she's always dragging you outside to parks or restaurants

she's outdoorsy and she loves food so if you combine those two (a picnic or cookout) she'll love you forever

she's also very competitive with video games

on days with bad weather or sickness the two of you spend time playing video games together and watching movies

but pretty much every other day you're out and about

akane's favorite way to show affection is hugs and kisses

but specifically the kind of hug where you're smothered, and she squeezes you with all her might while teasing you for whining about it

and she gives kisses all over your face super fast

her love language though is quality time, of course, which is why she's always dragging you to places

Functional food mart / convenience store inspired with B&H. Tray files and CCs!

It's on a 20x15 lot in Nordhaven, and it costs 81.450 simoleons. It comes with an upstairs apartment.

At first I wanted to go for an asian food mart only, but there wasn't enough CCs for filling up the shelves so I added more variety. But! The asian snacks are edible, therefore when the business is open sims eat those and that really gives off the convenience store vibes.

I love this build, so I thought why not share it? BUT! before jumping to the download link, please read carefully because you will be needing a few extra steps to make it functional as I did.

In the .zip file you will find two folders: the tray files, and the CCs (155 MB). I obviously coulnd't do a CC-free lot, but i limited the costum content only to the necessary. The rest of the lot is furnished mostly with: base game, get to work, and business & hobbies which therefore are the required packs. Another requirement if you want the edible snacks is city living. Aside from those there are only: a vending machine from snowy escape, the air conditioning unit and the kettle from for rent. If you do not own these last two packs you can place the lot anyway and you won't loose anything big.

CC / mods NOT included you have to download yourself: - water cooler. - edible microwave snacks by S&S. PLEASE, read carefully the requirement for these snacks to show on the game and be functional.

SUGGESTED, for more interactions and realism, but fully optional: - edible pocky. - drinkable soju (i only used the decor version, read the patreon post if you want the functional one with the mod!)

Two things I do and I recommend you doing too to keep it functional: 1. Disable sales in all surfaces exception made for the one in the front with S&S items, and the fridge in the back. The other surfaces are filled with "stack" clutter, so if sims buy from there one single item corresponds to the entire shelf. 2. Keep your basement stocked. The problem with S&S microwave snacks is that they are currently only available in build mode if you are on a retail lot. I hope they will update it for B&H but right now they didn't. So i stocked the basement for you, but at some point whey will obviously finish and you unfortunately can't use the eyedropper tool. What i recommend you is to save the basement room in your library when it's still fully stocked, so when it empties you can just place it again from the library.

I know, you have to do one or two things for it to be functional. But I think it's worth it, especially if you want to place it in your world and visit it as a costumer.
