For any CSI fans watching, does anyone else think Claire is acting a little like Natalie Davis?

Well, as they say, murders recreated with children’s toys make for great television.

for the ncis timeline!! 1mm takes place on March 17, the date can be seen on Ellie’s phone when she’s trying to get service
So... I have an issue with this date and for once I'm not going with what is said on their phones BECAUSE everyone keeps referencing it being within a week of Ellie's kidnapping and McGee's shooting so I'm saying that 1mm took place somewhere between March 5-10 which would be within a week after HotS and before In a Nutshell and Schooled.

Do you think we will get a kiss between ellie and nick in this season??
Short answer- in my dreams, yes. Realistically, no. I feel like I dived deeper into this in another ask somewhat recently but as per usual I can’t find it 🤦🏻‍♀️ in a nutshell this is NCIS we’re talking about, they don’t know anything but slow burn.

Hi! Me again! Thanks to 10 days vacation I was able to get all the way to 11x2 of NCIS. And my heart! But not only that...how does Tony find out Ziva is not dead? In 16x24 of 17x1 is it explained how Tony found her? Is it implied the three of them are together? I like spoilers, so spoil me. lol. And I’m too impatient to wait to find out. 🤣
hi again!
ok... since you said that you don’t mind being spoiled, i will spill haha.
so from what you wrote, i’m assuming you know about 13x24 and ziva’s “death” and how she comes back in 16x24/17x01/17x02/17x10/17x11 where the team discovers that she actually faked her death because she’s being targeted by a woman named sahar? alright so in 17x10 i believe, ziva reveals to gibbs that after she faked her death in 2016, tony tracked her down in cairo and they had what we presume some brief family time together before ziva had to go back underground (ziva describes a cute thing that happened but i will leave that for you to discover haha).
and in 17x11, it’s firmly implied that ziva heads back to paris to reunite with tony and tali (and later on is confirmed when senior sends letters to the team, thanking them for bringing the family back together etc etc).
so yeah! that’s basically what happened in a nutshell; obviously there are many small fragments of it that i left out, but i didn’t want to go all out with the spoilers just yet haha.

“17x17- In a Nutshell” – As the NCIS team investigates the death of a Navy officer murdered the same way as his parents a decade ago, they stumble across a storage container filled with dollhouses that display recreations of murder scenes. Also, the team agrees to clean out their living spaces, but some have a harder time saying goodbye to their possessions than others.

NCIS S17E17 - In a Nutshell
In the 17th episode of the 17th season of NCIS, the team investigates the death of a navy officer and learn that his death is a startling replica of 10 year cold case of his own parents murder.
This was quite the intriguing case, but also a little creepy and spooky as well. The team investigated the death of Noah O'Donnell, a navy officer who was found dead on the road after apparently being hit by a car, only to learn he was dead long before and as the investigation continues, the team learns of his tragic family history. In his youth, both Noah and his sister, Claire woke up to find their parents murdered and although Noah managed to move on from happened and gained a successful career with the navy, his sister on the other hand has been unable to move on from the loss of her parents. Pretty soon, Noah’s sister becomes the primary suspect in her brother’s murder and already she began to seriously creep me out as soon as Gibbs found her on the road. Although I feel bad for Claire and all she’s gone through, she really creeped me out, especially with the dolls houses she made to help her try and figure out her parents deaths. Eventually all became clear with a twist I did not see coming. Turns out, Noah was killed while he was working a case completely unrelated to his parents deaths and was actually working on the recent murder of a friend of his which was made to look like an accident. In the end, Noah’s killer was caught and Claire can finally at last gain peace and closure to her parents murder as well. The moment with Ducky, Sloan and Kasie giving her closure was sweet as well as Leon wanting to call his kids. He is such a great dad.
Aside from the case of the week I enjoyed watching the team sorting through what possessions they wanted to keep and get rid of. Our beloved, Tim McGee is as usual the quite pack rat, not wanting to get rid of some of his favourite childhood possessions. I liked the part where Jimmy had to try and force his box away and managed to sneak away. It was both Funny and Cute. However, the real focus was on Ellie who was more than happy to get rid of a lot of her stuff, causing everyone to wonder what’s gotten into her. I’m not surprised that everyone was worried about her and wondered what was going on. Although Ellie tried to clear the air, simply stating she isn’t the same person she once was anymore, I think it’s safe to say there is more to it than that and based on the ending when she received that text message from Odette I’d say I was right. Looks like Ellie is finally ready to take on Odette’s offer to be trained by her, but I can’t help but wonder and worry how this will affect Ellie in the future to come and I’m not sure if I like it or not.
Overall, this was a great episode one that I really enjoyed where not one, not two, but three murders were solved and it was great to see Ducky temporarily resuming his duties of examining the body. Although NCIS Historian suites him, it puts a smile on my face, seeing him back at his old job. Anyway great episode and I can’t wait to see more to come.
