The amount of hatred people have to Z-Moves, Dynamax and Terestalisation drives me crazy, ESPECIALLY the people who are all like "They need to stop adding cheap gimmicks that are going to be forgotten about in the next game."

Like, do they want the battle system to be the exact same in every game or something? I think each game having its own gimmick distinguishes them from each other.

Kirby does this too! It's why we had Super Copy Abilities in Return to Dream Land, Hypernova in Triple Deluxe, Robobot Armour in Planet Robobot, the various Friend abilities in Star Allies, and Mouthful Mode in The Forgotten Land.

tell me a pokemon take that will get you ostracized from the fandom. ill go first, i think hop is one of the better rivals in the mainline series at least conceptually.
