It shouldn’t be something that has his body freeze and his heart pumping as it would during a fight for his life. Nor make him feel like fainting, wanting to look away from those blue eyes but can’t when stuck in place the moment contact was returned.

Something like this is too new, too fresh to learn.

And yet, it doesn’t stop Keith on needing to know.

Impulses can be dangerous, something he doesn’t care on regardless of what he will be dealing with as long he got something in return… but that was for survival. Answers, too, but his direct choice would lead up to a fight he’ll gladly participate in.

There’s no need for battle.

No swords. No punches. No kicks.

Vulnerability showed its rare head, something he would think to have lost if not for his concern for Shiro, Voltron, Earth, Lance.

His own heart…

Keith’s mouth opened and closed. What was there to say? What was there to do without screwing things up further? They’ve kissed while intoxicated. Lance confessed he would kiss him without the need or excuse. The two are now caught up in a random room, one now in wait for the other to respond.

What could Keith do about it?

He couldn’t talk; that was one. He’s not one to be an expert on social interactions but he was willing to lend an ear sometimes. Little things as this — little enough to create a miniature supernova inside his heart.

His throat clenched, trying to speak but catching those blues widening a hint, excepting, hoping for something good, led to his heart jumping in his throat.

“Gah!”

That’s another, what he could get out while throwing his head back and his hands jamming into his eyes.

“I don’t know, okay?!” An attempt to turn away was turned towards a need of balance, his hand planting at the wall nearest to him due to the trembling at his knees. “This is all… just new to me!”

A scoff came from behind. Keith could picture those blues rolling at his ridiculousness. “And you think I got it easy?”

“You’re a flirt. What’s there to expect?” Half his body then leaned on the wall. Its cool touch comforted his heated forehead, but didn’t remove the pathetic inside.

“Flirting is a way different thing to actually dealing with feelings, Mullet.”

“You seem pretty confident on it,” his lips muttered.

“Not really.”

“Gah! Don’t do that!” He can feel his face heating from the whispered touch at his ear. So caught up with his thoughts, he didn’t even notice Lance coming up from behind. With his back now against the wall, he was in full view of Lance’s unimpressed expression. And by the lighting, his own tiny hint of red at his cheeks.

How bad does he got for him?

He then sighed. “Look, man… I’m sorry.”

Keith blinked, sobering.

What?

“I’m sorry for blurting that out and then running off like a coward.” The rubbing at the back of his neck did nothing to remove Lance’s own discomfort. Seeing that made Keith relax a little. He forgot he wasn’t the only one dealing with this emotionally. “You’re not the only one that’s dealing with this as a new thing, too, ya know? And I’m sorry if I’m making you uncomfortable about it. I mean, worse case scenario: Coran would be the one trapping us in here, making it a “bonding procedure”… It’d be worse if he got the idea from Pidge.”

Keith couldn’t help but both shudder and chuckle at that. It was too real of a possibility to happen. “All for the best for Voltron!” Keith can picture Coran declaring.

“Damn, wish for that drink now.”

Keith raised his eyebrows at the mutter. Then formed a smirk. “Trying to drink yourself into forgetting this?”

Lance scoffed again, but his smirk was returned. “More like a confidence booster… We’re not gonna be able to let this go, are we?”

Crossing his arms and sighing both on the truth and the given calm from the joking, Keith’s eyes glanced at the ground. But his lips spoke towards him with a surprising ease.

“No.”

And he didn’t want to.

Lance chuckled. “Figures at much.”

Keith caught on to his hand running through the brunet strands. Three of his fingers twitched on his bicep. The ghost contact during the kiss can still be felt within the days.

Lance then raised his arms up, plopping them to his sides without a care. “So, now what?”

Another offer that sounds off as nothing when it’s not.

Uncrossing his arms, Keith pushed off the wall. Whenever he wanted to know something, his actions spoke for him, rarely were his words.

“Well, you asked what would I do about it earlier.”

Lance blinked. A quick glance at his feet as Keith walked brought the nervousness back in a second. The blush increased its visibility the closer Keith got. And for once, Keith was able to ignore the thumping in his chest and his own blush in its warming placement.

“Y-yeah?”

It was a cute sight seeing him off guarded. Just as cute by the squeak leaving Lance, a result from Keith’s hands grabbing his hips and pulling him close. With chests so close, Keith was certain to feel and hear each other’s beating hearts, both losing their minds but one showing it on his face.

Once done, both hands then grasped the cheeks. His pale thumbs rubbed against the heat.

His voice was low. Distance now so near each other, speaking up would ruin the effect.

“Did my part. What would you do now?

Discovering some new places around my neighborhood park! I even found a juvenile Soft Shelled Turtle! (I called it a tortoise in the video but it’s a turtle)

I also noticed A LOT of trash near his little creek area so I decided to pick some up and take it home. I may come back later. Gotta do it when I can.

omg omg okay hi-

i went to thailand :)) only a day in bangkok so i missed out on seeing the rosewood, but i came *so* close 😔😔

however i did see mile and apo's srichand ads, but only managed to get pic of mile's (was literally seconds away from getting a pic of apo's💔💔) but i was just grateful to get anything at all :)

i think that second pic is deutsche bank, but i have no idea honestly

i spent a week volunteering on an animal sanctuary with elephants, all who'd been abused in the tourism industry etc but they're all pretty happy now so have some elephant pics:)

for week 2 i was in phuket and went to promthep cape where *that* scene from i told sunset about you was filmed :D

and omg it was so pretty and it was purely on impulse we went that day and we got so lucky because the sunset was so pretty
