the thing about the queer media tournament that really gets me is that last i checked there wasn't a single mxtx work on it. like not even the untamed made it in and don't get me wrong the og mo dao zu shi books are huge but cql is def more popular among tumblr circles. idk it just really rubs me the wrong way how every single piece of western media that ppl have ever gotten a lil bit aggressive abt shipping with is there and then for east asian media there's utena and madoka magica and the handmaiden and last i checked that was pretty much it. and then for the rest of the world there's next to/nothing but idk enough to really make judgements there.

Opinion Dump! Are you kidding me?! This is... kinda diabolical. I genuinely think the developers should focus on The Ssum rather than trying to squeeze every single cent out of Mystic Messenger players. This game is over 5 years old, they're just being greedy. This is ridiculous! It'll take slightly over FOUR HOURS to get 100 hourglasses like this. Look, I can understand. Mystic Messenger is not a game where players can actively pay; but that does not stop this from leaving a bad taste in my mouth. The Developers are not even planning a major update to Mystic Messenger, but are still putting limitations. My only question is why? Why do this to an app you are not even updating! I feel so bad for new players.

Updated Guide: • If you don't have max speed, then "Seven loves cats" or the prologue sometimes give 2 hourglasses. You automatically get max speed on the prologue and day 1, so this will be faster than using the Christmas DLC for those who didn't pay for the max chat speed function. • If you have max speed, then the most efficient way is still the Christmas DLC Chatroom "Can't rest on Christmas," making a reloadable save by reentering that chatroom using 10 hourglasses after exiting it. You can still only earn 2 hourglasses every 5 minutes, it just takes A LOT longer now. • Replay Zen's route! He is still THE sugar daddy of hourglasses. He tends to give a lot if you just kiss his ass. mwah.

Hello! I am years late, but I'd like to share a guide on farming hourglasses! It is very likely that you've read these somewhere already, or you may have not! This is going to be lengthy, so I've added A TLDR (too long, didn't read) at the bottom. If you're confused, you can read it all!

⚠️Disclaimer! If you are worried about getting banned, do not worry! This will not get your account banned by Cheritz, repeating a chatroom for hourglasses or hearts is NOT breaking the Terms and Conditions because it is not using any fraudulent apps or hacking methods. What can get you banned? 1. Manipulating time to abuse the game. 2. Using illicit apps to change or abuse game data. 3. Abusing a bug for gameplay. Now, without further ado, let's get right into it! How does it work? / Steps 1. Enter a chatroom, and leave it immediately. DO NOT finish it. 2. Spend the 5 or 10 hourglasses to re-enter the chatroom and play through it, (answers are provided below). 3. Once you've finished the chatroom, from the homescreen, hit "settings" > then "load" > click "This is the saved file from when the last game point hourglasses were used" > hit "load"

Notes: ⚠️ *Options marked with an hourglass emoji, ⌛, are only a CHANCE to get an hourglass, it is not guaranteed. 🕒 *It is not necessary to buy max chat speed ($2.99); however, it is very helpful! You can farm hourglasses faster, or if you're like me where it's torturous to get bad endings, just skip it! And a cherry on the top, it supports the developers! It is not a subscription, but a one time purchase, and in my opinion, very worth it! Method 1 - Prologue Farming • Casual or Deep Story 00:00 [Any Time], Prologue 1. ANY 2. Reveal yourselves first. Method 3 - Christmas DLC, Day 1 • DLC > Christmas Special 2016 • costs 100 hourglasses to download/unlock 19:18 [7:18], Can't Rest on Christmas 1. I miss Zen... ⌛ 2. What should you do if your blood pressure gets higher? Dr. 707 ⌛ 3. ANY 4. If it were me, I wouldn't be able to handle it T_T I don't like one-sided love or one-sided authority. ⌛ 5. TLDR; Zen is THE sugar daddy of hourglasses, pick options that emphasize him. Additional Notes: I very highly recommend... • saving your hourglasses to buy the Christmas DLC! • consider buying max chat speed. again, it is not necessary, but very helpful!

RFA Guest Comment Once you've completed a route either a normal/good ending, look through the guest book and click through any guest if you haven't already!, and click RFA comment. One of the RFA members will leave a comment on that guest, and you’ll receive 1 hourglass! Remember to collect hourglasses for every new guest after a party!

I got to about 6,000 farming, and I spent more than 2,000 just to fast forward time because I'm an impatient bum tehe.
