Hello! May I please request a condo level farmhouse? It’s located at the edges a sorta Ren-Faire vibe village, non-modern. Very cottagecore. There are three bedrooms but two are for NPC residents (parents’ bedroom & preteen brother bedroom), so you only have to focus on one: a 17 year old lady, loves gardening and the farm animals. She does self-care and schoolwork for the system. Very flowery room too, please! I hope that’s not all too much! ^^

Condo Level Farmhouse!

General Vibes: It’s very cozy, a bit run down as well but that just adds to the charm of the place. A well lived in, almost rustic space with a bit of everything sprinkled around. It’s the kind of place that feels kind of bubbly and makes you want to dance in the fields outside.

General Living Area: The general living area is a large living room, there’s a love set to the right of the couch and a recliner to the left, the place has built-in bookshelves filled with leatherback books all around the room save for the winds to the left of the furniture. To the right is a set of stairs and doorway to the kitchen. Old animal head trophies are hung around the room while pelts are used as carpets and blankets. It generally feels relaxing and communal, letting there be a thick blanket of safety coating the room. A very cottagecore, simple, and cozy room in general.

Kitchen: The kitchen is a relatively tidy spot but there always seems to be some batter or flour left out. There’s a plate of cookies on the counter that refills daily- whether or not it’s automatic or if someone makes them all but doesn’t admit it is a mystery. It’s a nice kitchen, mostly in green, browns, and off-white with green cabinets openable via copper handles and marble countertops. It feels somewhat creative but mostly encouraging and homey as if it’ll be able to lift you up somehow. It’s definitely cottage core but more bakery in terms of vibes.

Meeting Room: The meeting room is the dining room, the table is made out of spruce or a similar dark wood- a vase of flowers that never wilt, sitting in the middle and small-ish, easy to take care of houseplants hanging in the corners of the room. The table’s rectangular but set up so no one sits on the ends. The vibes in this room are similar to those in the living room but a bit more formal and talkative competitively. Definitely a bit of gardening/greenhouse aesthetic in the room.

Individual Room #1: The room is mostly green with accents of pink every once and a while. It’s a cozy place with layers of thick blankets laid across the bed and one on the desk chair. Plants are everywhere- hanging from the ceiling and on the window sills. The room has two external walls and lets lots of sunlight in. The wallpaper is painted with various flowers carefully and several blankets are embroidered with similar designs. It generally has a naturalistic, calming, and comfortable vibe making it the perfect room to relax and take things at your own pace. Aesthetically, it definitely leans into a flowery gardening type of aesthetic and just a tad away from the cottagecore- going more ren fair.

Individual Room #2: The parent’s room is pretty plain- made up mostly of creams and browns- but is still rather inviting. It’s not too large- furnished only with a carpet, king sized bed, two nightstands, clothes wardrobe, and many family pictures. It’s simple but warm and cozy, letting a calm air fill the area. Its vibes are generally simple but welcoming in its simplicity and aesthetically it’s pretty cozy minimalist.

Individual Room #3: The room’s mainly in blue and green with a twin sized bed pushed into the corner. There’s only one window in the room but it’s pretty big and lasts in a lot of natural light. The bed is unmade and has a couple of plushies laid on it. Vibe wise it’s pretty playful and somewhat competitive but definitely has room for tired relaxation. Its aesthetic is definitely a bit more modern version of cottagecore with a sprinkle of kidcore hidden throughout.

Karai’s Bedroom - Example Bedroom

General Vibes: Very pristine and properly kept, undertones of the inhabitant being dangerous, protective feeling for those close to the inhabitant.

Aesthetics: Sage green, snakes, decorative weapons, a bit dark and gloomy but almost in a comforting way.

Bed: A four poster canopy bed with nicely made sage green sheets and carefully drawn canopy. The design is simple yet effective and contains many sheets and four pillows.

Additional space #1: A collection of weapons on various stands, holders, pillows, shelves, and more. They are all kept in perfect condition and they all look like they were placed down carefully.

Additional space #2: A simple window seat surrounded by a shelf full of books- most of which look like their covers were replaced via bookbinding. A blanket’s on the window seat, perfectly folded and sat on the opposite side of a carefully placed decorative pillow.

SOOOOO long story short...... alex was a character that was introduced in the VERY beginning of the story.... he was like kinda mean butttt he had som good interactions w the characters on th plane (right before the Event happens :/)

and then hes literally the FIRST person to die....??????? LIKE WHYYY EVEN do all these cool character moments if ur just gonna KILL him? i dunno. felt like a last minute writein..... pretty sloppy. one of my least favorite parts of the oracrys storyline tbh.

Name: Plop Sign

This is probably going to be a really boring post. I know we're usually silly and goofy and ridiculous, but I just need to vent here, and it's a topic I'm sure you can relate to. Anyone who's driven a car, been a passenger in a car, or even just walked alongside a busy road knows that there are TOO MANY plop signs in our towns!

So to get this out of the way: I hate driving. It's not BECAUSE of plop signs, it's because of the pressure and the fact that I can't trust anyone else to drive sensibly, but the plop signs sure aren't helping! Highways are so intimidating, but then the side streets... a plop on every corner! I can't handle it.

So, you're driving, minding your own business. You're making good time. The weather is nice. And then you see it. That yellowish octagon. Ugh! And you have to pull the lever in the glove compartment, opening the Gunk Hatch, to release all the Gunk your car has secreted from its Gunk Cells over the course of the drive. PLOP! There goes all your hard-earned gunk. It is INFURIATING.

People work hard for that gunk. Constant trips to the vet to keep your car's inflammation down, getting the right hormones to ensure ideal gunk production. Some people say it's unethical to use hormones to make a car's body think it's about to give birth so that it will produce gunk. And maybe some people need to mind their own business, because WE figured out how to get more gunk, and WE are entitled to it.

I don't want to lose the gunk. No one does. I could be planning to bring my grandma a gunk delivery as a special surprise, but nope! Plop sign has been moved to another corner, and it's too late to turn back now. Keeping the gunk is not an option. There's ALWAYS an undercover Plop Patrol nearby. Believe me. I've paid enough fines to know.

Even if you don't drive, you can't ignore how important it is to keep the gunk in the hatch. I remember when my parents had their first date, and my dad was trying to impress my mom by showing how much gunk he could accumulate in the hatch before getting to their destination. And then? Yep. Plop sign. My mom dumped him then and there. I was never born because of that plop sign.

But the absolute WORST is that school buses can weaponize the things! What gives them the right? A school bus will be in front of you, come up to a plop sign, and flash the sign a crisp five dollar bill to bribe it, letting the bus keep its gunk. When you reach the sign, it suddenly "can't be bought out that easily" and yep, you gotta plop the gunk. And then, a block later? The bus driver, who's been watching the whole time, smirks and deploys his own plop sign. You have no choice but to release the one milliliter of gunk you accumulated since the last sign. Demeaning does not even BEGIN to describe it.

You know what, I changed my mind. Highways are fine. Reckless drivers are fine. It's these damned signs that make me hate driving!
