing is I couldn't even get a simple thing like clear skin. Infact it's getting worst. I even want my ideal friends group cause the present one is toxic but whenever I'm in the state of having my desired friends group, they post their stories with their other friends.

I know that imagination is the true and real reality and everything is the reflection. I really want you to give me tips that if I fall out of state how to get back without loosing motivation and not getting carried away with the 3D. I wanna enjoy my life in my imagination like a movie but I can't be in the state for more than 2 hours it's really frustrating. At night I'll sleep in the assumption that I have clear skin but as soon as I wake up, the first thing is that " did I get it?" Please give some tips.!

you were never in the state in the first place if the reason why you were trying to be in the state was to get something, instead of just enjoying it in imagination.

Crazy Anthem and its landmarks

The newest Crazy:B music video for their song "Crazy Anthem" has been released. Because of this, the fandom has been making speculations about the possible landmarks that the video may feature, alongside theories and other writings.

A user on Twitter ¹ has deciphered many of the possible locations in which Crazy:B appears through the video and, possible, during their event story.

The video happens in California, as the event synopsis explains, but it looks like their route starts in San Francisco and finishes in Baja California, Mexico.

The Enstars assets Drive and its future

The past May 18th, the Enstars wiki Twitter account made an important post ¹ spreading awareness about the current state of the assets drive held by the account @.gradualcolors. The Twitter thread written explained that the assets drive — in which all cards, art, chibis, gifs, voice packs, and etc. are hosted, was going to be taken down due to multiple DMCA violations.

A week later, @.gradualcolors mod replies:

"All I want to say is that I want to stick with my belief of "assets = fandom creativity" and I'll try my best to maintain the new drive when I put it out again. I want to keep seeing how ppl decorate their social media with those files or do fun things like reading guides!!

Tldr; drive gone, will be re-hosted because I want to, rip my wallet tho. - H.E. had precedent to nuke the drive for reposting reasons so pls be careful posting fan created edits - Lemme see the cool edits and cute carrds you guys use these files for when drive comes back" (Rai via twt) ²

We don't know how much time it'll take them to make the proper accomodations to restore the folders, but we sure hope the struggles seize sooner than later.

Maybe Modi the Brave (MCU, Thorki). This was an angsty fanfic of a fanfic. There was a happy ending in the original fic, The Rescue by madwriter223

I'm not counting Absolution because it was immediately followed by a sequel. But technically, it did get me the most angry sobbing comments which i treasure to this day.

The Final Straw was angsty but it was also dumb and half-cocked and the closest thing to an embarrassment on this account. It was literally just a half-thought half-scene of my 18yo self's emotional state in 2018 that is very evident that I wrote this angrily in study hall. I wrote a lot of fic in that high school during classes. Like a lot. It was my school computer. I got plenty of use out of it. There was no structure or coherent plot. I didn't even hint at anything deeper to be explored in your own minds. I didn't want to look at it long enough or think about it long enough. I just wanted it out of my head. If I didn't have a strict no deleting my works policy, or hiding from my past art policy, I would probably have deleted it within the week of posting. I do not understand how it has the kudos, subscriptions, and bookmarks that it has. I guess it resonated. Good for y'all. I mean it.

Literally just the entirety of Tyler's Bad Year is meant to be about a very traumatic time in a young man's life and him surviving it. I'm not going to go through them and try to pick out "the worst" one. That's not really the point and it'd be largely subjective.

I'll Eat You Raw has an angsty ending but angstiest? I'm not sure.

I don't write a lot of bad endings. Open endings? sure. Complicated endings? Absolutely. But unhappy endings? No. I don't often have the desire.

Wandering in the Dark has a whole story behind it. There was actually two versions. Only one was posted to ao3 and is the "canon" version. I wrote this fic for a high school assignment my senior year. We were assigned to pick a chronic disease out of a literal hat, then write a story around it. We had complete creative control so I took that chance to write teen wolf steter fanfic in class and actually have it be on task for once (I got an A in that class btw). The reason my teacher got a dark ending version is because by the time he got back to me on the maximum word count, I'd already finished the canon version and it was way too long. I couldn't trim the fat, so I wrote a different ending to shorten the story. That version is one of the angstier stories I've written. The one posted and linked above, is the very happy by comparison. This fic is also designed to be read by someone who doesn't know shit about teen wolf.

Through Thick and Thin was also extremely happy. As is Her Monster. Benevolent Gods was meant to be very hopeful. The Hale Pack (Undying) was the end to a series that was my baby for a long time . Like long enough you can see my writing evolve as you go. Part one was one of the first things i ever wrote. Like ever. The last part was years later. Jasper was meant to be a very light-hearted, happy story as well. It's extremely sweet and fluffy. You was also very happy and the epilogue cemented that happiness. Warning: She Bites literally had a happy end that unknowingly prevented a main character committing suicide in the near future. Saving lives by being horny. Wednesday Evening, and every installment in that series, is excessively happy as well.

Alright I ran through my list of fics. These were the ones that stood out. There's too many to really commit to one answer tbh. Especially because the way they're happy varies.

8. Do you get hate on fics?

Not really. Or. Well. I'm sure I do. I block antis on sight and I wholly reject purity culture, and I haven't really been the target of a major attack or anything. I don't get as many hateful comments as one might think, and I don't entertain the ones I do get. I've been accused of vile shit of course because of a fic I wrote. I don't remember what fic or even what ship it was for because I don't dwell on them really at all. Aside from that, I get more entitled but probably ignorant to how they come off as entitled comments that aren't really that big a deal. Just a bit of a peeve sometimes. I honestly think the majority of them truly believe it's a kind gesture when they say it.

9. Do you write smut? What kind?

Yeah. You could say that.

What kind? In a word? Intense. I could make a joke or a long elaboration on my niche in hyde sex and whatnot, but at the end of the day, intense. Even my most laid back, domestic, slice of life fics have a sense of intensity to them because otherwise I get bored and it feels soulless and it's just not my writing style.

10. Do you write cross-overs?

When I feel like it. When I have an idea.

11. Have you ever had a fic translated?

Yes! I have a steter fic on a russian fic website that was translated years ago. I have no idea which it was or if it's still there. Wait! I might remember. Yeah no. I don't remember. It wasn't the one I thought of.

12. Have you ever cowritten a fic before?

No. I've started to outline one before but it went nowhere and we both forgot about it.

13. What WIP you would like to finish, but doubt you ever will?

Harry Potter and the Night that Changed Everything.

I had a whole novel basically planned for it. Writing Bellatrix and a Harry who was raised by Bellatrix took a lot out of me emotionally, and I lost steam.

Also, a Bella Swan/Marcus Vulturi fic that i also had a novel length plot planned out, wrote three chapters for, and then lost steam when I left the fandom due to getting the life sucked out of me by a bunch of toxic people in the fandom killing my joy. Those chapters are just collecting dust in my files right now. I'd like to go back to it one day and finish it in some form or another. Maybe it's original enough I could actually just write an original novel out of the scraps I already have. Actually, to be honest, it is probably original enough that I could write it as an original story. There is not a lot of Twilight there that is necessary to the story and can easily be written out. Something to think about maybe. Ironically not the first prompt I thought up initially for Twilight that I then realized nothing about Twilight was necessary for the idea I had, and I just wrote it without Bella entirely. This is how my original zombie novel started and then immediately evolved into an entirely different thing that has nothing to do w Twilight. Like literally nothing. I had to work to put the Twilight into that one. Not the other way around.

14. What's your all-time favourite ship?

wyler (steter and tomarry honorary).

15. What are your writing strengths?

Dialogue and characterization

16. What are your writing weaknesses?

pacing. movement heavy scenes. Longer projects if only because I have less practice at them.

17. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

Yeah. If it fits, I'll write it. I won't pretend to be fluent, but I'll do my best. Probably won't do anything too complicated for the sake of realism of my abilities. Especially if it's not Spanish which I at least have spent time trying to learn.

Water of the Womb was one I was planning to write for almost a year and it turned out pretty good I think. Actually no.

No. It's not a fic that's been posted yet.

I think the favorite fic I've ever written is I Bit Him So He's Mine. it's my "Wednesday is a Hyde season one rewrite au". It's my first novel that is more than just a future novel. It's hit 40k and I have to start Act 2 still. It's my first proper murder mystery where the mystery is the primary plot equal to the romance. I've had a lot of fun with it, I've put my heart and soul into it, and I really look forward to calling it ready to post. Once it's done, you guys are getting regular updates for a long time.

20. What fic would you want to rewrite one day?

Out of the Fire haunts me. It was a lesson to learn. I had the desire to write a steter/hannigram crossover and zero plan of any kind outside that. It crashed and burned because I only had a first chapter in me. I recently met a local and successful author who recognized my ao3 username because of this fic and remembered me years later enough to compliment my writing (I cannot express how much that meant to me). Wait no that might have been Mark of an Angel which also haunts me, but I didn't have zero plan. I had almost no plan, and lost steam when I hit a creative block at a bad time. Normally, I'd have just sat down and workshopped a starter outline and wrote myself out of that block, but I lost steam so I never did. Different deal. Not as impactful in my creative journey. Out of the Fire, however, was very important to me because of why it failed, and remains very influential with every new project I start. Actually rewriting/finishing that project would be a defining moment for me as a writer, I think. At least to me personally.

Do you have any tips for someone who wants to start doing commissions? Especially with the state Twitter is in right now I feel like it's really discouraging to try and start now so since you're an artist I look up to I thought to ask if you possibly have any advice

Oh my, thank you for the trust! Twitter at the moment is indeed a bit in shambles, but I think it's still worth give it a try. The most useful tips I can give you is:

1. Make sure to post lots of art, even if you repost stuff you already showed on your account, you can still post it again with some keywords to help people find you (not necessarily hashtags because using the #, people will only find posts having the hashtag)

2. When you post your commissions, make sure not to offer too many options! The less the better. I used to offer 20 types of comms and barely got any, now I only offer 5 and it's been way smoother! Make a carrd with your list and sample, and on twitter make a single post with your best work and indication of prices.

3. Try to get some engagement by interacting with other artists! Your post will show more often on other people's timeline that way. Boost yourself and boost a friend ♡

4. Most importantly. It takes time. Don't get discouraged. At first it's normal to get very little commissions or not at all. Keep focusing on your skills, showing your love for art is the best way for people to find you.

Then you’re over here literally using the starlight express tag to try and gain traction of the people in the community? The shit you’re showing isn’t even half of what you done! What you’re showing is what you want them to believe! You’re hiding so much more evidence that you know will get your ass in trouble and you know it!

lemme give you a piece of mind as an individual who has went through two years of pure harassment in few forms, betrayal, lies, narcissistic behavior, jealousy of folks. Your just mad because I am a great friend to my homies, your mad cause you didn’t get the way you want, your upset cause your not getting the way you want. You manipulated me, having one of your “Ocs” fall in love with mine to make someone else jealous and then tell them via DMs that the relationship was that particular reason and was faking it the whole time?? a love letter to my cat

A non-art related post to celebrate International Cat Day (a lil late because the picture wouldn't upload yesterday smh). I don't think I have made any official posts before anywhere including my old account, so lemme do this.

This baby is named Albert Whiskers (because I love Resident Evil way too much it seems) and he is my very first rescue kitten. There used to be three of them, but unfortunately Albert's siblings, Leon & Ashley, did not survive, leaving my little Betong (my grandma's nickname for him) alone. We rescued him and his siblings from the ceiling of our bathroom, which has open space that enabled their mama cat to sneak in and give birth to all three of them. A few days later mama cat never returned, so we had to go get them. For a month we've been trying our best to take care of the kittens until sadly Leon & Ashley passed due to a compromised immune system.

I've always wanted a cat, but could never adopt/rescue because of the financial and other responsibilities it entailed. I didn't want to get a cat just because I wanted one—what if I can't give it all the care it deserves? But then Albert came along, and we couldn't give him up to a shelter nor look for potential adoptive furparents because not too many people are fond of street cats. Where I come from, people have a preference for cats with breeds—expensive breeds—and with how cruel street cats are often treated, I decided to take it upon myself to raise this little boy. Shelters are overpopulated; rescuers can barely afford their rescues' needs. If Albert went away, his chances at a good life are incredibly low—it might kill him.

And so, here we are. My little boy is an energetic playful one, and he shows his affection by constantly biting me (not too hard!). He’s healthy. He's doing great. We play often. I taught him how to sit and do a high five and a bro fist—would love to teach him more tricks. I've been getting him toys. I hope he is happy, because I love him with all of my heart.

I'm getting teary-eyed as I write this. But this is the most rewarded I have felt. I'm raising a cat—my son, my child, my little best buddy—and even if I cannot help every cat as much as I want to, I will try my best to give this boy the best life he deserves.
