i haven't decided if i want to let xwitter have this one yet, but y'all can witness the blursèd Wally arms lööp i made from a set of test hands i made so i could check to see if i needed to make adjustments to the pattern for his actual hands. (i do, but only a little)

it's built with all the proper materials & puppet building techniques i learned, has fully poseable fingers & even has pockets for the control rods. i made it to get a feel for the materials, which are rather dear, so letting any go to waste seemed unthinkable!! hence. the creature

it is kind of a "scarf"... i thought of getting some stuff to make a "sleeve" for it... little jackets for my comphandion... but as it is i like its shape, i think it's very funny & weird. HR Giger vibes.

Pretty happy with the result! Might make more in the future, maybe a little leather band with studs on it for around my scarves. Maybe a braided one? So many options, so many months until it's scarf weather again...
