I- Preface

Why do we need to define Planet velocity before any other discussion in this paper? Because Planet velocity disproves The Solar System Classical Description. 

The classical description refutation is a great event because the theories depend on it and – that means- more than 12 theories are wrong in the modern physics book

Shortly- more than the half of the modern physics book provides imaginary ideas and wrong theories because the solar system classical description is wrong.

Let's see examples to explain that clearly

Example No. (1)

No Planet Moves By The Sun Gravity- Newton is wrong- I have proved this fact since long time- and I explained that- Planet moves by the force caused its creation- means- the planet creation and motion is done by one force only otherwise this planet would be broken- simply – if two forces have effects on the same planet it would be broken- means- the planet moves with its creation force- again No planet moves by the sun gravity-

The example shows a gap between the physics book and the solar system facts – Newton imaginary idea is believed by everyone since 400 years! 

But- the example doesn't show how great the gap is- in fact the shock is coming from The Sun Nuclear Fusion Theory- let's see the next example

The Sun Is Created By The Planets Motions Energies–The Sun Is A Phenomenon

Here we can see the gap clearly

The solar planets were found in their orbits before the sun creation and the planets were revolving around a point in space (this point has no light)

The planet motion produces energy (1/2 mv^2) and this energy is stored in the space in waves form- the planets were revolving around this point for long periods till the stored motion energy in the space be massive energy-

From this massive motion energy the light beam is created (the sun rays is created)

The sun rays is created from this energy- that tells why the sun corona temperature is 5 millions Kelvin but the sun surface is 5800 Kelvin- simply- because The Sun Is Not Doing Nuclear Fusion To Produce Its Rays, the rays is created by the planets motions energies– The Sun Rays Show The Great Gap Between The Physics Book And The Facts  

The wrong description is the reason behind the imaginary ideas and wrong theories in the physics book- one more example- the scientists won Nobel prize in physics for their discovery for the gravitational waves- these scientists told us – the gravitational waves are produced by the sun gravitational field which is NOT FACT– the gravitational waves are produced by Planet motion energy- where the planet moves and produces energy (1/2 mv^2) and the planet can't store its motion energy inside its body otherwise its temperature would be raised for that the planet motion energy is stored in the space In Waves Form- the scientists discovered these waves and they called them gravitational waves!! Let's provide one more example

The big bang theory tells us the planet creation is done by random process- in details- the theory tells–some planets are suffered from collisions and these collisions changed their diameters and masses- by that we can't know their original diameters and masses by that the current values of these diameters and masses are found by chance and without any geometrical reasons and should be considered random data-

For example- Jupiter diameter now is 142984 km but what's this diameter value in the first creation of Jupiter?

The big bang theory and all random creation ideas are wrong and nonsense- shortly- I have my planet diameter equation which proves Planet diameter is created based on a geometrical rule- means- for example- Jupiter diameter is created at first as 142984 km and never changed since its creation- if any planet had collision and changed its diameter this collision results would be recorded in this planet motion features- as happened with Mars- Mars original orbit was between Mercury and Venus and Mars had migrated to its current orbit- and Mars had collided with Venus and The Earth in its migration motion- but Mars diameter equation refers frequently to its original orbit features and data- that tells the planet motion provides a record for its history because all data is required for planet motion- by that – all data depends on geometrical rules and no random process is used in it –

Neptune Equation (89143 /49528) = 9.7/ 5.4 =1.8         

89143          = Neptune rotation periods number in Neptune orbital period

49528 km    = Neptune diameter

9.7 km/s      = Saturn velocity

5.4 km/s      = Neptune velocity

59800 days = Neptune orbital period (and Neptune rotation period =16.1 hours)

1.8 degrees = Neptune Orbital Inclination

The equation tells planet diameter is created based on its velocity –means- Neptune diameter is 49528 km because Neptune velocity is 5.4 km/s

The Equation Concept

Planet diameter should be a function in its orbital distance –otherwise- this planet would be broken by its motion- the fact is that – The necessary requirement for planet safe motion is to create a function between this planet diameter and its orbital distance

BUT- the designer can't create a function has only 2 variables (Planet diameter and its orbital distance)- the function in this case can't be useful because – If this planet changes its orbital distance its diameter would be broken also because the diameter is a direct function in the orbital distance without any other variables -As A Result  

The designer created the planet diameter as a function in this planet rotation period and the planet rotation period is created as a function in this planet velocity and the planet velocity is created as a function in this planet orbital distance- by that- the function between the planet diameter and its orbital distance is created but the function contains also more variables (rotation period, orbital period and velocity)- by that- if the planet changes its orbital distance- this planet diameter will not be changed but its rotation period, orbital period, and velocity will be changed and the diameter will be saved-

NOTICE-Mars is the example for this theory because Mars original orbit was between Mercury and Venus and Mars had migrated from its original orbit to its current one- after Migration Mars changed its motion data but the diameter is saved

NOTICE- Planet diameter equation is very useful to analyze the energy reflection in the solar system because the equation shows the changes in data resulting from the energy reflection- for example- the equation produces the planet orbital inclination-but in Saturn equation- the equation produces the value (0.4) while we know Saturn orbital inclination is 2.5 degrees- the value (0.4) is produced because the energy is reflected in Saturn and that caused effect on the data by that the value (2.5) become (1/2.5) = 0.4- that's why I refer to my planet diameter equation in this discussion because the equation can work as a tool of anatomy which can see clearly what's happening for the energy in each planet-

Matter Definition

My planet diameter equation provides a new definition for the matter – this definition is found to answer the question- (How Can Planet Velocity And Motion Be Defined Before This Planet Creation?)

What's The Matter And How Is Created?

The matter and space are created from the same one energy and both move with the motion of this energy from which they are created- but- the matter creates for itself a distinguish form and moves by different velocity from the space motion (notice the gravitational waves prove the space has motion and not static).

This is similar to the sea of water- the space is similar to the sea of water and the matter is similar to a whirlpool (vortex) found on the sea page-

The whirlpool (vortex) is created by the sea water and it's carried by the sea water motion- spite of that- the whirlpool is different in its form from the sea waves – also the whirlpool moves by different velocity from the sea waves motion velocity- this example gives explanation for the matter definition- the matter is similar perfectly to the whirlpool on the sea page- it's created by the sea water motion but it has a distinguish form and different velocity from the sea waves-

The whirlpool dimensions depend on the sea water motion features- for example – we have a whirlpool its diameter is 2 meters, this diameter is formed by the sea water motion features (the water velocity- amount-pressure -……etc) that tells the whirlpool is found later after the sea creation- and the water motion is found before the whirlpool creation- this meaning is a fact for the matter creation and dimensions- the matter dimensions are created based on this matter motion- means- the motion is defined before the matter creation- this is proved strongly by my planet diameter equation- the equation tells (for example) Neptune diameter is 49528 km because Neptune velocity is 5.4 km/s- the whirlpool idea explains how the planet matter data is defined based on its motion- because

The original energy was found in motion at first and the planet matter is created from this moving original energy and the planet matter dimensions are defined by this original energy motion features- after the planet creation, the planet moves with this original energy motion means the planet moves this same motion based on which the planet data is created that's why the planet data is in full harmony with the planet motion features.

Also the idea shows the planet motion reason- as I proved before- no planet moves by the sun gravity- Newton is wrong- because the planet creation and motion are done by one force only otherwise this planet would be broken if two forces have effects on it

Here we see the planet motion reason- the planet moves with the original energy from which this planet is created-     

What's the original energy?

The original energy is one light beam energy- because – the solar planets and their distances are created from one energy and this energy is provided by one light beam –means – the planets are geometrical points found on the same one light beam and the planets move with this light beam motion-

By that the planets are similar to carriages in one train and the light beam is this train engine- the light motion causes all planets motions

NOTICE - this definition of the matter and planet is very important for our discussion because the paper hypothesis no. (1) tells – the solar system is one energy moves in the space and reflected on some points and these points are the planets- the reflection of energy discussion will show how each planet data and motion depend on the other planet motion by the energy reflection effect- shortly- (The Planet Is A Geometrical Point) this idea is the best one can explain the energy reflection data- by that we can understand how the energy motion and reflection can effect on the planet creation and motion- the energy reflection discussion is found in the paper first hypothesis explanation.

Again let's ask ……Why Do We Need To Define The Planet Velocity? ……….

Because – the planet velocity definition refutes the solar system classical description- the definition proves the planet is a geometrical point on the moving energy (and refute the classical definition tells – planet is a solid body created independently from the space and other planets) – in fact the planets are created depending on each other – The 9 planets are as 9 knots or snarls on the same one rope or cable – No planet is created independently– also all of them are created by the same one motion and the same one reason- (imagine you have a ladder or stairs is consisted of 9 units- all units are similar and found for the same reason)- the data proves this fact also

Planet velocity definition provides a powerful proof against Newton theory of the sun gravity-No Planet Motion Depends On Its Mass- Newton is wrong- the velocity Definition Doesn't Refer To Planet Mass- Also planet velocity definition provides a direct strong proof for the energy reflection in the solar system- also – the velocity definition explains the complex machine behind the planet motion which refutes again the naïve idea of Newton about this motion- 

The planet velocity definition shows the general design of the solar system where all planets data is defined based on its velocity- means- the planet velocity is defined at first (after the orbit definition) and all other data is defined based on this velocity as we have seen the planet diameter is defined by the rate (v1/v2) by my planet diameter equation and planet orbital distance is defined by the rate (v1/v2)^2 and planet orbital period is defined by the rate (v1/v2)^3- shortly- the motion is the planet life

I refute the solar system classical description and I wanted to put a piece of strong proof in the first pages of my paper to show that the refutation doesn't depend on ideas or logical analysis- but the refutation depends on the contradiction between the physics theories and the planets creation & motion data- If the contradiction is proved that tells the description is wrong because the planets data can NOT be wrong

How is planet velocity defined?

Kelper stated, planet orbit defines its velocity, this rule is proved by the equation (v1/v2)^2=(d2/d1) where (d= planet orbital distance) and (v= planet velocity)

BUT

How Is The Planet Velocity Defined? And By What Rules?

Planet velocity is defined by Three Rules let's see them in following

(i) First Rule  

v1v2 = constant= 322  (my 5th equation)

47.4 km/s (Mercury velocity)    x 6.8 km/s (Mercury velocity)             =322

35 km/s (Venus velocity)          x 4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) x 2            =322

29.8 km/s (The Earth velocity) x 5.4 km/s (Neptune velocity) x 2       =322

24.1 km/s (Mars velocity)         x 13.1 km/s (Jupiter velocity)             =322

(Max error 2%)

The rule (v1v2=322) tells the velocities are defined in pairs and not individually, each planet velocity has its own complementary- the rule tells the velocities are reflected on one another- the reflection of energy and data will be studied in details in planet velocity discussion-

In this rule we interest for the constant (322)- let's ask- why the constant = 322? 

The constant 322 depends on the speed 1.16 million km per second because

(1160000 seconds = 322 hours) - Means

Mercury (47.4 km/s) moves in 6.8 hours a distance = 1.16 million km and

Uranus (6.8 km/s) moves in 47.4 hours a distance   = 1.16 million km

Shortly -we realize that the constant 322 is produced based on the speed 1.16 million km per second- means- the planets velocities are complementary each other because they are defined as functions in this same speed 1.16 million km per second

(This is similar to electron and positron are produced from Gamma ray, The two particles depend on Gamma energy in their masses)

Based On This Data

I concluded there's a light beam its speed 1.16 million km per second and from this light beam energy the solar system is created- and the planets velocities are defined as functions in this speed 1.16 million km per second and that causes the velocities to be complementary each other-

(Please note the speed 1.16 million km per second is proved strongly by other data in my paper specially because the light created the space at first before any planet creation by that all distances in the solar system are created by the energy of this light beam and its speed 1.16 million km per second is registered in the data)

The velocity here uses the solar day (86400 seconds) – let's prove that-

Mercury moves per solar day              = 4.095 million km

Venus moves per solar day                 = 3.024 million km

The Earth moves per solar day            = 2.574 million km

The Moon moves per solar day           = 2.4 million km

Mars moves per solar day                   = 2.082 million km

Jupiter moves per solar day                = 1.1318 million km

Saturn moves per solar day                 = 0.838 million km

Uranus moves per solar day                = 0.5875 million km

Neptune moves per solar day              = 0.4665 million km

Pluto moves per solar day                   = 0.406 million km

AND

0.406 (Pluto velocity)               x 2.4 (the moon velocity)             = 1   (error 2.5%)

0.4665 (Neptune velocity)         x 2.082 (Mars velocity)                 = 1 (error 2.5%)

0.5875 (Uranus velocity)          x 3.024 (Venus velocity)/1.772   = 1   (error 2.5%)

0.838 (Saturn velocity)             x 1.1318 (Jupiter velocity)           = 1  (error 5%)

(1.772 = π^1/2)

The second rule tells very similar meaning (v1v2= constant= 1)

The data uses the velocities per solar day for that the constant is changed from 322 into 1 but the rule is the same- (v1v2= Constant)

I want to say- the rule (v1v2 = Constant) tells a clear idea that (The Velocities Are Reflected On Each Other) this conclusion is simple one (A x 1/A= constant=1)  

The rule proves the energy is reflected in the solar system and this reflection has effect on the planets data and for that the planets velocities are defined by this energy  reflection and the velocities are produced complementary each other as a result.

Notice

The second rule causes confusion because the complementary player is changed- for example Pluto is complementary with Venus (in the first rule 35 x 4.7 x 2 = 322) but Pluto is complementary with the Earth moon in the second rule (0.406 x 2.4 = 1) that tells the players are changed which is illogical idea- how can we solve this problem?

The error 7.25 is found by the rate 1.0725 – that means

47.4 km/s (Mercury velocity) x 0.8 = 38 = 1.0725 x 35 km/s (Venus velocity)

5.4 km/s (Neptune velocity) x 0.8 = 4.3= 4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) / 1.0725

29.8 km/s (Earth velocity) = 27.78 km/s (The moon velocity) x 1.0725

We know the rate 1.0725 is found by Lorentz length contraction effect- and we know this rate has effect on around 40% of all planets data – that's why we see this rate has effect on the planets velocities definition-

Let's remember the question-

In the rule (v1v2=322) we found that Pluto is complementary with Venus because

4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) x 35 km/s (Venus velocity) x 2 = 322

But in the rule (v1v2 =1) we found Pluto is complementary with the moon because

0.406 mkm (Pluto Velocity Daily) x 2.4 mkm (The Moon Velocity Daily) = 1

The question asked – if the planets velocities are defined in pairs complementary each other and not individually how can the players be changed? 

The answer tells – the planets velocities are rated by (0.8) based on the planets order means – the moon velocity daily 2.4 mkm = Venus velocity daily 3.024 mkm x 0.8

The rate (0.8) defines all planets velocities depend on each other by order-

Now let's see Planet velocity final definition – because- the definition uses three planets velocities together and not only two – let's put that clearly in following-

The moon moves per solar day 2.4 million km -But

1/2.4 = 0.406 million km = Pluto moves per solar day 0.406 million km

For that

35 km/s (Venus velocity) x 4.7 km/s (Pluto velocity) x 2 = 322

Mars moves per solar day 2.082 million km -But

29.8 km/s (The Earth velocity) x 5.4 km/s (Neptune velocity) x 2 = 322

Neptune moves per solar day 0.4665 million km - But

1/0.4665 = 2.082 million km = Mars moves per solar day 2.082 million km

13.1 km/s (Jupiter velocity) x 24.1 km/s (Mars velocity) = 322

Three planets velocities are defined in each equation- that tells the planet velocity definition is a process more complex than the simple equation (v1v2= constant)

The 9 planets velocities total is 176 km/s – if we add the Earth moon velocity (29.8 km/s) the total will be 205.8 km/s

Mercury velocity = 2 Mars velocity by that Pluto will be used for Mars also

Please Note- Saturn is exceptional because

205.8 km/s = 9.7 km/s (Saturn velocity) x 21.4

Where 21.4 hours = 2 x 10.7 hours (Saturn rotation period)

Means- the distance is passed by all planets motions in one hour equal the distance is passed by Saturn in 2 rotation periods (21.4 hours) that tells more analysis is required for Saturn velocity- as we should do later.

A Question (Why Is The Rate (0.8) Used To Define Each Planet Velocity Based On Its neighbor?)

Kepler stated (Planet orbit defines its velocity) and

My planet orbital distance equation proves each planet orbit is defined based on its neighbor – means- my equation uses only 2 neighbor planets orbital distances

Here also-Planet velocity is defined based on its neighbor – means- this connection enabled Kepler to conclude his statement (Planet orbit defines its velocity)

But Why The Rate (0.8)??

Here we define the reflection of energy – let's do that in following

The solar system is one energy- this energy moves through the space- we can imagine this energy as a light beam or electromagnetic wave- and- the data tells this energy is reflected- let's suppose this energy is reflected from the point (A) to the point (B)- now- these points (A and B) are planets in the solar system-

That tells, the planet is a point in space on which the energy is reflected- it's difficult to accept such strange idea- BUT

The planets data is more strong than our evaluation- we will see that- the planets data is created by the reflection of energy- this fact is proved strongly and doubtless-

For that I analyze the reflection of energy process in details because by this process the planets are created and the energy cycle is completed- for that – we examine the reflection of energy deeply - Now- let's define the energy reflection in following

(i)

The energy is reflected three times in the solar system- from Pluto to Neptune (1st reflection) and from Uranus to Jupiter (2nd reflection) and from Venus to Mars (3rd reflection)

The first and second reflections are unified and work together as one reflection only (later will explain why) - by that – the solar system has 2 basic reflections- the reflection in the outer planets and the reflection from Venus and Mars

The reflection of energy is proved strongly because the planets data are changed as a result- let's write these changes in following

What's used as (A) before the reflection will be used as (1/A) after the reflection.

What's used as (a distance) before the reflection will be used as (a period of time) after the reflection

The velocities be squared –the rate (v1/v2) before reflection will be (v1/v2)^2 after the reflection.

The energy direction is changed by the reflection usually

The players of the rates of time are reflected also –

These changes are found in all reflections of energy- that's why the proof is powerful and can't be refuted because the planets data shows the reflection process details

(Venus reflection)  

By this reflection of energy Venus orbital circumference 680 million km will be used as Mars orbital period 687 days and it defines Jupiter orbital period (4331 days = 2π x 687 days) and also Saturn orbital period (10747 days = 4π x 687 days x (1/0.8)) where Uranus orbital inclination (0.8 degrees) creates effect on Saturn data

Venus Orbital Period 224.7 days be used as 227.9 million km (Mars orbital distance)

Also the reflection defines the planets diameters by that

Venus circumference 38025 km = Mars Circumference 21346.6 km x 1.772

(π=3.14159= 1.772^2) (more data about this reflection is discussed later)

(The Outer Planets Reflection)  

The reflection is done by Jupiter to Uranus, by that, Jupiter orbital circumference 4900 million km will be used as Uranus orbital period 30589 days where (30589 days = 4900 days x 2π and Neptune orbital period 59800 days = 4900 days x 4π and Pluto orbital period 90560 days = 4900 days x 6π

Notice-  the reflection in the outer planets depends basically on Saturn and it's more complex than this simple data but I put similar data for comparison and later we will discuss the details

The previous data shows the reflection energy effect generally- it's important because it compares the data in two different groups and proves the data behaviors are similar- that proves these behaviors are caused by the same one cause- 

But we will analyze each reflection in more details to see how each data is created

Venus reflection of energy is discussed in item no. (4), But - Here We Analyze The Energy Reflections In The Outer Planets- There are two reflections in the outer planets (from Neptune to Saturn) and (from Uranus to Jupiter)- let's explain the energy trajectory

The energy is sent firstly from Pluto to Neptune and then The energy is reflected from Neptune to Saturn–means- it's one reflection is started by Pluto and finished by Saturn- later the energy is reflected one more time from Uranus to Jupiter- but we have to ask- if the energy was in Saturn orbit why this energy is returned again to Uranus? The reason is–Saturn is created as a result for an interaction between Uranus and the Earth- means- Uranus is Saturn Father- and the energy is got by Saturn sent automatically to Uranus and Uranus reflects this energy to Jupiter- we will discuss the process in details later.

Also there's story I have to summarize before the data discussion-

Pluto energy is reflected to Neptune – this is the first reflection- means- Neptune should send this same energy to Uranus and then to Saturn and the other planets-BUT – Neptune didn't send the energy to Uranus but kept the energy in Neptune orbit – Uranus could not release the energy from Neptune orbit- for that- Uranus created the interaction with the Earth to create Saturn – Saturn is the warrior created to release the energy from Neptune orbit- by that Saturn released the energy from Neptune orbit and sent it immediately to Uranus and Uranus reflected this energy one more time toward Jupiter- this story is told in details in the paper discussion – but I need its summary here to know that- the reflection between Neptune and Saturn is older than the reflection between Uranus and Jupiter and also this story tells us the final energy is found in Jupiter- means- the energy is sent from Pluto and reaches finally to Jupiter before to send to the inner planets-    

The energy reflection trajectory is very important to explain how the planets data created for that we need to follow this trajectory- let's review is shortly-

The energy is sent from Pluto to Neptune and Saturn forced Neptune to release this energy- by that the first reflection is from (Neptune to Saturn) –the second reflection is from (Uranus to Jupiter) and we understand that Saturn creation depends on Uranus for that the energy is sent (without reflection from Saturn to Uranus)-

If the energy is reflected between two planets– that necessitates to have two equal distances are passed by them.

These are 2 equal distances– and this equality is necessary for the energy reflection process because if the two distances are not equal the energy can't be reflected-

This is similar to the radio sending process – the sender and receiver waves should be equivalent otherwise the radio broadcasting can't be got by the receiver-

The two planets should move two equal distances – this is the major requirement to enable the energy reflection process –otherwise the energy can't be reflected – means- the energy can't be sent in the direction defined by the reflection

The solar system is one energy moves through the space and this energy is reflected on different points in the space – these points are the planets – For example–The energy is reflected from one point in space to another- the first point is called (Neptune) and the second point is called (Saturn) by that the two planets data is defined based on each other by the energy reflection effect.

Why is the rate (1.0725) found in the data? because the wave (the energy) moves by speed of light (300000 km/s) in Saturn orbit- means- the wave velocity was 205.8 km/s through Pluto, Neptune and Uranus orbits and this wave velocity is accelerated in Saturn orbit and its velocity be = speed of light =300000 km/s, for that reason the rate (1.0725) is created because this is (Lorentz length contraction effect rate) and it can be produced only by motion with speed = (99% speed of light =297000 km/s)- shortly- the wave velocity be equal=speed of light = 300000 km/s in Saturn orbit, for that the rate (1.0725) is used for Saturn and Jupiter data-

The previous data can be explained simply by my idea- the rate (0.8) is produced by the energy reflection for that the distances be equal based on this rate- the equal distances are found by the reflection of energy (as we cause a light beam to be reflected on some mirror we will find that the original light beam energy equal the reflected one and by that both have equal distances- that's why the distances are equal) –

It all started with a mouse

For the public domain, time stopped in 1998, when the Sonny Bono Copyright Act froze copyright expirations for 20 years. In 2019, time started again, with a massive crop of works from 1923 returning to the public domain, free for all to use and adapt:

No one is better at conveying the power of the public domain than Jennifer Jenkins and James Boyle, who run the Duke Center for the Study of the Public Domain. For years leading up to 2019, the pair published an annual roundup of what we would have gotten from the public domain in a universe where the 1998 Act never passed. Since 2019, they've switched to celebrating what we're actually getting each year. Last year's was a banger:

But while there's been moderate excitement at the publicdomainification of "Yes, We Have No Bananas," AA Milne's "Now We Are Six," and Sherlock Holmes, the main event that everyone's anticipated arrives on January 1, 2024, when Mickey Mouse enters the public domain.

The first appearance of Mickey Mouse was in 1928's Steamboat Willie. Disney was critical to the lobbying efforts that extended copyright in 1976 and again in 1998, so much so that the 1998 Act is sometimes called the Mickey Mouse Protection Act. Disney and its allies were so effective at securing these regulatory gifts that many people doubted that this day would ever come. Surely Disney would secure another retrospective copyright term extension before Jan 1, 2024. I had long arguments with comrades about this – people like Project Gutenberg founder Michael S Hart (RIP) were fatalistically certain the public domain would never come back.

But they were wrong. The public outrage over copyright term extensions came too late to stave off the slow-motion arson of the 1976 and 1998 Acts, but it was sufficient to keep a third extension away from the USA. Canada wasn't so lucky: Justin Trudeau let Trump bully him into taking 20 years' worth of works out of Canada's public domain in the revised NAFTA agreement, making swathes of works by living Canadian authors illegal at the stroke of a pen, in a gift to the distant descendants of long-dead foreign authors.

Now, with Mickey's liberation bare days away, there's a mounting sense of excitement and unease. Will Mickey actually be free? The answer is a resounding YES! (albeit with a few caveats). In a prelude to this year's public domain roundup, Jennifer Jenkins has published a full and delightful guide to The Mouse and IP from Jan 1 on:

Disney loves the public domain. Its best-loved works, from The Sorcerer's Apprentice to Sleeping Beauty, Pinnocchio to The Little Mermaid, are gorgeous, thoughtful, and lively reworkings of material from the public domain. Disney loves the public domain – we just wish it would share.

Disney loves copyright's other flexibilities, too, like fair use. Walt told the papers that he took his inspiration for Steamboat Willie from Charlie Chaplin and Douglas Fairbanks, making fair use of their performances to imbue Mickey with his mischief and derring do. Disney loves fair use – we just wish it would share.

Disney loves copyright's limitations. Steamboat Willie was inspired by Buster Keaton's silent film Steamboat Bill (titles aren't copyrightable). Disney loves copyright's limitations – we just wish it would share.

As Jenkins writes, Disney's relationship to copyright is wildly contradictory. It's the poster child for the public domain's power as a source of inspiration for worthy (and profitable) new works. It's also the chief villain in the impoverishment and near-extinction of the public domain. Truly, every pirate wants to be an admiral.

Disney's reliance on – and sabotage of – the public domain is ironic. Jenkins compares it to "an oil company relying on solar power to run its rigs." Come January 1, Disney will have to share.

Now, if you've heard anything about this, you've probably been told that Mickey isn't really entering the public domain. Between trademark claims and later copyrightable elements of Mickey's design, Mickey's status will be too complex to understand. That's totally wrong.

Jenkins illustrates the relationship between these three elements in (what else) a Mickey-shaped Venn diagram. Topline: you can use all the elements of Mickey that are present in Steamboat Willie, along with some elements that were added later, provided that you make it clear that your work isn't affiliated with Disney.

Let's unpack that. The copyrightable status of a character used to be vague and complex, but several high-profile cases have brought clarity to the question. The big one is Les Klinger's case against the Arthur Conan Doyle estate over Sherlock Holmes. That case established that when a character appears in both public domain and copyrighted works, the character is in the public domain, and you are "free to copy story elements from the public domain works":

This case was appealed all the way to the Supreme Court, who declined to hear it. It's settled law.

So, which parts of Mickey aren't going into the public domain? Elements that came later: white gloves, color. But that doesn't mean you can't add different gloves, or different colorways. The idea of a eyes with pupils is not copyrightable – only the specific eyes that Disney added.

Other later elements that don't qualify for copyright: a squeaky mouse voice, being adorable, doing jaunty dances, etc. These are all generic characteristics of cartoon mice, and they're free for you to use. Jenkins is more cautious on whether you can give your Mickey red shorts. She judges that "a single, bright, primary color for an article of clothing does not meet the copyrightability threshold" but without settled law, you might wanna change the colors.

But what about trademark? For years, Disney has included a clip from Steamboat Willie at the start of each of its films. Many observers characterized this as a bid to create a de facto perpetual copyright, by making Steamboat Willie inescapably associated with products from Disney, weaving an impassable web of trademark tripwires around it.

But trademark doesn't prevent you from using Steamboat Willie. It only prevents you from misleading consumers "into thinking your work is produced or sponsored by Disney." Trademarks don't expire so long as they're in use, but uses that don't create confusion are fair game under trademark.

Copyrights and trademarks can overlap. Mickey Mouse is a copyrighted character, but he's also an indicator that a product or service is associated with Disney. While Mickey's copyright expires in a couple weeks, his trademark doesn't. What happens to an out-of-copyright work that is still a trademark?

Luckily for us, this is also a thoroughly settled case. As in, this question was resolved in a unanimous 2000 Supreme Court ruling, Dastar v. Twentieth Century Fox. A live trademark does not extend an expired copyright. As the Supremes said:

[This would] create a species of mutant copyright law that limits the public’s federal right to copy and to use expired copyrights.

This elaborates on the Ninth Circuit's 1996 Maljack Prods v Goodtimes Home Video Corp:

[Trademark][ cannot be used to circumvent copyright law. If material covered by copyright law has passed into the public domain, it cannot then be protected by the Lanham Act without rendering the Copyright Act a nullity.

Despite what you might have heard, there is no ambiguity here. Copyrights can't be extended through trademark. Period. Unanimous Supreme Court Decision. Boom. End of story. Done.

But even so, there are trademark considerations in how you use Steamboat Willie after Jan 1, but these considerations are about protecting the public, not Disney shareholders. Your uses can't be misleading. People who buy or view your Steamboat Willie media or products have to be totally clear that your work comes from you, not Disney.

Avoiding confusion will be very hard for some uses, like plush toys, or short idents at the beginning of feature films. For most uses, though, a prominent disclaimer will suffice. The copyright page for my 2003 debut novel Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom contains this disclaimer:

When a public domain work is copied, along with its title, there is little likelihood of confusion when even the most minimal steps are taken to distinguish the publisher of the original from that of the copy. The public is receiving just what it believes it is receiving—the work with which the title has become associated. The public is not only unharmed, it is unconfused.

Trademark has many exceptions. The First Amendment protects your right to use trademarks in expressive ways, for example, to recreate famous paintings with Barbie dolls:

And then there's "nominative use": it's not a trademark violation to use a trademark to accurately describe a trademarked thing. "We fix iPhones" is not a trademark violation. Neither is 'Works with HP printers.' This goes double for "expressive" uses of trademarks in new works of art:

What about "dilution"? Trademark protects a small number of superbrands from uses that "impair the distinctiveness or harm the reputation of the famous mark, even when there is no consumer confusion." Jenkins says that the Mickey silhouette and the current Mickey character designs might be entitled to protection from dilution, but Steamboat Willie doesn't make the cut.

Jenkins closes with a celebration of the public domain's ability to inspire new works, like Disney's Three Musketeers, Disney's Christmas Carol, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Disney's Around the World in 80 Days, Disney's Alice in Wonderland, Disney's Snow White, Disney's Hunchback of Notre Dame, Disney's Sleeping Beauty, Disney's Cinderella, Disney's Little Mermaid, Disney's Pinocchio, Disney's Huck Finn, Disney's Robin Hood, and Disney's Aladdin. These are some of the best-loved films of the past century, and made Disney a leading example of what talented, creative people can do with the public domain.

As of January 1, Disney will start to be an example of what talented, creative people give back to the public domain, joining Dickens, Dumas, Carroll, Verne, de Villeneuve, the Brothers Grimm, Twain, Hugo, Perrault and Collodi.

so i think when i mentioned those cut shenanigans it was because initially i drafted the core four groupchat convo as one with only tim and bart and cassie; original outline had tim telling them his identity (officially, in bart's case) and also debriefing them about the whole cadmus guy situation at the top of the chapter. but it didn't work for multiple reasons (pov, tone) so i cut it. later i revised that outtake for the chapter button instead, which i like way better anyway because kon gets to participate. and it can be peak silly at that point 💪

i have one other outtake with them, which is the first draft of the scene where kon video calls bart & cassie from the fortress early in the chapter. i still like this version, but it didn't quite work tonally and, more importantly, i was like "if they have this conversation bart would be way too smart to not intervene and prevent the rest of the chapter's plot from happening." but this was the initial rough draft:

Bart and Cassie know about the kidnapping, and about Cadmus guy. That was the first thing they told him on the call, after interrogating him about the healing pod (it’s fine and boring) and when they can visit (not yet; there’s some concern about non-Kryptonian germ vectors in Kon’s compromised state): that Robin and Nightwing gave them a rundown of what happened to Kon, and then sent the team to destroy the guy’s lab in Delaware a few days ago. Robin also apparently told them to ignore the media for the next few weeks, and said that half of what they’d see about Superboy is on purpose and the rest doesn’t matter.

Kon thinks about the girl outside the hospital, and, like, he knew it was a media play—Robin had told him as much in the message, that he had a plan—but still, some tiny, ridiculous piece of him unclenches in his chest.

“Okay, so like,” Cassie says, then stops.

“So like,” Kon repeats.

Cassie props her chin on her knees. The spiky ends of her hair are nearly invisible against the sunlight behind her, and suddenly Kon’s solar pod feels woefully inadequate. He misses his friends so much. “So like, that video of you,” Cassie says. “On a date. Or, what the whole internet said was a date. With that guy from Gotham.”

“Tim,” Bart says immediately, then makes an odd face and ducks out of frame.

“Yeah, him,” Cassie says. “That whole part of it. Is that one of the ‘on purpose’ things? Or does it fall in the ‘doesn’t matter’ category?”

Kon swallows. “What…what did Rob say? About that.”

Cassie huffs out an annoyed breath. “He said he’d explain more when things ‘settled.’ But also that we could ask you.”

Kon makes a vague humming noise, because seriously, what’s he supposed to do with that? It’s not like he can tell them Rob’s secret, even if it sounds like Rob is giving him some sort of convoluted, indirect permission to do just that.

Then Bart blinks back into frame and adds: “He also said not to push if you don’t want to talk about it.”

“Yeah, the general sense was like, Rob desperately trying not to be a control freak but still managing to be a control freak about it,” Cassie says. “So, classic Robin.”

“Well,” Kon says, “the video didn’t happen on purpose.”

Blood and Darkness: An Updated Post on the Darkening of Valinor and Maedhros’s testimony from Morgoth’s Ring (History of Middle Earth Volume Nine)

So, for background, just as within the original Silmarillion, Fëanor has been exiled to Formenos for many years and today, during the Mingling of the two trees, he has come to Manwë's court where he was meant to speak to Fingolfin and forgiveness to be reached. Of course, we know, something more happened. Morgoth attacked with Ungoliant and the two trees were destroyed. In Morgoth's Ring, we get a vivid description of the atmosphere around the Darkening and it's also one of the most dialogue we get for Maedhros anywhere.

I imagine this is a post I'll continue to edit and revise, it's one of my favorite scenes

But even as (Nienna) mourned there was the sound of feet hastening in the night. Then through the throng came the sons of Fëanor, flying from the North and they bore new tidings of evil. Maedhros�� spoke for them. “Blood and darkness!’ he cried. ‘Finwë the king is slain and the Silmarils are gone!’

I made an entire post about it here but to summarize, these words are so important because they are likely among the first times Maedhros has known anything like darkness or seen blood in this way. He's hunted certainly but this sort of violent death is the stuff of old tales. His cry of blood and darkness, darkness and blood, are not just abstract exclamations of the horrors he has just witnessed, they are also genuine reactions to what was not natural or familiar phenomena to him.

Then Fëanor fell upon his face and lay as one dead until the full tale was told.

‘My lord,’ said Maedhros to Manwë, ‘it was the day of the festival but the king was heavy with grief at the departure of my father, a foreboding was on him. He would not go from the house. We were irked by the idleness and silence of the day and we went riding towards the Green Hills. Our faces were Northward but suddenly we were aware that all was growing dim.’

Maedhros captures the atmosphere so vividly here. Something like a quiet, summer day when there shouldn’t be a thunderstorm but it feels like there will be. Slow and almost crackling and the heavy air starts to feel like dread. I love this description and I’m not doing my response to it justice.

I am just thinking...imagine you have never known true night and all of a sudden the light starts to go away. Indeed, even if you did know night, if the light started to fail at midday?

‘The light was failing. In dread we turned and rode back in haste, seeing great shadows rise up before us. But even as we drew near to Formenos the darkness came upon us; and in the midst was a blackness like a cloud that enveloped the house of Fëanor.’

‘That enveloped the house of Fëanor’. He means this literally of course; he was out riding with his brothers and a cloud of this awful growing dark closes in on them but it's obviously a poignant symbolism as well.

‘We heard the sound of great blows struck. Out of the clouds we saw a sudden flame of fire. And then there was one piercing cry. But when we urged on our horses they reared and cast us to the ground, and they fled away wild. We lay upon our faces without strength; for suddenly the cloud came on and for a while we were blind. But it passed us and moved away north at great speed. Melkor was there, we do not doubt. But not he alone! Some other power  was with him, some huge evil: even as it passed it robbed us of all wit and will.’

The sense of chaos and sheer wrongness is palpable here. I don’t know if this makes sense but the buzzing of the air with tension, the birds and insects and warm weather frogs have gone quiet, like a solar eclipse in a world that does not yet have the sun.  The forced cheerful but wary day of riding turning afoul when this cloud comes and screams are heard, the confusion, them being cast from their horses which have  and unable to move as this dreadful, ancient power draws nearer to them? The Fëanorians were trapped as this horrifying entity passes by them and survive only because they are not directly in the way. 

A sense of dread, static atmosphere, trusted animals acting oddly and then violently, the light going out, helplessness induced as though by an otherworldly power. It's a scene out of a horror tale.

And then what they find when they finally reach home. 

The Silmarillion says that Fëanor would have almost certainly been killed had he been at Formenos when Melkor arrived, indeed it was likely Melkor’s aim. (And Fëanor cursed also the summons of Manwë and the hour in which he came to Taniquetil, thinking in the madness of his rage and grief that had he been at Formenos his strength would have availed more than to be slain also as Melkor had purposed “The Flight of the Noldor”). We can’t say for certain what would have happened in hypotheticals that the author didn’t directly addresses but I have a hard time imagining that Melkor would have showed much mercy had the sons of Fëanor not gone out riding and had instead attempted to aid their grandfather. 

Also the mention of how the cloud that passes robs them of their wit and will. It's intriguing and horrifying. It could almost be read as a natural response to such a traumatic event, hearing your grandfather attacked and slain, his crying out, and knowing you won't get there in time...except for how total and visceral it is.

I've talked a lot about this when it comes to The Wanderings of Húrin and it's always difficult to know how much is intentional but I frequently find it interesting how often these influences of darkness and evil mirror trauma responses, such as Húrin walking 'as one in a dream' and the shadow that takes over him upon waking from nightmares.

‘Darkness and blood! When we could move again we came to the house. There we found the king slain at the door. His head was crushed as with a great mace of iron. We found no others; all had fled and he had stood alone, defiant. That is plain; for his sword lay beside him, twisted and untempered as though by lightning strike. All the house was broken and ravaged. Naught is left. The treasures are empty. The chambers of iron are torn apart. The Silmarils are taken!’

I'm also struck by how incredibly coherent and detached description of finding the murdered body of your grandfather in a place that had not ever seen violent murder. That he had the presence of mind to get his brothers away from Formenos and go directly to where Manwë was is pretty notable! Especially in the dark! I can imagine what that journey must have been like, not knowing who or what is still lurking out there.

And again, I made a full post about Finwë’s perspective on this here but... to think of Finwë’s last stand against this shadow of his childhood who has now haunted him across two continents, who’s evil deeds he has known from the very beginning, who started as a shapeless horror that stole away his kin in the dead of night and became this knowable threat he still couldn’t escape..knowing his grandsons are minutes away in this shadow....

And the detail of Melkor further destroying the whole house! Killing Finwë was likely unnecessary, he could have almost certainly cast him aside, knocked him unconscious, etc. Melkor likely became enraged when another member of that family denied him entry and so he destroyed all he could in his path.

Final note: some of the descriptions in Morgoth’s Ring about the reaction of non Finwëans is also striking so I’ll post about that soon

big things that are coming

in case you want to mark your calendar.

astrological new year - the sun into aries marks off the equinox, and the start of a sort of new year, as it goes from the beginning of the zodiac back around for another trip.

lunar eclipse - and that new year kicks off with the start of another eclipse season shortly after! so this will be a major period of change and upheaval, broadly speaking focused on relationships vs the self (although of course it always depends on your personal natal astrology.) this one is a full moon eclipse in libra.

mercury retrograde in aries - this retrograde goes from the 27th degree of aries to the 15th and goes from april fool's day (seriously) until april 25th. be very careful around hotheaded people and in situations where accidents may occur. apply your mercury retrograde protocols (review, revise, introspect, etc) to aries themes as much as possible.

solar eclipse - in aries on april 8, whereas the lunar eclipse focused on relationships this one is focused more on the self. it is volatile energy, so it is not necessarily advised to set any intentions you're really attached to, but rather have a willingness to change and be changed.

jupiter-uranus conjunction - this is exact on april 20 but you will likely feel it for a few days on either side, longer the more taurean/jovial/uranian you are natally. it is a sudden and/or major change, socially and/or personally, in a way that taurus is not typically associated with being a sign which is slow and stubborn to move. but jupiter helps ease the transition, and make it a good one rather than traumatic. so go with it! uranus is for the future. it will be pulling us, forcefully if need be, out of the past and into a new sort of mini-age. this happens only every several years and in taurus even less often. the last one in taurus was in 1941. taurus wants natural changes - i hope to see a shift or a major law passed towards something positive to do with sustainability, the climate, or the quality of food we are fed.

Space Station Concepts: Space Operations Center

"The SOC is a self-contained orbital facility built up of several Shuttle-launched modules. With resupply, on-orbit refurbish- ment and orbit maintenance, it is capable of continuous operation for an indefinite period. In the nominal operational mode, the SOC is manned continuously, but unmanned operation is possible.

The present mission management and control process is characterized by a people-intensive ground monitoring and control operation involving large supporting ground information and control facilities and a highly- integrated ground-flight crew operation. In order to reduce dependence on Earth monitoring and control, the SOC would have to provide for increased systems monitoring; fault isolation and failure analysis, and the ability to store and call up extensive sets of data to support the onboard control of the vehicle; and the onboard capability for daily mission and other activity planning."

"Like most other space station studies from the mid/late 1970s its primary mission was the assembly and servicing of large spacecraft in Earth orbit -- not science. NASA/JSC signed a contract with Boeing in 1980 to further develop the design. Like most NASA space station plans, SOC would be assembled in orbit from modules launched on the Space Shuttle. The crew's tour of duty would have been 90 days. NASA originally estimated the total cost to be $2.7 billion, but the estimated cost had increased to $4.7 billion by 1981. SOC would have been operational by 1990.

NASA's Johnson Spaceflight Center extended the Boeing contract in February 1982 to study a cheaper, modular, evolutionary approach to assembling the Space Operations Center. Saturn in Aries - The Scoop, Themes, Ins and Outs - Part 1

bravely beginning a saturn return series, as a natal aries saturn. i preface with the fact that i will be going through this for the first time as i’m writing, so take it all with a grain of salt. i’ve learned a lot from witnessing others/other astrologers discussing saturn returns, but experience is always the best teacher. we are absolutely going on a journey.

What is a Saturn Return?

first off, a “return” is simply the time when a planet returns to the exact position in its orbit that it held when you were born. a classic example is a solar return - the sun returns to the exact position it held when you were born…. on your birthday. granted, there is slight variance each year since earth’s orbit around the sun isn’t exactly neatly 365 days, but your solar return will be within hours of your birthday each year. in the case of saturn return, saturn is “returning” to where it was exactly when you were born. the exact degree matters here - if your saturn is natally in a later degree, your exact return won’t be until much later. saturn simply entering the same sign is not officially The Return, but you’re likely going to feel that energy shift still. Like a preview of what will be coming - use it to prepare!!

What is Involved in a Saturn Return?

a focus on discipline, learning experiences, structures in your life

evaluating where you are, if your path needs to change, where you need to Go to Work (not necessarily professionally)

essentially becoming who 30-year-old you is

karmic lessons and fated events - don’t catastrophize, these are not always bad! and you can handle any difficult times that come your way

Some Saturn Return Thoughts:

if i were to guess, the astrological phenomenon that has people (who otherwise don’t engage much with astrology) shaking in their boots the most would be saturn return. there is a frenzy once the line between mid 20s and late 20s gets crossed - where are we heading? i heard it’s scary? and girl, in all honesty, it could be. that’s the thing with saturn! it really isn’t personal, as much as it might feel like it is. regardless of if you’ve been “good” or not, what will be will be. we get this very distorted image of karma in the west, as though there is some mighty invisible hand beating the ass of everyone who has “done you wrong” in some flavor (or vice versa). Instead, it is usually described more as your lot in this life - lessons to learn, experiences to have, lessons to teach others, so on. wonderful people fall on dire times and heinous individuals get exceptionally lucky at random all the time. it is a bit beyond each of our perceptions. make no mistake, we are often subject to the consequences of our own actions, but this is a grander narrative.

we have to stay true to our authentic path, whatever that may be, because it’s what we’re on this earth to do. straying from that path is going to result in some form of recalibration…. and that may feel like getting your ass beat. working extremely hard for a cause that you don’t particularly like AND doesn’t recognize you or appreciate your work? if you’re not careful, you’ll take that to mean that you weren’t good enough, rather than that you were in the wrong room. you will see where you belong and are valued, it just might not be in the kindest/gentlest way possible. but it’ll be real! you will have to interrogate your soft spots and address the root of why they hurt. core beliefs, baggage from others, societal conditioning - all of these create wounds that are holding you back from your authentic path. i am excited for saturn return because i’m looking forward to meaningfully using this time to redirect myself toward the channels that deserve my attention. i will never, at any point, promise to anyone that it will be easy. i’ll level with the audience - i love hard work when it’s getting me somewhere worthwhile.

saturn is in fall in aries. it is not especially comfortable here. the planet of constriction, diligence, methodical and structured action in the sign of explosive DO IT NOW HURRY UP…. yeah. saturn is most content in libra, capricorn, and aquarius - signs where decisions can be contemplated first and evaluated fully. aries is ready to move forward without too much deliberation. the first sign of the zodiac, ruled by mars, fiery and bold. someone had to do it, apparently. and it’s the cohort born between april 7th 1996 - june 8th 1998 (with a couple straggling saturn in aries babies through saturn going retrograde- october 26th 1998 - feb 28th 1999). allow for some variance depending on time zone/exact time of birth.

Shortly- the planets move and their motions create waves in the space and each wave moves by velocity equal its planet velocity

AND the planets revolve around the sun in the same one direction and for that their motions energies create waves in the space and these waves move perpendicular on the revolution direction (Toward Pluto orbit)

The unified wave moves by (205.8 km/s)– and this wave is reflected- the wave reflection causes to square its velocity – for that the velocity (205.8 km/s) is squared and be (205.8 km/s)^2= 42354 km/s

Means the wave before reflection moves by (205.8 km/s) and after reflection the wave moves by (42354 km/s)

But Lorentz length contraction effect rate causes to increase the distance 42354 km to be (42354 x 7.1 = 300000 km)– means- the speed 42354 km/s is accelerated to be 300000 km/s = C=speed of light by Lorentz length contraction effect – we understand the rate 7.1 causes to contract the distances but here the rate increases the distances because the wave reflection causes to reflect the geometrical effects.

The Wave Reflection Causes To accelerate the unified wave from (205.8 km/s) to move by speed of light (C=300000 km/s)

The Sun Point Is A Stationary Point Its Velocity 1 km/s = Zero Approximately

This is important feature – Because

All motions are done relative to the sun point of space – for example- Pluto velocity is 4.7 km/s –means- Pluto moves by 4.7 km/s relative to the sun point of space – Shortly- the whole solar system is in motion (space and planets are in motion) but the sun point is stationary (static point moves by velocity 1 km/s = Zero approximately) Means- the solar system is similar to a sea of water and the sun is similar to a vortex or whirlpool found on the sea page – the vortex doesn’t move with the sea waves -Shortly- the sun point of space is the stationary point in the solar system and all motions are done relative to the sun point of space-

Example – Venus moves by 35 km/s that means Venus moves by 35 km/s relative to the sun point of space – also we know Venus motion produces energy and this energy creates waves in the space and these waves move by velocity 35 km/s – means- these waves move by 35 km/s relative to the sun point of space-

By this rate of time– The Earth motion energy for one complete year can be used by the sun in one solar day – in fact- the solar planets motions energies total during one complete year (365.25 solar days) is accumulated and stored in one energy and be used by the sun motion on one solar day that causes to accumulate massive energy to be used (notice 1461 days = 365+365+365+366)

(2nd Example)–If the space is similar to the sea of water- the matter is similar to a whirlpool (vortex) found on the sea page- we understand the whirlpool (vortex) is created by the sea water but it has a distinguish picture from the sea waves and it moves by a different velocity from the sea waves- that explains how the moving energy can effect on the matter creation data- for example- we have a whirlpool (vortex) its diameter is 2 meters- why does this diameter equal= 2 meters? The diameter is created depending on the water velocity, pressure, amount and motion angle and many other features of (the moving water)- the moving water creates this whirlpool with diameter 2 meters and as long as the water motion is not changed this diameter will not be changed also-

Notice we understand the whirlpool (vortex) is found because at least two streams of water meet each other- means- one stream is not enough to create a whirlpool (vortex)– similar to that- one energy is not enough to cause the matter creation but two energies are required to cause the matter creation- because the matter is an intersection point between these two energies-

Why should The Matter be Created In Pairs And No Single Matter Can Be Created? Let's answer -The matter creation needs two energies because the matter is an intersection point between these two energies- means- the matter creation (and planet creation) needs two energies-

In the solar system one of these two energies is A Reflected Energy-

The solar planets matters and their distances are created from one energy and this one energy is provided by one light beam moves by speed = 1.16 million km per second- The light built the solar system starting its motion from Mercury orbit toward Pluto orbit- the light created the planets orbits before any planet creation- means- all orbits are created before any planet creation- the orbits are created based on each other (as proved by my planet orbital distance equation) after the light created all orbits and reach to Pluto orbit- the light energy is consumed in the space creation- and the rest energy is found in one light beam its speed is (300000 km/s = the known speed of light)- we understand this is one light beam its speed was 1.16 million km per second in Mercury orbit before the space creation- and its speed be 300000 km/s in Pluto orbit after the space creation as result for the energy consumption in the space creation- 

In Pluto orbit- The light had no energy to build any more orbits -for that- the light returned to its origin point (Mercury orbit) for that the light is reflected with speed (C=300000 km/s) from Pluto orbit to Mercury orbit passing through all built orbits– no energy is required in this motion for that the light beam moves with speed of light (C=300000 km/s) in Mercury orbit.

This explanation tells us- there are 2 energies in each orbit which are the (1st energy) is the orbit energy by which the orbit is created (depends on the original speed 1.16 million km per second)- and the (2nd energy) is the reflected energy (moves by the known speed of light 300000 km/s)

The Matter Is Created Independently From Any Outer Motion – means- even if the matter motion is stopped the matter is still found and never be perished (the motion here means the outer motion and not the atoms motions)

The Matter Is Motionless By Nature

The Matter Needs Mass Gravity Force To Cause Its Motion

The big bang theory tells planet is created by random creation- for example- Jupiter diameter is created by unknown value and Jupiter is collided many times in its history and these collisions caused Jupiter diameter (and mass) to be decreased- based on that– Jupiter diameter value (142984 km) is found by random process and without any geometrical reason behind- by that- the big bang theory prevent us to use any planet data to discover the creation and motion rules of this planet.

The planets order is typical for Young interference- if we consider planet diameter is equivalent to the fringe breadth by that the planets order be typical for Young interference where the greatest fringe is in the middle (the greatest planet Jupiter) and the fringes breadth is deceased gradually on both sides

The light (its speed 1.16 million km per second) built the solar system orbits starting from Mercury orbit toward Pluto orbit- the light created the planets orbits before any planet creation- means- all orbits are created before any planet creation- the orbits are created based on each other (this fact is proved by my planet orbital distance equation) after the light created all orbits and reach to Pluto orbit- the light energy is consumed in the space creation- and the rest energy is found in one light beam its speed is (300000 km/s = the known speed of light)- we understand this is one light beam its speed was 1.16 million km per second before the space creation (In Mercury Orbit) and its speed becomes 300000 km/s after the space creation (in Pluto orbit) as result for the energy consumption in the space creation-

The mass gravity force can NOT cause any motion- again Newton is wrong- the mass gravity creates a bond between two masses- (the Earth and the moon are bond by the mass gravity)- by that they are similar to a lorry and its trailer – if the lorry moves the trailer will move with the lorry- but the mass gravity can NOT cause any motion- why? suppose the moon moves by the Erath gravity force- the moon moves and produces energy (1/2mv^2) and we have to ask from what source this energy will be provided?- from the mass itself- means if the Earth causes the moon to move the Earth and the moon masses should be decreased by the motion energy- this is a wrong definition for the mass gravity- the mass gravity creates a bond between two masses (The Earth and the moon) if some outer force causes the Earth to move the moon will move with the Earth and in this case the outer force will provide the motion energy for the Earth and the moon-

Second chapter 'prompt' of my maybe fic that may be written.

First

I do want to get better at writing these seven but all of them in one scene is breaking my mind. Longhaul and Mixmaster are my main brats at the moment, characterization wise.

Tonight I will be focusing on posting the actual Hook/Prowl work.. thankfully, it's taken way longer than I'd expected but I'm a perfectionist and I see mistakes everytime I revise.

Promise my next fic won't take as long😞

When Prowl awoke propped up against Scrapper still who was troubleshooting with the other 5. Bonecrusher was being bashed for getting them into this mess but there was no bother, they were already here.

Stirring from his recharge, tac-net booting with a low whirr of his processor that was still foggy from the inexplainable pain the night before. Turned into a dull radiating ache throughout his whole frame.

It seems for now the gestalt was still recovering from their own minor damages but still rowdy.

Prowl was irritated with their rough demeanors and their loud voices, flowing freely throughout his loose field against Scrapper.

Prowl felt a tad demoralized in this position Scrapper held him in, but not angry since they did help him. As annoying as they were,

Hook and Mixmaster must've come up with some concoction to ease the pain, assumed from the feeling of weird liquidated medigel coated over lowered doorwings. The only thing keeping the cop from jumping and attempting to gain some sort of advantage was the fact that his tac-net held point percentages about success, worryingly low danger numbers filling his HUD.

So all he did was lay against a warm heavy chassis, every attempted escape weakened the tactician even more than he was. He looked terrible.

Eventually the conversation went to Prowl, their autobot 'prisoner' as if they all weren't, Hook had figured out that he was build cold which was probably why Scrapper was holding Prowl in his lap almost intimately close.

Just to keep him warm of course.

They talked about getting out and how, mostly Longhaul, Scrapper and Bonecrusher would be trying to dig their way through the collapse while Mixmaster, Hook and Scavenger dealt with finding more raw energon in the upcoming solar-cycles.

Prowl was trying to get up now, it was infuriating to be in the position he was in. Thank Primus the only people seeing him like that were dumb 'cons. Big jerks that won't ever not tease the cop outside of the tunnels.

Scrapper was firm but eased Prowl off to sit beside Hook and himself, a light sporty frame stuck between who masses that could hold enough tons that could kill the praxian 10x over.

Bonecrusher was his usual self again, frustrated with his own mess as Longhaul complained about Crushers mess. Everyone was upset about his mess.

Scavenger was helping Mixmaster with the raw energon, they sat in a smaller anclove. Away from where the original tunnel continued since they'd have to start digging out soon.

Hook brought up about how he looked terrible, wishing he had his instruments to fix him better. Hating to leave his work half finished or reversed, making sure to keep an optic on Prowl so he wouldn't go and waste his second chance.

Bonecrusher and Longhaul got to the dammed cop again, watching him sit with droopy doorwings. The drug Mix and Hook made seemed to subdue Prowl, keeping him just a little more docile than he would be stuck with the worst gestalt he'd ever dealt with in the past.

Pre-war the cop had seen the Constructicons on sites, it was obvious to why they joined the decepticons because living on barely enough energon on site day in and out without the shanx to pursue their hobbies. Free time was spent recharging or drunk on engex until their early shifts.

Prowl had never really dealt with them as his sector was more inner city but he'd occasionally go on long drives and find them either drunk at some lowend bar or working on whatever the council found fit for the day.

It was only logical for them to become who they are now but..

His processor ached from them, their actions.. It was abnormal and almost creepy with how they watched him, feeling heedy gazes on his doorwings. This whole situation made Prowl uneasy, not afraid but what were their intentions? Grumbling low to himself about this weird gestalt, it's not like he was ever close to the mechs in the first place..

The drug was dizzying to say the least, tac-net buffering a few kliks slower than usual. Numbers phased off his visual feed and the six gestalt mates talking and talking was giving him a processor ache.

The ground was hard and cold, worse than the big radiator of a mech Scrapper was.. were they all that warm? A low buzz in the back of his processor, keeping him aware but not enough to freak out.. everything ached, from his pedes, up to his thighs, hips.. up to his processor.. cold again.

The cooling mech sat quietly, swaying and overloaded by the calculations of his tac-net that made such little sense in his conscious.

Scavenger tapped on Prowls pede, getting his dazed attention. Rubbing the dirty metal as he watched the smaller mech stare at the huge servo on himself.

Scavenger was interested in the monochrome mech, Scav remembered this cop in battle, most autobots were bright but Prowl wasn't like most autobots was he? The gestalt was stupid but not that stupid, they knew the importance of Prowl. What he did for the autobots.

Scavenger just stared at the bright red chevron, it was almost a moment until he was smacked over the helm by Hook. Something was said about disturbing his patient, Prowl had only spoke in low murmurs at this point so they weren't sure if Prowl was still all there.

Secretly they needed his mind, his tac-net to be at full function and it did help some that the light frame was pretty..

Prowl was stuck staring at Scavengers visor, noting all their visors except for Mixmaster. Bright in the dark cave of dim blue, who else had a red visor? Jazz was blue..

Prowl was lost in thoughts of optics, visors and other variations. Tac-net calculating numbers of who had what and percentages on either side.

Knocked out of his trance when a heavy field was sat behind him with a rumble, Bonecrusher. A servo on his helm, tilting it to the side to look at Prowls faceplate from where Bonecrusher leaned down beside him.

He wasn't a doll to be pulled around, scowling at the large mech behind him. Reaching up to grab his forearm to push it away but of course the larger wasn't swayed.

They were all sat in a sort of circle.

(Scrapper - Prowl - Hook - Mixmaster - Longhaul)

Bonecrusher sat behind Prowl, Hook was telling off the bulldozer to not mess up his work. Mixmaster was dotting on about being stuck making energon with Scrapper who was assuring it was all necessity. Longhaul was leaning against the cave wall in boredom, somewhat tired as he was the largest. He needed most energon to be at full capacity.

Hook and Bonecrushers babbling got to the medic pulling Prowl onto his lap, away from the touchy mech who was also now being told down by Scrapper.

Explaining that it will take a solar-cycle or so for Prowl to move properly, there was inner circuits that Hook had fixed. Having to had fix minor works with only his servos and some sticky oil. After some rest he should have self repaired enough.

After dozing off again from Hook massaging into his backstrut, the medic was experienced after all these years. Joining the cause gave him the tools and working along flatline, mixed with his overall need to know. Hook was an excellent medic, not as practiced as ratchet or any of the autobot medics.

Massage making the praxian drool again, how in the world did chemist and medic even make this relaxant? With what materials? His processor was dizzy.. tac-net calculating percentages that didn't even matter.

Their voices filled his audials, loud and gruff like the mechs they were. So different in tone, so different.. they were all so different, united by one bind.. held together by their bond of devestator, they were one.

Prowls doorwings quivered as he recharged, memories of Praxus. His trine who he was created with, Smokescreen and Bluestreak. Would they even care Prowl was missing? Did they think they all died? Was it a good trade off? The strongest gestalt megatron commanded for some overbearing cop with issues?

It didn't hurt, it would never hurt but so many secrets for one mech to carry. Did the consteucticons worry? Did they hold eachother.. they were one, united forever. They could depend on eachother, they were Megatrons finest creation.. what was Prowl to the autobots, he did so much. Protected their cause, sacrificed for the good of cybertron. It was never enough, no. Optimus was too optimistic, he wanted to save everyone and live on earth. A place he'd called home. Earth would never be home, what was the war for if their home was forgotten? What did the decepticons think? Prowl was doing this all for the good of cybertron, home. Praxus.

Prowl had never been praised for his work, he was called unethical and cold. It almost hurt that his efforts weren't appreciated.

Hook held Prowls frame, the drug lowed Prowls processing power so his field was filled with doubt, distraught and anger. Anger directed at optimus, for what was the autobot cause?

Prowl didn't want to cry, the drug was heavy. Not meant for his frame type.

Coolant spilled and everything held a deep ache, feeling the others fields filled with a weight. Bearing the weight of their jobs, their interests, their cause. They weren't comforting or welcoming, but they were quiet. Accepting who he was, that must be how gestalts work. Acceptance, appreciation, they cared for eachother and that alone allowed the lonely mech to lull himself to recharge.
