The way Silco and Vander were literally always touching each other there is literally no way Silco didn't spend the years afterwards feeling horribly touch-starved

no wonder one hug for Powder broke all his defenses, especially minutes after Vander died (therefore removing all possibilities of ever touching him again, never mind that even in murdering each other they were being touchy and intimate about it), especially when she's saying the exact thing that revives his own trauma (Vander DID abandon/left him. TWICE. He just did right then by refusing Silco's offer and DYING. Never mind Silco is the one who got to him.)

Data fic concept: The emotion chip was never really an emotion chip but more a "sensation chip," giving him the ability to experience the full sensation spectrum of the human nervous system. This would include appreciation of basic physical pleasure, sexual pleasure, etc but it would also include the ability to feel pain, ability to cry, and the physical sensation of emotions like fear/anxiety.

The entire point of this is to write a fic where Data has his first sexual experience (with the reader) that he actually feels and enjoys, versus just going through the motions to please someone according to his programming in "multiple techniques" (this is always how I assumed his encounter with Tasha went, which is why I've never particularly shipped them).
