The Role of Paper Testing Labs in Promoting Sustainable Manufacturing
In an age of environmental accountability and global sustainability goals, manufacturers are increasingly under pressure to reduce their environmental footprint. From reducing plastic use to embracing recyclable materials, every stage of the production cycle is being scrutinized. One crucial but often overlooked player in this journey toward eco-conscious manufacturing is the Paper and Packaging Testing Lab.
These specialized labs do more than check the strength and safety of packaging—they play a key role in supporting brands that are committed to sustainable manufacturing practices. This blog explores how Paper Testing Labs contribute to greener production lines and why they are essential partners in the shift toward sustainable packaging solutions.
Why Sustainability in Packaging Matters
Before we explore the technical roles of a Paper and Packaging Testing Lab, it's important to understand why sustainability in packaging is a critical global concern:
Environmental impact: Packaging waste makes up a significant percentage of global landfill content, especially non-recyclable plastics.
Consumer preference: Today’s consumers are more inclined to support brands that use eco-friendly, biodegradable, or recyclable packaging.
Regulatory pressure: Governments around the world are introducing stricter guidelines around single-use materials, recyclability, and carbon footprint.
Corporate responsibility: Brands are adopting ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks to meet stakeholder expectations.
In this context, Paper Testing Labs serve as both enforcers and enablers of sustainable manufacturing.
What Is a Paper and Packaging Testing Lab?
A Paper and Packaging Testing Lab specializes in assessing the physical, chemical, and environmental characteristics of packaging materials—particularly those made from paper, cardboard, corrugated fiberboard, and other cellulose-based substrates. The lab ensures that packaging is not only functional and compliant with regulations but also aligns with environmental standards and sustainability objectives.
1. Validating Recyclability and Reusability
One of the key roles of a Paper Testing Lab is verifying whether packaging materials can be recycled or reused. Labs use a variety of tests to assess:
Fiber strength after reprocessing
Ink removability and chemical residue presence
De-inking and pulpability
Compatibility with municipal recycling systems
These results guide manufacturers in selecting materials that meet circular economy standards. By validating recyclability, labs help ensure that end-of-life packaging returns into the production cycle instead of becoming waste.
2. Testing for Biodegradability and Compostability
Another important focus area is determining whether paper-based packaging can naturally decompose in the environment or under composting conditions. Testing labs conduct:
Biodegradation rate testing
Soil toxicity tests
pH and nutrient impact evaluations
Disintegration analysis in composting environments
For manufacturers that market their packaging as biodegradable or home-compostable, third-party validation from a certified Paper and Packaging Testing Lab is essential for credibility and compliance.
3. Ensuring Sustainable Sourcing (FSC Certification Support)
Many testing labs support FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certification processes. FSC-certified paper guarantees that raw materials come from responsibly managed forests. Paper testing labs play a role by:
Confirming fiber content and origin
Verifying chain-of-custody documentation
Assisting in sustainability audits
This testing ensures that your packaging isn't contributing to deforestation or illegal logging, which are critical factors in sustainable manufacturing.
4. Evaluating Packaging Optimization
Excessive or over-engineered packaging is wasteful and expensive. Through performance testing and structural analysis, Paper and Packaging Testing Labs help manufacturers reduce material usage while still protecting their products. Key tests include:
Burst strength
Edge crush resistance (ECT)
Compression testing
Transit simulation (drop, vibration, moisture)
These insights allow manufacturers to design lightweight yet durable packaging, minimizing resource consumption without compromising quality.
5. Compliance with Eco-Regulations (RoHS, REACH, EPR)
Many regions require compliance with environmental directives such as:
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals)
EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility)
A Paper and Packaging Testing Lab helps manufacturers ensure their packaging does not contain banned or restricted substances such as lead, mercury, or harmful plasticizers. This compliance protects the environment and avoids regulatory penalties.
6. Carbon Footprint and Lifecycle Assessment (LCA)
Progressive labs now offer carbon footprint analysis and Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for packaging materials. These tests evaluate:
Raw material extraction emissions
Energy used during production
Transportation-related impact
End-of-life decomposition or recycling effects
This data enables brands to quantify and reduce the environmental footprint of their packaging, making sustainability measurable and actionable.
7. Consumer Label Validation
Consumers want transparency. Labels such as:
“100% Recyclable”
“Compostable”
“Plastic-Free”
“FSC-Certified”
must be backed by accurate data. Testing labs validate these claims, helping brands build consumer trust and avoid greenwashing allegations.
8. Support for Sustainable Innovation
Manufacturers exploring alternative materials—such as seaweed-based paper, hemp fibers, or hybrid composites—rely on labs to test:
Durability and safety
Printability and adhesion
Resistance to moisture or oils
Compatibility with existing packaging lines
By supporting innovation, Paper Testing Labs accelerate the adoption of eco-friendly alternatives across industries.
9. Global Export Compliance
If your sustainable product is destined for global markets, it must comply with international standards. Labs test against:
ASTM (U.S.)
ISO (Global)
EN (Europe)
GCC (Middle East)
This ensures that your packaging meets both sustainability and safety requirements for your target market, avoiding shipment delays or rejections.
Conclusion: Paper Testing Labs as Sustainability Enablers
In a world increasingly driven by environmental stewardship, choosing the right Paper and Packaging Testing Lab is not just about quality assurance—it’s about embracing a sustainable future. These labs enable manufacturers to make data-backed decisions, reduce waste, validate eco-claims, and comply with evolving global regulations.
By integrating sustainability into packaging testing, companies don’t just tick boxes—they build greener brands, gain consumer loyalty, and contribute to a healthier planet.

I SAW THE ANIMANIACS IN CONCERT UK LIVE SHOW!!!

I made this fanart for Randy and Rob (as well as stickers of the characters), I gave it to them and THEY LOVED IT!!!
I also wrote a note for each of them saying how awesome the show and they are, here are the doodles I made for those notes

They gave me a signed poster and SIGNED MY ANIMANIACS BAG!!!!

Bonus recycling the traditional assets I made into a mini A5 collage.

It was one of the best days of my entire life!!! Thank you everyone who made this concert and TV show possible! Truly a dream come true 🫶
(Keep reading to see the art progress if you want! 👀)
And so it begins, they announce the UK show, I'm jaw dropped, and my family buy us tickets as a birthday gift for me yippeeeee <3
Then I had a few weeks until the show, a pencil in my hand, and a dream. I decided to make fanart to give to them after the show, but what inspiration could I possibly use-

Genius!
(As you can see I tried my best to de-code the headline Randy was covering up ON PURPOUS, I gave up and made something up myself, I even tried to make it rhyme in tune with the Variety Speak song (which took way longer than it should have 💀). At the show he did reveal the headline which gave me closure at the time... but unfortunately I forgot what it said since I was trying not to cry from joy, so I guess it will forever be a mystery 😔)

I also tried to replicate the theatre stage from VERY limited reference photos and tried to predict what the stage irl was gonna look like, I was kinda close 👀. I eventually scrapped the zoomed out stage for 2 reasons: 1) The characters I drew wouldn't be as clearly visible when printed (especially the lab mice), and 2) by the time I got to rendering I was running out of time and had under 1 week to finish it.
Anyways I drew the characters/assets traditionally since it's the most comfortable for me and it's my whole thing 😎, mixed media aah moment. I scanned the final images onto the computer (the scale was smaller than A5 btw, I like drawing small) And then I locked in rendering the final image.

And boom I printed the images onto photo paper for the first time and nothing went wrong right?...right? 👁👁
Oh boy I hope you like reading my retelling of a paniced artist.
(So I had only 8 sheets of photo paper. I did 1 test print in case something went wrong but it was perfect, so perfect that I could save paper and print out one more- oh wait no no...I misspelled so many words...oops. Ok quick edit and boom we're so back, 2 prints done and ready to package into a little bag (with stickers made from A4 sheets of sticker paper I had to cut out with a craft knife). The day of the concert arrives, I check everything, I decide to add notes into the bags just incase I freeze up and forget how to communicate with them... hang on what is this smudge? Why wont it come off, WHY IS IT GETTING WORSE?!?! Oh god EMERGENCY NEW PRINT, I try do it quickly from my phone, It starts printing just fine- ERROR THE PRINTER HALF ARSED THE PRINT...WHYYYYYYY, QUICKLY SET UP MY LAPTOP, I HAVE TO GO IN A FEW MINUTES, HURRY UP AND PRINT, IT TAKES FOREVERRRRR AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH, lunch break, It finished finally phew. Carefully packaged up and off to london I went, and the rest is history. I started with 8 sheets of photo paper...now I have 3 left 💀)
Anyways that smudged photo wasn't that bad and to some unnoticeable, but for me as gifting standards it was unacceptable, so I kept it and framed it and its going on my wall with the signed print :)

If you made it this far, thanks for listening to my progress it means a lot! Here, you get a virtual dinosaur sticker 🦖 <3 (Patb ref ofc)

X-Files OctoberFicFest Day 20: Tunguska
Scully should have learned by now to expect the unexpected. And yet she’d been surprised when Krycek turned up with a truck full of explosives. She’d been perplexed by the Martian rock in the diplomatic pouch and its mysterious contents. She’d been startled by the fact that Skinner had agreed to shelter Krycek in his own home, after all the rest of it.
What didn’t surprise her was the fervor of Mulder’s belief in Krycek. Krycek, who had murdered Mulder’s father, and maybe her sister too. The same man who had tried to shake Mulder of a cable car at Skyland Mountain. For a man who’d been so deeply wronged, Mulder was quick to forgive, almost eager to dole out second and third chances. She’d understood it when it came to Phoebe and his former partners, but not Krycek.
By the time she realized Mulder had left with Krycek, they were both on a plane, out of her reach. At least he’d left her a message, through their usual roundabout means. Gone. Back soon. There was more to it, but that was the substance. All she could do was work and pray, for his life and for the lives of the scientists in the lab struck down by their mysterious ailment.
The letter from Senator Sorenson felt different than the usual correspondence she received. Her name was written in ink on the front of the envelope, the tail of the Y very slightly smeared. The paper was smooth and heavy. The folds were crisp. There was a gold seal at the top of the page.
Here was a true test of her mettle: to stand in front of a Senator and answer his questions. No hiding behind the ambiguous phrasing in the reports that described their stranger cases. She would be called on the floor in front of the panel, expected to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, as if the truth were something that could be neatly packaged in a transcript.
God help her. She wouldn’t betray Mulder. That she knew deeper than patriotic loyalty, deeper than faith.

Because not mentioning these things apparently wasn't helping. Chiming in from academic front lines, I had to shut my door and cry today. Yep, 39 year old professor. Good stress relief, got it in after waking up at four to finish a review, stopping by our intellectual property office to start a patent application, recruiting other professors for an internal grant submission, picking up a used speed vac centrifuge and pumps, dropping off wood and vinyl to burn to test for toxic emissions, editting a student's paper, helping another submit a small grant application while checking in on them after a stress-induced shingles outbreak, looking for harmful bacteria in metgenomes of sewers, grabbing a fifteen minute lunch of street tacos, providing quick feedback on student's hypothesis for comp exams, and getting in that wee cry just before prepping for lecture, dropping off a package of filters on my way to lecture, forgetting my charger and running back to office, back to the classroom, lecturing to 65 students, packing up, holding office hours in which I spend an hour with an undergraduate discussing what academia is like and she asks to join my lab, reviewing data with a graduate student, staring blankly at the news, uploading class notes, driving a student to their car parked in the neighborhood because it is 8F out and its on my way and the small things matter, driving home zoning out with music, prepping for my evening work by again getting distracted with more news, sitting down to procrastinate for a moment before more reviews, submitting the patent application, writing, and proposal development. But apparently me and my profession are lazy and not providing value.

Chapter 5: Sparks in the Veins
Fandom: My Hero Academia x The Boys Pairing: Bakugou Katsuki x OC Main plot: In a world where heroes are idolized, the truth is far darker. Powerful corporations manipulate the hero industry, and the greatest heroes are not born but made. Seiya Matsui, Project Orion’s ultimate creation, was sent to U.A. High School’s Class 2-A under the guise of training—but in reality, she’s a test for Orion’s next generation of engineered heroes. When top pro heroes begin to vanish without explanation, Seiya uncovers a chilling truth, they aren’t missing—they’re being replaced. Author's note: NEXT CHAPTER
The package arrived at midnight.
Seiya had been lying in bed, half-awake, listening to the quiet hum of the dormitory as it settled into stillness. Sleep never came easy—not when her mind moved like a machine, running constant calculations, mapping out threats that no one else could see.
Then came the knock.
Three sharp raps against the door.
Then silence.
Her breath stilled.
No one should be outside this late.
She lay motionless for a moment, fingers twitching against the blanket as she strained to listen. No footsteps. No voice.
Nothing.
Her stomach tightened.
Pushing the blanket aside, she moved toward the door, stepping lightly, muscles coiled. A flick of her wrist and the lock clicked open.
She didn’t open it all the way.
Just enough to peer into the dimly lit hallway.
Empty.
But at her feet, nestled in the glow of the emergency exit light, sat a small black package.
A chill crawled down her spine.
No name. No return address. Just smooth, wax-sealed wrapping—pristine, deliberate.
Someone had left this here for her.
She glanced down the hall once more before picking it up and shutting the door.
Back in the quiet isolation of her room, she sat on the bed, turning the package over in her hands.
The weight of it was light—too light.
Carefully, she peeled back the paper.
Nestled inside a foam casing was a single glass vial.
The moment her eyes landed on the liquid inside, her pulse spiked.
A deep, electric-blue substance, swirling like liquid lightning.
Her stomach dropped.
Volt.
Her fingers tightened around the vial.
She had seen Volt before—locked behind layers of security in Orion’s most classified labs. It was a quirk enhancer. An amplifier unlike anything else. It pushed users beyond their limits, forcing their quirks to evolve in unnatural, unstable ways.
It was also a death sentence.
Seiya inhaled slowly.
It was never meant to leave Project Orion.
And now it was here.
This wasn’t a coincidence.
This was a message.
Someone knew who she was. Someone was watching.
And they wanted her to take the bait.
Breakfast was tense.
It started as a whisper. A murmur between students. Then, by morning, it was everywhere.
Another missing pro hero.
Seiya entered the common area, scanning the room as she moved. Everyone was gathered in small groups, hushed voices filling the space.
At the center of it all was Midoriya.
He sat hunched over his phone, brows furrowed in deep concentration. Uraraka and Iida were beside him, their usual morning chatter dulled into worried glances.
Even Bakugou, who normally had no patience for drama, was unusually silent—jaw tight, foot tapping restlessly against the floor.
Seiya didn’t ask. She just waited.
Kaminari was the first to speak.
“Another one’s gone.”
Her spine stiffened, but her face remained unreadable.
Jirou frowned. “Who?”
Kaminari rubbed the back of his neck. “Crust.”
Seiya felt a slow, cold dread creep into her bones.
All different quirks.
Kaminari continued, voice lower now. “His agency reported him missing this morning. He finished patrol last night, but he never made it home.”
A heavy silence settled over the table.
Jirou set down her coffee, eyes dark. “That’s the third one.”
Midoriya exhaled slowly, his fingers tightening around his phone. “And they all had quirks that dealt with energy manipulation.” His eyes flickered toward Kaminari for half a second before shifting away.
Seiya kept her breathing steady.
This wasn’t random.
Orion wasn’t just taking heroes.
They were taking specific ones.
She felt Bakugou shift beside her before his voice cut through the tension.
“Tch. Bunch of weaklings.”
The table turned toward him.
“If they got taken, it’s their own damn fault for not being strong enough.”
Kaminari frowned. “Dude, that’s not—”
“What?” Bakugou snapped. “You think someone’s out there hunting heroes?”
No one answered.
Because deep down, they all felt it.
Something was hunting them.
Seiya clenched her fork, trying to focus on the weight of it in her hands, the grounding sensation.
Everything was accelerating.
And now, with Volt in her possession, she was tangled in it more than ever.
The vial of Volt sat beneath a loose floorboard.
Seiya crouched beside it, knees drawn up, fingers ghosting over the barely noticeable gap in the wood.
She had hidden it here hours ago. Yet she couldn’t stop thinking about it.
Her fingers twitched.
She had spent years pushing her body beyond its limits, training until every muscle in her body screamed, until every part of her was unbreakable.
But Volt?
Volt would change her.
She had seen what it did to others.
At first, it was power. An amplification like nothing else. Faster. Stronger. A body that bent to the pure force of its own quirk.
Then the crashes started. Nervous systems fried. Cells deteriorated. The body rejecting the unnatural strength.
And the worst part?
It wasn’t instantaneous.
At first, they thought they had won.
Then they rotted from the inside out.
Seiya exhaled slowly, pressing the floorboard back into place.
No one could find it.
No one could know.
Because deep down, she had a terrible, creeping feeling.
If Orion was sending her Volt…
It meant they were preparing for something.
And when the time came, she wasn’t sure if she would be strong enough to stop it.
The presence came at 2:43 AM.
Seiya didn’t sleep.
She lay in bed, eyes open, staring at the ceiling, listening to the distant hum of the city beyond U.A.’s walls.
Then—
A noise outside her window.
Soft. Almost imperceptible.
Her pulse spiked.
She turned her head slightly, gaze shifting to the glass.
Nothing.
But she could feel it.
A presence.
Someone was watching.
She didn’t move. Didn’t react. She just let her breathing remain slow, steady—like she hadn’t noticed.
And then—
The presence vanished.
Her fingers curled into the sheets.
It was happening faster than she thought.
Tomorrow, she would pretend like everything was fine.
But deep down, she knew—
She was running out of time.

Criminal Case. Famousfilms edition.
Case #1. return to Slender
Chapter 1
Chief: Welcome new recruit. I’m Chief Schmidt, and welcome to the Crystal City PD, we got reports of a murder inside the neighborhood of Prepview. Go check it out with James he’ll meet you there
James is a brown haired man with black eyes.
James: Hey there, i’m James, your new partner, Jeeze what the hell happened to this guy?
The victim was a man with black hair and no…eyes. He was wearing a black suit with a yellow tie. His head was swollen and his throat was red, there was an envelope nearby that was open, and a package on the porch.
James: Hmm, okay this is anaphylaxis if I've ever seen it the victim's name is Davis Ramirez . But what's with his face..or lack of one? You think that envelope might be important? Then let's send it to the lab, and that package doesn't have any stamps, must have been hand delivered. Let's check it out
Kat: *panicked* officers thank God!
James: Wow ma’am calm down, this is a crime scene
Kat: And that’s my fiancee in that bag! What the hell happened?!
James: Oh uh, Miss you should stay put so we can question you.
Kat
Kat: What the hell happened? I got a call at work and I come to find this?!
James: Ma’am we’re doing our best to solve this, now did your fiancee have any enemies?
Kat:..none that I knew of.
James: are you sure?
Kat: yes i’m sure!
James: Hmm she isn't telling us the whole truth
The body
Janet: Hey there i’m Janet, the coroner for our precient. And let me tell you, whoever killed this guy really had it out for him.
James: How so?
Janet: Well he died of anaphylaxis due to a peanut allergy he had but there was nothing in his stomach, but there were vapers of it on his face, so he was shot in the face with it. The suddenness made him panic and didn't have time to react.
James: Great the killer didn't even touch the victim, no leads.
Janet: Actually, I got the dust on his face tested, and only one brand uses the exact formula, ‘Jonas Peanut Brittle’
James: So the killer eats peanut brittle, good to know.
(Info; The killer eats peanut brittle.)
The package
James; Okay let's inspect this package. It says it’s from Bryan Deville. What is
He tries to open it but red paint gets splattered all over him and a note is revealed.
James: Ugg, i’m gonna need to change my clothes, wait what's this? ‘Prank’d ya -Bryan’
James: Well, annoying or not this Bryan must have known the victim we should speak with him…after I changed my clothes
The envelope.
John: Hey there rookie, i’m John the forensics expert of the team. Let me tell you this envelope definitely has some surprises
James: Like what?
John; First off I found traces of peanuts in the paper, so it definitely had something to do with the murder, but there was something else. The envelope was purchased at a stationary store at the mall. So the killer had to get it there since they don’t have a website
Chat with Bryan
Bryan: Hello there officers how can I help you?
James: Well you can tell us why you decided to Prank Davis Ramirez with a paint bomb.
Bryan: Oh that, he was retiring from Fazbears so I decided to play a joke on him. Wait did he call the cops on me for a joke? That’s classic him.
James: No sir he was killed earlier today
Bryan: Oh my god. Honestly i’m not surprised
James: Whys that?
Bryan: He wasn't particularly liked in the company, he was a very…critical person, very angry, Pestered everyone about every tiny detail, he even scolded me for the brand of fake snow I used during the holidays. He said a child might eat it. Who would eat fake snow?
James; Anyone you think may have wanted him dead?
Bryan: Not really, it sucks he’s dead though.
The store
James: This place is creepy, where's the attendant? Oh, you found clues? That torn photo looks strangely out of place, and look this rack has the same type of envelope the killer must have taken it from there, let’s see if they left anything behind
The photo
It shows Davis yelling at a black cat animatronic
James: Is it me or is this guy yelling at Charlie the Cat from the Barnyard Bash?
James: Okay, I’m looking on the website it says our victim owned it…wait you want to question the animatronic in the picture? Alright if you think it’s necessary.
The rack
James: Hmm there’s a postcard here, it’s addressed to the victim. ‘Death is something you can’t escape such as death or a cheesecake that has curdled both of which always turn up sooner or later’ what the hell? This is utter nonsense. The part of death seems like a threat, let’s send this card to the lab, our profiler will get to the bottom of it.
Charlie the Cat
James: Okay we’re at the restaurant. Uh. Hello Charlie? Mr…. the cat?
Charlie: Uh, how can I help you?
James: We’ll we’re here because your owner has died.
Charlie: Died?
James: Oh crap you’re a machine, okay death is like when you loose battery but you can’t recharge it and-
Charlie: I know what death is, that’s a stereotype.
James: Oh good that was like the birds and bees talk. Anyway did you have a good relationship with your owner?
Charlie: He was alright I guess, he was here a lot but wasn’t ‘here’ you know, in his own head a lot. Mumbling to himself too, the craziest thing
James: Okay then, uh call the station if you have anything else
You both leave
James: Okay uh. That was super awkward.
The postcard
Russel: Hello there detective I’m Russel the stations profiler, and I must say the postcard is quite interesting the handwriting shows whoever wrote it definitely wanted the victim to know who it was, the bold letters and perfect lining show it’s an educated mind
James: Okay. And what is the quote?
Russel: The quote is from famous children book series. ‘Series of unfortune events’ so your killer definitely reads that good.
James: Good to know.
Info: The killer reads Lemony Snicket.
James *sighs* Okay this whole day has been a mess, a man with no face is killed on his porch, we have a distressed fiancée, a less then upset former coworker, and a robot cat. The only thing we’re missing is a clown and it will be my worst nightmare
James: Yeah your right, we do know the killer eats peanut brittle and reads children’s books, but it could be anybody and-
Chief; James, detective drop what your doing there’s been a break in at the victims home!
(Should I continue this?)

TW: mentions of bullying, blood, slight cursing, and revenge plotting
Happy 4th of July!! I can't believe that this chapter has 2k words. Enjoy this chapter 💜
Chapter 6
Not Mrs. Cuddles
A few weeks go by after the "incident", and I only found out about it thanks to me hounding April on her sus behavior, hints about Donnie and I. She sent me a picture of us snuggled together and I couldn't help but blush darker than Raph's bandana. I've been busy with swim practice, ninja training and tons of studying getting ready for mid term
exams. But during my breaks in between studying and training, I'd stare at the picture and a smile would grace my face.
Cass comes into my room one day with a small package in her hand. She flops onto my bed while I'm doodling on my art pad and listening to music. Even with music on I was able to sense she came into my room, I pull my headphones off, turned my computer chair in her direction, and smile at her. Handing me a package I quickly open it and see the brown contacts I ordered finally came. Quickly running into my bathroom I place them on my eyes, it was a bit uncomfortable at first but slowly start to get used to them. I come out of the bathroom batting my eyelashes at Cass showing them off, she rolls her eyes.
"I don't get why you're letting those jerks get to you, they are just jealous of your natural beauty. Besides you can kick their butts and I'll help you hide the bodies" she says while folding her arms.
I sigh knowing she's right but I want to blend in and have a normal school life, but judging from the recommended teenage TV shows being bullied is a "normal" occurrence. I just couldn't deal with it anymore and was tired of crying myself to sleep feeling like a freak.
*Time skip brought to you by smug Leo*
Finally, I drop my mechanical pencil onto my completed Computer Labs test. Today was so stressful.with all.the tests i had to take, but it was fun to take Mr. Miller's advice and write my answers the way he taught us which wasted several sheers of paper to get my answer. But hey who am i to argue with a teacher. Quickly checking over my answers, I hand my test to Mrs. Anthony. She's a pretty cool teacher especially since she's pregnant and brings a bunch of homemade goodies for us to snack on! I grab one of her latest bags of treats chocolate chip cookies (if you don't like chocolate chip cookies, I am so sorry). I give her the peace sign and walk out of the classroom. While I wait for April to finish up with her text I open up the group chat between the turtles, April and I.
Green Apple: Hey guys are we still on to watch me during my TV show appearance?
Leon Neon: I'm only watching if Y/N is there
Mikey: Totally can't wait to see it
Donnie: 👌🏾 (Imagine the emoji was green lol)
Raph: Gotta support our best bud
Me: I'm so there
It's a nice change of pace to hang out with the guys and April. Hopefully, no one will bring up the snuggle sesh and the night will go smoothly. Once April joins me in the hallway we fist bump, as we get outside I clink my sneaker heels together and sloely glide on the gum infested sidewalk and make our way to our designated alleyway with a manhole that leads us to the lair. I notice that she gives me quick glances and after the third one I look at her.
"What do you think, is brown my color?" I ask.
"Uh sure, but D- I mean I prefer your natural eye color, it's very unique and well....you" she said
I mull over her words until we jump down the manhole and cover it back up, I could walk these sewers with my eyes closed. We get inside the lair and head into the living room where Splinter is watching his Scorpion Treadmill show. Honestly, it is a pretty funny show, sometimes Splinter and I would watch and laugh together.
We say hey to the boys and I look over at Donnie and he gives me a shy smile, which I return. He notices my brown eyes but doesn't say anything about them, while making a mental note to ask April about it.
Fingers crossed this won't be awkward
"Congrats on the acting gig! I'm so happy I could punch a rainbow" Raph says proudly.
"It's just a tiny basic cable show," April says
"Not so tiny it knocks Scorpion Treadmill out of its time slot," Splinter said annoyed at his show time being cut short. I couldn't help but chuckle a little.
Leo then appears out of nowhere and has Raph sit in the front row, I quirk an eyebrow but watch to see what happens. Raph takes a seat and the program starts, April appears on the screen and introduces a stuffed Bunny animatronic thing...named Mrs. Cuddles. Immediately I see Raph stuffed up and hearing that high-pitched voice made my skin crawl.
"Let's be fwends forever" Mrs Cuddles said
Raph jumps over Splinter's lazy boy recliner screaming "Nooooooo, not Mrs. CUDDLES!". Splinter breaks into a fit of laughter while his other three sons and April laugh. After Raph unsuccessfully tries to explain that he isn't scared of Mrs. Cuddles April suggests that he should go make a sandwich. Quickly leaving the room he goes to the kitchen to start on his sandwich, I follow him to grab a (pop/water) from the fridge. I open my drink once I grab it and as I take a sip Raph opens a cupboard and out pops Mrs. Cuddles in the flesh. As Raph jumps back I spit out my drink from shock, he backs up into the kitchen island, and several pots fall on his head. The gang comes out of their hiding spots and April explains how the boys knew Raph would freak out so they decided to do an innocent prank.
"No hard feelings big brother, let's be fwends forever," Donnie says in a Mrs. Cuddles voice.
I clean up the spill that I spat onto the floor and nearby counter, we both look up to see that she's gone. But turning around she's on the counter with a nicely made sandwich on a plate infront of her. Raph takes a bite of the sandwich and all of a sudden she's waving a pickle about and talking.
"It's alive!" Raph shouts and drops the sandwich
"This is some Five Nights of Freddy shit!" I yell as I drop my bottled water.
She starts to grow and a maniacal laugh echo from her. Apparently thanks to her villain monologue she grows from screams. We scream for the gang to come back to see that she's alive but like in most horror movies with the same scenario she goes limp and doesn't react.
"Not you too Y/N I thought you were better than this, feeding into Raphs fear," Leo says as he shakes his head.
In turn, this makes the rest of them roll their eyes and leave the room. When they leave we look to where we left her and she was gone. Raph rushes into the living room to warn his dad, as he makes a quick exit Splinter says very annoyingly "I will never marry them off" but I'm too scared to react as I search around for her. Raph finds Leo, Mikey, and April in the arcade and lets them know he can't find her. April goes to the kitchen looking for her, she hears her and assumes that it's Raph impersonating Mrs. Cuddles but she finds out that it's her talking, as April screams Mrs. Cuddles begins to grow again. Mrs. Cuddles then finds Donnie and gets him to scream by slicing the head off a bust that looks like him. We hear him scream and rush to investigate but are ambushed by her while she's swinging a chainsaw at us. While she swipoed st us she knicks my cheek a bit and a dropplet of blood rolls down. Consumed with fear my eyes glow, the contacts I'm wearing melt away revealing my purple eyes and I unleash my water-bending powers forming a water fist and punching her into a corner, Raph looks at me in awe but is brought back to the fight when she charges at us and he smacks her with Donnie's bust head. With her being knocked out we toss her into a locker and block the door to it. Leo and Mikey look on with a shrug and decide to go skateboarding. Splinter distracts us by having us get weapons to defeat her and unknowingly lets her loose while grabbing his blanket. When we get back we see she's gone.
Last but not least she finds Leo and Mikey which was a plus for her as Mikey is the best screamer that astronauts could hear, She ties them up and leaves them in a room. We find her in the skateboarding room and she's huge. She begins to attack by pulling a water pipe and the water splashes Raph but I'm able to bend it away from me. Splinter starts to laugh and she starts to shrink, Raph and I look at each other knowingly as we let Splinter laugh at his dad's jokes and we dodge her punches. Finally, she's back to her normal size and Raoh tosses her into her trunk. We hear the crew calling out for help but we ignore their calls and laugh.
"That'll teach them to think twice before pranking you and not believing me," I say while giggling.

After an hour or so I walk into the room where the gang is tied up. I'm wearing my peace sign pajamas (pictured above), my hair is tied into a long braid and I have a small band-aid on my cheek. I walk in smugly while munching on a piping-hot slice of pizza. Mikey was lying limp against everyone his stomach growls until he sniffs the air and looks in my direction, tears of relief start to bubble in his eyes. My eyes glow for a brief moment and I use his tears to create a sharp and swift slice against the ropes that release them from their prison, they all stand up and stretch their aching limbs. Donnie can see that my eyes are back to their beautiful violet color and it brings a small smile to his face.
"Pizza and Lou Jitsu movies are waiting for you guys in the living room," I say while smirking and I wiggle my index finger signaling for the water to wrap around it like a ring as I leave the room.
Mikey and Leo chase after me babbling a bunch of questions at once. Shrugging my shoulders and acting like I don't know what they are talking about. Donnie and April just stare at me with gaping mouths but they soon follow. While I'm watching the movie snuggled in a blanket on a bean bag chair April and Donnie are texting each other about why I wore contacts, he doesn't realize that he has one of his fists balled up tightly with his nails digging into his palm until April nudges him. Relaxing his hand he decides he going to see who these jerks are and keep a close eye on them. Soon there was only one slice of pizza left, we all glare at eachother, I quickly reach out for the slice, Donnies hand touches mine, we look up at each other and pink tints both of our cheeks but I flick my index finger with the water ring and use it the whip at Donnies hand and causes him to recoil his hand back. I giggle and rush out of the room with the slice, Donnie quickly gives chase with Tech Bo in hand. The rest of the gang give knowing looks and continue with the movie. I hear the patter of his feet as he chases after me, running out of the tunnel.and into the slate boarding room I hop over the safety bar and slide down the half pipe while giggling. Donnie activates his battle shell and he hovers next to me while I slide.
"This was fun and all but now I'll be taking that" he says smugly
But I push myself off the half pipe, jump off Donnies battle shell and jump off it creating a small pile of snow from the moisture in the air on the ground, while I'm falling he grabs my hand but I pull him down with me. We land onto the soft pile of snow, he lands onto of me with an "oof". After the snowdust settles we realize our noses are almost touching and my face turns beet red and his face was no better.

Snow is still falling gently around us, I start to awkwardly laugh and he soon follows. He rolls off of me and scratches the back of his neck.
I sit up and take a bite of my slice, "Well let's build a snow man and call me Elsa because the cold never bothered me anyway" I sing (Gotta love the Elsa reference)
"Hmmmm that doesn't suit you, how about Aquatina? Its kind of princess like and it goes well with your power which I will def have lots of questions about." He says while making a snowball.
"I like it maybe Aqua for short" I say smiling with a mouth full of pizza.
We fist bump, I melt the snow and start to make my way back to the living room as my back is turned he tosses the snowball at me. I turn around smiling at him.
"Oh just you wait til it's winter time I'll get my revenge" I say while laughing like a mad scientist as I skip away.
Donnie smiles as he watches me and shakes his head, places his arms behind his head, and follows me.

[A thudding on the roof of the scam van can be heard, and upon opening the back of the van a Dustox with a scarred wing flutters in, settling down on the mattress and allowing two (2) packages to be retrieved, one addressed to Marny and the other to Ray.
The package addressed to Ray is wrapped in a brown paper and string, but has had yellow markings that are vaguely reminiscent of their tattoos doodled on it in what looks like yellow marker. Inside there are a variety of fruits and berries, a chocolate bar, a tin of what look like homemade gummies that have a sweet-peppery scent, a bundle of lavender colored incense and a completely unsuspicious jar of pecha flavored poffins. There is a note attached.]
Ray,
I was out at the market district this morning and I thought I might put together a bit of a care package for the two of you, since I've been wanting to mail something anyways. Just my way of saying I've been thinking of you I suppose.
I have finally finished a bit of a project I've been working on ever since that first time I saw you in the scam van. I see how much stress that motion sickness puts you through and I though maybe I could find some way to help with that. the gummies are made with that meganium tea, and I've been doing a lot of testing to try to find the right dose to calm the nerves and effects without adding too much in the way of drowsiness. Well, unless that's what you need. It's one for the nausea, two for sleep. I was hoping perhaps this might help with the nightmares too, as it does for me, but you'll have to get back to me on that.
It's also much easier to get a wide variety of fruits and such here, it's been a very interesting experience, so I picked up a few more unusual ones for you. And of course everyone deserves a treat now and then, yeah? I heard the poffins were good as well, so I thought I would send some too, do let me know how you like them.
Yours,
Amy.
P.s. The incense is for Nerve. I thought you might be running low, so i picked some up. I hope it's the right kind.
[A letter is sent back in return. It is sent on harbor mail—likely left over from when they were spending time in Slateport. Inside the envelope with the letter itself are a few pressed Kalosian flowers and small clippings from old local newspapers. They're mostly cutouts of the pokemon photos and drawings within.
The letter itself has a few tear stains on it. Seems someone got a little emotional.
The letter reads as follows:
"Amy,
Thank you. Thank you so much. I was running out of incense to burn, and this will definitely soothe things until I can find the herbs needed to make my own again. I'm sure she would love it. If her spirit still carries on these winds, I hope she can feel it. It seems to help quite a bit with the shadow effects too. Funny how, even in passing, she still helps me breathe.
I'm a bit nervous about these gummies. Not just because of your cooking skills, but because I don't know how I'll do with them. I remember I had a much stronger reaction than either of us expected the first time you gave me Meganium tea, and though I don't remember much after that, I at least had your arms to wake up in. Still, I suppose medicated gummies are more of a science thing than a cooking thing, so I guess I'm going to have to trust that it'll be okay. Because you're the scientist. Maybe I can get Marny to supervise whatever happens. She could be your long-distance lab assistant. :)
I think all of us deserve a treat here. Things just keep happening all the time. Poffins are an odd find in Hoenn, but I'll be sure to get back to you on those. I'm holding onto Marny's package right now for when she gets back. She said she was going to visit her parents, insisted I should stay here so her and her new Honedge could bond more. It makes sense, I guess. It's incredibly protective of her, and having me tag along to her family's house could cause it more stress than I care to inflict. I'm still worried about her, though. I trust the Honedge to fight for her, but I'm worried that it might not be experienced enough to defend her in case something goes wrong.
I'm going to go out for a walk. I need to distract myself, and besides, I'd feel bad about spending all this time in Kalos without sending something good back. Maybe I could battle out the funds for some treats. You deserve those too :)
Clear skies be with you,
Ray
P.S: Please give Jester the biggest hug for me. She deserves it.]

Why FSC and RoHS Compliance Matters in Packaging Lab Testing?
In today’s global marketplace, packaging plays a pivotal role in branding, product safety, and environmental responsibility. For manufacturers and retailers, choosing sustainable and compliant packaging is no longer optional—it’s essential. This is where a Paper and Packaging Testing Lab becomes a key player. Among the many certifications and standards evaluated, two of the most critical are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliance.
This blog explores why FSC and RoHS compliance is vital in packaging lab testing, especially for brands committed to sustainability, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Understanding the Role of a Paper and Packaging Testing Lab
A Paper and Packaging Testing Lab evaluates the physical, chemical, and environmental properties of packaging materials. These labs perform a wide range of tests to ensure packaging meets international standards for durability, functionality, and compliance.
Testing may include:
Tensile and burst strength
Moisture resistance
Print quality and colorfastness
Chemical composition
Sustainability and safety certification verification
Among these services, confirming FSC and RoHS compliance has emerged as a critical aspect of responsible packaging development.
What Is FSC Compliance?
The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international organization that promotes responsible forest management. Packaging that is FSC-certified ensures that:
Materials come from responsibly managed forests
Wood fibers are traceable through the supply chain
Ethical practices are followed in sourcing and production
There are three primary FSC labels:
FSC 100% – All material comes from FSC-certified forests.
FSC Mix – A blend of FSC-certified and controlled wood sources.
FSC Recycled – Made entirely from recycled materials.
FSC certification is especially important for paper and paperboard packaging materials.
What Is RoHS Compliance?
RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) is a European Union directive that restricts the use of specific hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. While originally intended for electronics, RoHS now affects packaging, especially when materials could come into contact with consumer products or electronics.
RoHS restricts substances like:
Lead (Pb)
Mercury (Hg)
Cadmium (Cd)
Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+)
Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB)
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE)
Even in packaging, these substances can be present in inks, coatings, adhesives, and recycled paper materials.
Why FSC Compliance Matters in Paper and Packaging Testing
1. Environmental Sustainability
FSC certification ensures that the paper used in packaging comes from forests that are responsibly managed. This means:
No illegal logging
Preservation of biodiversity
Protection of indigenous rights
For businesses looking to reduce their carbon footprint and promote sustainability, working with a Paper and Packaging Testing Lab to verify FSC compliance is a major step forward.
2. Consumer Trust and Brand Reputation
Today’s consumers are eco-conscious. They scrutinize packaging labels and prefer brands that support environmental causes. Packaging with the FSC logo signals transparency and ethical sourcing, giving brands a competitive edge.
3. Global Market Access
Many international retailers—especially in Europe and North America—require FSC-compliant packaging. Failure to comply can result in product rejections or bans. A certified Paper and Packaging Testing Lab can help ensure that packaging meets FSC requirements before products hit the shelves.
Why RoHS Compliance Matters in Paper and Packaging Testing
1. Health and Safety Assurance
Even trace amounts of hazardous substances in packaging can be harmful, especially if packaging is used for cosmetics, food, toys, or electronics. RoHS compliance ensures that packaging materials do not pose health risks to consumers.
2. Regulatory Compliance
Non-compliance with RoHS can result in:
Product recalls
Import/export restrictions
Heavy fines and reputational damage
A Paper and Packaging Testing Lab can conduct chemical analysis and testing to ensure RoHS-compliant packaging, especially when using inks, glues, and dyes in the packaging design.
3. Support for Circular Economy Goals
RoHS-compliant packaging materials are safer to recycle and reuse. This supports a circular economy, where waste is minimized and materials are kept in use longer, reducing the strain on natural resources.
Key Tests Conducted for FSC and RoHS Compliance
In a specialized Paper and Packaging Testing Lab, the following tests and verifications may be conducted:
For FSC Compliance:
Chain-of-custody verification – Ensures wood fibers are traceable back to certified forests.
Material origin analysis – Confirms the percentage of FSC-certified, controlled, or recycled content.
Supplier documentation audits – Evaluates sourcing records to ensure FSC standards are met.
For RoHS Compliance:
XRF Spectroscopy (X-Ray Fluorescence) – Detects restricted elements like lead and mercury in paper, ink, or coatings.
Chemical extraction and ICP analysis – Provides precise measurements of hazardous substances.
Lab certification of RoHS conformity – Provides documentation for customs or import authorities.
Industries That Benefit from FSC and RoHS-Compliant Packaging
While all industries can benefit, the following sectors have the most to gain from compliant packaging:
Cosmetics – For eco-conscious branding and consumer safety.
Electronics – RoHS compliance is a legal requirement.
Food & Beverage – Safety and recyclability are top priorities.
Pharmaceuticals – Strict regulatory environments demand compliant packaging.
Retail and E-Commerce – Where branding, safety, and sustainability directly impact consumer loyalty.
Partnering with a Certified Paper and Packaging Testing Lab
To ensure reliable FSC and RoHS certification, businesses should work with a lab that is:
ISO 17025 accredited
Familiar with global regulatory frameworks
Equipped with advanced chemical and fiber analysis tools
Capable of issuing valid compliance reports and certificates
Such a lab helps brands mitigate risks, improve product quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Final Thoughts
FSC and RoHS compliance are no longer niche concerns—they are mainstream requirements for responsible, future-focused businesses. As sustainability, consumer safety, and legal compliance become non-negotiable, packaging is one of the first areas companies must address.
A Paper and Packaging Testing Lab plays a vital role in helping brands meet these standards with confidence. From fiber traceability to chemical safety, testing labs ensure your packaging not only performs well but also aligns with ethical and environmental values.

Source websites are CBS news, Berkeley School of Public Health, & science direct host platform for the paper. Important to note the organic tampons tested in this study were NOT free of these toxic metals because exposure is ubiquitous on some levels.
Edit: not to burst anyone's bubble's but I thought it went without saying that disposable pads are usually made from the same sorts of materials as tampons.
From Fast Company:
The study was conducted on 30 unique tampons from 14 different “top selling” brands in the U.S. and Europe. The researchers assessed the products for 16 different metals—including lead, arsenic, nickel, mercury, and zinc—and alarmingly, they reported finding measurable concentrations of all 16 metals “in at least one sampled tampon.”
Unfortunately, the paper’s corresponding author, Jenni Shearston, told Fast Company that the names of the brands in the study could not be shared.
Most notably, every tampon that was tested contained some amount of lead
Also:
Compared to the concentrations of other metals, researchers found high levels of calcium and zinc in the products. They also identified differences between organic and nonorganic brands, finding that organic tampons tend to contain less lead but more arsenic.
Fast Company
Unfortunately, not all reusable period products are guaranteed to be free of harmful metals or chemical compounds.
This New York Times Wirecutter article details the unintentional PFAS exposure vs intentional addition of PFAS chemicals to products:
Forever chemicals are everywhere, including in period and incontinence products—even in some that companies claim are free of such substances.
That’s the conclusion from independent lab testing we solicited that looked for signs of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in 44 products—including period underwear, tampons, menstrual cups, and more—and found plenty.
&
The researchers found that nearly half of the 44 period and incontinence products we sent for testing showed fluorine levels suggesting unintentional PFAS contamination (meaning these substances could have slipped in during production, packaging, shipping, or beyond). And eight products showed high enough levels of fluorine to suggest that PFAS-treated material had been added to them.
... Two of the 10 pairs of period underwear we sent showed high enough levels of fluorine to suggest that PFAS had been added to them at some point in the manufacturing process. Two of the remaining eight showed levels that suggested unintentional PFAS contamination. These included period underwear from brands that have published documentation certifying that their products are free of these substances.
Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to avoid PFAS exposure altogether due to its prevalence in textiles and a wide variety of other goods (see also: anything marketed as non-stick) and how frequent unintentional contamination happens. For reusable cloth items, it's recommended to wash them before using.
I'm not always sure if Mamavation is...entirely reliable, but they have tested a wide variety of period underwear and ranked their results by fluorine detected in parts per million. (The brands I've tried — Bambody, Modibody, and Aisle all had non fluorine detected results. Saalt's period underwear also corrected an issue which brought them to 0).
Likewise per the Wirecutter article, surgical grade silicone menstrual cups/discs tested extremely low for fluorine (if at all) - seemingly suggesting unintentional exposure when present.
The issue is that no product is free of all concerning chemicals or metals, there's currently very little regulatory testing, and no transparency about how much of this exposure is incidental/unintentional/environmental and how much is additive (on purpose, if PFAS). The tampons likely aren't going to kill you, but cotton and viscose production is often chock full of dangerous/toxic chemicals and we have no idea to what extent the consumers or manufacturers are being impacted by this.
my period is back again and id like to take this moment to remind everyone with a uterus to avoid using tampons at all costs, if you can. a recent study was conducted with 14 different popular brands of tampons, revealing that every single one of them contained toxic metals such as lead, arsenic, and more.

How to Launch a Beauty Brand from Concept to Shelf

1. Laying the Foundation for Your Beauty Brand
Starting a beauty brand is more than having a great product idea. It’s about building a brand with purpose, aligned to a clear target audience and market need. The first step for any founder is to ask why their brand should exist. What does it solve that others don’t? Who is the buyer? Why now?
Begin by doing a competitor analysis to understand what’s already in the market. Look into customer reviews, price points, brand messaging and packaging trends. Use these insights to define your own unique value proposition. Is your brand vegan? Inclusive? Dermatologist-approved? Your answers will shape your brand story and influence every decision that follows.
Next, define your audience. Are you targeting Gen Z with bold cosmetics or busy millennials with clean skincare? The tone, channels and even your ingredients should reflect this persona.
Finally, think long term. Don't just create a product—build a brand platform that can scale. A founder should also consider legalities early: trademarking your name, registering your business, and understanding regulatory hurdles in your target region. When you work with a partner like Mixst Studio, this journey becomes focused, strategic, and tailored for startup success.
2. Product Development and Formulation
Your brand’s success hinges on the quality and uniqueness of your product. Formulation is where your idea becomes real. Whether you’re creating a serum or a lipstick, the formulation must align with your brand promise—clean, cruelty-free, sustainable, or high-performance.
You’ll need to collaborate with cosmetic chemists who understand not just product science but also market trends and compliance. This is where most founders get overwhelmed. Finding the right lab, understanding the difference between white-label and custom formulas, managing iterations—it’s a full-time job.
Mixst Studio simplifies this with custom skincare manufacturing and beauty product formulation services that are tailored for early-stage brands. They guide you through ingredient sourcing, safety testing, regulatory approvals, and even claims substantiation.
Also consider shelf life, packaging compatibility, and whether your formula scales. Remember, a great formula on paper isn’t enough—it has to perform under real conditions and still meet brand values. Your development partner should act as a mentor and collaborator, helping you make smart product decisions without wasting budget.
3. Designing Packaging That Converts
Your packaging is the first thing consumers notice. In a saturated beauty market, aesthetics matter as much as performance. Founders should approach packaging not as an afterthought, but as a strategic asset.
Sustainable packaging has become essential. Whether it’s recyclable glass, biodegradable plastics, or refillable containers—modern consumers expect brands to reflect their values. Mixst Studio offers sustainable beauty packaging design and eco-friendly cosmetic packaging services that combine form and function.
Beyond sustainability, your packaging should tell a story. Color palettes, finishes, typefaces, and container shapes must align with your identity. Minimalist? Luxurious? Playful? Packaging design also impacts your margins—bulk, weight, storage, and compliance with shipping guidelines all affect costs.
Also consider regulations. Your outer and inner labels must include required information (ingredients, batch codes, instructions) as per the FDA or EU guidelines. Mixst Studio helps startups navigate these rules and ensures that the packaging supports both branding and regulatory needs.
At this stage, you want to bridge visual appeal with operational efficiency. And with an end-to-end cosmetic innovation partner like Mixst Studio, founders save time and avoid costly design mistakes.
4. Go-to-Market Strategy and Brand Storytelling
Launching is not the end—it’s the beginning of your brand journey. Your go-to-market strategy defines how your brand will be introduced to the world. This includes your sales channels, promotional campaigns, partnerships, and brand storytelling across platforms.
Start with a strong digital foundation. Build your ecommerce store and social channels early. Plan a content calendar with launch teasers, behind-the-scenes, founder stories, and influencer partnerships. Your goal is to generate buzz and gather emails before launch.
Storytelling should be embedded in everything—from your website copy to Instagram captions. The best beauty brands today connect emotionally. Mixst Studio, as a beauty brand development agency, helps shape narratives that resonate. Whether it’s your founder journey, product sourcing ethics, or customer transformation stories—authenticity drives engagement and conversions.
Track and learn from your launch. Use tools like Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify reports to measure traffic, engagement, and sales. Optimize your funnel and start preparing for retention strategies—email campaigns, loyalty programs, and new product drops.
A great launch sets the tone. But sustained success comes from building systems, learning from data, and consistently delighting your audience.
