This is an underrated Mamoru scene. He looks very princely as he seeks council from the Shitennou. I also like that this sets up him discovering his latent powers later in the chapter by telling us that Mamoru wants to be stronger. It shows us his insecurities and lays the groundwork for his arc of self discovery which is concluded in Dream arc.

As a sidenote, I wish the Shitennou had made an appearance in Dream arc to show their connection to Elysium as well.
