We understand that everyone needs medical and spa services hence we make it easy for all individuals to have access to them at Balboa Medical Center & Spa. Here’s a quick overview of our commitment to accessibility: 1. Communication: Interpreters, graphic display on-call, special audio or visual equipment available free of charge. In case you need to contact us by phone, through Operator Relay Service or Teletypewriter (TTY/TDD) calls are welcome using 711. 2. Website Access: Accessibility is a key factor in designing any websites and so, our website complies with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2. 1 and the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video [Accessibility] Act of 2010. 3. Assistive Devices: You may bring your own personal assistive devices for your use during the programme. But remember that incompatibility is not a problem to be omitted as there is always a solution out there. 4. Companions and Service Animals: To those with mobility impairments and to those with other disabilities who have authorized guide dogs and service animals respectively, they are allowed. We also give special and private personal services if required. 5. Interruption of Services: We will therefore communicate to you in the event that services that help the handicapped are temporarily unavailable and when they will be back. 6. Training: The customers with disabilities are dealt with respect by our staff who is trained constantly to help the disabled. 7. Feedback: Our policy is that you should always feel welcome to give us your feedback. Feel free to speak them with us in person or post them on our Accessibility page.
