I love how Blitz completely melts into this kiss...

But he still has enough self-awareness to make this impressive landing.

The fact that Blitz purposely takes the brunt of the fall, and still manages to cradle Stolas in his arms using only one hand, while the other carries a sword- impressive.

Like Blitz makes sure to carry Stolas in a way that guarantees he doesn't feel the impact or the rough landing.

The funny thing is Stolas was bracing himself for impact, only to be left surprised to have not felt a thing.

It's moments like these that really remind me that, yeah, Blitz is a professional at what he does. He may be an idiot, but his protective instincts are always on point. Goddamn.

Fluff idea sitting in Lucifer’s lap while he works. Not even really talking to each other just enjoying the moment.

Honestly if Lucifer could he’d always have you sitting in his lap. Especially while he works at his seemingly, endless pile of paperwork.

Nothing calms him down more than knowing you’re safe in his arms.

Now it depends a little on if you’re sitting facing him or his desk-

If you’re facing him; wrap your arms around his neck or nuzzle your face into his neck and Lucifer will immediately relax into you. He’s still working ofc! He’s just not as stiff~

His fingers will run up and down your spine, when he pauses to think. Lucifer clams it helps him concentrate- but really he loves the way it makes you wiggle in his lap.

If you’re facing his desk; he’ll ask your opinion on little things once in awhile. Smiling at you proudly when you point out something he missed or just agree with him.

And it’s just super peaceful….sitting with Lucifer like this- The sound of his pen scratching away as he signs papers ‘n corrects others, soft classical music playing, (if you’re lucky you’ll even hear Lucifer humming along with his favorite part) and the faint scent of coffee, mixed with warm pine~

If you’re not careful you might just fall asleep in his lap <3 and then Lucifer will have a new homescreen for his DDD!!!

Guys don't come for me but I'm seeing lots of people "hating" Stolas after the new episode. For how he treated Blitzø and IMP and how he "abandoned" Octavia. But in my opinion, he is kind of justified. Let me explain: he treated the others like he did cause he was out of happy pills and it can cause effects like this. He also lost everything like a month ago and so, I honestly don't blame him. And about the abandoning Octavia thing, I feel like he rescued Blitzø cause it felt like the only logical thing for him. He was not going to let him die, so he did what he thought was going to save him, no matter if he died insted. In the "panic" of the moment he didn't think about consequences, cause his main focus was Blitzø and only him. I'm not saying that he loves him more that he loves Via, but he definitely did not abandon her. This is my opinion, so again, don't come for me. And sorry for my potential bad english

6 months ago I started writing again with the promise to return with new fics, and have since written two stories that I have loathed and couldn’t bring myself to post. No matter how much I wrote I just couldn’t get myself to like them.

Today I wrote the first chapter of a story that felt like me. thanks to my wonderful fiancee, (and personal hype man) I will FINALLY be posting something again. I can’t make promises on when that will be because I’ve become quite critical of myself and my editing process has become insufferable but I thought y’all deserved an update since I said I was back and then vanished again. I appreciate the kindness I continue to be shown despite not posting any fics for over a year 🤍

I lowkey find it hilarious that people were talking about how Stolas moved on from Blitz...

To be with one of these guys...

Only for Stolas' love for Blitz to be so goddamn strong he was willing to lose his own life to save him.

And he did this fully thinking that his romantic feelings weren't being reciprocated.

Even after one whole month of being apart and being away from Blitz, he still couldn't forget about him, couldn't get over him, couldn't come to hate and demonize him.

Despite Blitz breaking his heart in the most cruelest and stupidest way possible...

Despite all the shit Blitz spewed at him in the beginning of Apology Tour...

He could never forget the little clown boy that he spent the day with...

He could never forget the imp assassin that reinvigorated his life...

He could never forget all their stupidly fun times together...

To Stolas, it was Blitz, and it was always going to be Blitz

... and I find that so romantically tragic and endearing.

I was thinking about this scene in The Search, and something just occurred to me.

Why is Ozai asking how Ursa would know how to make a poison? And why is Ursa explaining that her mother was a master herbalist? Not just any herbalist, but a master herbalist?

Keep in mind, they've been married for a decade at this point. Wouldn’t this have come up in conversation sometime in the last ten years? Did these two never talk to each other?

It’s already been established that Ursa was spied on prior to her marriage to Ozai. Wouldn’t he know this critical piece of information? Wouldn’t he have used her skills to his advantage? Why is this only coming up now???

Wouldn’t it have been better to show this rather than tell the audience? Maybe include a scene of Ursa caring for her kids when they're sick by brewing them some tea?

Or, if you're leaning into the narrative that Ozai and Ursa had an abusive marriage, maybe show him bullying her into making a poison for him? Just a suggestion....

The writing in these comics is baffling…

Okay so 2024 isn't over yet and this year I have:

Learnt to crochet

Made 2 crochet blankets, 3 hats, 2 scarves, a bolero, 2 plush toys, and half a large cardigan

Learnt to darn properly

Darned every pair of socks I own and a jumper for my partner

Learnt to Swiss darn (that was tonight's joy but oh my gosh it's a LOT of fun!!)

Darned a second jumper for my partner using Swiss darning (it looks beautiful I'm so happy with it)

Improved my hand stitching to a stage where I can confidently hand sew things I would previously have used a machine for

Honed my embroidery skills further

Now I just need to learn to knit properly, think I'd like to knit a jumper next... can I learn to knit before christmas???
