So I've read some of the new bendy book, and to rate my experience with it atm as spoiler free as possible...

I'm watching 'Reply 1988' (so good so far and I'm on the third episode, already hits close to home) and the way this mom cursed tf outta her son is crazy like I know he had to take his college exam SIX times and his seventh exam is really close and all he is doing is playing games and collecting stamps like 'Pokémon' but that is no way to treat your son who comes from you..

Just take away all of his stuff and fill it with educational books.

i decided to play a little star rail and then i came to tumblr and spoil so many things for myself

playing genshin 4.0 so far, major spoilers for act one of the quest below

WOAH.

i am literally insane over the whole trial. the art in the minigame was so pretty and it was fun to play. i dont fully trust navia. i sort of dislike lyney but im more neutral on him. it's complicated. like it's clear he's doing some suspicious things for a party that we oppose, but it's also understandable why he's so loyal to the fatui. like, i feel really bad for him and lynette and honestly arlecchino is a fucking girlboss for how she helped them out. like 10/10 arlecchino might be indoctrinating kids to get them to be loyal soldiers when they're adults but at least she's against trafficking!

also, i thought the plot twist was pretty clever. im guessing we'll learn more about the dissolver organization in act 2 or beyond. also... lyney and the thief girl (i forgot her name, nooo!) are 100% going on trial again. like thief girl she's literally a thief. albeit im pretty sure she cant be charged for manslaughter because it was in self defense, but she's still got some crimes. lyney also... while it's never stated, i suspect he'll face some consequences for going into the basement.

side note, i thought furina's reaction to the idea of people dissolving into water was really interesting. she just had a strong reaction and kind of changed the topic. girlie what are you hiding...

OH! furina's thoughts in this quest were GREAT. it was so cute seeing her fistpumping when she thought she won. i also really like how she literally greeted you right when you entered fontaine. i kind of wish she met you before lyney and lynette, haha... i'm also intrigued by how clorinde seems to be her bodyguard, perhaps?

as far childe's vision.... i.... im not sure if we're giving it back. something about it just feels very permanent.

also while playing the quest i got reminded a lot of how the wicked witch was melted by water.... i mean im not saying anything but if furina or arlecchino has to die it would be a pretty poetic way to go. (also i genuinely wasn't expecting that one guy to dissolve and it surprised me)

so... that's about all my thoughts for now. im off to eat lunch, wash dishes, and come back to play act 2!

I have seen sons crying out for their mothers, their fathers, their siblings. I have seen them break down at the loss of their families. I have seen them cling to their dead and grieve.

I have seen fathers cradle their dead children, seen them kiss their faces and hold their little hands. I have seen them faint with grief when asked to identify the dead. I have seen them carry their sons and daughters. I have seen them fasting to provide what little they can for their families.

I have seen men and boys digging through the rubble with just their bare hands, I have seen them comforting strangers, playing with children, rocking them, hushing them, even if the face of such imminent danger. I have seen them cry, seen them grieve, seen them break down into each other's arms, seen them be selfless, beyond selfless, becoming something I don't have a word for.

I have seen the men who are doctors refuse to leave their patients, even when they have no medicine or supplies to give them, even when they're threatened with bombings. I have seen fathers who have lost all their children pick orphans up into their arms and proclaim them their child so they are not alone. I have seen men and boys digging pets out of the rubble.

the men are innocent too. the men and boys are being hurt and killed too. the men and boys are grieving too. the men and boys are scared too. the men and boys are fighting to save their people too. the men and boys deserve to be fought for too.
