Oh my god, we’re gonna be here for months…

I KNOW I SAID I WANTED MORE PAST EPISODES BUT HELLO, I REALLY WANT TO GET BACK TO URANUS AND TITANIA’S VILLAIN ARCS

These past episodes better also include Uranus Screentime so that when it goes back to the present, it does it like when Planet X recaps the Grand Tack and his Ejection

Predictions: 1. It’s about his tilt and how nobody noticed his own collision. 2. It’s about how everyone bullied him 3. It’s something personal between him and Jupiter that we haven’t seen yet. I think the last time they actually interacted onscreen before this whole mess was in the Black Hole Episode 4. It’s gonna be about everything Planet X told him 5. (My most unlikely one) Uranus is clearly a lot younger than the two big Gas Giants. Maybe he got Moons when he was really young and he wasn’t ready and tried to ask for help but Jupiter didn’t. It would also explain why Titania seems to take charge of his moons just like Triton does for Neptune

Also Titania’s Villain Arc has so much potential that I doubt they’re gonna use 💔 Such as:

This can also be Europa’s redemption arc because the last arc was Ganymede’s. Europa could help her and maybe they could even become besties!

Triton and Titania could also become friends by bonding over the fact that they both have to babysit their Planets’ moons. Hell, he could even tell her how he fixed everything with Neptune AND FINALLY SHOW US WHAT HAPPENED IN HIS ARC, and why he chose to stay with him

Titan can bring up his experience with Ganymede and Europa and tell her how easy it is to be manipulated into making the wrong decision by someone claiming to be your friend after billions of years of being outcasted. SERIOUSLY, TITAN ACTUALLY HAS QUITE A BIT IN COMMON WITH URANUS!

Titan and Titania get into an argument over the Planets. Titania tries to remind him of how Saturn destroyed moons and Titan finally loses it and confesses to killing Chrysalis and this reveal leads to the buildup of what happened to Chrysalis. Like I imagine it like Titania: Saturn killed a bunch of innocent moons to make himself bigger rings! Titan: That’s not true! He would never! Titania: And how can you be so sure? Titan: I… Titania: How? Titan: BECAUSE IT WAS ME! Titania: …What? Titan: SATURN DIDN’T KILL ANYONE, IT WAS ME! Everyone: Titan did what?

Sort of a long confession, sorry

As somebody who once stopped watching Solarballs once because I was mad at how “Earth was handled” when he offended Titan.

All I can say is:

Refusing to watch something because you’re upset at how a character you love or kin is not behaving like how you assumed they would is no reason to blurt “Out of Character”. Like I remember I was angry and thought Earth was “Out of character” like most ppl at the time also believed. But then I watched previous videos and realized that I was wrong and Earth actually was a bully at times

And I notice that this seems to be a huge issue in this fandom. People get obsessed with their fanon that they get angry that canon doesn’t do the same. Before Neptune’s debut, some people assumed he would be a girl, others thought he was gonna be mute. But people got angry when he turned out to be silly and forgetful that they came up with this idea that he’s secretly evil. (Like…When MLP fandom made creepy ass fanfics of Pinkie Pie killing her friends and even children) So many people are obsessed with this idea that they take screenshots of the moments where he isn’t smiling just to say “Two face Neptune canon!” As if he isn’t allowed to have other emotions. Like they forget that Neptune’s been shown to have a potentially traumatizing backstory (Solarballs please, I’m begging you to go back to that…)

People were also mad over Rhea being a soft girl just because she’s the second largest Saturnian moon??? (Have you seen Saturn? The second largest planet? HER PLANET???) Oberon is a soft boy sometimes and he’s the second biggest Uranian moon!

Then people assumed they knew everything about Titania just by her debut episode and complained when she was talking to Titan. They…were not flirting, the scene was not at all romantic, saying this as somebody who does ship them. Personally I think Titania is wearing a tough girl façade just like Europa and that’s why Europa is the one trying to warn her not to make any sudden decisions. She just doesn’t want Titania to make the same mistakes she, Ganymede, and Titan made and I am here for it!

Anyway, the list goes on and on but this confession is long enough. But in conclusion: Don’t be upset when your character predictions are wrong. And if you really do want it your way, write your own version! AND PLEASE DO NOT HARASS PEOPLE WHO ARE STICKING TO CANON OR LIKE WHATEVER IS IN CANON, THAT IS CROSSING THE LINE!

it wasn’t terribly surprising that they did this, given that solarballs typically includes real-life astronomical principles and theories in its storytelling (the grand tack, the existence of planet X, roche limits, etc.), but i LOVED how they explored the physical effects of jupiter’s absence with the lack of regulation of the asteroid belt and the effects on the sun’s barycenter. to me, solarballs’ ability to combine astrophysics with storytelling is remarkable.

also, i loved venus protecting mercury from the asteroids and neptune standing up for saturn! i hope they delve more into saturn’s reaction to jupiter’s banishment in the coming episodes (as well as the differences between uranus and neptune’s relationships with X, since that was something i found interesting in this episode, and it likely stems from neptune being a lot more sure of himself than uranus).

i find it interesting that mars was completely absent from this episode, despite him seemingly looking up to jupiter the most of all the rocky planets. i predict that he’d have a similar reaction to earth, but more pronounced, and that one of the coming episodes will be more mars-focused.

Some random HCs about Solarballs characters!!

Original: I have a headcanon that Saturn is a trans woman cus i think she didn't felt comfortable in the past that other celestial bodies calles her a boy and he/him pronouns, she was always a bond of 'feminine' stuff, and loved to wear skirts and make up. Jupiter was glad that she told him about how she felt and supported her in any ways!!

Edit: i scraped this idea so, the new thing is that i made her just feminine, she's still a boy but would be rather called she/her or they/them. Maybe it was more suitable, or i just started to like the canon genders a bit more🤷🏻

Another trans headcanon! Now with Venus!! Venus is a trans masc and when he lost his life he became so angry at the world that he wanted to do anything to forget that he had life. All though he still has some stuff that Connects him to the past where he had life. He still does make up and talks to Saturn for help sometimes because he did forget some things because he didn't did them for millions of years. Alsoo, Earth and Venus are twins and Venus has a crush on Mars. He does bully Mercury but sometimes does feel extremely guilty about it and wants to apologize but he feels like he doesn't deserve it or that he can't do it properly.

PLANET EARTH!! Earth is Genderfluid so their pronouns is they/them!! Earth was absolutely dumfounded when they found out that Luna had a crush on Titan. At first they wanted to forbid Luna to meet up with Titan but Saturn talked to Earth and Earth is now kinda (not really) accepting Luna to go and meet with Titan sometimes.

Our brightest star, Sun!! Sun doesn't really mind what kind of pronouns she's called, she like every pronouns. This silly guy loves to tell jokes, and is Kinda crazy about her planets orbits, she doesn't want any accidents happen again, like what happened to Thea and Proto or Uranus. She does know that what happened to Proto and Thea was predictable because planets can't share an orbit, that would never end good, she knew she had to accept that, but what happened to Uranus and what change him to have his axis tilted forever made her go ballistic and wanted to keep everyone in their orbits so nothing happens to anyone!!

Solarballs Theia Theory

Exactly what it says

Okay sooo…Prediction, I guess?

What do we know so far about her?

She’s dead

She was very passionate about having life

And she shared an orbit with Proto-Earth

So what do I think? Well, I really hoped for a Tragic Lovers trope but apparently the fandom doesn’t want that because that would be a waste, Theia is dead, bruh—

But! I thought of another way it could be the Tragic Lovers trope but even more tragic!

Theia loved Earth, but her ambition for sustaining life grew and took over

“Life? Come on, Theia! You’re starting to sound like The Sun!”

Interesting…The way he said this makes me think that she used to be different

And we all know the Sun is OBSESSED with the thought of a planet sustaining life. Saturn tells Jupiter about how maybe the Sun was aiming to have a Planet with life and Jupiter then says “He’s insane”

So with the fact that Mars and Venus both had potential to sustain life in the past, it could be possible that maybe the Sun was pressuring all of them to sustain life. Mercury would be a no-go because of how small he is and because he’s closest to the sun. So it’s impossible for him. Venus used to be in the Goldilocks zone before it moved.

So what I’m thinking is that Sun believed Venus, Earth, Theia, and Mars had potential to sustain life. But maybe Earth was uninterested since he believed it was impossible. Maybe Theia got close at one point and lost it which is why in one memory, he says “It wasn’t meant to last, Theia!” And goes on a rant about how the Universe is Dark and empty and it sounded like he was having an existential crisis—

I think that Sun’s ambitions to have a planet that could sustain life drove Theia to madness and she went too far and lost herself and probably caused the collision as a desperate attempt

I mean look, Earth went missing and what did Sun do? He went on a rant about how ungrateful The Earth is and decided to just replace him with Venus and replace Luna with Mercury so that Venus can sustain life. (I don’t think Sun realizes Venus has no water—)

This also leads into my theory that The Sun probably didn’t love Earth until he got life. If he was called “Proto” in the past (Which is stupid in my opinion) then he probably wasn’t given a name! Planet X also wasn’t named, he told Saturn “I don’t have a name…I like to go by the name of X! Or Planet X!”

If Earth didn’t have a name and was easily replaceable drawing parallels to Planet X, he probably had no care for him. He probably admired Theia more as she was making efforts to sustain life. She didn’t play with asteroids because “What if we were developing life!”, similar to how Earth is now told he can’t play with asteroids because it’s dangerous to his Earthlings. Earth is the one specifically told he has to stay in his orbit or that he can’t do stuff because of his Earthlings. Maybe Theia followed these rules and was isolated from everyone because of it

Maybe her and Proto-Earth were a couple but then her madness messed up everything between them.

Maybe she asked Venus for help but he refused and she said “I’ll do it with or without your help!” And then the collision happened

The official script sneak peeks make me think that Theia was telling Proto-Earth to come with her to settle things, possibly the flashback of the two planets at the Asteroid Belt. Maybe this was where the Collision happened.

The second one makes me think it’s Sun and Theia talking. Sun telling her about how he was alone for millions of years and then Theia saying “There’s something more, isn’t there?”

Maybe he gave her the idea, he might’ve told her about how the Rocky Planets are made from dead planets who collided. Perhaps this got the gears turning, maybe she believed she could collide with Proto-Earth and then they’d both come back with the ability to sustain life. Instead, she merged with him and they both became Earth while the remains formed Luna

Honestly, I think she might actually care. Her ghost did appear at one point and she said “Hello Earth! Look within you…That’s where you’ll find me…”

I think she was trying to give him the answer by telling him how she’s in his mantle since he was looking for her. But it didn’t work and he ended up leaving. Maybe the flashbacks he’s having are her way of distracting him so he won’t leave

But yeah, I figured the whole Solar System is dysfunctional and everybody has trauma and mental issues including the Sun! Who’s to say it wasn’t already like this when Theia was alive?

SCIENCE + NEW CHARACTER + GRAVITY SLINGSHOT + EPISODE WASN'T BORING + NEPTUNE AND URANUS INTERACTION (no ship) + they ate i fear like im sorry if im being indecisive asf on my review bc sometimes the episodes are dull af and the other times they ATE

i think things like these spruce up the episodes a lot. just lore and psychology and planet twitter cancelling the moons is really boring especially for a cartoon format it just doesnt fit the vibe they're presenting. like science and gravity mechanics and THE new characters + quirks like this tho? this is what made the moon revolution ICONIC like please a 50/50 on science and lore is SO perfect

She hypnotized them for territorial reasons, but she doesn't harm them. -all planets can adjust their size to their will, which is why some are HUGE and some are small af -True to his species-sake, Kamu can bite and drain star energy. (Star Energy is Plasma, which equals to human blood.) -Chloris and Eros used to be dating (Eros got dumped due to his bigger ego) -Eburonia is disliked by my friends (not a system fact just a thing i wanted to say LOL) -The Ring bearers are Eburonia, Eos, and Hera. -The Gas Giants are Eburonia, Galileo, Eos, and Chloris. -The Rockies are Amechania, Eros, Ophion, and Prometheus. -The Ice Giants are Hecatia Eros (thats right, Eros is BOTH!) -The only water giant is Hypnos! -Hypnos is able to hypnotize moons from other planets and make them her own, usually out of jealousy or interest. From my sayings, she would take Callisto, Europa, Titania, Ariel, Miranda, Dione, Rhea, Umbriel and Charon. (She's a women moon collecter HELK) -Hypnos can also hypnotize planets, with one example being a planet from the Proto-era, named Phanes. -Eburonia's psychic abilities predicted the death of 5 of her moons. She does not wish to gain any more moons out of respect for the dead moons. -Galileo's moons are all trained in archery, as respect for their protector and caretaker. -The moons of Chloris have a one-sided hatred with Chloris. Chloris dotes on them, while the moons dislike him. -Ophion's moons are his other three friends! They manage his therapy appointments with the other moons (He's the Taenarum Therapist, like how Mercury is with the Solar System.) -Prometheus's moons are like tiger cubs; sticking close to their parent. They're always near Prometheus, only gone to hang out with friends. -Amechania's moons are one of the only ones who remember her. -Hecatia's moons are usually with other moons; Hecatia doesn't care about them much, unless they get hurt. -Eos's moons also take up alchemy, always trying to make new recipes for Eos, with most of them ending in failure. -Styx's moons always try to calm her down, but she's also scared of them most of the time. And now, for the big shocker.. THE TAENARUM SYSTEM HAD ITS OWN MOON REVOLUTION!

The Taenarum Moon Revolution was caused by one of Hypnos's moons getting mad that the planets didn't have restricted orbits. With her resolve, she gathered some of the moons who agreed with her sentiment and led an attack. Thankfully, it ended like the revolution in Solarballs. And fun fact, it happened because the Taenarum System moons heard of the Solar System Moon Revolution! In an AU, where the Solar System planets inhabit the Taenarum System, it would be stopped by Titan, since he doesn't want a repeat of his actions to happen again, lest in a Planet System with a planet with 1000+ moons. (answer each individually!)

The fact that I am happy that Earth finally reunited and THEM! they all reunited. But to be honest I was expecting more from Venus and Mars on Earth, Man☹️ But anyway, I have high hopes for them to be friends again and for Mars to become Earth's best friend once more. (I know it will take time, but I just want them to be together again despite them not being friends anymore) anyway

BUT THE BEST PART IS THAT EARTH FINALLY APOLOGIZED. like The creator of Solarballs said in the comments section of the new episode, "thats one way to take Titan out of the hate loop" so yeah that kinda works🤷‍♀️ but I then know it was just Titan being manipulated. Am glad he manages to forgive after all that Earth said. Also am wondering even if I predicted the moons getting in trouble am more thinking about the moons rights? (Like I said from last post of what I talk about maybe Titans old plan of the revolution was talking actually work..that probably would be funny if that happened LOL all that for nothing.)

I was like screaming in where the fudge did Jupiter and Saturn go like THEY DISAPPEAR RANDOMLY LIKE ASTRODUDE WTF? also am wondering what Triton just saw, maybe the dwarf planets or anything else. It's just so Exciting and also how cryptic it looked on that scene. But, thanks to the leakers being a huge B🤬, the moon revolution part 4 will be delayed or late. DAMMIT THANKS A LOT LEAKERS. I just hope all well for the creators and that the leaking exclusive scenes will go down soon and for the better of Solarballs in the future. Anyway the episode was great. JUST HOPING A LOT, hoping that Venus, Earth, and Mars could go back being friends and Earth and Mars being 'best' friends again I guess because their divorce sucks. (Am a big marth shipper) .
