It's not that I want Colin and Eloise to forget about their grievances towards LW and forgive Penelope entirely, that wouldn't be fair to either of them, it's that I want them both to give Penelope a chance to explain herself and understand her motives for why/how she handled the Marina and Theo situations the way she did through LW.

Colin and Eloise are nothing if not impulsive beings, and whilst this allows them to thoroughly care for the people in their lives and remain loyal to them, it also enables them to behave and judge without considering an alternative perspective(s).

I don't want them to forgive Penelope and pat themselves on the back for thinking that what they're forgiving is her perceived "maliciousness" (as Eloise has done, to a certain point), because for as much division Pen's character has created within the fandom, her actions were never intentionally cruel, (at least not towards the two scandals she'd exposed for these two in order to save them, lol).

It would be unfair for all three characters if LW is resolved, not through these two siblings truly understanding who Penelope is with her flaws and the purpose of LW, but the forgiveness of misunderstanding Penelope's actions.

It's why the anticipation for s3 part 2 is so damn nerve-wracking, lol TL;DR, please give my Penny-boo a chance to explain and accommodate the anxiety-inducing endeavor of revealing such a secret ;^;
