I’m currently playing around with coding, and I’m very much loving it (The things you can make, which is pretty f-ing cool!)

so this happened:

The whole sequence was such quality I didn't know which part to draw. But something in the audacity of the 'link with me' and Liandrin's belief in her power against all these other Aes Sedai chilled me to the bone (or got me hot ? hu).

Sadly the end result is the opposite of what I wanted to portray. My decision to make each Ajah's colour the background was surely the wrong way to proceed (as I was aiming for something dark and malicious). But I love the details of Liandrin's outfit, echoing the blood stains on her face.

Something about her retaining her humanity while Adam and Eve were stripped of in death, something with Heaven losing it's chance to take that from her in their rejection of her, something about her not being inherently bound to hell but choosing to take up its power willingly, something about her drive to prove humanity's potential through example, something about her iron rule even in a form that's base line weaker than everyone around her

Refusing to be told not being the mother makes our species any less her kin, reminding all of her place and her care, Something about her having to fight tooth and nail for that role while Adam and Eve can straight become something else and never be doubted

She is not just the Queen of Demons and Mistress of Night, she is the first woman and she has every right to advocate on behalf her kind

Lilith vs. Arbitrary Skepticism

This was the main source of conflict in like. Half the original Teen Titans. Like. Lilith would immediately know Something Was Up and they just took turns on being the Skeptic Of The Day and not listening to her, even though she was literally always right (that's how her powers work dumb dumbs!).

Anyway, I informed my mother of this, and she said I should draw Lilith flipping a table---she's been a good girl and deserves a little table-flipping as a treat! So this one's for you Momma!

This is VERY off-topic, yet I cannot help but think about how in 2022 Saint Avangeline realeased the song "Lilith", which deals with themes of SA in lesbian/wlw couples because she considered that these abuses are rarely talked about, and to this day she has to explain the meaning of it so that people would stop using it in their coquette edits and playlists.
