Talk to Allah like He's your best friend. When you see something amazing, even though Allah sees it, quietly mention it to Him. When you're walking home from work, tell Him about your day. Tell him about your plans for the next day when you're lying in bed. Tell Him about the dream you had, what you want to eat for dinner, tell Him when you're stressed, tell Him about your family, just talk to Him. You'll grow closer to him, it'll be easier to make dua and it'll be easier to turn to Him in both happiness and sadness.

O Allāh, grant us a marriage that is free from pain, misunderstanding, and conflict. Even when we do face challenges, may we always be able to resolve them with kindness, understanding and respect. May we never be the cause of tears in our spouse's eyes, and may we never have to cry ourselves due to their actions, words, or anything else. امين

O Allāh, Marriage is a beautiful thing, but it can also be a test. May our marriage not be a trial, but rather a reason for us to enter Paradise together. May we live eternally in peace and love with our spouse in Paradise. امين
