Good Dogma Info (Part 1?)

As I'm working on the fic, I kinda realized that some specifics aren't going to be talked about directly. I mean I could throw them in there, but Chapter 4 alone is gonna be so dialogue heavy that adding character bios and stuff would just ruin it all. So, for anyone who's curious or if I feel like looking back on stuff, I'm gonna post some character info/lore dumps.

Hopefully I can find time to do some drawing so I can get certain details out. Especially in the case of these characters. They probably have the most cosmetic changes.

The Stygian Triplets

First a bit of info from Dogma: In the movie, they work for Azrael, and implied to be demons. They might be connected with flies, but not much else is known about them. They're mute, deadpan, and look like teens.

Now the changes! For starters, they have names now: Nike, Bia, and Zelus. These are names they adopted soon after the Plagues. As far as they know, they didn't really have names when they were angels. Their pronouns are they/them. Partially this is because they rarely stray from each other, and how things were when they were angels. They have lives separate from each other, but if they had to chose between those lives and each other, they'd chose each other in a heartbeat. The triplets were Putti before the Great War. In this AU, a Putto was considered manual labor. They weren't given much say in projects or their conditions. In fact, a lot of angels generally ignored them. Most of them looked very similar: smaller/youthful appearance with smaller wings and unique hair. Literally the typical cupid stereotype. They were curious, eager to talk, and overly affectionate if left to their own devices. Many of them joined Lucifer's side or Azrael's side in the Great War. Unfortunately many of them died or were severely injured in the process. The Triplets were among those that joined Azrael. They lost a lot in the War. Currently, they are secretaries/data collectors for Azrael's department, but they still reap souls when they're needed. They specialize in deaths related to children and families because they look younger than others. They are mute and deadpan still, but Azrael can understand them without trouble. They know sign language. Bia: They act as a bridge between the death department and the rest of Heaven when Azrael is occupied. Specifically, they work with lower levels of angels as the Archangels tend to ignore them. While they do collect and manage records, they also have the task of subtly trying to convince angels to side with the death angels in the end times. They lost an arm in the Great War and wears a prosthetic to help with day to day tasks. Because they work mainly in Heaven, they adhere a little closer to heavenly fashion. Nike: They work closest with Azrael, having expressed zero desire to work with Heaven or Hell directly in comparison to their siblings. So, they handle data surrounding the judgement of souls (i.e. court reports). They lost their eyes in the Great War and have a pretty severe scar across their face. Typically, they either hide it with a mask/glasses and/or have eyes painted onto their face to avoid humans panicking. They consider the eye painting a bonding moment with their peers. Zelus: They assist in diplomacy between Azrael and Hell. While they still have work to do in Hell (mostly as a scrivener notary), Azrael assigned them this position so they could spend time with their partner. (Said partner isn't gonna show up in Good Dogma, so she's gonna be another post). Of the three, they are the most absent from the office. Azrael, however, thinks their position is just as important. They're the only triplet that didn't lose a body part in the War, and they feel some guilt from that.

Misc Details:

Putti have hairstyles with various cowlicks or protruding hair. In fact, in this AU, the Erics were Putti before the Great War. That should give an idea of what I mean. Nike and Zelus specifically have cowlicks that look similar to moth antennae. Bia keeps their hair back to fit in with angelic fashion.

Their clothes are similar to angelic cleric fashion, but modified to fit their respective roles. Bia's looks a lot like Muriel's. Zelus' is more punk/skaterboy. Nike's is similar to Bia's, but has some old fashioned eccentricities to mirror Azrael's suit. Their clothes are grey with muted colors when specifically working with Azrael.

Disclaimer

To whomever would like a story about Silere and Stygian Im still working on a lot of their story so It probably would take me a while to actually put anything out.

Regarding How the triplets were born, it is a part of my main sonadow AU. The story will include any OCs and headcanons of mine. The Sonadow love story and triplets being born will only be the first half of the story. The second half will be about them learning to be a family, meeting new people, and overcoming any new hardships. It will be mostly fluff and drama with a the slightest bit of angst.

I will post the story here as screenshot but it will also be up on AO3.

I’m showing some of my favorite Percy Jackson ocs. They are triplets with the same mom but different godly dads. (They are just as confused as you about it). They are 12. They were claimed in the order Azzie, Axel, and Aslan. Yes I know It’s gacha club. I just suck at drawling and I like to put into it what i think they look like. They are based off of a funny post I saw a while ago but I don’t have the post exactly. (If y’all know which post I’m talking about lmk)

Blue hoodie boy: Aslan, son of Apollo. When Axel was claimed Aslan was a little upset. He believed that he would also be a son of Ares. He used to have dark brown hair like his brother till he was claimed by Apollo at which his hair was sunbleached blonde. He is a little more shy, sensitive, and reserved than his triplets. He is really good at shooting guns but horrible at using bow and arrows. His powers include prophetic visions, target accuracy, and small amounts of healing+music.

Purple shirt girl: Azzie, daughter of Dionysus. Azzie loves theater and has always been a good actor. She is a little bit of a drama Queen but really sweet. She’s very optimistic and sarcastic. She doesn’t normally use weapons, but she uses powers of insanity. She dreams of becoming a broadway actor. If you know them well you realize that she’s the true leader of her siblings.

Green shirt boy: Axel, son of Ares. He is the “loudest” of his siblings. Everyone who meets them would think that he is the leader of the siblings. He can summon the dead of any loosing battle, although he gets woozy after summoning more than 5. He has a Stygian iron sword that is a gift from Ares.

I have many more Ocs based out of Percy Jackson. Most are for a generation of demigods after our current roster go to college. If you would like to see more I can share them :) I am open to Role playing with my ocs, although nothing 18+

Updates I need to do for Aslaug

I'm gonna give these guys their own pages eventually, like Runa`s family have, but here's a quick reference for Aslaug's camp and pets.

Crafters:

Thalisa, a Stygian cook who runs the cookfires. Been at the camp the longest. Found and Freed.

Banlon, a Hyborian blacksmith and second longest time member. Helps watch over any new rhinos. Found and freed.

Maev, a Cimmmerian blacksmith. Thrall

Friggar, a Nordheimer taskmaster and sometimes archer or ground fighter. Freed.

Penelope, a Cimmerian artisan. Youngest of the camp. Watches over the antelopes. Found free.

Fighters:

Ras, a Shemite archer who joined at the same time as Banlon. Commander of Aslaug's archers. Often visits with Molly the elephant (he and Aslaug joke shes a Mollyphant since she's small for an elephant). Found free

Cael, a Cimmerian archer and Ras' second. Thrall.

Naru, a Stygian dancer technically, but she'll still throw down and stab anyone that gets into the base or too close to Thalisa in particular. Freed.

Neferu, a Hykerian fighter and commander of Aslaug's ground fighters. She also personally helps with raising the bears. Freed.

Animals:

Molly- an Elephant and watcher of the pens along with watching over any babies.

Freyja the 2nd- a greater hyena (2x the size of an average hyena) grey with black stripes and mane. Reflective eyes.

Freyar- Hyena, tan with black stripes and mane. Reflective eyes. Freyjas littermate

Baldur the 2nd- Hyena, same coloring as Freyja but smaller. Youngest of the pack thus far.

Cara- A rhinoceros, watches the pens with Molly.

Bjorny the 2nd- A greater bear, black and scruffy with long fangs. Watches over the new thralls and Neferu considers him her big baby, coparenting with Aslaug.

Valastad- a regular brown bear with fangs. Neferu's little baby.

Pigsy- A boar that guards the crafters. Red with brown fur.

Wigsy- A boar that guards the crafters with his brother Pigsy. Tan with brown fur.

Imala- an antelope that helps Aslaug with carrying gathered supplies.

Amir, Ymir the 3rd, and Hella are would pups still in the pen, cared for by Aslaug with Molly providing protection and letting the pups climb her and Freyja some more canine-jacque direction. Friggar and Baldur have been known to visit the triplets to play time to time as well. Amir is grey and more average built, Ymir and Hella are both white, likely going to be greater wolves.

Missed Casting Opportunity

Kevin Smith, I.M.O., is an Alanis Morissette among men, but does any one else think that Noel would've been perfect to play one of the Stygian Triplets/hockey players/Azrael's lackeys in Dogma, given his age at the time, look, and Mickeyness? I've always been surprised he wasn't.
