pov: you’ve just got home from the early screening of season 2.

twitter is waiting for the spoilers.

tumblr is waiting for the spoilers.

the Spoiler Gremlins are biting at the walls of their enclosure.

you crack out your phone. time to give the people what they want. you open twitter, type the spoiler, you’re about to press 'post'…

then, the lights go out.

that’s weird. must be a blackout.

you go to find a flashlight, and you swear you hear some sort of scampering in the hallway. you shine the flashlight; nothing there. huh. weird.

you return to your room, and open the door.

there’s a figure standing in the darkness.

your heart drops.

the figure makes no move.

gulping, you aim the flashlight and click it on.

One Week (1920) Buster Keaton, Eddie Cline

This has been in my head for like a week

I just learned that Eddie’s stunt double is credited for episode 11, “holy mother of god” and here’s why I hope Eddie specifically has a near death experience and not Buck:

1. Eddie is in El Paso for Chris. I don’t want to see them force him away from that goal to come back to LA for Buck. Eddie and Chris deserve a full coming back together and forgiving arc, and that wont happen if they have to drag Eddie back to LA.

2. Eddie NDE practically guarantees a will mention. Why haven’t we seen the will since it was first mentioned, what happens when Eddie’s parents realize they have no right to Chris while Eddie is in the hospital? How does Chris react to Buck being his legal guardian?

3. Buck deserves to be loved for the sake of being loved, not just because he’s been hurt. He spent his whole childhood hurting himself to get the attention he wants from others (specifically his parents) and I don’t want it to be that way for him and Eddie. Let Evan Buckley be loved because he’s loyal, because he’s kind, because he’s supportive. Not just because he’s reckless.

I just think Eddie NDE would be really fun. Also, if we could get something like TK’s NDE in Lone Star where Buck is in the hospital talking to him saying things like “I can’t even tell you how I feel, I can’t kiss you or hold your hands, and I might not ever get to,” and Eddie can see him in his coma and realizes how blind he’s always been. UGH I need an Eddie NDE.
