an ocpd compulsion of mine: i Have to recycle. i'm unable to put stuff i know should be put in a specific recycling bin into the general trashcan. this is why i often bring my trash with me home, even though it'd be easier to not carry it with me when i buy something or eat out etc. i just need to have it recycled. i need to put it in a recycling bin, or i get so stressed and feel so bad.

If so, how did it work?

I was thinking it would be a cool way to reuse the tea instead of throwing it away, and it might have an effect like those mulberry papers with the little leaves and things in it. I thought I would ask and see if anyone has ever tried it in case someone had and it turned out horrible.

My chiropractor is probably going to yell at me this week for over doing it yet again but I've made progress. I have a list forming of the furniture we need to get versus what can be repurposed. I have more stuff ready to either be donated or passed on to friends. Ideas for the office are being written down so my partner can think about them without feeling pressured.
