Mimolette wrapped in Natural Choice Uncured Sopressata Salami with Naval Orange wrap
Reason: The Salami and the Mimolette compliment each other with Mimolette's dull sharpness and the smooth fat of the salami enhances the richness and the Naval Orange cuts through the richness while bringing out a sweet almost fruity flavor of the Mimolette
FunFact: Mimolette is made using Cheese Mites

she was meowing desperately at bao to feed her some ciao, but when you started crying, she quietened down and watched you hug bao, almost as if she was concerned
she loves you so much and she would be so confused if you disappeared
i've always thought mimolette was just okay, kinda bland but okay;
it was the kind of cheese you would get in individual portions at lunch in elementary school
so naturally as an adult i didn't buy it
but now that i know it's illegal in the usa of course i have to eat mimolette
sooo i bought some and it's still an okay cheese, although the feeling of superiority and the fact that im eating The Forbidden Cheese do make it a bit better
something that has been sort of a white whale for me over these past years is figuring out how to edit audio along with the video, when i stretch out or speed up a section. turns out: it's stupid easy, just modify the clip length while holding a hotkey. normal Mimolette is a lot faster than i remembered.
