Hello sheezu! I am really grateful that you shared your knowledge and experience about shifting, and took your time to answer questions people like me have. Maybe if more people like you existed, reality shifting wouldn't be needed after all :).
I have a lot of personal struggles with shifting and being happy in general, it's been more than 2 years of trying and getting just enough to stay on this journey, but not more than that.
One of the biggest problems i have with reality shifting is that it feels like it's taking your life away from you. You are not there, but you are not here either. It's like this eternal limbo of mediocrity, where you are forced (by yourself) to never get anywhere.
Either way, i have a couple of questions that I've been wondering about, and i think those questions also might be of interest to other people:
Question about "consciousness theory".
You believe in "consciousness theory". Which essentially is:
"Whatever thoughts you have consciously or otherwise, define reality".
Based on that theory, is reality defined by:
A) the thoughts you produce in general.
B) intentions behind thoughts. (thoughts are just words filled with intentions after all, you could say one thing but mean a different thing)
C) beliefs you have. (assuming it is possible to not believe in a thought)
E) something else entirely.
Can someone who doesn't really believe in reality shifting, somehow prove to himself that it is real?
Thank you for answering. I have much more questions i could ask, but i am not sure that they are important / interesting enough to bother you.
Much love.
I don't mind answering questions.
I can't help but look at how you split the same concepts into different parts.
Thoughts define your reality.
Here's how that process works:
1. You consciously think of a thought which influence your current state of mind.
2. Those thoughts, as heavy focus is put on them, get stored in your subconsciousness, which is responsible for constructing reality based upon those thoughts, this way, the human mind is putting up a show for you.
3. What's stored subconsciously is stored in your unconscious part of the brain, which is when you sleep, your brain has a script of how the next day is going to play out with the circumstances.
Therefore, beliefs, intentions, and everything around you, are thoughts from 4d manifested into a lower plane, 3d.
So in that sense, in a blank state of mind (void state) new direction of reality could be chosen, it could be completely changed according to your wishes. So that's why, in a meditative states, its possible to manifest, and shift realities.
So according to your MCQs, I'd say E options, perhaps.
But A is also correct, what you think is what makes reality.
For you second question, can someone who doesn't believe in shifting it to themselves.
It depends on what kind of person they are.
Are they some who think of it as false, as a trend? Of course they'll never be able to shift or experience it, even in afterlife, since they are walking a path of believing it is false, so that's how reality will play out to them.
For people who are skeptics and are willing to try? Yes, they can prove it to themselves, many shifting techniques, such as the void state and LOA push them to achieving a state of mind where they could change their realities even in the slightest (again, blank, meditative, and some distraction method which turns them away from the 3D.)

26–07–2024, Friday, D – 282 Days
moment of honesty — my physics is very weak. it has always been. and presently, class 12 physics just doesn't sit right with me. i seemingly understand all concepts, derivations and theories, and can solve direct formula based numericals but when it comes to conceptual or application based questions, my mind goes blank. and so, to cope with this, until my first set of exams back in june, my brain thought the best idea would be to completely ignore the subject till one week before exams. and yep, obviously that yielded the results i deserved. i scored disastrously in physics unit exam (the one that was held a few weeks back). i just barely passed (thank you god for not failing me) and trust me, this is a first. so now, after my parents and teachers telling me the same thing over and over again, i have realised that it is high time for me to do over in this subject and improve my graph. i don't even know how because i'm actually really scared of the subject but i just need to. i have like roughly a month until mid terms, and if this time i slack off, I'll pay by failing and i cannot let that happen. so i need to do this any how and i will do it.

i could theoretically program something that pulls from all officially released apush mcqs and lets you set up your own little quizzes choosing question amounts, timers, specific topics/units/stimulus types/etc. (or randomizing all of these!) if i could find the data i could even organize them by difficulty based on how many people got them correct (and for the digital test, average amount of time spent on the question)
it would keep track of which questions you've answered recently and whether they were correct or not - ones you got right (and those of a similar topic) get pushed down in priorities, ones you got wrong come back a bit sooner and in the meanwhile it gives you more questions relating to that topic
it would also let you see your performance on questions by topic/unit/stimulus type and let you bookmark specific questions (since apush is largely formatted in sets of 3-4 questions relating to one stimulus, each of those sets could be stored together so if you save one question from a set you also have easy access to the others)
however i have no idea how i would feasibly pull the data for all this let alone program it all
#brought to you by my frustration with knowt ap practice questions#they cover the topic sure#but they don't require much thought. you can just glance for similar keywords. they don't really require you to bring in outside knowledge#even the “extreme difficulty” ones :/#i do have ap classroom progress checks but those are set lengths and only organized by time period#what if i don't want to do 42 questions on period 8 in one sitting?#what if i just want to hone in on a specific part of a period that im shaky on?#pigeon coos

hi guys
today i managed to finish my respiratory physiopathology lesson (to crush next week's test) and get my 5000 steps in.
i was feeling really unmotivated, it was 2pm and i hadn't studied anything yet, so i got my supplies and headed to the coffee shop, in hopes that seeing other people work would make me do it too.
although i studied for 2h and 30 minutes in total, i felt really proud. i'm starting to understand how notion works and so far it's great. here's some things i did today while studying:
- read the material
- summarized it in my words (literally broke it down into smaller chunks, and only wrote the things i found to be important for the final)
- read the questions at the end of the ppt, made by our lab teacher - since she added them, i assumed they (or some similar concepts) might come up on the test or the final
- completed the notes, based on those questions, with the parts i thought were not essential at first (i might have been wrong haha)
- some small tables/mindmaps
flashcards are pretty nice too for active recall, but i find it hard to study from other decks than my own and making them takes a long time. instead, i'm trying to solve as many MCQs (multiple choice questions) i can (if our teachers/older students provide them, that's great; if not, i just look for them online), since they're better at helping you remember the information rather than just reading it.
might also write the answers on a notebook and correcting the mistakes with red pen, just to remind me of my premed tutors for chem & bio :)

Thoughts on Ilsa Faust in DR. Spoilers.
Thinking about Ilsa Faust's fate in Dead Reckoning and director Christopher McQuarrie's comments about it in the Empire Podcast. As a fan of the franchise and with Ilsa being my favourite character, I feel like I had to write a little something based on the movie and his reason for it. A lot of fans are upset (including me) and I want to write something properly, not just the angry tweets and posts.
To start off, they wanted Ilsa to die already back when they were making TGM. And his reasoning seems to be that he didn't want Ilsa and Ethan to be romantic. Just that baffles me, if you don't want romance, how can you not just write a script where Ilsa and Ethan stay platonic? They handled it well in Rogue Nation and Fallout, you can see they care for each other deeply, but they don't act on it. We could have had Ilsa on the team, she could have gotten out of the game but was brought back in for some reason, she could have had literally any other story. But the fact that the only thing that seemed to come to mind if he didn't want to make them romantic was to kill her off seems very odd.
He also talked about wanting to work with Hayley Atwell for over ten years and this fact seems a little too convenient when thinking about why he had to kill Ilsa off. But we'll come back to Grace later.
He explains that they killed Ilsa off before they even knew the reason why. They killed off one of the most popular characters of this franchise without even having made up the reason behind it. We know that they work without a script, but making such a huge and impactful decision (he says he knew the fans would be upset) without even knowing why baffles me.
I also need to point out, I would have been fine if she had been given a decent, meaningful death. Yes, I would have been sad, but had it felt worthy it would have been one thing. With how they handled her death in this, I can't be sad. I am just mad. Frustrated. Confused.
Let's talk about Ilsa's storyline in this film. At the end of Fallout, she got out. In this film, she is disavowed for some unknown reason, and she is brought back into the game with the whole thing about the key. Kittridge says some weird comments about Ethan and Ilsa's relationship, that Ethan has saved Ilsa over and over when it is clearly the other way around. Let's go with this just being Kittridge getting it all wrong and not McQ but.. what do I know.
Ethan finds her in the desert and the whole scene is very rushed, they barely even talk, and.. she just hands him the key? What was Ilsa's plan? Ilsa's purpose? We don't know and we never find out (at least not in part one). Maybe there was more to it, more to Ilsa's story, we know they cut a lot of the movie, and we know for sure they cut at least two of Ilsa's scenes.
Then she just shows up in the van in Rome before they end up in Venice.
In Venice, we have Ilsa and Ethan hugging on a rooftop and holding hands on the gondola on their way to the party. For someone who claims that they didn't want Ilsa and Ethan to be romantic, I have a lot of questions. Especially since we also had the desert hug where she is literally on top of him. She is clearly a romantic interest, there's no questioning that. And to be honest, that is basically her only purpose in this movie.
Now things get a little messy because we arrive at the party. I have always been a fan of McQ's writing of female characters. He did absolutely fantastic in Rogue Nation, Fallout and Edge of Tomorrow. At the party, the villain gives Ethan the choice between Ilsa or Grace. One of them has to die.
Now, we know Ethan cares about Ilsa a lot, so the choice should be simple, her compared to this woman he just met who kept running away from him over and over and left him to die on a train track handcuffed to a car. The thing is, Ethan Hunt can't make that choice. He cares about each and every individual.
We've now arrived at the reason why Ilsa dies. And I cannot begin to express my distaste for the cliché writing of having a male character choose between two women, one who is a love interest and the other who is so obviously made out to be the new female lead (and potentially, a new love interest, Ethan/Grace share some suspiciously weird longing looks but the fans are divided if it is romantic or not).
Ilsa or Grace. Apparently, there can only be one woman on the team, which the previous films have shown us, too.
I just need to add that they're working against an all-knowing AI, so why isn't "the choice" between Luther or Benji? Ethan's two very best friends, two brilliant tech minds who must be a bigger threat to the entity as well?
In the end, it all comes back to that it's not people that Ethan loses - it's women. And there is only space for one brunette woman on that team.
So let's talk about the bridge scene. First of all, Grace has been running the entire movie, why would she suddenly stop running when there is a man literally trying to kill her?
Anyways, she holds him off surprisingly long considering she's just a thief and with how in the previous action sequences she kind of came off as a damsel in distress. Eventually, Gabriel knocks her down the stairs.
Enter Ilsa Faust. Highly capable spy, Ethan Hunt's equal, a woman who we know is lethal in hand-to-hand combat. We saw her take down Janik Vinter in a knife fight at the end of Rogue Nation and we saw her take down Solomon Lane in Fallout (tied to a bloody chair).
She even has the advantage of a sword compared to the villain who has a tiny knife. They fight. For some reason, Ilsa manages to get in way too close several times (watch the choreography for the RN knife fight - she's quick, get in, slash, get out, you can't linger in a knife fight) and she somehow doesn't seem to be able to hold off the old villain longer than Grace.
She gets stabbed in the chest. Ethan finds her dead on the bridge. In the next scene, Ethan looks sad on a rooftop for a few moments. Benji wipes a tear. They never talk about Ilsa again. It's underwhelming in every sense.
But what makes it worse, is the fact that in the next scene, the team asks Grace to join the team. Not going to get into the writing of that whole scene, but the thing is, they do it in a way that is basically "look what happened to Ilsa." and the things they say honestly make the team seem very cold-hearted considering Ilsa just died. And we know the team is not cold-hearted. Yes, there's a mission and they need to focus on the job, but they really didn't have to do it like that.
When I tell you I have a bad taste in my mouth, boy, do I mean it. Ilsa dies and in literally the next scene she is replaced by Grace.
Now comes the talk about her death which McQ describes as "very heroic". I'll admit, in one way, I get why he thinks it is a heroic death. Ilsa sacrificed herself to save someone else, that would be a worthy ending for someone who dedicated their whole life to saving the world, saving people.
What baffles me is how he doesn't see how poorly executed the whole ordeal was, which is what fans and a lot of critics are upset about (see list of articles criticizing it here: https://www.tumblr.com/rebeccalouisaferguson/723559978545414144/list-of-articles-criticizing-ilsa-fausts?source=share )
Is it fridging? In one way it is; Ilsa is Ethan's love interest and we know "the choice" between Ilsa and Grace happens because Ethan cares about her. McQ also mentioned it happening to up the stakes, so..
Yes, she also died because she decided to save Grace, but there's more than one reason for her death.
I feel like what also needs to be mentioned is that article with editor Eddie Hamilton who said they cut a "badass" line from Ilsa when she arrived at the bridge. They cut it because it lowered the audience's expectations for what they were about to see. "In the audience's mind, you know that Ilsa is going to kick some serious ass. She kicks a bit of ass, but not a lot. It's not a complete, devastating, ass-kicking, which you hope Ilsa is going to give at some point." They later removed this bit from the article because of backlash. We, the audience, know that Ilsa is better than and so do they.
We know they're doing damage control, a lot was cut from the delayed Empire part two podcast. Somehow, the more they talk about it, it gets worse.
I know this movie is only part one and there might be more explanations for all of this in part two. But with what we've seen in this film, they fumbled her death so badly that the one thing that would make sense is that it is all a trick and she comes back in part two. There are many theories on that, but I'm not going into details or speculating on that here.
A testament to how badly they executed her death is that people literally can't believe they'd fail her character this badly. McQ who we all thought was a brilliant writer. McQ who wrote one of the best female characters we've seen in years only to throw her out as if she was garbage. No matter what happens in part two, one thing is for sure.
Ilsa Faust deserved better.
#It's not just her death we're mad about#It's how poorly they handled it#Ugh#Ilsa Faust deserved better#Ilsa Faust#Mission Impossible#Dead Reckoning#Deac reckoning: Part one#Dead reckoning spoilers#Christopher McQuarrie#Rebecca Ferguson

Advice for indian high schoolers ( also other highschoolers)
i am off to college but before i do that, i wanna pen down everything i learned and maybe it can help you!
Try to do most of the active learning in your school lectures. (I understand that most teachers aren't great) try to make notes and jot down what they say verbally aswell.
Your self atudy shouldn't be more than 3 hours ( coming from someone who did 16hr studies). its not sustainable.
TRUST ME. THOSE MOTIVATIONAL YOUTUBE REELS ABOUT 16HR STUDY WONT DO YOU ANY GOOD
How to self study:
take out your textbook, school/tuition/ online lectures notes and go through it and write down what you understood right next to the notes with a pencil.
DONT WRITE IN BOOKISH LANGUAGE! PEN DOWN YOUR EXACT FEELING OR IDEA IN YOUR HEAD WHEN U READ THE NOTES. IF YOU CANT WRITE DOWN ANYTHING THAT MEANS YOU DIDNT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT AT HAND. RE- DO IT.
It can be so random like a weird diagram, a song lyric, an experience you had, anything!
Dont fall in the trap of mindless youtube lectures veiwing. They are good but they shouldnt be your go to option when you dont understand a certain concept. USE YOUTUBE LECTURES AS A WAY TO RECAP AND REVIEW A CHAPTER ONCE IT IS DONE.
Use chat gpt to explain a specific concept and if you are unable to understand, then search that specific topic( not the entire chapter) on youtube.com
After every self study season ask chat gpt to make mcqs on those specific topics. Then follow it up with short questions only.
When it comes to long theoretical concepts ( 5 marks wala topics) reccord urself explaining them. Once u have gone through the entire chapter.
Question banks can be intimidating. Specially when your entire chapter isnt complete. Use chat gpt to ask questions from specific subtopics .
Do questions daily . Start with 50 mcqs if you are anxious about test. I had the same problem. Slowly you will be able to build it upto the neet or jee question banks.
I wouldn't recommend keeping jee and neet as ur option A. Priority should be boards . As i NEETARD myself, I say learn based off the cbse boards level but do neet ka question banks.
You will get most of the answers wrong at the beginning but that's the point!!!
Ask chatgpt to tell you which specific concept the question was based off and then learn that specific topics.
( no one will say this but 60 percent of the entire prep is pure memorization) so might aswell memorize by trying mcqs
Watching 8hr + lectures is equal to no actual results if you cant retain the info and need to re do the chapter before every exam!
BIG TIP: DONT TELL YOUR SCHOOL FRIENDS OR TEACHERS IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN JEE OR NEET. TRUST ME. JUST DONT .
If possible, look into SAT , CUET AND NIFT aswell.
Reblog your your tips , advice and guidance aswell

CBSE Class 12th physics exam 2025 analysis: what students said about paper?
The Central Board of Secondary Education conducted the class 12th Physics board exam on February 21,2025. Student's reactions to the paper varied with many describing it as "Moderately difficult'. The exam adhered to the latest CBSC Sample paper format, comprising five sections totaling 70 marks.
Received mixed reactions from students but generally seen as fair and balanced. Most students found the paper to be easy to moderate. It had a good mix of theory-based and numerical questions, making it manageable for those who prepared well. some students felt that the numerical questions were a bit tricky but still doable with practice. The MCQ were a bit challenging for some, requiring careful thinking to avoid silly mistakes. A few students mentioned that certain sections, especially good time management.

WHAT TEACHERS AND EXPERTS SAID:
Balanced and Fair : Teachers praised the paper for being well-structured and covering the entire syllabus without throwing in any surprise questions. The question paper included a mix of theoretical and numerical questions, designed to assess both conceptual understanding and application skills of students. while the case based and assertion-reasoning questions were slightly tricky, they effectively tested student's conceptual clarity ,posing a challenge for those who relied solely on memorization.
