(a/n: had this one in the drafts for months and i just wanted to get it published so i skipped out on Nightmare. so sorry this took so long, i hope you’re doing well anon! anyway, im hoping to get back into the writing groove. we’ll see how this goes.)

-“hey, i’m sorry… c’mere.”

-he would engulf you in a hug, if you’re okay with hugs

-while he’s happy you’ve gotten out of a bad relationship, he’s still sad with what you had to go through.

-he’ll make puns to cheer you up, however many it takes.

-he for sure takes you out to eat at grillby’s.

-he’s there to be a listener, a shoulder to cry on, and someone to go to whenever you’re feeling particularly down.

papyrus:

-“a BAD relationship? human, why didn’t you tell me earlier?”

-he’s so sad. his best friend? being in an unhappy relationship? WITHOUT telling him? he’s distraught.

-he cooks for you breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

-he does literally everything in his power to make you happy

-definitely cooking all of your favorite foods for you, listening while you vent and cry.

-he does his best to cheer you up, even with his physical limitations.

-he freezes.

-how had he never noticed?

-suddenly, everything clicked for him. the way he had been sensing more and more negativity from you since you and your ex had gotten together. how you always brushed the topic off, saying it was work or family matter.

-the way you had pushed him away.

-he snapped himself back to reality, offering for you to come inside.

-obviously it didn’t take him long to cheer you up. it took longer to heal, but he’ll make this right for you.

(these ones are romantic, meant to be during dating time.)

I’ve stated it before and I’ll stay it again, he is touch starved and most likely didn’t even realize he was until he just found himself unable to keep his arms off of you. i’ll elaborate more on the touches a bit further down, but i feel like he’d always want to have at-least one of his hands on you, even if simple like holding hands or his hand on your shoulder. i’m not really feeling like he’d be affectionate just because he’s touch starved, but rather that he would just be a bit disturbed to not be with your warm, soft skin. even just intertwining pinkies would comfort him. something that eases his mind and thoughts that after being alone for so long - you’re finally here with him.

i do also feel that he is (more of would become) very acts of service on the love language side. we know that he has to be able to cook and do basic household tasks since he assisted or fully raised papyrus, not to mention that papyrus wasn’t always doing cooking classes (and doesn’t even make edible food…) and would probably get prissy at the idea of eating at grillbys all the time for all 3 meals, so sans definitely had to cook somewhat. (sorry for that long elaboration). if you’ve had a long day at work he would definitely make you dinner. if you’re sick, guess what? he’ll make you soup. breakfast? no problem, he’ll willingly make it for you all the time just so that he can learn the way you like it. you’re doing the dishes? great. you wash them and he’ll dry.

he would just become very accustomed to acts of service once he’s dating you due to the fact that he would definitely self improve a bit (or a-lot) and would want to become accustomed to just doing things with you and helping, even if simple things like folding laundry by your side while you tell him about your day. to him, this wouldn’t just be some 40 minutes he spent doing chores with you, it would be 40 minutes of something he never got to have. the love and comfort he never got to experience. if papyrus ever chose to get a place of his own or wanted to stick around with you, i think sans would move in within a heartbeat. day to day life of being with you would become intoxicating, the one thing he wouldn’t mind reliving over and over again.

aside from his love languages, how does he like to feel loved?

again, physical touch. i know i established his love languages already (my interpretations, of course <3), and while i don’t think he’d care at all if you chose to show your love by giving him gifts, or praising and assuring him (he’d go nuts for that one), the relationship wouldn’t be very compatible without physical touch.

its just something i feel like he’d become addicted to, and i dont mean the physical affection from friends that he doesn’t really crave. he would crave only yours, the one of his lover. he’d look forward to little surprise smooches all over his skull, lipstick stains everywhere that he’d definitely brag about to his co-workers (he finally got bitches), and your hugs and cuddles throughout the day. he would become so in-love with it all, so in-love with you.

if you aren’t really a physical touch person, i feel like he’d be a bit more on the edge about dating you. not to say that you’re not compatible, because while not everyone is compatible (which is 100% okay), he is a fictional character and you can interpret his love language and demeanor any way you want. it’s just my own interpretation that physical touch would be something he’d seek from you, so there may not be a good chance anything romantic happens if you aren’t with that. if you do date and you’re not physically affectionate, he will try for you. he still loves you very much, more than himself, and would be willing to step down on the touch factor if you ask him, you are his lover after all.

he’d also feel very loved if you just thought about him. a very easy task, i know, but it would mean the world to him. if you offered to make him lunch before he goes to work then oh boy, you better believe that he’d show off what you made him to all his co-workers.

you get the gist. i’m not going to say it would be easy to love him, because he definitely has trauma and issues you’d both need to work on together to help him, but he’d feel loved in most ways you’d show him.

past traumas would be a bit of a slow burn with him.

so we know sans is depressed, definitely. while he’s not ‘i’m so sad and edgy my brother is dead and things keep repeating’ depressed IMO, he more so bottles up his feelings on his nihilism and stress that i worry one day he would just crumble under you. he doesn’t talk to anyone about his feelings, which papyrus does share this with us in the game. i think that his issues sleeping, his stress and other various things would build up the more he was around you, almost beginning to feel guilty for not opening up to you after you’ve started taking down your walls.

it would most likely be a night like many others, laying in bed intertwined in each others arms and talking until you both fell asleep, conversations about your day, how much you’d miss each other when one of you had to leave for work tomorrow, your future together, and he would just crumble down.

this is bold, i know. this is not something that would happen early on. over a year into the relationship minimum, if not more. after spilling his feelings and past traumas to you there wouldn’t really be any walls left from him. no more secrets or worries, just you and him.

he loooooves soft affections.

this one will be a bit shorter, but i wanted to drabble it in.

since he would like having his hands on you all the time i do like to imagine some of his favorites.

he’d love putting his hand on the small of your back to guide you. just in a gentle and calm manner, in no way is he ever physically rough with you with normal affection. he just likes to guide you sometimes, especially if you get sidetracked easy or like to wander around.

his hands would almost always be in your hair. short or long, he’d find hair enthralling. he’d like to brush it whenever you let him and just run his phalanges through it unconsciously anytime your head was in his range.

he would also do other simple things, like leaning over to buckle your seatbelt when you get in the car, tying your shoelaces if he sees they’re undone, tracing your figure while you sleep and grabbing you by your waist. all of the little affections he loves to give.

as for how he kisses ?

i’ve seen many variations on this.

i’ve seen a lot of authors (mostly wattpad… no hate though…) describe kissing him as though he has lips. im sorry, i 100% disagree.

his teeth (mouth ?) only even move from his permanent smile when he’s heavily injured, so the idea that they can just somehow kiss like lips is a tad bit bonkers. he’d honestly think you’d rule out kisses in general with him since he has no lips to kiss, but would be pleasantly surprised that you enjoyed the little bonks.

since he is just a bit of a flat teeth surface, his kisses don’t feel like lips, but rather warm and tingly magic thats a bit pleasurable and nice to the touch, very similar to the feeling of butterflies in your stomach. you’d probably get a bit of a high off of it if you kissed him enough. since monster motivation is about intent (such as with fighting), i don’t see why kissing and intimacy would be any different. the more he wants to kiss you the better the little mouth bumps on him would feel to you, not that it still wouldn’t feel like kissing a wall, though. he would enjoy to pepper you with little skeleton kisses, and would enjoy your soft kisses as well. i could definitely see him always egging you for just one more kiss before you get up and leave him to go somewhere. as for my thoughts on a tongue with kissing for him, that is a prompt idea for another headcanon list…

How are the skeletons with a cuddly S/O? Like, S/O shows love though touching like kisses, hugs, cuddles ect. How are they with him?

Undertale Sans - Vanilla

He too is cuddly! He loves it when his S/O cuddles into his sternum, his skull blushes a light blue! When it comes to kisses he prefers them to be done in private but who is he to deny smooches. What he loves most is when he and his S/O are at Grillbys and his S/O just naturally leans into him and when he finds out it is how you show love? He loves it even more!

Undertale Papyrus - Paps

This man is a very hyper boy! But when his S/O cuddles/hugs him he can't help but relax into their arms. This helps when he has had a particularly overwhelming day, his S/O's kisses, cuddles and hugs will always make him feel better. Also, be prepared for surprise hugs! He is the self-proclaimed 'MASTER SURPIZE HUGGER'.

Underswap Sans - Blue

He doesn't mind his S/O being cuddly but he can't stay still for the life of him. He has to be doing something. When he inevitably crashes from exhaustion he still struggles to sleep, his S/O wrapping their arms around him and pulling him to their chest, kissing the crown off his head instantly knocks him out. Unfortunately, this is really the only time he cuddles his S/O, he does however give Hugs and kisses as a reward. You found him in "hide and Seek"?Hugs and kisses for you!

Underswap Papyrus - Honey

This is a match made in heaven as he is the same! Because of this, Honey and S/O are always seen touching each other in some way. There are designated movie nights where you and he just cuddle and watch a movie or two. Kissing S/O on the forehead is now his way of greeting them. There have also been nights where his anxiety gets really bad, a slow song is put on and Honey and S/O are hugging while swaying gently, his head in S/Os hair and S/O on his Sternum. That is his way of calming down.

Underfell Sans - Red

It takes him a bit of getting used to but after about a month he is completely fine with S/Os kisses, cuddles and hugs. It doesn't stop him from being as red as a tomato for up to a minute. He has also gotten used to casually wrapping his arm around your waist when walking or sitting down somewhere. He is also completely fine spending the day on the sofa with his S/O lying on him, Cuddling and kissing him.

Underfell Papyrus - Edge

He is.....fine.No you did not see his S/O wrap their arms around his waist.No you did not see his S/O beckon him to be face to skull to give him a kiss. And you definitely did not see him and S/O swaying in each other's arms. He may not like to admit it be he is willing to do anything if it means he gets to be in your arms and subject to kisses, He actually is not a fan of PDA, only when it is extremely busy he will hold your hand."ITS JUST SO YOU DON'T GET LOST' Edge says but in actuality, your touch stops him from lashing out at every person that bumps into him.

Horrortale Sans - Seaweed

This relationship was meant to be. Now he knows you show love through kisses, cuddles and hugs, he wants all of those things. All the time.24/7.365.At a million per cent. His S/Os cuddle, hugs and kisses ground him, they stop him from spiralling, they stop him from getting overwhelmed and most of all they stop the pain his skull hole causes him. Physically and mentally. He will constantly be touching S/O.Whether it's his hand on your back or him literally walking around with his head in S/O's shoulder. In fact, I dare say if you were not cuddly then the relationship would not work out.

Horrortale Papyrus - Papaya

Because of how his spine is now, he can not bend down properly. So often if he wants to give S/O a hug he will bring their head inward to the bottom of his ribcage near his pelves, while caressing S/Os head. He does get all gooey and blushy when his S/O kisses his hands. In the morning he is happy to be awoken by a storm of kisses and even peppers S/Os face as well. In public, he prefers your hands to be on him or his mobility aid as it gives him that extra support he needs.

THANK U!!! And I'll just dabble in the ideal date, mate. (Not gonna do how they fell for MC cause I'm tryna be as loosy goosey as possible)

Ideal Date Mate:

Sans: Sans longs for someone who is transparent. Someone who is not afraid to tell the truth and will communicate with him. Although he denies it, he needs someone to depend on. Preferably someone who can ground themselves and teach him a few things about good mental health. His ideal is a goofy, loving person!

Papyrus: To Papyrus, the most important trait his date mate would have is kindness. He cherishes the good in the world, and he would love to find that in his spouse as well. He's also prefers someone who has a strong moral compass as he has one as well. His ideal is a kind and compassionate person!

Blue: Blue prefers people who are shorter than him, lmao. But joking aside, Blue needs someone who can bring him down from the clouds. Whether that be gently or not, he needs someone who can translate social interactions and communicate what he should or not do. He also wants someone with a strong moral compass as well as a more optimistic point of view. His ideal is a moral and straightforward person!

Stretch: The most romantic boi. He definitely needs someone who's patient. That's fo sho. Stretch needs time, a lot of time. Whether it is to think or process, either or, he wants his spouse to want to give him that space. He would also prefer someone who enjoys music and poetry. Then there would be some common ground in hobbies. His ideal is an artistic and patient person.

Red: Red wants a fighter. They don't need to be physical (although that would be pretty sexy) but just emotionally. He wants someone who's going to get back up after every blow. He admires that preserverence in people. Confidence is a big thing for him as well. He wants to see the best in his spouse, and he wants his spouse to see that, too. Of course, there is a line between cocky and confident. HIs ideal is a determined and self-assured person.

Edge: Loyalty is #1 to Edge. If you are loyal, that's a giant checkmark in his book. His standards are HIGH. But as long as you strive to be the best you, that's enough for him. He's also super big on self-improvement, so if you have goals and aspirations, it's very attractive to him. Edge's type is someone capable and loyal.

Razz: Honestly, Razz never really sits down to think about romance. He has no type. He for sure knows what he DOESN'T want in a partner. But a partner that would be good for him is a partner who is patient and willing to give him love at a slower pace. He needs a partner who is as headstrong and stubborn as him to get him to take a break or rest. But overall, he doesn't really got a type.

Cash: Oof. This boi has a LOT of internal guild and genuinely does not believe he deserves a spouse. But the type he dreams about is a person who has a good sense of humor. He wants a partner he can do mischief with, hand in hand. He wants a partner who has his back and will talk to him instead of leaving. He wants someone who can help work through his problems with him. He knows he needs to change. He just needs help. Allota trauma for the boi,,, Cash's type is someone who is funny and understanding.

Bear: Sweet sweet Bear just wants someone to hold,,,🥺. He wants a partner who will hug, kiss, and hang off of him as much as possible. In shorter terms: a clingy partner. He is big, so he doesn't mind carrying someone around 24/7. Bear also would prefer a foodie so he can see the wonder on his partner's face when eating his dishes. He wants to have something in common with a spouse, and cooking is a huge thing for him. Bear's ideal partner is a clingy foodie.

Cinnamon: Cinnamon needs someone who will tell the waiter, "he asked for no pickles ☝️🤨". He needs someone to be his biggest advocate, and while his brother is there to intimidate anyone who's giving Cinnamon a hard time, Bear never really tells Cinnamon why what happened is wrong. Cinnamon needs to stick up for himself and figure out his self-esteem enough to understand that he's not a doormat. A partner who can cheer him on and make him feel worthy is his ideal type.

Say the skeletons are having a bad day how would they want their so to handle that?

Undertale Sans - Noticing he's having a bad day is already quite a lot as Sans tends to hide when he's not ok. That will for sure surprise him enough to make him lose his cool. Once cornered, he will talk about what's bothering him.

Undertale Papyrus - He's more clingy than usual, so just being there to support him is enough. The best is to make him talk so he cries and lets everything out, then a big hug and he goes back to his normal self. He just needs comfort.

Underswap Sans - Just letting him talk. Blue is very talkative when he's sad or angry. Be there and listening is quite enough to calm him down. He needs someone to listen to him complain about what's bothering him, and once he's done, it's fine again.

Underswap Papyrus - Bed, big blanket, plushies, cuddles and his service dogs. He needs to hug things to get better. If you can't be here, just send his three dogs to join him in bed and he will be fine eventually. He needs some time to calm down.

Underfell Sans - Leaving him space lol. Red is not nice when he's having a bad day, and will snap at anyone trying to push him to understand what's wrong. He just needs some time to cool down, and after that only he's willing to explain. Deal with his way.

Underfell Papyrus - The best thing his S/O could do is to give him something to do. Cooking, cleaning, changing his cat litter box, anything really. He needs to be busy to calm down. Don't hope too much he will tell you what's bothering him though. He doesn't want to worry you and will refuse to talk.

Horrortale Sans - It depends. When he's angry, he prefers to be alone for some time and usually isolates himself in the woods, but if he's not feeling well because of his headaches or if his head hole is hurting, he will just flop dramatically on your lap and refusing to move before you comfort him by cuddling him for a few hours.

Horrortale Papyrus - Just ask what's wrong and he will burst in tears in your arms and let everything that's bothering him out. He just needs to vent, really, but he's usually too scared to bother people to do it. Once it's done, a big hug and he's back on the road!

Swapfell Sans - Keep pushing him to know what's wrong. He will refuse to talk at first, but the more you're asking, the more you can tell he's about to break down. He needs to cry and talk, after that he'll be alright. It can be hard to make him vent to you though. Giving up midway and leaving him some space will make him more distressed as he will think he messed up and pushed you away. He's terrible at expressing what he wants.

Swapfell Papyrus - Rus tends to be unresponsive when he's sad or angry, so one good therapy is to goof around to make him laugh and react a bit. Once he snaps out of it, he will start to talk. He doesn't like it when people see him like this, so you're really special if he accepts you around him in his vulnerable moments.

Fellswap Gold Sans - He needs space. A lot of space. He will snap if you push him too much. He prefers to deal with things on his own, because he thinks he doesn't need any help. You can help him by discreetly guiding him on a good path and letting him figure what he needs to do.

Fellswap Gold Papyrus - You, him, bed, hugs. He will cling to you like a koala until he feels better, so gets comfortable. That can take a while lol.

When he's romantically interested, even if he doesn't realize it, he'll practice being a gentleman and he tones down a lot when it comes to his theatrical behavior. He'll deny that he thought of you when he gets you something, or find any reason to explain his affection. He'll accidentally let it slip if you thank him, his eye lights widening and going "wait, really??" To a sudden cough and a "i MEAN-! Of course you do, I have excellent tastes."

When he starts to become aware of how he feels, his throat tightens and he feels his soul starts to act weird. He would actually first think that he's dying, or that he's troubled with sickness. In fact, it would have to be pointed out by someone he can talk to in order to realize how he feels. If it's Cyperus, he's told directly "have you considered that you might be in love?" Or if it's Lunar, he is teased with "oh of course you must be terribly sick. It's not like you would actually just be in love, right?" And he'd stoke a confession out of Pitch to make him realize. He would struggle to confess, and in fact he can be pretty restrained when he realizes how he feels for you. He stumbles, his cold persona crumbles. He finds himself doing things, letting his guard down. No, that can't be the case. He can't actually be in love, right????

When it comes to dates, he's a huge romantic and will take you to fancy restaurants or to the theatre, the opera, a play, or orchestra. He hopes you don't find them lame. He doesn't aim to please you in every aspect, but he wants approval from you. Hell be happy if you ramble about the date and you can gossip about the actors. He'll start to dress you up and tend to you while scolding you lightly. He's protective and overall willing to confront someone if they bother you. He's less discreet than the others, calling them out on their behavior and demands an apology. He'll only be pleased if they do so, and then he'll talk shit afterwards. He's intimidating, and he won't be afraid to get physical if they dare try to. He doesn't expect to be thanked and he doesn't do it just because you're lovers. He cares about you, and no one should be acting that way to begin with. It's a moral principle. If he's thanked, he'll brush it off and instead make sure to check on you physically even if you weren't touched. If you're shaken, he'll wrap you in his jacket or scarf and then gently rub your back before he takes you home without a word.

His confession sounds more like a promise, if anything. He would have to be alone with you, for starters. Imagine being up late at night, and you were having a busy day. Pitch would be the one to pick you up, especially since he would've shown more anxiety in where you are so late. When he picks you up, he'd start to scold you. After all, you should be home! But then he'd notice something. You're more quiet, and he recognizes that look on your face. He would be unsure of how to react, especially since you never let yourself be seen like this when around just him. Cyperus would be much better for this, he thinks. He obviously is the better one to go to. But then again, you chose to let him pick you up over Cyperus. You even thanked him when he picked you up. It would be quiet in the car for a while.

As you stare out the window on the way home, you suddenly notice that this isn't the way home. You'd turn to ask what he's doing, but he'd only give you a vague response. He decided that you need to go somewhere, you clearly would struggle answering questions from the other skeletons if you went home right now. You two would drive around town for awhile, hearing him mumble incoherently to himself. It would be then that he suddenly thinks of a place to take you.

He would park near the park, and gently coax you to join him. He'd scold you that you should've dressed warmer, but only gently. He'd wrap his scarf around you, move his jacket to rest over your shoulders. You two would walk, and it would be quiet. He struggles knowing how to comfort someone, how to get you to feel better. He would ask what's wrong, but he would only pry a bit if you don't open up immediately. He'd tell you that you won't feel better if you don't talk to someone, and it's okay if you don't want to talk to him about it. He'd confess that he just...wants to know if you're okay and if he's useful in any way. It's okay if you want to talk to someone else, and he knows that he's not great at this.

He'd have this softened look, but there clearly is a concealed vulnerability he is expressing. After a bit, you'd slowly talk to him and reassure him that you actually appreciate what he's doing. He took you out for a walk to clear your thoughts, considered how you'd be overwhelmed if you went home, and even checked up on you without demanding to know.

You'd take his hand, the roughness of his scars dipped into by your fingertips as you rubbed the back of his hand. He would tell you to stop that, he's supposed to be the one to check up on you. But you can see that he appreciates the reassurance, that he is listening to what you're saying. After some talking, you would open up a bit to how you're feeling. You felt like he cared to know now, after all. He would say some stuff that isn't the typical comforting words, like how he asks if you want him to fight for you. He'd talk shit about what bothered you, and tell you that you should've punched someone or that you should've cursed someone out.

He'd accidentally get you to laugh but not understand, not until you tell him. He's just- different. But that's a good thing. You appreciate that he was able to be supportive, that he was almost defending you and reacting how you would've reacted if you were less reasonable. At this he'd kinda seem offended, but you can tell he isn't taking it badly. "What?? Are you saying that I'm wrong? Clearly, I'm right! How dare you laugh," which would only get you to laugh some more. "You insult me." But you don't realize that as you're laughing, he's looking at you with a gentleness that is unfamiliar to anyone.

Time would pass, and you didn't realize that he walked you near a pond that's in the park. It's illuminated by fairy lights since the wooden fencing around the park is decorated. You'd be in awe and thank him. He would take it in stride and tell you that it's only reasonable he took you somewhere that could clear your mind.

At some point, you both sit together, and he gently asks if you enjoyed tonight. You'd tell him that yes, this was genuinely a nice time. You would be suddenly surprised as he turns to look at you intently, but not with that determined and rough look he always has. He'd take your hands in his own gently, since he doesn't want you to get accidentally clawed or have his chipped scars scrape you. He'd speak very softly, confess that he's happy that he is able to be there for you.

In truth, he knows that he's not someone you may go to a lot, but he always wants to do right by you. He wants to be someone you can rely on; he promises you that he'll do his best to make sure that you're happy and safe. He'd hesitantly lower his skull and nuzzle his cheek against one of your hands before looking at you, his defenses down. He tells you that you don't have to know how to feel now, or have anything to say since he's never made such a confession of loyalty to someone, at least among the others.

He'd take you home after that, and make sure that your conversation with him remains private, telling the other skeletons that he just picked you up and made sure that you felt better after such a long day. It was technically the truth, but he didn't mention any details to avoid further prying. With everything, he'd wish you goodnight, and that would be that. Truly, it was an eventful night

First Day, Previous Day, & Next Day.

Day 7: First Kiss

Today was turning out to be a good day. You were in a good mood, as was Frisk, who was currently set up at the kitchen table with some crayons and a couple pieces of paper. No doubt they were focused on making a masterpiece and who were you to disrupt their creative process?

Right now, you were making one of their favorites - grilled cheese. They'd specifically requested it earlier when you asked if they wanted a snack. It was a simple comfort food but one you enjoyed making every now and then.

You were just finishing cooking the second side of the sandwich when you were startled by Papyrus' arms snaking around your waist from behind. Although, you quickly realized he was giving you a hug and so you relaxed again, only sparing him a small glance over your shoulder.

Then, you felt him nuzzle against the back of your head. You froze up, as what had at first been a sweet gesture, had suddenly become more intimate. You didn't know how you should react to this. Did it mean something else in Monster culture and you were just misinterpreting his actions?

"I Love Coming Into A Room And Seeing You Already There, Precious..." he whispered softly into your hair.

You felt your cheeks grow warm and it was all you could do to keep from covering your face in embarrassment. In any other context, you would've taken it as a genuine compliment but now, you didn't know what to do with yourself. So rather than causing a scene in front of Frisk, you tried to remain calm.

Taking a deep breath, you focused on transferring the grilled cheese from the pan to a plate. After turning off the element, you turned and went to give it to Frisk. Thankfully, Papyrus let go but you could practically feel his smug gaze on your back as you walked away.

You set the plate down next to Frisk and gave them an affectionate pat on the head. They turned and grinned at you before touching their chin with the tips of their fingers, palm in, and bringing it down in a swinging motion.

"Thank you!"

"You're welcome, kiddo." You grinned, feeling slightly relieved that they hadn't seemed to have witnessed what just happened. There was no way you were in the mood to try and attempt to explain romance to them...despite that they apparently knew a little bit already.

You then turned and narrowed your eyes at Papyrus. He grinned and his eyelights seemed to smolder with how pleased he was.

Rolling your eyes, you strode over to him and grabbed his arm, before tugging him to follow you into the living room. Surprisingly, he didn't put up a fight and seemed willing to go along with it.

As soon as you were out of immediate eavesdropping range, you turned on Papyrus and crossed your arms, fixing him with your most stern look. "Why would you act like that when Frisk was right there?" you hissed. "They're still a child and they won't understand what we're doing..."

While you scolded him, Papyrus only watched you silently, a slight grin playing on his skull the whole time. When you trailed off, he placed a hand under your chin and tilted it up slightly to meet his own gaze.

"I Know, Rihanna," he whispered softly. "Did You Not Like It?"

Stunned, you stared up at him before responding in a quiet whisper. "I... I did like it..."

His other arm wrapped around your waist and he gently pulled you closer. Moving closer, he whispered in your ear, "Would You Like To Do It For Real Then?"

"Yes..."

No sooner had you answered, Papyrus closed the distance between you. His sharp teeth lightly pressed against your much softer lips for a brief but magical moment. It was completely different from any kiss you'd experienced, and yet, your heart was thrilled like it hadn't been before.

When you finally separated, you gazed into each other's eyes for a moment longer. You weren't sure what Papyrus was thinking right now, but his scarlet eyelights spoke only of admiration for you. It made you feel warm and so happy at the same time.

"Did You Like That Then, Precious?" he murmured softly.

You nodded, feeling your cheeks grow familiarly warm once again.

Papyrus chuckled, "Maybe Next Time I Will Show You What Else I Can Do..." Before you could ask what he meant by that, his eyelights seemed to burn brighter and his teeth parted slightly to reveil a glowing red tongue.

Your eyes widened and you quickly pulled away. Papyrus only chuckled as you futilely swatted at him, clearly proud of how flustered he'd managed to make you.

I think Flowey and Dalv's friendship is for the most part chill. While Flowey enjoys more eventful days, sometimes he just wants a break and to have at least a little normalcy in his life. That's what Dalv is there for! I like to think Flowey would probably tease Dalv about things like having a balloon named Pops for a friend, jokingly threatening to pop him, general tomfoolery.

After Clover comes back, Flowey would try to hide how emotional he'd get because erm he's the cool guy here but end up probably shedding some tears anyway. They'd definitely go on little adventures for old time's sake, Flowey would want to hog Clover for himself because that's HIS best friend!!! Get OUTTA HERE MARTLET!!!!

Sadly, Chara would not join them. They'd just be watching off in the distance because advnetures aren't really their thing imo. They just wanna chill after being brought back since it would take a bit of getting used to. Maybe bully Frisk for being a weird kid!!!!

Flowey's relationship with Papyrus is sorta similar to Clover except he has less of an attachment and is more willing to mess with Papyrus' head because he's silly like that!! They're still comfy together ofc, and I think Papyrus has a statistically higher chance of calming Flowey down than any other Undertale cast member, with Sans just behind him. Flowey tends to like pushing limits with Papyrus, testing how far he can go and how much he can manipulate before Papyrus says "No." I think Papyrus wants to make Flowey happy at the end of the day and would sacrifice so much to see him smile. He'd probably make up a birth date for Flowey since he wouldn't know his actual birthday just so he can celebrate him!! Flowey's his critic and is like the most honest about how the food tastes to him. "Icky, icky! Throw it in the bin!!" He's also accidentally the reason Papyrus makes so much spaghetti, he can tolerate it better than most of Papyrus' other test foods.

On the topic of like messing with Papyrus' head, he's doing it to see how he'd react to multiple scenarios. When Flowey cares a lot about a person he ends up trying to find their TRUE SELF!! To gain a complete understanding of them. Flowey would trap Papyrus in a maze and give him treats to keep him going.

They do not know about the Flowey Fanclub!!! Clover would wanna join while Chara would be like "erm what the fuck when did my brother become so popular???" and just judge everyone there. Ok so let’s see, I am 5’3 early 20s mex girlie (no real care for pronouns I’ll go by all and any) and non labeled sexuality (I’ll fall for anyone for any reason) possibly adhd or autistic but undiagnosed so no medical proof on that, I am a Scorpio, infp and year of the goat (idk I’ve seen those included in stuff) I love anything art related (arts n craft)? I draw a lot, and in turn also adore seeing peoples art journey, style and character designing. I also adore cooking and baking, but I am a beginner, learnings is so much fun anyways. I’ve been told that I can be energetic, kinda clingy, really forgetful and sweet. Which fair, my head is a constant mess that rarely runs on organized thoughts, most of it is impulsive,how fun. I get distracted easily, my attention span is pretty much nonexistent, and I forget a concerning amount of things throughout the day. I struggle to keep my areas clean but I’m getting better. My love/affection language would be physical touch, words of affirmation and gift giving, not even expensive things, for the most part it’s been homemade meals for my sisters, and small trinkets I find for my friends. I’m also a hopeless romantic, and I love all things horror :3 I also have little to no self preservation, and dares are always a go (I once ate a dandelion cuz me n my sisters thought it would be funny, and it was) oh yeah, I’m also an ambivert who loves to go outside, socializing is a nightmare but people are interesting and I wanna be more social, I’m just stupidly shy. In Gremlins what if the reader accidentally eaten something, like in Alice in wonderland, to make her the same size as the gremlin boys for some time? How would they all react to finding her being smaller/same size as them?

Lol I think if they would to be even happier if they suddenly grew to readers size but hey they won't mind this if that's what they can get. If reader shrank in front of a singular bitty and their reactions:

Blue: oh stars! Wowzers! Are you okay? He hopes you are as now you can fit perfectly in his embrace. Once those hugs start they won't stop. He may nuzzle you after he shows you his favorite alone time places.

Stretch: shocked at first but as soon as it wears off... can he hold you? He wants to know what it's like to embrace you like they do in the movies you all watch. He will definitely get a kick out of being taller than you.

Sans: this may sound crazy but this punderfull bitty is shocked out of all puns at the moment. He's in total awe at having you not only at his level but all to himself. He's quick to lay on some charm, hoping against all hope he can get to sweet words whispered in your ear later. Especially now that you both can snuggle and you can lean into him for once.

Papyrus: shocked then insanely happy, then insanely worried, then back to happy as soon as he is sure you are fine. He will pick you up for twirls and bear hugs now that he's able. Give him a peck on the cheek and he will melt from the affection.

Black:... did... did you just become kidnapable? Yes, yes you did. He is going to escape with you whether you are willing or not. He's so happy that not even your protests will stop him. He will have you all to himself. In his gremlin form... you'll find he's bigger and a lot harder to push away. This is your fate with both forms.

Rus: you have about 10 seconds before that look of shock becomes a look of sadistic glee at realizing what just happened. Now he will try to be smooth, he's a good flirt and he knows it but if that doesn't work... he's bigger than you even in his non gremlin form. You won't be able to walk away from him and he believes he's owed a good time with you.

Red: after the initial shock he will laugh hysterically. Be prepared to be peppered with short jokes Especially if he's in his gremlin form. After the humor in the situation dies he begins to realize... just how much your current height works to his advantage. He'll lay on a lot of charm and lewd suggestions... best play coy until help arrives as he can and will snatch you up for a good time.

Edge: the more chivalrous of the gremlin boys will be very worried for your sudden height situation. After he is certain you will be okay... he wants to hold hands, hug, anything... he wants so badly to pick you up for a twirl. He doesn't do anything sudden because he knows how you feel about him in general. Hopefully he will prove himself to you for a romantic dance under the moonlight.

Romance on the surface (part 1)

Y/n x Sans

Frisk tells you what happened in the underground and you quickly realize that behind the skeletons, who introduced themselves as Sans and Papyrus, are other monsters. A kind and gentle-looking lady, named Toriel (after Frisk) walks up to you and asks what happened to cause you to be separated from Frisk. You explain that you were playing hide and seek when Frisk disappeared and that since then you have spent your time desperately looking for her. You then, thank the monsters for taking good care of her, you particularly address Toriel, Sans and Papyrus. Then you look at your younger sister.

Y/n: You'd like to stay with them, wouldn't you? You can if you want, it's a good thing you found a mother who is willing to love you.

But Frisk clings to you. The monsters look at you with a questioning look.

T: What do you mean by that my child? You have a family to join, don't you?

You look away in sadness and hug Frisk. You then explain to them that you are both orphans and that you have been living in a foster home for several years now. And you explain that, unfortunately, the majority here is 21 years old and that you therefore cannot be Frisk's guardian.

T: Oh my...my children I didn't think you had gone through such an ordeal, I apologize for my clumsiness. I definitely can't leave you in such a situation. Y/n, Frisk, what do you think if I adopted you both and you came to live with me?

Frisk smiles and nods in agreement. You look at Toriel, your eyes wide with surprise and a few tears starting to fall. You no longer imagined being able to get adopted, especially at your age.

Y/n: Are you sure you want to?

T: I've never been so sure. I will be proud to have two girls as nice as you as children.

You smiled at her tearfully and thanked her with all your heart.

However, the question of where you are going to stay quickly arises. You then explain to them that you and Frisk have inherited your parents' house and that you can all move in there until each monster finds a home.

This is how with Frisk, Toriel, Sans, Papyrus, Undyne, Alphys and Metaton you want to settle in your parents' old house.

Arriving in front of the house they realize that it is huge but that they will have to do a lot of cleaning. They go inside and discover the interior. You ask Frisk to show them around while you get the beds ready to sleep. Toriel comes to ask if you need help and you tell her that it's nice to offer but that she can accompany Frisk and the others to discover the house. After a few minutes Sans joins you in a room and offers his help to put the sheets on the bed. You accept and tell him that this is where he and Papyrus can sleep. Sans looks at you hesitantly.

S: Um... look, sorry for being rude earlier, I had no idea you were Frisk's sister. I always heard that humans were evil so I preferred to be on my guard.

Y/n: Don't blame yourself, I don't blame you or Papyrus. After all you are trying to protect my sister, I would have done the same thing in your place. On the contrary, I thank you for taking care of her while I couldn't be there. She seems to like you a lot and it makes me happy to see her like that.

You give him a big smile and it seems to disturb him slightly but you don't realize it. You then go down to join the others and discover that Toriel has cooked a meal for everyone. At the table, Toriel announces to Frisk and you that she has decided to sign the adoption papers the next day. Frisk is so happy but for your part you ask Toriel if she is really sure she wants to adopt you, because after all she doesn't really know you. Toriel replies that of course, she already considers you her daughter and that she would be very happy if you formed a family. You are moved. You then each go to bed. In bed you chat with Frisk. You are delighted to have found each other and to have found a family. For their part, Papyrus asks Sans what he thinks of you, that he finds you really nice and that he wants to be friends with you.

S: Um I don't know, she seems like a good sister for Frisk. Since they found each other Frisk hasn't let go. She must be a good person I guess.

Papyrus nods and falls asleep after Sans reads his story to him.

The next morning, Toriel gets up and sees you cleaning up the kitchen and living room.

T: Oh child, you don't have to do this alone, let me help you. *She grabs a broom and joins you.* You got up really early to do that.

You tell her that you wanted to be useful. With a smile Toriel suggests if you want to go shopping to buy the missing supplies for the house. You answer yes with a big smile. When they wake up, the others discover a brand new house, clean and furnished. Papyrus runs to wake Sans up so he can see this. You prepare breakfast with Toriel and everyone comes to eat and discuss the layout of the house. Then Toriel asks you and Frisk to go get ready to sign the adoption papers. Papyrus asks if he can accompany you and drags Sans with him. Arriving at the foster center where you resided with Frisk, the secretary in charge of adoption did not seem to accept Toriel. Indeed, unfortunately the monsters have all just arrived on the surface and there is still a lot of mistrust and discrimination from humans. Then you get angry.

Y/n: Listen, in the time my sister and I have been here we have never received as much love as Toriel was able to give us in such a short time! She's even too nice for us, it's not her who doesn't deserve us, but us!

The monsters are surprised by your reaction and you feel embarrassed, you're not used to raising your voice, but Toriel hugs you and tells you how moved she feels. The secretary then accepts the request and you and Frisk rejoice. You go to collect your things and Toriel realizes that you don't have much. You explain that by going from home to home you got into the habit of not carrying a lot of stuff. She then suggests that you go shopping. You spend an afternoon with the girls, leaving the boys behind, and you get even closer to a family.

Sans: Oh great, yet another sibling to spend sleepless nights worrying about... All jokes, Sans loves them to bits, and he is so incredibly grateful that they would go out of their way to fret over him and take care of him. He had just grown so used to hiding his weaknesses, for Pap's sake. But now, he finally had someone who took care of him like he does everyone else. Even if he's gonna crack cringey puns along the way. He'll let out a low chuckle every time they tell him to shut it. Papyrus: He's so touched! As much as he hates to make them worry, a part of him always cries when Y/N rushes up to him with a concerned expression and a medkit. Although Sans practically raised him, he could never feel good actually pouring all his concerns out to his stressed older brother. But his wonderful, amazing, talented sibling is the beam of sunshine he never knew he needed. Blue: NOOOOO NOT ANOTHER EDGE! Blue is sprinting the moment they approach him with a medkit. He always hated the doctor, and you are telling him that his beloved younger sibling is one of those apple-repelled freaks? With great effort, running, screaming, and other crewmates' help, Y/N will be patching up Blue with an iron grip on his skull. He'll whine, but he really is glad that they are willing to put up with his goofs. He will give you a big hug when he's all better and then jump straight into the fray like they didn't just spend 2 hours getting him fixed up.

Stretch: Literally the definition of the annoying older brother. Will come into the medical bay just to knock something off of the table and then turn off the lights, leaving Y/N in the dark. He'll say jokes and puns until someone shoves gauze in his mouth and will not stop bothering you. He has his moments and is a great shoulder to lean on when times are rough. And it's not like the teasing is one-sided! Y/N had seen their fair share of romance poems and songs that Stretch swore he had stashed away. Too bad Cash will do about anything for 3G.

Red: Annoying older brother #2 except he's the type to air punch you and profusely apologize if he accidentally hits you. He rolls his eyelights every time they scold him, sprinkling a few "Who are you, Edge?" and "Big words for such a short guy." He will be relentless when it comes to goofing off. One moment he's your partner in crime, another moment, he is giving you a noogie for being in his business.

Edge: It's like a nagging cycle. Y/N will fret over Edge triggering him to start analyzing you, and then it's just Y/N's sweet concern and Edge's masked care repeated into infinity. Of course, he can't help but cherish the feeling of being so looked after. Even if he feels like it is his duty to look after his younger sibling. He will give them a rare smile, just glad that they love him enough to try, even if he was as stubborn as a mule.

Razz: He's already covering his earholes the moment Y/N enters his navigation status chamber of a room. He groans and grumbles while they place some much-needed food on his desk, blocking his view of his book. But of course, he will never actually yell or rage at his kind younger sibling, although that was the only thing he knew best. He won't say a thank you, but just know that he is so giddy that his sibling is being so thoughtful. You can tell from the warm breeze and the pretty clouds.

Cash: Steals. Everything. He thinks it is the FUNNIEST thing in the world to bother the soul out of his siblings, and his poor younger sibling Y/N. So sweet, so kind, so... EASY TO STEAL FROM! The food they were saving for later? Gone. The little candy jar that they use to give to the crew after checkups? Vanished. Y/N's favorite jacket that doesn't even fit him? Wow, he actually looks really good in it- NO HE'S STRETCHING THE FABRIC. He thinks it's so incredibly rejuvenating when Y/N chases him around. Of course, doesn't last long cause that smoker is already heaving for breath. Bear: Being a sibling is the only way that Bear will not feel nervous about touching Y/N. Of course, he will make sure not to pat to hard or shake them around, but he will be more willing to throw Y/N around if he thinks that they are in danger. He will protect just as fiercely as Y/N would, and he is just so happy to be surrounded by that familial warmth he was never allowed to enjoy. Expect big thank-you meals every time he gets patched up. Cinnamon: He knows that Y/N worries for him sometimes, and he can't help but feel guilty. There are so many things that are wrong with him, and it seems like they visit him every day when he has yet another issue with his eyes or teeth. But every time he is reassured. Perhaps that is why he finds his sibling so wonderful. Because no matter how terrible he feels Y/N will always patch him up and give him a big hug. Having such a caring younger sibling had inspired him to be the best big bro!
