2hours of stairs ascend & descend on this 8 storey building was so much unique, intense, and fun 8-| !!! There were a total of approximately 175 steps 8-| !!! - All three of my running apps failed in this workout, maybe due to the sudden changes in elevation and lesser linear lengths 8-| !!!
