yknow, I am amused that solangelo fanon was so tunnel-vision in like 2014 that in the midst of crawling through literally every time Will had popped up in the series prior, somehow the ONE singular instance of Will referencing something that the fandom did absolutely nothing with was the thing Rick then decided to draw out into being a major character trait for Will.

Like. Nico eats McDonalds once and it becomes a huge fanon thing, but Will references Star Trek and the fandom doesn't make a peep until Rick explicitly canonizes that he's a huge sci fi nerd. and Rick doesn't even keep it consistent! He changes it so Will is a Star Wars nerd instead of Star Trek. smh 😔 /lh

# Rick n Morty AU part 2 (part 1)

lil bit more. but basically:

Petey isnt in his original universe, he was (and still is) too afraid to let go of his grief, and is obsessing his entire life over finding the version of himself that killed his mom, leading him to live in that petey's universe

Lil Petey is not in his original universe, due to a virus Petey ended up making that turned the whole world into zombies. They both bailed on the universe entirely that wasnt infested with zombies.

Dog Man IS in his original universe, since Petey and LP bailed on their universe, they left the actual Dog Man with it. Petey claims that "he didnt know DM was uninfected and thats why he didnt take him with them" but in honesty he didnt actually care about Dog Man enough to save him. Until they both started warming up to eachother.

OUR Petey is B-641. The Petey that killed Grace is called "Petey Prime", and so is Lil Petey in that sense, but LP would never refer to himself as that, since that Petey was never actually there for him, he doesnt know him, so he refers to himself as B-641 too.

In a few years time, a Dog Man would actually overtake Peteys whole thing. Hes the Evil Morty of the AU. A Dog Man that got sick of Petey and ended up beating him in his own science game. Hed end up doing the same as Evil Morty, where he murders the whole Petey citidel and leave to make his own paradise. He offers LP to join him, but LP refuses and chooses Petey over him, which Evil Dog Man didnt care enough to get offended and left.
